Abstract

Customer satisfaction is the level of a person's emotional state that is the result of a comparison between the performance appraisal/final product in relation to customer expectations and they can convey what and how their needs are. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect partially or simultaneously between relationships, emphaty, values and trust on customer satisfaction. Data collection using primary data obtained from customers at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch where sampling uses the slovin formula where after doing calculations using the slovin formula sets a sample of 100 respondents. The results of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability, as well as classical assumptions in the form of Normality, Multicolonerity Assumption, and Heteroscedasticity. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis assisted by the SPSS 23 program (Statistical Program For Social Science). The results showed that both partially and simultaneously relationships, emphaty, values and beliefs had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction so that all hypotheses proposed were accepted

Abstract

The Damang Saiyo Farmer Group is one of the farmer groups located in Batu Balang Village, Harau District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This group is quite active, especially in the agricultural sector. Most of the group members are active in agriculture, such as planting rice and gardening. However, there are also group members who raise livestock such as cows. Raising cattle for group members is a side activity and as family savings. Supporting natural resources such as empty land, fertile soil and easy access to green fodder in the form of grass and agricultural waste are supporting factors for raising cattle. The problems found in the Damang Saiyo Farmer Group are the lack of community knowledge about green fodder and never having processed green fodder from agricultural waste such as straw. So far, straw has not been optimally utilized as cattle feed.

Abstract

The aim of writing this work is to investigate strategies and challenges in strengthening local identity through tourism development and cultural preservation in the context of globalization. This research method uses literature studies to collect and analyze sources related to strengthening local identity through tourism and cultural preservation in the context of globalization. Data was obtained from academic databases, online libraries and other trusted sources, then analyzed thematically to identify main themes in formulating insights and recommendations regarding the sustainability of culture and traditions in the era of globalization. The result of this work is the integration of cultural preservation in tourism to support local identity in the era of globalization through cultural and technological understanding strategies. Early cultural awareness and cross-sector cooperation are important to preserve cultural diversity for future generations. Effective collaboration and implementation of appropriate strategies enable communities to safeguard their cultural heritage. Strategies to strengthen local identity through tourism include a holistic approach to local culture, implementation of regional regulations, and use of information technology. The use of digital platforms and social media is expected to promote the uniqueness of local culture globally, while the integration of information technology supports authentic and relevant tourism experiences. The aim is for the tourism sector to become a driving force in preserving cultural heritage for future generations.

Abstract

University of KH.. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang is a private university with a number of students reaching 2,300 in 2021. The large number of students demands manpower and time to provide administrative services to students. One of the student services that needs attention is the service for taking certificates and graduations which are still done manually. The purpose of this research is to make it easier for staff, prospective graduate students, and graduation committees to manage graduation activities and take certificates by utilizing digital media. This research was conducted at the University of KH. A. Wahab Habullah Jombang uses the experimental method. The development model used is the waterfall model. The test results of applications developed using the blackbox method show that the system developed is in accordance with the expected results. This means that the application developed is feasible to be applied to management activities for sending graduations and taking diplomas at University of KH.. A. Wahab Hasbullah Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the synergy between customary law and Islamic law in the mechanism for resolving customary land disputes in Pampang Customary Village, North Samarinda. The problem of customary land in this region is not only related to the aspect of ownership, but also touches the social, spiritual, and cultural dimensions of the Dayak Kenyah community. The research approach uses qualitative methods with a combination of normative and empirical approaches, through the analysis of legal documents, interviews with traditional leaders, and observation of customary mediation practices. The results of the study show that dispute resolution in Pampang Village is carried out through a consensus deliberation mechanism led by the Customary Head, with an emphasis on the value of justice, social balance, and community peace. This mechanism has a substantive conformity with  the principle of ṣulḥ (peace) in Islamic law, which emphasizes peaceful, participatory, and equitable resolution of disputes. The research discussion emphasized that the integration between customary law and Islamic law can strengthen social legitimacy, increase legal certainty, and present a more contextual dispute resolution model for customary law communities. These findings have implications for the need for state recognition of customary decisions as part of a pluralistic and equitable national legal system.

Abstract

This community service program aims to promote a sustainable environment and empower the local economy through the planting of Ketapang Kencana trees in Jenetallasa Village, Gowa. The program was implemented in August 2025 over a period of two weeks, engaging the community in all stages, including land survey, seedling preparation, tree planting, maintenance, and utilization of tree-derived products. Technical training was provided to enhance the community’s skills in seedling propagation, planting, tree care, and processing leaves and seeds into economic products. Results showed optimal tree growth, high community participation, and significant improvement in local residents’ skills. Utilization of tree-derived products opened local economic opportunities through compost, handicrafts, tree seedlings, and agro-tourism education. The program fostered a sense of ownership among the community toward their environment, encouraging sustainable reforestation. These findings demonstrate that integrating sustainable reforestation and local economic empowerment can be effectively implemented with proper technical training, active community engagement, and systematic management of tree-derived products, and the model has potential to be replicated in other villages.

Abstract

Compliance with a healthy lifestyle and improving the quality of life of patients can be done through education with mobile health to prevent long-term complications in Diabetes Mellitus (DM) patients. Aims of the research this is to know the impact of mobile health on healthy lifestyle compliance and the quality of life of DM patients. In this research, these are PubMed, CINAHL, and Scopus. The search review uses the keywords "Diabetes Mellitus," "Mobile Health," "Healthy Lifestyle Compliance," and "Quality of Life" in the articles. Based on the results, 12 out of 305 articles were identified as feasible. Analysis showed that mobile health can be used for improving healthy lifestyle compliance, and improving the quality of life among DM patients. The time DM patients used mobile health application for education varies greatly. Mobile health has great potential to help improve compliance with lifestyle health, and quality of life for DM patients.

Abstract

Understanding grammar is fundamental for effective communication and language proficiency. However, many English as a Foreign Language (EFL) students continue to face difficulties in mastering basic grammar rules. This study aims to improve third-semester students’ grammar mastery through the implementation of translation tests within a Classroom Action Research (CAR) framework. The participants consisted of 26 English Education students from Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta. The research was conducted in two cycles involving planning, acting, observing, and reflecting stages. Data were collected through pre-tests, post-tests, questionnaires, and interviews. The findings revealed a significant improvement in students’ grammatical competence after the implementation of translation-based activities. The use of translation techniques, particularly the established equivalent, increased substantially—from 45.34% in the pre-test to 89.89% in post-test II. Moreover, students who passed the minimum passing grade rose from 11.54% in the pre-test to 100% in post-test II. These results indicate that translation tests not only enhance students’ understanding of grammar but also foster better analytical and linguistic awareness. The study concludes that integrating translation tasks into grammar instruction is an effective pedagogical approach to developing students’ grammatical accuracy and confidence in English learning.Keywords: Classroom Action Research, EFL students, Grammar mastery, Translation tests, Translation techniques

Abstract

Recorded approximately 27 universities in this city is increasingly fierce competitive situation from time to time, causing many colleges difficult to increase the number of students [1]. Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University contained in Malang has not identified the quality of service and support strategy for the satisfaction level of students so as to improve the quality of students. In this research use corporation of SERVQUAL method and multiple linear regression to analyze the results of the questionnaire. This processing produces Gap values and linear regression analysis, it can be calculated the value of Servqual that known and will be prioritized for enhanced service quality. Conclusions and recommendations in order to get improved quality of improvement efforts of the priority criteria for enhanced quality service. Based on  data processing  using multiple linear regression analysis only tangible dimension that significantly to improve overall satisfaction. To prioritize the improvement of his physical condition improved following completion of facilities and infrastructure improvements in the information media (internet), completeness of facilities and infrastructure improvements in the lecture, the addition means supporting information, improved seating and desks Conditions comfortable class, classroom hygiene, completeness of facilities improvement and infrastructure in the library, improvement classroom air circulation, comfortable classroom temperature, comfortable classrooms lighting.
