Abstract

This research aims to improve forehand serviceability using the STAD Student Team Achievement Division cooperative model). This research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design. The sample involved in this research is all students at SDN Babakan Bandung who take part in badminton extracurriculars. The research sample selection technique used was a total sampling of 18 people. Total sampling means the number of samples is the same as the population. The data collection technique used in this research is a test. The test carried out was a performance test of Nurhasan's long forehand service badminton ability. The data analysis test used the t-test with results showing a value of 0.01 < 0.05, which shows that the STAD learning model can improve long forehand serve ability in badminton. The normality statistical test uses Kolmogorov Smirnov with normal distribution results. Data from the t-test results with results of 0.001 < 0.05. So, there is a significant influence. The results of this test shown in R Square are 0.660, which means that the STAD learning model has a large influence of 66% on the long serve forehand in badminton.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mini field tennis training on the results of groundstroke strokes in junior tennis club of Sumedang Regency. This type of research is Pseudo-Experimental research, this pseudo-experimental research method uses the One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design method. The population of this study is all active members of the junior tennis club of Sumedang Regency. The sample in this study used Purposive Sampling consisting of 15 people. The instrument for the test used is the Kemp-Vincent Rally Tennis test to measure the level of strokes in performing a Rally Groundstroke. The data analysis technique uses the Paired-t Test, which is with the intention of comparing the average value of the Pre-Test and Post-Test results before and after treatment with the same sample. Before the Paired-t Test, first test Normality test and Homogeneity test. The results showed that the results of statistical data analysis of the Paired-t Test test obtained p volue (sig.) of (0.001) > (0.05), so there was a significant influence. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of mini field tennis training on the results of groundstroke strokes at the junior tennis club of Sumedang Regency

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui informasi tentang hubungan kecerdasan kinestetik, interpesonal dan intrapersonal terhadap kebugaran jasmani. Hipotesis penelitian ini 1) terdapat hubungan kecerdasan kinestetik terhadap kebugaran jasmani (2) terhadap hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap kebugaran jasmani (3) terhadap hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap kebugaran jasmani (4) terdapat hubungan kecerdasan kinestetik, interpersonal dan intrapersonal secara bersama-sama terhadap kebugaran jasmani. Jenis penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan metode korelasional. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas di Kecamatan Sumedang Utara dengan mengambil sampel kelas V menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Dari data yang telah diperoleh berupa hasil penilaian menggunakan data primer. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan menggunakan uji statistik, ternyata secara empiris (1) terdapat hubungan kecerdasan kinestetik terhadap kebugaran jasmani (2) tidak terhadap hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap kebugaran jasmani (3) tidak terhadap hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal terhadap kebugaran jasmani (4) terdapat hubungan kecerdasan kinestetik, interpersonal dan intrapersonal secara bersama-sama terhadap kebugaran jasmani. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya ketiga variabel tersebut terhadap kebugaran jasmani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh obesitas yang telah mewabah di sejumlah negara. Obesitas telah menjadi epidemi di banyak negara, dan studi menunjukkan bahwa obesitas dapat mempengaruhi anak-anak, dewasa muda dan dewasa  Sekolah merupakan salah satu lembaga yang memiliki kewajiban dalam pengendalian obesitas pada siswa, sehingga perlu disiapkan alat-alat yang efektif dan efektif untuk menanggulangi obesitas pada usia sekolah. Ada dua jenis olahraga yang dapat meningkatkan kebugaran dan mengurangi lemak tubuh, yaitu olahraga endurance dan olahraga lari. Kedua latihan ini sangat efektif dan efektif untuk dilakukan di hampir semua segmen sekolah karena tidak begitu banyak kebutuhan spiritual. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental yang membandingkan dua jenis latihan dengan 15 sesi perlakuan dengan dua kelompok yang terdiri dari 15 siswa SMA yang masing-masing mengalami obesitas. Kedua kelompok melakukan pre-test dan post-test dengan coopertest fitness meter (lari 12 menit) dan alat ukur kadar lemak menggunakan bioelectrical impedance analysis dengan alat skala lemak tubuh Sylim dari Perfect Healthy. Hasilnya menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan latihan lari dan latihan kekuatan. Sedangkan lari lebih penting untuk mengurangi lemak tubuh dan meningkatkan kebugaran daripada binaraga.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran berdasarkan gender terhadap hasil belajar guling depan siswa. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimen dengan desain factorial dengan populasi sebanyak 312 siswa dengan sampel 40 orang siswa kelas VII di SMP N 1 Katapang. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan rubrik penilaian guling depan. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 2020. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran Problem base learning dan Direct Intruction terhadap hasil belajar guling depan siswa SMP N 1 Katapang. Kemudian terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan gender. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini untuk peserta didik putra untuk peningkatan hasil belajar guling depan lebih baik menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem base learning sedangkan untuk peserta didik putri menggunakan model pembelajaran Direct Intruction.

Abstract

The government has been implementing the Strengthening Character Education (PPK) program since 2016, mandating teachers, including Physical Education (PE) teachers, to integrate character values into the learning process. However, practical implementation often needs to be improved, with character values being documented mainly in administrative records like learning plans. Preliminary studies in the Sumedang district reveal a need for more emphasis on the affective domain, as PE teachers tend to focus on the psychomotor domain. So, in-depth research must be conducted on this topic. This research, a case study involving 10 PE teachers in Sumedang Regency, explores their perceptions of character education. The data were collected by distributing short questionnaires to collect participant demographic data; ten people participated in semi-structured interviews. Through inductive and thematic data analysis, themes voiced by participants were identified, evaluated, and created with the help of NVivo 12 Pro. Significant findings emerged through open questionnaires and semi-structured interviews, which included teacher understanding, urgency, challenges, learning strategies in integrating character values, and PPK's contribution to improving holistic student development. This research contributes to improving the quality of physical education learning in elementary schools, which is oriented toward strengthening character education. These insights are crucial for policymakers, curriculum writers, and educators to enhance character education in physical learning.

Abstract

Natural rock climbing (climbing) and wall climbing (wall climbing) The lead category is one of the groups or classes that compete in wall climbing sports by taking a predetermined route with a certain level of difficulty (grade). The research method uses an experimental method with a pre-experimental design, purposive random sampling data collection with 10 samples taken from mapala members of Sumedang Regency. Data from the experimental and control groups as well as the pretest and posttest show that the Shapiro Wilk sig value is 0.05, so the conclusion from this distribution is that it is normal. It can be concluded that the magnitude of the difference in changes in each group is proven by an increase in the LLS group of 07.20 and the regular training group of 05.60. This training model can be applied as training for beginners. It is recommended for future researchers to use larger samples.

Abstract

This research uses audio-visual learning media to improve student learning outcomes in Sumedangsympathetic gymnastics learning at SDN Bongkok. This research uses a mixed-method research method with a classroom action research design and a Kemmish and Mc—Taggart model research design whose cycle or cycle has stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The instruments used in this research were tests, observation, and documentation. The participants were elementary school students in grade IV (four) at SDN Bongkok, Paseh subdistrict, Sumedang district, with 26 students. In this study, the results showed that in cycle I, nine people were declared complete with a completion percentage of 34.6%, while the students who had not yet completed were 17 students with a percentage of 65.4%. In the second cycle, 15 students completed with a percentage of 57.7%, while 11 students did not complete with a percentage of 42.3%. A significant increase occurred in cycle III, where 24 students completed with a percentage of 92.3% and two students who did not complete with a percentage of 7.7%. The conclusion is that using audio-visual learning media in Sumedang Simpati gymnastics can improve student learning outcomes at SDN Bongkok. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of modified learning media on the student creativity. The research method employed an experimental method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample of this study consisted of PETE for Elementary School students selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument utilized a creativity questionnaire. Based on the data analysis, the significance value was 0.019, indicating a significant influence of modified learning media on the student creativity. This study concludes that there was a significant impact of modified learning media on the student creativity. Modifying learning media can be considered a viable alternative in education to enhance creativity and other cognitive components.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kecemasan pada pemain futsal UPI Sumedang selama pertandingan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sebanyak 14 pemain, berusia 19 hingga 22 tahun, berpartisipasi dalam wawancara mendalam dan menyelesaikan kuesioner untuk menggali pengalaman dan perasaan mereka selama pertandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekanan kompetitif, harapan menang, ketakutan gagal, dan tekanan sosial merupakan penyebab utama kecemasan bagi 60% pemain. Sebanyak 73,33% pemain melaporkan merasa tegang sebelum pertandingan, yang berdampak negatif pada fokus dan koordinasi motorik mereka, sementara 53,33% pemain merasa kurang percaya diri selama bermain. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kecemasan berdampak signifikan pada kinerja pemain, dan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan mental, disarankan adanya dukungan psikologis, metode relaksasi, serta pelatihan mental. Strategi komprehensif yang menggabungkan pendekatan - pendekatan ini dianggap penting untuk meningkatkan performa atlet.
