Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand the level of financial literacy of Madrasah Principals in preparing the Madrasah Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBM) in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Pasuruan Regency, East Java. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence on the financial literacy of Madrasah Principals in preparing the Madrasah Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBM). This research uses a quantitative approach. The data source comes from Madrasah Principals. With data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. Then tested with simple linear regression analysis. The results found the regression coefficient value of 0.18 (positive), the correlation value was 0.029, the R square value was 0.116 (11.6%), and the significance value was 0.029 0.05, meaning that there was an effect of the financial literacy level of the Madrasah Principals in develop a Madrasah Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBM) in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) of East Java Pasuruan Regency. Thus, the better financial literacy, the better the preparation of the RAPBM.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strat egi yang dapat digunakan untuk mengatasi tantangan dan masalah yang muncul saat menggunakan teknologi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan mengumpulkan, meng kaji, dan menganalisis sumber-sumber yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa tantangan dan masalah yang dihadapi dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Indonesia, antara lain: keterbatasan kompe tensi dan literasi digital guru, kurangnya dukungan dan infrastruktur yang memadai, kurangnya inovasi dalam pengembangan konten dan bahan ajar digital, kondisi siswa yang berag am, serta kesulitan dalam memantau dan mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, strategi yang dapat diterapkan meliputi: peningkatan kompetensi dan literasi digital guru, penyediaan sarana dan infrastruktur yang memadai, pengembangan konten dan bahan ajar digital yang inovatif, penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih personalized, serta pengembangan sistem pemantauan dan evaluasi pembelajaran yang efektif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sekolah, dan pemangku kepentingan terkait untuk mewujudkan pembelajaran bahasa Arab berbasis tekn ologi yang efektif dan berkualitas di Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the factors that influence the effectiveness of supervision in education, focusing on various theories of supervision such as clinical, formal, reflective, and transformational supervision. Using a qualitative research design with a case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis in several schools. Thematic analysis was used to identify the main themes from the data obtained. The results of the study indicate that the effectiveness of supervision is influenced by the quality of communication between supervisors and teachers, a clear understanding of the purpose of supervision, and the competence of supervisors in providing constructive feedback. A supportive school context and culture are also very important for teacher professional development. A supervision approach that is tailored to the specific needs of schools and teachers has been shown to be effective in improving the quality of teaching and student learning outcomes. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of a holistic approach to supervision to achieve overall improvements in the quality of education. Recommendations for further research include longitudinal studies and exploration of the use of technology in supervision to support further teacher professional development.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the effectiveness of an academic calendar based on the independent learning curriculum which has a different structure from the previous curriculum, K-13. Apart from that, it also explains the efficiency of implementing the academic calendar based on the independent learning curriculum. The research method is a descriptive qualitative method with data collection including interviews, observation and documentation. The research results show that differences in curriculum have resulted in changes in the composition of the educational calendar. So that schools can implement this, they need time to adapt, make transitions, measure effectiveness and efficiency and evaluate the implementation of the educational calendar in the independent curriculum.

Abstract

Curriculum documents should have appropriate characteristics to produce graduates in line with educational objectives, necessitating a thorough examination of an educational institution's curriculum documents. Therefore, the aim of this research is to investigate the curriculum management characteristics in Arabic language education at UINSI Samarinda and UIN FAS Bengkulu. This study adopts a qualitative approach, specifically a library research, utilizing primary data sources such as curriculum documents in Arabic language education at UINSI Samarinda and UIN FAS Bengkulu, as well as relevant secondary data sources such as books and journals. A systematic and ongoing data analysis is conducted, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion stages. The research findings reveal that the curriculum management characteristics in Arabic language education at both campuses encompass a theological foundation, which is a distinctive feature of Arabic language education within the realm of Islamic educational management, as well as rational, empirical, and theoretical foundations.

Abstract

Interactive Science Learning E-Module teaching materials are developed with science process skills. The interactive science learning e-module has the form of software that can be used with the help of a laptop, computer and cellphone. Interactive e-Modules are presented in PDF form, making them easier for educators and students to use, and can be used offline, but there are several menus such as quizzes, learning videos and evaluations that cannot be accessed if you are not connected to the internet. This research is Research and Development (R&D), by applying five ADDIE model stages (analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate). Stage analyze includes analysis of educators and students.  The design stage includes preparing the e-module outline in the form of selecting media and e-module formats as well as designing the learning content in the e-module. The development stage includes the development of data collection instruments. The data collection instruments in this research are eligibility sheets for validators and science learning practitioners, as well as pretest and posttest questions for science process skills. This instrument was developed based on review by supervisors, assessments by validator lecturers, science teacher learning practitioners, and trials on students. The implementation stage includes the application of the e-module that has been developed for class IV students at MI Tarbiyatussibyan Banyuwangi. The experimental design used at this stage is one group pretest-posttest. The evaluation stage includes the form of evaluation carried out at each ADDIE stage. The data analysis technique used is the normality test and t test.The research results show that the interactive science learning e-module based on project based learning that was developed is very effective and interesting to use in science learning. The science e-module is effective in improving science process skills because the results of field trials show students' enthusiasm in learning science and students who easily understand science material with the stages of science process skills. Science process skills can also provide innovation to educators in creating enjoyable science learning.

Abstract

Pengembangan website dengan menggunakan aplikasi ProProfs Quiz Maker sebagai alat evaluasi pembelajaran PKn kelas IV. Tujuan ini antara lain merancang dan mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis website yang dapat digunakan untuk menguji pemahaman siswa terhadap materi PKn. Dalam metode pengembangan ini, peneliti menerapkan model pengembangan 4-D (Four-D) yang merupakan model pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan oleh S. Thiagarajan, Semmel, dan Semmel. Model pengembangan 4-D terdiri dari empat tahapan, yaitu: Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Situs Propofs Quiz Maker dapat membantu merancang kuis awal menggunakan fitur seperti variasi. pertanyaan, pratinjau, kirim, lacak, dan laporkan. Setelah memperoleh pemahaman tentang profil pengetahuan awal kelas melalui kuis, pendidik dapat mengembangkan desain pembelajaran dengan memperhatikan analisis profil dan tingkat pemahaman materi serta kebutuhan peserta didik. pakar. Ahli materi memberikan skor 71% dengan kriteria sesuai, sedangkan ahli media memberikan skor 72% dengan kriteria baik. 2. Berdasarkan hasil angket respon siswa, penggunaan instrumen evaluasi berbasis web ProProfs Quiz Maker terbukti praktis. Pada uji skala kecil diperoleh persentase 96% dengan kriteria “Sangat Praktis”. Sedangkan pada uji pemakaian secara luas diperoleh persentase sebesar 82,4% dengan kriteria “Praktis”.

Abstract

Google sites is a website media that can be used in the learning process, group or personal. The aim of this research is to find out: 1) Developing a Google Sites-based learning media design for PAI learning, 2) How appropriate a Google Sites-based learning media design is for PAI learning. 3) What is the appeal of Google Sites-based learning media design for PAI learning? The research approach used in this research is Research and Development (RnD). The result of this research is the development of Google Site-based learning based on the ADDIE model and is declared "WORTH IT". So far, Google Site-based online learning media can be received by students easily, practically and effectively anytime and anywhere. Recommendations for schools or teachers are to make good use of Google Sites-based learning media so that students can follow technological developments used for learning activities. Both learning in junior high schools and learning at the next level, future researchers who will develop Google Sites-based learning are advised to follow technological developments according to what the school has, such as developing Google Site-based PAI learning so that.

Abstract

This study investigates the utilization of Lesson Study as a medium for academic supervision by the Head of MTs Negeri Rejoso, focusing on its role in improving teaching quality and fostering professional development among educators. A qualitative case study approach was adopted, employing data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and document analysis. These techniques provided comprehensive insights into the implementation and outcomes of Lesson Study activities in the madrasah context. The findings reveal that the Lesson Study is an effective academic supervision tool utilized by the Head of Madrasah. Key patterns of its application include collaborative lesson planning, classroom observation, and reflective discussions. This approach enables the Head of Madrasah to engage with teaching processes directly, identify teacher strengths and areas for improvement, and offer constructive feedback. Furthermore, Lesson Study fosters a collaborative culture, enhances teacher ownership of instructional practices, and strengthens involvement in continuous professional development initiatives. These findings emphasize the potential of Lesson Study to transform supervisory practices in educational settings. By integrating collaboration and active participation, Lesson Study supports the development of a shared commitment to improving teaching quality. The approach aligns with the goals of participatory supervision, enhancing both individual teacher performance and collective educational outcomes. Lesson Study serves as a sustainable and impactful medium for academic supervision in madrasahs. Future initiatives should focus on expanding its application and exploring its long-term effects on professional development and educational quality improvement.
