Abstract

Makalah ini mendeskripsikan sikap masyarakat perkotaan di empat kota provinsi di Kalimantan terhadap bahasa Indonesia, bahasa daerah, dan bahasa asing. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang mengaitkan ciri sosial responden dengan pendapat terhadap sejumlah parameter sikap bahasa. Hasilnya diketahui bahwa indeks sikap bahasa masyarakat Kalimantan terhadap bahasa Indonesia secara umum tidak setinggi indeks sikap mereka terhadap bahasa daerah apalagi sikap terhadap bahasa asing. Berdasarkan hasil pembandingan indeks, sikap masyarakat Kilamantan terhadap bahasa asing tampaknya masih lebih positif dibandingkan dengan sikapnya terhadap bahasa Indonesia dan sikapnya terhadap bahasa daerah. Sementara itu, sikap masyarakat Kalimantan terhadap bahasa Indonesia lebih rendah daripada sikapnya terhadap bahasa daerah apalagi sikapnya terhadap bahasa asing. This paper describes urban society's attitude in four cities in Borneo on lndonesian, local language, and foreign language. The method used is quantitative method that relates respondent social characteristics to opinion on number of language attitude parameters. The result shows that Borneo society language attitude index on lndonesia generally is not as high as their attitude index on local language moreover on foreign language. Based on result of index comparison, Borneo society's attitude on foreign language seems more positive than on lndonesian and local language. Meanwhile, Borneo society's on Indonesian is lower than on local language moreover on foreign language.

Abstract

The Adiwiyata Program is a school program that aims to create the responsibility of school residents in protecting and managing the environment to support sustainable development. The objectives of this study to describe: 1) the implementation of the Adiwiyata program in SDN Jatimalang; (2) student’s response in the implementation of the Adiwiyata program; (3) the student's environmental care attitude in the implementation of the Adiwiyata program. This research was a qualitative research which used qualitative descriptive methods qualitative. The research subjects were the fifth grade students of SDN Jatimalang. Data collection techniques included documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Data validation used triangulation technique and data sources. Data analysis used a qualitative descriptive of Miles and Huberman technique, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The results showed that: (1) The implementation of the Adiwiyata program in SDN Jatimalang can be carried out well and has been done with the initial planning stages. The implementation of the Adiwiyata program fulfills two aspects: environmental-based school curiculum aspects and participatory-based activities; (2) Student’s response in the implementation of the Adiwiyata program in SDN Jatimalang showed the result of having good responses with a precentage of 72%; (3) The environmental care attitude in the implementation of the Adiwiyata program in SDN Jatimalang showed the result of having good attitudes with a precentage of 78%.

Abstract

Computer network security as part of an information system is very important to maintain the validity and integrity of data and ensure the availability of services for users, because  the computer network systems should be protected from all sorts of attacks and intrusion at temps or scanning by unauthorized parties. Computer connected to the network, there are many security threats that are larger than on the host or a computer disconnected anywhere, so by controlling network  security, the risk can be reduced, so that a network is designed as a data communication high way with  the aim of increasing access  to computer  systems, while  security is designed to control access, so that the provision of network security is a balancing act between open access with security. Firewalls are a means of controlling what information is allowed to get in and out of the local network and generally host or computer firewall connected to the internet and local LAN, and LAN access to the Internet only allowed through the firewall, so that with the help of the firewall can control security systems of computer networks of what is received and sent by the Internet and LAN. There are several types and methods in the firewall settings, through code firewall scan be built directly into the kernel, such as  aid ipfw adm user space makes it possible to change the type of network  traffic or by recording the types of network  traffic, so that method of setting the firewall can use aid equipment of  M400 watch guard.

Abstract

Information that is built and maintained properly will provide the benefits of the use of information in a systematic and integrated by having an integrated arrangement. SMP  Islam Terpadu Ar-Rudho Jakarta organized a web-based student assessment report cards. In this regard the need for a way to insert data to build value into each component of the information environment in student scores. This is to facilitate the homeroom teacher to do the job to complete the task to enter the data value of students. With the information value of these students if it were made an application component integrated value for scan / enter data these values quickly and easily and also the provision of application given to the teacher to enter a value that will be treated by having uniformity components in the management of student scores were later will be submitted to the student's grade for inclusion in easily and quickly. From the discussion it will obtain student assessment facility by implementing an integrated component of the web-based values. Abstract

Along with advances in network technology and computer today it becomes role with various groups likes students, academics, and offices. Usage of network technology and computer will be more intensive with many kind of devices connects to the servers. As we knows that servers have important roles within network, otherwise we need tools to determine performance of the servers. PT Jaring Synergi Mandiri is company that provide services such as call center services for 24 hours. With IT support as administrator of systems to ensure business process to running well continues. Application network monitoring and server at this time just effective when IT support at the office. The problems will be occur when IT support at the outside office, server and network status can’t be known so that repair process will be hampered. Based on these condition, researchers will give recommend to build application network monitoring for smartphone (Android) as tools to review remote monitor using VPN so it can be access from anywhere and anytime. The researchers had obtained data to be analyzed and described as UML using software Modelio. Abstract

Technology is one of the important aspects of life in today's global era. One of the technologies that are now growing rapidly is information technology. In the world of information technology, computer networks is essential for human life, both in institutions, educational, corporate, and others. One of the factors in a company that is very important is the level of speed and stability of the network structure in the sending and receiving of data, this is due to the increasing amount of data usage and support the performance and productivity that will be generated. So it should be able to maximize and optimize the width of the data path and the rate of speed of delivery. This will certainly streamline the time and productivity of the company as well as the process becomes stable and smooth work. In the process of this network structure, they often unstable and slow network in the delivery and reception of data, it is in value is not effective in the use and distribution of bandwidth. Thus making more bandwidth lines irregular and risk weakening the structure of the existing network. In this study, will be built a new network structure by using a type of network VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) using PPDIOO and solutions to problems are conducted using techniques ECMP load balancing method on UPSPLL Jakarta. Expected results of the analysis and design of new network in Jakarta UPSPLL can help optimize the performance and stability of bandwidth.Keywords: Network, VLAN, Load Balancing, PPDIOO, ECMP

Abstract

Knowledge  management  system  at  PT  Guna  Karya  Indonesia  has  tacit  knowledge  and  explicit knowledge by transferring directly to the employees without any storage media, so that such a system is felt to have constraints because not all employees obtain or know the knowledge, although there is no storage of knowledge  then  it  is  feared  that  the  transferred  knowledge  will  just  disappear.  In  addition  there  is  no knowledge  sharing  application  that  can  allow  a  person  to  interact  or  share  knowledge  wherever  and whenever, for example a discussion forum currently running at PT Guna Karya Indonesia is by way of meeting or meeting directly (face to face) also criticisms and advice  employees in issuing criticisms or suggestions are done manually  like is by talking directly to other employees. Surely this will take more time and effort and another with training or workshop system does not have storage media and the lack of knowledge transfer training to employees who do not attend the training does not know the results of the training.

Abstract

Program Adiwiyata adalah sebuah program sekolah yang bertujuan untukmewujudkan warga sekolah yang bertanggung jawab dalam upaya perlindungan danpengelolaan lingkungan hidup untuk mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Tujuan daripenelitian ini, yaitu mendeskripsikan: (1) pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata di SDN Jatimalang;(2) respon siswa dalam pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata. (3) sikap peduli lingkungan siswadalam pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif denganmenggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDNJatimalang. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, danangket. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Analisa datamenggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Miles and Huberman, meliputi reduksi data,penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)Pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata di SDN Jatimalang dapat dijalankan dengan baik dan sudahdilaksanakan dengan adanya tahapan perencanaan awal. Pelaksanaan program Adiwiyatamemenuhi dua aspek yaitu aspek kurikulum sekolah berbasis lingkungan dan aspek kegiatanberbasis partisipatif; (2) Respon siswa dalam pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata di SDNJatimalang menunjukkan hasil yang baik dengan presentase 72%; (3) Sikap peduli lingkungandalam pelaksanaan program Adiwiyata di SDN Jatimalang menunjukkan hasil yang baikdengan presentase 78%.

Abstract

NComputing adalah perusahaan virtualisasi desktop dengan pertumbuhan tercepat di dunia, dengan lebih dari 70.000 pelanggan dan 20 juta pengguna harian di 140 negara.. Kendala saat ini adalah, rata-rata pengguna produk NComputing di Indonesia masih menggunakan produk versi lama dimana sudah dinyatakan sebagai produk end-of-life (EOL) dan end-of-support (EOS) oleh NComputing. Produk NComputing lawas yang umum masih digunakan saat ini yaitu vSpace 4 atau 6 pada server host dan perangkat L230 atau U170 pada client, Untuk sistem operasi saat ini juga tidak disarankan juga menggunakan Windows Server 2008 atau versi lawas lainnya dikarenakan sudah EOS dimana rentan terhadap isu keamanan saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi ataupun panduan untuk mengembangkan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang dibangun menggunakan produk NComputing dari versi lawas ke versi terbaru menggunakan System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Terdapat fitur-fitur baru pada NComputing versi baru yang memudahkan administrator mengelola jaringan NComputing, didukung dengan sistem operasi Windows Server terbaru yang masih mendapatkan layanan dukungan dari Microsoft, akan tetapi, dilihat dari rincian biaya yang keluar untuk pengembangan ini cukuplah besar dengan menggunakan produk dari Microsoft.

Abstract

Untuk menghemat penggunaan energi listrik sebagai akibat penggunaan AC (air conditioning) yang semakin meningkat maka telah dilakukan modifikasi pada sistem AC tersebut dengan mengganti fungsi evaporator menjadi box Cooled Energi Storage (CES). Pada modifikasi ini fungsi AC digabungkan dengan AHU dengan memanfaatkan fungsi evaporator sebagai sumber pendinginannya, dimana evaporator dimasukkan kedalam box yang telah diisi air dengan volume 0,072 m3. Dengan menggunakan pompa, air dingin tersebut dialirkan ke AHU, selanjutnya dimanfaatkan sebagai pendingin ruangan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan membandingkan dua cara pengoperasian. Pertama, sistem AC dan AHU dioperasikan secara bersamaan, sedangkan cara kedua sistem AC dioperasikan untuk mendinginkan air di box CES sampai mencapai temperatur yang hampir sama seperti pada saat cara pertama. Selanjutnya sistem AC dimatikan dan AHU dioperasikan untuk mendinginkan ruangan. Hasil yang diperoleh pada cara pertama adalah temperatur air di box CES mencapai sekitar 0,9oC dalam waktu pengujian selama 1 jam (interval pencatatan data setiap 10 menit) sedangkan temperatur ruangan mencapai 12,9 oC dan penggunaan daya listriknya mencapai 0,8650 kWh. Pada cara kedua, temperatur air di box CES mencapai sekitar 0,5oC pada selang waktu pengujian selama 30 menit. Setelah AC dimatikan dan AHU dioperasikan, ruangan hanya mampu didinginkan mencapai temperatur 17,8oC dalam waktu 30 menit. Tetapi temperatur air di box CES mencapai 16,5oC pada 10 menit pertama dan terjadi peningkatan yang sangat kecil pada menit-menit berikutnya. Penggunaan daya listrik dengan cara yang kedua ini menunjukkan terjadinya penghematan sebesar 0,4201 kW dibandingkan dengan cara pertama. Kata kunci : Air Conditioning (AC), Cooled Energy Storage (CES), Air Handling Unit (AHU), Evaporator.
