Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) differences in learning outcomes for students who are taught by PBL and direct teaching methods, low and high cognitive abilities. (2) the interaction between learning methods and cognitive abilities on learning outcomes of sprints. (3) differences in learning outcomes of sprinting with the PBL and direct teaching methods in terms of high cognitive ability. (4) the difference in learning outcomes of sprinting with the PBL and direct teaching methods in terms of low cognitive ability. This research is a quasi-experimental research with a factorial design. The research sample was taken using random sampling technique, the number of samples used was 50 students of SMP Negeri 8 Tasikmalaya. Analysis of the data used is the requirements test and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show: (1) there are differences in learning outcomes between students taught by PBL and direct teaching methods, (2) there is an interaction between learning methods and cognitive abilities on learning outcomes of sprints. (3) there are differences in learning outcomes between students who are given learning using the PBL Model and the Direct Instruction Model in groups of students who have high cognitive, (4) there is no difference in the learning outcomes of sprints between students who are given learning using the PBL Model and the Direct Instruction Model in groups of students who have low cognitive abilities.

Abstract

Physical education has a special responsibility to strengthen the character of learners. The game of Rugby is one of the sports that is expected to be able to instill character values that prioritize integrity and solid Cooperation in everything to achieve success. This study explores the strengthening of character education for learners through rugby games. This study used a case study design involving 15 students and 1 physical education teacher in one elementary school in the Sumedang Regency, West Java, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with short answers followed by semi-structured interviews with 1 participant. This study explores five indicators of strengthening character education: religious character, nationalism character, independent character, mutual aid character, and integrity character. This research contributes to the improvement of character education of students in elementary schools through rugby games. In addition, this research can guide teachers or academics in developing research on students' character within the framework of character education

Abstract

Tujan kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas guru dalam melakukan proses pembelajaran melalui berbagai model. Peneliti mencoba memberikan pembelajaran menggunakan model Life Kinetic dalam rangka peningkatan atensi belajar siswa yang dilihat dari tingkat atensi siwa di salah satu sekolah dasar, Kecamatan Cisitu, Kabupaten Sumedang. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan ini berupa kegiatan sosialisasi dan implementasi model pembelajaran Life Kinetic dalam pembelajaran penjas bagi guru-guru penjas yang ada di Sumedang. Dari hasil implementasi tersebut diperoleh hasil pembelajaran meningkat sejalan dengan atensi belajar siswa melalui model Life Kinetic. Hasil evaluasi setelah dilakukan sosialisasi penggunaan tentang model ini menunjuk bahwa program tersebut telah memenuhi kebutuhan guru-guru serta telah dirasakan manfaatnya. Secara umum bahwa hasil implementasi model pembelajaran Life Kinetic ini sangat bermanfaat, khususnya bagi guru-guru pendidikan jasmani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Permainainan Tradisional Lari Balok terhadap Peningkatan Gerak Dasar Lokomotor pada Anak dan juga untuk mengetahui Seberapa Besar Pengaruh Permainan Lari Tradisional Balok terhadap Kemampuan Gerak Lokomotor Anak dalam pembelajaran melalui implementasi permainan lari balok tradisional pada anak di salah satu SDN Sumedang Selatan kelas IV. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekperimen dengan desain “pre ekperimen pretest dan posttest” melalui pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang menggunakan data numerik dan fokus pada hasil pengukuran objektif melalui analisis statistik. metode ini memberikan perlakuan dengan modifikasi alat. Setelah memperoleh data melalui pengumpulan data, data harus diolah sehingga dapat disajikan sebagai data yang menarik, memiliki makna, serta memberikan jawaban atas topik penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan dengan uji Regresi linier dapat diartikan bahwasanya selain memberikan pengaruh juga besaran dari pengaruh besar. Hasil dari pengkuadratan hasil koefisien korelasi atau R, lalu hasil R square dari besaran pengaruh ini 75,1%. Fakta lain yang ditemukan saat di lapangan bahwa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan gerak dasar lokomotor anak tidak hanya dipengaruhi atas latihan dasar atau perlakuan yang diberikan saja. Namun pada kesiapan seorang anak juga mampu melatih konsentrasi dan fokus pada siswa pada saat dimulainya kegiatan yang berlangsung. Dari hasil penelitian juga pengolahan data di atas dapat diartikan bahwasanya dapat mempengaruhi permainan lari tradisional balok terhadap gerak dasar lokomotor anak. Salah satu bentuk permainan yang dapat membantu tumbuh kembang anak adalah permainan tradisional. Perkembangan gerak dasar anak-anak sangat erat kaitannya dengan permainan tradisional, Aspek pengendalian diri juga dapat dikembangkan melalui permainan tradisional. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan dan analisis data yang dilakukan hasil uji hipotesis diketahui bahwa Sig. ( 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh permainan tradisional lari balok terhadap gerak lokomotor anak sekolah dasar, artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan permainan lari balok tradisional dalam peningkatan gerak dasar lokomotor anak

Abstract

Permasalahan yang selalu terjadi pada kegiatan praktek mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani atau olahraga di sekolah dasar ditemukan masih banyaknya siswa kurang dalam menguasai teknik dasar dalam cabang olahraga tersebut dan peran pendidik khususnya guru olahraga dalam pemanfaatan atau penerapan media berbasis teknologi maupun non teknologi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pembelajaran, ditambah pembelajaran dari tahun sekarang yang mengharuskan kegiatan pemberian pendidikan melalui sistem daring. Hal ini mengefektifkan pembelajaran online, akibat virus Covid-19 yang masih melanda. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VI SDN 1 Tambelang Kota Cirebon. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penerapan media audio visual terhadap timgkat keterampilan siswa dalam passing bawah bola voli. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen (One group pre-test post-test). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes keterampilan passing bawah dengan menggunakan media dinding. Hasil tersebut dapat dilihat dari perhitungan data pretest dan posttest, P-Value One Sample T-Test sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 artinya Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penerapan media pembelajaran audio visual terhadap keterampilan passing bawah bola voli. Pengaruh media pembelajaran audio visual ini.

Abstract

Every year, the rate of crimes against women continues to increase. The danger of evil continues to lurk, making women reluctant to fight because they feel weak. Therefore, the aim of this study is to protect women from harm or other criminal threats through Women's Self Defense of Silat (WSD). The reason why the application of WSD exists is because researchers have another goal, namely to hope to cultivate a distinctive Indonesian martial art known as pencak silat. This research uses descriptive analysis method, which is basically a library. This is the result of the analysis of all data obtained by comparing the results of several studies to solve problems and reach the right solution.

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran permainan bola voli di sekolah dasar diperlukan sebuah literatur model pembelajaran untuk guru penjas dalam mengajarkan gerak dasar permainan bola voli pada peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis studi bibliometrik model pembelajaran dalam permainan bola voli yang telah dipublikasikan di jurnal internasional terindeks scopus dalam kurun waktu 2011-2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain bibliometrik. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara sistematis dan terstruktur, yang meliputi empat tahap: (1) pencarian metadata artikel melalui aplikasi Publish or Perish dari database Scopus; (2) menyaring artikel yang akan digunakan dalam analisis bibliometrik; (3) memeriksa dan melengkapi metadata artikel; dan (4) melakukan analisis bibliometrik melalui aplikasi VOSviewer. Dari analisis bibliometrik terdapat empat temuan: (1) kata kunci penulis yang paling banyak digunakan; (2) perkembangan publikasi; (3) istilah judul yang paling banyak dipakai (4) istilah abstrak yang paling banyak digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan di atas dapat disimpulkan penelitian ini kurang menerapkan model pembelajaran dalam permainan bola voli, hal ini terlihat dari hasil publikasi jurnal yang sangat sedikit dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ideal physical training program and optimal training patterns for paragliding athletes. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach to describe and analyze the perceptions of athletes and coaches. In this case, the participants in this study were 1 female athlete aged 22 years and 1 male coach aged 61 years in the paragliding sport of DKI Jakarta. Questionnaires, interviews, and documentation were used to collect data. The results of the athlete's questionnaire with the following indicators: 1) talent/seed guidance 83%, 2) coaching 67%, 3) physical, technical, tactical and psychological training program 75%, 4) nutrition intake 100%, 5) training cycle 50%, 6) facilities and infrastructure 100%, 7) Achievement 100%. Likewise, the results of the coach's questionnaire with the following indicators: 1) talent/seed guidance 100%, 2) coaching program 100%, 3) training cycle 75%, 4) management structure 80%, 5) facilities and infrastructure 50%, 6) Achievement 100%. This study shows that the ideal physical training pattern for paragliding athletes is one that is systematic, progressive, and tailored to the needs of the athlete, the optimal training pattern to improve the performance of paragliding athletes is to follow a structured and consistent training pattern.

Abstract

This research shows the importance of this type of exercise in badminton to improve footwork skills. The research aimed to determine the effect of hurdle drills and shadow training on footwork and which exercises are the most effective. This research uses a quantitative approach method with a quasi-experimental design. The sample involved in this study consisted of 30 PB athletes. Sampurna Sumedang, aged 10-14, was selected using purposive sampling techniques. This study involved three groups; One control group was a conventional exercise, and two experimental groups were doing hurdle drills and shadow exercises. Pretest and posttest data were obtained using Tohar's badminton footwork research instrument. Data processing and analysis using ANAVA: Sig. value 0.03 < α = 0.05, meaning significant differences from each group to footwork. The post hoc test showed the results of a hurdle drill with a value of 15.30, shadow training with a result of 14.70, and a control group with a value of 13.60. In conclusion, hurdle drill training, shadow training, and conventional training are effective in badminton footwork. The results of this study show that hurdle drill exercises are better than shadow exercises and conventional exercises because they are more varied and efficient.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain : (1) the significant influence of the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) learning model in basketball games on students critical thinking skills, (2) the significant influence of the Direct Instruction (DI) learning model in basketball games on students' critical thinking skills, (3) the significant difference in the influence between the Teaching Games for Understanding (TGfU) learning model and the Direct Instruction (DI) learning model in basketball games on students' critical thinking skills. This type of research is quasi-experimental design using randomized pretest-posttest group design. The population in this study is all seventh-grade classes of SMP Negeri 1 Rancaekek, Rancaekek District, Bandung Regency, West Java Province, totaling 11 classes with 543 students. The sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. The data analysis technique used is a significance test at the 5% level. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a significant influence of the Teaching Games For Understanding (TGfU) Learning Models on Students' Critical Thinking Skills in Basketball Games with a p-value (0.001) < (0.05). (2) The significant influence of the Direct Instruction (DI) learning model in basketball games on students' critical thinking skills with a p-value (0.001) < (0.05). (3) There is a significant difference between the Teaching Games For Understanding (TGfU) and Direct Instruction (DI) learning models on Students' Critical Thinking Skills in Basketball Games with a p-value (0.001) < (0.05).
