Abstract

Employee performance compared to Work From Office where employees work in offices and also use the facilities provided by the company and are also adequate to support their performance. The workload that requires a team is also faster and more efficient when carried out in the office, in contrast to the current situation which requires employees to carry out all their work from home. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the Work From Home System Policy on the Class IIB Kayu Agung Penitentiary. The problem in this study is that the working hours of employees become irregular, employees who are used to conventional office situations find it difficult to coordinate with co-workers and the Office of the Class IIB Kayu Agung Penitentiary has difficulty measuring worker productivity and can make employees less motivated at work. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative data analysis technique. This study concludes that overall the Work From Home Work System Policy at the Class IIB Kayu Agung Correctional Institution has been running as it should. Although in practice there are still obstacles in terms of irregular working hours, employees who are used to conventional office situations find it difficult to coordinate with co-workers and the Office of the Class IIB Kayu Agung Penitentiary has difficulty measuring worker productivity and can make employees less motivated at work Keywords: Impact, Policy, Work System, Work From Home

Abstract

Delegation of authority is one aspect of the organization that is very important as well as at the Department of Public Works of Highways and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province, because delegation will accelerate and expedite the implementation of work, by itself will avoid delays in the implementation of work. All organizations have a common goal. to be achieved and must be clearly formulated, in the implementation of the organization's goals it is poured into the main task. The problems that have been identified in the preliminary study conducted by researchers that must be considered regarding the Delegation of Authority at the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning of South Sumatra Province are interesting to study, namely: 1). The existence of employees who carry out tasks not based on existing levels, among others, it is seen that there are employees who take care of administration directly to the leadership not through the General and Personnel Sub-Sector. 2) There is still distrust of the leadership in delegating authority to subordinates, in this case the leadership still interferes in the implementation of the work, which causes employees to feel distrusted and do not carry out the work that was previously submitted to them. This study uses a qualitative approach, which is a research procedure that aims to describe certain circumstances, which are described in separate words or sentences to obtain conclusions. The focus of the research in this study is the implementation of the policy of delegation of authority at the Public Works Department of Highways and Spatial Planning of the Province of South Sumatra. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis techniques, while the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation.The conclusion of this study is that based on indicators of information transmission, information clarity and consistency of information have gone well, the delivery of information to be provided by the wider community has been structured in relation to government policies and programs in providing information consistently.

Abstract

In the study entitled Implementation of Health Functional Level Tests at the South Sumatra District Health Office, it was found that the test takers did not understand how to evaluate competency tests and the test takers did not fully understand the functional points. from the test. portfolio evaluation. such as control, task control. This study used a qualitative descriptive method which was analyzed in several stages, namely. summarize, present, conclude and check with the South Sumatra Provincial Health Office. Information was collected through literature study, observation and interviews. Data abstraction control techniques are carried out by extending the time of participation, constancy of observation, triangulation and peer review, and making references. This study uses the theory of Terry (2006) which looks at four factors, namely: planning, organizing, implementing and controlling. Based on the results of the research, it is known that planning: Implementation of functional competency tests was not optimally successful, even though it was supported by management of the employee development budget in implementing functional work ability tests. Organization: The structure and division of labor for the implementation of functional job qualification tests are not running optimally. Implementation: in accordance with the budget plan made at the time of budget execution. Monitoring: does not run optimally because the legal basis for task guidance is incomplete.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the condition of the Covid-19 pandemic, there was a policy change that required us to be in a new condition, namely not being allowed to gather people in one place and close to each other because of physical distancing and social distancing in the long term. In the end the training applies a distance learning system (distance learning) by utilizing electronic learning technology. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of training with full online and blended learning methods. This thesis research uses qualitative methods. The data collection process was carried out using observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies The results of this study speak volumes about the following matters, namely; a) Reaction is a measure of training effectiveness which can be seen from the reaction of the trainees, especially direct reactions; b) The Learning Process measures the effectiveness of the training based on how well the trainees are able to absorb the information provided during the training; c) This change in behavior is in the form of behavioral effects, namely changes in attitude that occur before and after training; d) Results of measurement of training efficiency in terms of achieving organizational goals, quality of work, time efficiency, quantity of output and reduction of waste.

Abstract

This reaseach to analyze the Policy Implementation of the Use of Direct Procurement Management Information System (SIMPeL) at Sriwijaya University. information system in the procurement of goods and services in government agencies developed by the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu). The Direct Procurement Management Information System (SIMPeL) is an information system developed by the Ministry of Finance to facilitate the direct procurement process. This system functions to manage a database of direct procurement results, in order to produce appropriate information for the preparation of spending analysis, standard cost analysis, direct procurement implementation reports, and other managerial reports according to the needs and applicable regulations. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach with interview, observation, and document analysis methods for data collection. The results of this study indicate that the overall use at Sriwijaya University has helped users in carrying out the direct procurement process, but it is not yet optimal.

Abstract

Carrying out anchoring activities, the province has the right to determine a distance of 12 miles from sea level, while the remaining rights are under the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. Ship docking service fees are determined in accordance with Government Regulation No. 75 of 2015 concerning Tariffs for Types of Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) in the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. This tariff is based on the price set by the port authority in accordance with government regulations, and the calculation is as follows: For ships weighing less than 30 GT that are in port for less than 30 days, rates are calculated based on the number of days used. For ships weighing more than 30 GT which are anchored for less than 30 days, the rate is calculated based on the number of days, length of the ship, and price per ¼ etmal of IDR 750 (IDR 3000). This research aims to analyze the quality of anchoring services in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for River, Lake, Ferry and Sea Transport (UPTD PASDSPL) South Sumatra Province. The problems identified in this research are delays in issuing bills for docking services and frequent delays in ship departure schedules. The data analysis method used in this research is qualitative data analysis. The results of this research show that overall, UPTD PASDSPL South Sumatra Province provides good anchoring services. However, there are still several obstacles and obstacles, especially related to the long process of issuing docking service bills and frequent delays in ship departure schedules.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasikan dan mendeskripsikan peran pekerja sosial sebagai community development workers dalam menangani anak-anak korban bencana alam. Pembahasan artikel ini diperoleh melalui studi literatur yang bersumber dari jurnal dan artikel di internet melalui google scholar untuk dijadikan rujukan sebagai dasar teori mengenai konsep community development workers, mengeksplorasi perlindungan sosial bagi anak-anak korban bencana dan menjabarkan peranan pekerja sosial dalam menangani masalah anak-anak korban bencana. Indonesia dengan posisinya yang rawan terhadap bencana alam menunjukkan pentingnya melakukan penanganan terhadap korban bencana terkhusus bagi kelompok-kelompok rentan seperti anak-anak. Hasil analisis yang penulis lakukan menunjukkan bahwa peranan CD Workers dalam penanganan masalah ini adalah sebagai facilitative roles, educational roles, representational roles dan technical roles. Peranan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelayanan sebagai bentuk perlindungan sosial bagi anak sehingga dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dialami. Dengan adanya peranan tersebut dapat memastikan segala kebutuhan yang diperlukan dan mengembalikan keberfungsian secara sosial bagi anak. This article aims to identify and describe the role of social workers as community development workers in dealing with child victims of natural disasters. The discussion of this article was obtained through a study of literature sourced from journals and articles on the internet through Google Scholar to be used as a reference as a theoretical basis regarding the concept of community development worker, exploration of social protection for child victims of disasters and describing the role of social workers in dealing with children's problems. disaster victims. Indonesia, which is prone to natural disasters, shows the importance of handling disaster victims, especially for vulnerable groups such as children. The results of the analysis conducted by the author show that the CD Worker's role in handling this problem is a facilitative role, an educational role, a representational role and a technical role. This role aims to provide services as a form of social protection for children so that they can help solve the problems they are experiencing. With this role, it can ensure all the needs needed and restore social functioning for children.

Abstract

The success of forestry development through agroforestry activities is largely determined by the level of community participation in contributing to forest management efforts and the quality of human resources that support it. In order to realize the success of RPH Mundu, the community forest management program (PHBM) is carried out. The principle of PHBM is to open opportunities and opportunities for all parties to manage forests with a sharing system while maintaining forest sustainability. The paradigm shift in forest management demands a change in attitudes, work procedures and institutional structures related to the implementation of the CBFM system. The method used in this research is a survey method and direct observation in the field. Sampling of the success of agroforestry development at RPH Mundu was based on the type of vegetation, the amount of vegetation, the height and diameter of the main production plant/polowijo/hectare, production costs, B/C ratio. Determination of respondents for communities around the forest intentionally or purposive sampling, namely 67 respondents who are members of the forest farmer group (KTH). Sampling was selected based on age, duration, number of families and based on the area arable. Based on the results of the analysis, the fulfillment of the food needs of the community around the forest area with the agroforestry system at the Mundu RPH is quite good and feasible to continue its use. Fulfillment of community food needs includes three aspects, namely: adequacy aspect, health aspect and nutritional content aspect.

Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuasin menjadi tempat dilaksanakannya program Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KIA), khususnya terkait inisiatif pendataan anak dan publikasi KIA. Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Banyuasin menetapkan tujuan program Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KIA) untuk mendaftarkan 44,66 anak usia 0 hingga 17 tahun yang memiliki akta kelahiran. Hingga Februari 2021, Disdukcapil Kabupaten Banyuasin telah menerbitkan 18.381 anak yang memiliki sertifikat KIA, dibandingkan 26.280 anak tanpa sertifikat. Sebagai program kependudukan terkini, hasil ini menunjukkan perlunya perbaikan dalam pelaksanaan program KIA. Dalam penelitian ini dievaluasi pelaksanaan Program Kartu Tanda Penduduk di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Hal-hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah: Masih banyak anak yang belum mempunyai KIA. Kecamatan Sipil Banyuasin. Metode analisis data penelitian ini adalah metode analisis data kualitatif. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan Program Kartu Tanda Penduduk Kabupaten Banyuasin telah berhasil dilaksanakan, meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala dalam pelaksanaannya, seperti jumlah pencetakan kartu KIA yang belum mencapai target. Namun rencana Disdukcapil untuk menjadwalkan mobil keliling merupakan salah satu inisiatif untuk mendongkrak kepemilikan KIA..
