Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses ritual, komponen dan makna serta fungsi dari ritual Marari Sabtu yang dilakukan Agama Parmalim. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang dilakukan secara langsung di Jalan Seksama tepatnya di Gang Rela No. 15 Medan Kelurahan Binjai Kecamatan Medan Denai dengan teknik observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa proses Mararisabtu merupakan suatu kegiatan rutin yang di lakukan oleh para jemaat agama Parmalim untuk melakukan pemujaan terhadap mula jadi nabolon. Terdapat berbagai komponen yang digunakan dalam upacara yaitu terdapat berbagai benda yang di gunakan berupa dupa, jeruk purut, kuru-kuru, kemenyan, air yang di ambil sebelum ayam berkokok, serta tikar ayaman tempat ulu punguan. Makna dan fungsi dari ritual marari sabtu yaitu untuk memanjatkan doa kepada mula jadi nabolonagar di beri kesehatan, keselamatan, keamanan, dan kemakmuran.Setiap hari Sabtu atau Samisara seluruh umat Parmalim berkumpul di tempat yang sudah ditentukan baik si Bale Partonggoan, Bale Pasogit di pusat maupun di rumah parsantian di cabang/daerah untuk melakukan sembah dan puji kepada Mulajadi Nabolon dan pada kesempatan itu para anggota diberi poda atau bimbingan agar lebih tekun berprilaku menghayati Ugamonya.This study aims to determine the ritual process, components and the meaning and function of the Saturday Marari ritual carried out by the Parmalim Religion. The method used is qualitative conducted directly on Jalan Seksama precisely in Gang Rela No. 15 Medan Binjai Village Medan District Denai with observation and interview techniques. The results showed that the Mararis process was a routine activity carried out by the parishioners of the Parmalim religion to worship the origin of being nabolon. There are various components used in the ceremony, there are various objects that are used in the form of incense, kaffir lime, kuru-kuru, incense, water taken before the rooster crows, as well as ayaman mats where ulu punguan. The meaning and function of the Saturday marari ritual is to say a prayer to the beginning of being nabolonagar given health, safety, security, and prosperity. Every Saturday or Samisara all Parmalim congregations gather in a designated place, either Bale Partonggoan, Bale Pasogit at the center or at the parade house in the branch / area to worship and praise Mulajadi Nabolon and on that occasion the members are given a more diligently behaving to live his Ugandan. Most of the problems in the village are that there are still many programs that have not been implemented properly and some have. This can be seen from the number of people who are not satisfied with the results of the village apparatus program. Evaluation of program distribution will be part of the strategy in making a better policy. The purpose of the study was to determine the evaluation and obstacles in the distribution of the village fund budget program in Pamah Village, Tanah Pinem District, Dairi Regency. The theory used in analyzing the problem is the theory of program evaluation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Sources of data in this study were village heads, representatives of village officials and representatives of the community. The results of the study indicate that effectiveness has not been running as it should, the adequacy of the deliberation system has been implemented, the implementation has not carried out the appropriate program, the responsibility has been satisfactory and the accuracy has focused on the needs of the community. Regarding the inhibiting factors in the distribution of village fund budget programs, many are due to the low participation of the community in designing a policy in which it is aimed at the interests of the village itself. So it can be concluded that program distribution will be more effective if the community is more active in making new programs based on the results of joint discussions.

Performance effectiveness aims to determine the perfect target in accordance with the goals that have been set from the start. The problem is focused on environmental cleanliness in Sukaramai I Village, Medan District, which is concerning, because of the ignorance of residents in protecting the environment and disposing of rubbish carelessly. In order to approach this problem, a theoretical reference from Bernardin Russel in Sumardjo (2018: 200) is used. The data were collected through interview, observation, library and document data collection techniques, and were analyzed using narrative qualitative methods. The purpose of the research in this case means: to describe the effectiveness of the performance of the sub-district government in the environmental hygiene empowerment event in the Sukaramai I Medan Area village. to describe the factors inhibiting the effectiveness of the performance of the sub-district government at the environmental hygiene empowerment event in the Sukaramai I Medan Area. This study concludes that the results of the study show that the performance of the Sukaramai I Medan Area kelurahan in the effectiveness of the kelurahan performance in the environmental hygiene empowerment program is said to be good and effective.

The Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) finance is an application program that is intended to assist local governments in managing their regional finances. This study aims to determine how the implementation of financial SIMDA version 2.7 and obstacles in implementation financial SIMDA version 2.7 in the Sub-Division of Finance BPPRD Medan city. Researchers used the theory of George C. Edward III regarding implementation, namely (communication, resources, dispositions and bureaucratic structures). This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The sources of data in this study are the head of sub-section of finance and staff of civil servants and non civil servants. Data were collected based on data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in the study were the Head of Sub Division of Finance and financial staff. As for the results of the study showed that the implementation of the regional management information system (SIMDA) version 2.7 in the financial sub-section of the Medan City BPPRD has gone well and the staff have also understood the operation of the SIMDA. but the problem with this implementation is the disruption of the internet network connection so that it interferes with work when inputting data.

Program Indonesia Pintar (PIP) is a form of funding from the Ministry of Education and Culture to students aged 6-21 years with criteria for underprivileged students. The phenomenon in this study is that the target of students who get this assistance is not yet precise, and the use of funds is still said to be ineffective because the funds used are outside the objectives of this program. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Smart Indonesia program at SMAN 4 Kisaran. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method that provides a clear description of the problems studied. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the implementation of the regulation of the minister of education and culture number 10 of 2020 regarding the smart Indonesia program at SMAN 4 Kisaran is quite good in terms of indicators of communication, resources, and bureaucratic structure. Suggestions in this study are the need for firmness from the implementor and should pay attention to the accuracy of the proposals of underprivileged students.Keywords:

The Planning Generation Program is government strategy to overcome development problems, sepecially adolescents. The phenomenon in this study is the lack of supervision and parental assertiveness in educating children which is a factor in the occurence of deviant behavior. This research aim determine the Implementation of the Generation Planning Program (GenRe) and the obtacles in the Implementation of the GenRe Program in Tegal Rejo Village Medan Perjuangan District. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Data were collected based on data collection techniques, namely observation, interview, documentation and tringgular data. The Implementation of the GenRe Program In Tegal Rejo Village is quite good but has not been effective int its application to adolescents seen from its indicators implementation, namely communication, resosurces, disposition and bureaucratic structure as well as obtacles to the Implementation of the GenRe Program In Tegal Rejo Village, Medan Perjuangan District, is that target location for their activities is due to the covid-19 outbreak and the lack of human resources/implenters in providing outreach to adolescents. GenRe trainers and managers must put more effort into disseminnating the GenRe program to adolescents so that the desired goals can be achieved.

This study aims to determine the effect of giving vouchers to the revisit interest of customers at the Coffee Shop Srikandi Botanica Medan. The theories used in this research are marketing communication theory, sales promotion, revisit interest, voucher theory, and AIDDA theory. This research method is a quantitative research method. Determination of respondents in this study using a sampling technique aimed. The research subjects in this study were 100 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, in analyzing the data of this study using single table analysis, cross table analysis, and hypothesis testing using the correlation coefficient formula Ladder by Spearman using the Statistical Product and System Solution (SPSS) application 22. From the results of this study obtained The correlation coefficient value is 0.808 and shows a significance value smaller than 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. It is known that the power of influence in this study is 65%. Shows a high relationship between the effect of vouchers on the interest of repeat customers of Srikandi Botanica Medan.

This research will explain about Chinese ethnic in Medan in carrying out the process of the service delegation ceremony / chau tu and asap / yen kung. TsewangLhama who comes from India, In this activity, the participants will be invited to do Chau Tu puja, and Yen Kung. The ceremony was held for the first time the participants attended the worshiping of Amitaba Buddha and Buddha Kwang Ting So. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to obtain information about the meaning and function of the Chautu and Yen Kung ceremonies. The ceremony that is carried out is a ceremony for the bestowal of services, as a manifestation of love for ancestors, parents, and deceased families.

This Community Partnership Program (PKM) generally aims to assist Business Groups in making Serundeng Kepah as a typical Tanjungbalai dish in making this product utilizing marine food or natural resources in Tanjungbalai City. Partners in this PKM are Business Groups in Pantai Burung Village, South Tanjungbalai District, Tanjungbalai City. The problem faced by partner members is the lack of knowledge in managing and utilizing existing natural resources as a product of the Tanjungbalai food development business. The method used to achieve the objectives of this service activity is the method of education, socialization, assistance in product manufacture, and business management on products that have been produced. The results of the activities, an increase in the quality of human resources in knowledge in the management and utilization of local natural resources and business management; Serundeng Kepah Products as Tanjungbalai Specialty Food; and Logo Making, Packaging design and product IPR.
