Abstract

Ajaran Islam mencakup dua dimensi pokok, yaitu dimensi vertical dan dimensi horizontal . Kualitas tertinggi dari ketaatan yang bersifat vertikal adalah takwa, sementara kualitas tertinggi dari ketaatan yang bersifat horizontal adalah berlaku adil. Konsep syariah yang diambil dari hukum Al Quran sebagai dasar pengelolaan unsur- unsur manajemen agar dapat menggapai target yang dituju. Manajemen adalah suatu proses bekerja sama dengan dan melalui lainnya untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan efektif dan secara efisien menggunakan sumberdaya yang terbatas di lingkungan yang berubah-ubah. Manajemen syariah adalah perilaku yang terkait dengan nilai-nilai keimanan dan ketauhidan. Yayasan Sahabat Yatim Indonesia adalah lembaga yang dikelola berdasarkan dengan dasar-dasar syari’ah, atau dengan kata lain, pengelolaan Yayasan Sahabat Yatim Indonesia harus berdasarkan nilai-nilai serta prinsip dan konsep syari’ah Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, penulis ingin mengetahui implementasi manajemen syariah Yayasan Sahabat Yatim Indonesia Cabang Medan dalam menjalankan operasinalnya dalam mewujudkan masa depan yatim dan dhuafa menjadi insan yang madani

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the zakat accounting treatment implemented by the Amil Zakat Yatim Mandiri Medan Institute and whether it is in accordance with PSAK No.109. Apart from that, the aim of this research is to analyze transparency and accountability in the presentation of financial reports implemented by the Amil Zakat Yatim Mandiri Medan Institute. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis using primary data taken from financial report data and the interview method. The results of the research concluded that the Amil Zakat Yatim Mandiri Medan Institution in its zakat accounting treatment was in accordance with PSAK No.109 whichseen from the financial position report data which separates zakat, infaq/alms funds and non-zakat, infaq/alms funds in the financial position report. The accountability measurements carried out by the Amil Zakat Yatim Mandiri Medan Institution in presenting and distributing financial reports are in accordance with the performance indicators of the Medan Amil Zakat Yatim Mandiri Institution in distributing funds, as well as indicators of financial reports that have been published and carried out independent audits. The Yatim Mandiri Medan Amil Zakat Institution is still not transparent in submitting financial reports, seeing that only reports on changes in funds are submitted on the official Yatim Mandiri website and magazines every month and carry out their programs very openly and transparently by placing all activities that have been carried out on the official Yatim website. Mandiri and released a magazine entitled Yatim Mandiri Inspiration for Care.

Abstract

Science education plays a crucial role in preparing young generations to face global challenges; however, the gender gap in this field remains a significant issue. This study aims to explore the science identity of students in private secondary schools in South Tangerang and identify the factors influencing gender equality in science education. The activities involved 150 students, including 75 male and 75 female students, as well as teachers and parents in a series of workshops, outreach sessions, and mentoring programs. The results show that female students experienced increased motivation and confidence in science after participating in the program, while teachers and parents became more aware of the importance of equitable support for all students. These findings highlight the need for an inclusive learning approach and recommendations for developing a fairer curriculum. Through this initiative, it is hoped that better gender equality in science education can be achieved, allowing all students to reach their potential.

Abstract

This research is expected to provide an up-to-date description of the implementation of sharia management at Micro Waqf Banks in improving community welfare. The results of this study can be used as material for consideration by companies to develop appropriate management strategies. Management functions include planning, organizing, actuating, controlling. Planning is a process and series of activities to set goals in advance at a certain time or period and the stages or steps that must be taken to achieve certain goals. Organizing is a process and activity in the division of labor planned by members of the group, determining good work relationship between them, and providing a conducive work environment and facilities. Actuating, namely a series of activities to provide instructions from superiors to subordinates or to people who are organized in formal groups to achieve common goals. Controlling, namely supervision of every activity that is done so that it is in accordance with the plan. The concept of sharia management is universal and comprehensive. Therefore, the paradigm that is built in syari'ah management theory is the activity of thinking, planning, leading and controlling an organization to achieve the goal of maqasid syari'ah, namely realizing the benefit of all mankind. The long-term goal of this research is to contribute to Micro Waqf Banks in their roles, namely: The role of micro waqf banks through the application of sharia management to improve the welfare of the poor who do not have access to formal finance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Adversity Quotient on employee performance at CV. Mitra Pratiwi. OCB refers to employee voluntary behavior that goes beyond their formal duties, while Adversity Quotient describes an individual's ability to face challenges and work pressures. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sample of this study consisted of 50 employees selected using purposive sampling techniques. The results of the study indicate that OCB and Adversity Quotient have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. This finding confirms that employees with high levels of OCB and good resilience in facing difficulties are more likely to have superior work performance. Therefore, companies need to improve a work culture that encourages positive voluntary behavior and builds employee mental resilience in facing work challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Service Attributes, Power, Attraction and Excellence on Consumer Satisfaction at CV Eko Auto Service Workshop in Harjosari II Village, Medan Amplas District. In this study, the data collection technique used the random sampling method, the sample used was 65 respondents. All analyses in this study were assisted by the SPSS 25.0 program. The data analysis technique was carried out through classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the t-test that has been carried out, the results obtained were that the Sig. value of the Service Attribute variable was obtained at 0.001 <0.05 and the t count value (2.716)> t table (1.670). So it can be concluded that the Service Attribute variable has a positive and significant effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable. Furthermore, the Sig. value of the Attractiveness variable obtained was 0.004 <0.05 and the t count value (3.154)> t table (1.670). So it can be concluded that the Attractiveness variable has a significant effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable. Furthermore, the Sig. value of the Excellence variable obtained is 0.000 <0.05 which has a significant effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable. From these data, the calculated t value is (10.882)> t table (1.670). So it can be stated that the Excellence variable has a positive and significant effect on the Consumer Satisfaction variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Self Efficacy, Internal Communication, and Innovative Work Behavior on Employee Performance of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Sumatra Province. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a sample of 66 planning section employees. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation, and questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis includes validity, reliability, classical assumption, and multiple linear regression tests. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the t test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R²), using the help of IBM SPSS 26 software. The results showed that partially, Self Efficacy (X1), Internal Communication (X2), and Innovative Work Behavior (X3) had a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). With the t-test Self Efficacy (X1) obtained a t-count value of 6.943 > t-table of 1.669, Internal Communication (X2) obtained a t-count value of 4.532 > t-table of 1.669, and Innovative Work Behavior (X3) obtained a t-count value of 3.401 > t-table of 1.669. The F test shows the F-count value of 28.202 > Ftable 2.75 with a significance of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 57.7% of the Employee Performance variable can be explained by the Self Efficacy, Internal Communication, and Innovative Work Behavior variables while the remaining 42.3% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of transformational leadership, work engagement, and organizational culture on the performance of employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Sumatra Province. The data analysis method uses a descriptive data analysis method with a quantitative approach. The population and sample in this study were 62 employees which were determined based on the saturated sampling technique method. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, documentation, and questionnaires with a Likert Scale data measurement scale. The data analysis technique used validity, relibiality, classical classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. Data processing uses SPSS Version 20.0. The results of the study prove that transformational leadership, work engagement and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the results of transformational leadership, work engagement and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of North Sumatra Province. With a value of Fcount (79.497) > Ftable (2.76) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Social Media, Price, and Servicescape on Purchase Decisions at Warkop Mie Aceh Hijrah Jaya Medan Amplas. In this research, data collection was conducted using purposive sampling, with a sample of 84 respondents. All analyses in this research were assisted by the SPSS 25.0 software. The data analysis techniques used included classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Based on the t-test results, it was found that the significance value (Sig.) of Social Media was 0.000 < 0.05 and the t-count value (3.783) > t-table (1.664). Therefore, it can be concluded that the Social Media variable has a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision variable. Furthermore, the significance value for the Price variable was 0.000 < 0.05, and the t-count value (5.435) > t-table (1.664). Thus, it can be concluded that the Price variable significantly influences the Purchase Decision variable. Next, the significance value for the Servicescape variable was 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a significant influence on the Purchase Decision variable. Based on the data, the t-count value was (9.892) > t-table (1.664). Therefore, it can be stated that the Servicescape variable has a positive and significant influence on the Purchase Decision variable.
