Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi siswa melalui implementasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani (Penjas). Program dilaksanakan di sekolah mitra dengan melibatkan 20 siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran selama empat kali pertemuan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, evaluasi, dan refleksi. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket motivasi yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah program. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal berdasarkan uji Shapiro-Wilk (p > 0,05), sedangkan uji paired sample t-test memperoleh nilai signifikansi 0.000 (p < 0,05), yang menandakan terdapat perbedaan signifikan motivasi siswa sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Secara deskriptif, siswa menjadi lebih antusias, aktif berpartisipasi, dan lebih konsisten dalam mengikuti aktivitas berbasis teknologi. Program ini juga berdampak pada peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi pada pembelajaran Penjas. Dengan demikian, implementasi teknologi terbukti mampu memberikan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan karakter generasi digital, sekaligus mendukung pengembangan kualitas pembelajaran Penjas di sekolah mitra.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the limitations of facilities and infrastructure as supporting factors for the achievements of the Villor Volleyball Club in Cimanggung District, Sumedang Regency. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, involving coaches, administrators, and club athletes. The results of the study showed that although the facilities and infrastructure were inadequate, support from the community, family, and club management contributed significantly to the club's success. External factors such as family support (69.17%) and the community (71.17%) were the main drivers, while internal factors such as the physical condition of athletes (73.33%) also played an important role. This study recommends improving facility management, collaborating with the government and sponsors, and optimizing existing facilities to support athlete achievements sustainably.Keywords: volleyball, facilities and infrastructure, athlete achievements, supporting factors  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana sebagai faktor pendukung prestasi Klub Bola Voli Villor di Kecamatan Cimanggung, Kabupaten Sumedang. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan pelatih, pengurus, dan atlet klub. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun sarana dan prasarana kurang memadai, dukungan masyarakat, keluarga, serta manajemen klub memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap keberhasilan klub. Faktor eksternal seperti dukungan keluarga (69,17%) dan masyarakat (71,17%) menjadi penggerak utama, sementara faktor internal seperti kondisi jasmani atlet (73,33%) juga memainkan peran penting. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan manajemen fasilitas, kolaborasi dengan pemerintah dan sponsor, serta optimalisasi fasilitas yang ada untuk mendukung prestasi atlet secara berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: bola voli, sarana dan prasarana, prestasi atlet, faktor pendukung

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kecemasan pada pemain futsal UPI Sumedang selama pertandingan di Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Sebanyak 14 pemain, berusia 19 hingga 22 tahun, berpartisipasi dalam wawancara mendalam dan menyelesaikan kuesioner untuk menggali pengalaman dan perasaan mereka selama pertandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekanan kompetitif, harapan menang, ketakutan gagal, dan tekanan sosial merupakan penyebab utama kecemasan bagi 60% pemain. Sebanyak 73,33% pemain melaporkan merasa tegang sebelum pertandingan, yang berdampak negatif pada fokus dan koordinasi motorik mereka, sementara 53,33% pemain merasa kurang percaya diri selama bermain. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa kecemasan berdampak signifikan pada kinerja pemain, dan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan mental, disarankan adanya dukungan psikologis, metode relaksasi, serta pelatihan mental. Strategi komprehensif yang menggabungkan pendekatan - pendekatan ini dianggap penting untuk meningkatkan performa atlet.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mini field tennis training on the results of groundstroke strokes in junior tennis club of Sumedang Regency. This type of research is Pseudo-Experimental research, this pseudo-experimental research method uses the One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design method. The population of this study is all active members of the junior tennis club of Sumedang Regency. The sample in this study used Purposive Sampling consisting of 15 people. The instrument for the test used is the Kemp-Vincent Rally Tennis test to measure the level of strokes in performing a Rally Groundstroke. The data analysis technique uses the Paired-t Test, which is with the intention of comparing the average value of the Pre-Test and Post-Test results before and after treatment with the same sample. Before the Paired-t Test, first test Normality test and Homogeneity test. The results showed that the results of statistical data analysis of the Paired-t Test test obtained p volue (sig.) of (0.001) > (0.05), so there was a significant influence. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an effect of mini field tennis training on the results of groundstroke strokes at the junior tennis club of Sumedang Regency

Abstract

This research aims to improve forehand serviceability using the STAD Student Team Achievement Division cooperative model). This research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design. The sample involved in this research is all students at SDN Babakan Bandung who take part in badminton extracurriculars. The research sample selection technique used was a total sampling of 18 people. Total sampling means the number of samples is the same as the population. The data collection technique used in this research is a test. The test carried out was a performance test of Nurhasan's long forehand service badminton ability. The data analysis test used the t-test with results showing a value of 0.01 < 0.05, which shows that the STAD learning model can improve long forehand serve ability in badminton. The normality statistical test uses Kolmogorov Smirnov with normal distribution results. Data from the t-test results with results of 0.001 < 0.05. So, there is a significant influence. The results of this test shown in R Square are 0.660, which means that the STAD learning model has a large influence of 66% on the long serve forehand in badminton.

Abstract

Natural rock climbing (climbing) and wall climbing (wall climbing) The lead category is one of the groups or classes that compete in wall climbing sports by taking a predetermined route with a certain level of difficulty (grade). The research method uses an experimental method with a pre-experimental design, purposive random sampling data collection with 10 samples taken from mapala members of Sumedang Regency. Data from the experimental and control groups as well as the pretest and posttest show that the Shapiro Wilk sig value is 0.05, so the conclusion from this distribution is that it is normal. It can be concluded that the magnitude of the difference in changes in each group is proven by an increase in the LLS group of 07.20 and the regular training group of 05.60. This training model can be applied as training for beginners. It is recommended for future researchers to use larger samples.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the perceptions of physical education teachers in Cimahi, West Java regarding the designation of esports as a sport by the Ministry of Youth and Sports. Esports is an electronic sport that relies on an internet connection by presenting competition either as a team or individually to win matches that prioritize strategy without physical clashes. The method in this research uses a qualitative case study approach involving 10 selected physical education teachers in the city of Cimahi, West Java, where quite a lot of schools present esports extracurriculars through interview observations and data analysis documentation loaded in the NVivo 12 software application. The results obtained from this application is that all participants agree to the KEMENPORA's policy of classifying esports as sports. Esports also has a lot of relevance to the values ​​that grow in the school environment, including: critical thinking, creativity and courage to make decisions. The conclusion of this research is that esports is currently developing in several big cities and there is a need for equitable distribution through outreach to the community, schools and parents of students. In this way, esports is no longer considered an unproductive activity but rather a sport that is being carried out without physical conflict, but must always be monitored and accommodated the potential of students by the school and the parents of the children concerned

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi masalah pembelajaran berdiferensiasi Kurikulum merdeka masih belum diterapkan pada mata pelajaran PJOK dengan optimal karena guru masih belum terbiasa degan inovasi yang baru dengan pembelajaran berdfierensiasi. Tujuan peneliitan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi PJOK Jenjang SMP Di Kabupaten Majalengka. Fokus kajian meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, serta hambatan dan solusi dalam penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik triangulasi sumber melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap guru PJOK, kepala satuan pendidikan, dan pendamping satuan pendidikan, observasi kelas, serta dokumentasi modul ajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru PJOK telah mulai menerapkan prinsip pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran, meskipun pada memerlukan penguatan dalam strategi pengelolaan kelas, refleksi dan asesmen. Hambatan utama yang dihadapi antara lain guru masih berpikir konvensional, belum terbiasa adanya pengembangan. Solusi yang ditemukan mencakup kolaborasi dengan rekan sejawat, dihidupkan forum MGMP, pendampingan intensif, dan penyusunan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih kontekstual. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya penelitian lanjutan dengan cakupan yang lebih luas dan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengukur dampak pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik.
