Abstract

A variety of flavored yogurt has been widely known; however, adding fruit would impact the choice of this product.  In this experiment, some fruits, such as Ananas comosus and Cucumis melo had been supplemented in yogurt made from dairy goat milk.  This research used a completely randomized design 4 x 4, applying four treatments with four replications.  The treatments were FO: yogurt with no addition of fruit; FA: yogurt with 10% fruit Ananas; FC: yogurt with 10% fruit Cucumis; FM: yogurt with mixed addition of 5% fruit Ananas and 5% Cucumis. Data of sensory evaluation and pH were analyzed using Anova. Results showed no significant differences in color, odor and flavour among treatments. However, there was found the highest (P<0.05) score (3.30) on the texture of yogurt with C. melo.  On average, this yogurt and mixed fruit yogurt also showed high overall acceptability (2.65).  Yet, the Cucumis yogurt had high averages in TPC (2.8×107) and pH (5.72).  Cost production, in average, the mixed yogurt showed IDR 105,516 for 2,5 l (IDR 42,206 for 1 l yogurt).  It had IDR 5,790 difference from the one with no fruit yogurt.  In conclusion, yogurt with A. comosus had an optimal combination of sensory evaluation score, TPC, pH and cost production.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the structure of the folklore of the Dayak Tunjung Rentenuukng tribe in Linggang Melapeh Village describe the cultural values contained in the folklore of the Dayak Tunjung Rentenuukng tribe in Linggang Melapeh Village. There are three folk tales of the Tunjung Rentenuukng Dayak tribe in Linggang Melapeh Village which were collected and analyzed, namely the story of Lake Aco which can be classified as a local legend. The folklore of Seek and Lokeek is classified into the fairy tale group, and the folklore of the Orphans is classified into the fairy tale group. In general, the folklore of the Dayak Tunjung Rentenuukng tribe in Linggang Melapeh Village has the theme of the formation of a place and the theme of a person's life journey. The characters in the three stories are dominant humans who don't give up easily and have good character. The cultural values contained in the story of the Dayak Tunjung Rentenuukng tribe in Linggang Melapeh Village are the cultural values of human relations with God, human relations with nature, human relations with society, human relationships with other people, and human relationships with oneself.

Abstract

Abstract: Preeclampsia is a condition characterized by a collection of typical symptoms that appear during pregnancy, childbirth, or the postpartum period. Based on the initial survey, the Kesongo Health Center data showed that there were 17 (11.97%) preeclampia incidents out of 142 pregnant women. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship of internal aspects in pregnant women to the incidence of preeclampsia. The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The research was conducted at Kesongo Health Center. The research was conducted in June 2024. The study population was all pregnant women in Trimester 2 and Trimester 3 at Kesongo Health Center, Kedungadem District, Bojonegoro Regency in June 2024 as many as 30 people as well as the research sample. The sampling technique used in this study was total sampling. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate. The results showed a relationship between the age of pregnant women (p value: 0.000) to the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women. It is recommended to the Puskesmas to increase the provision of education to pregnant women about danger signs in pregnancy and healthy lifestyles during pregnancy so that the incidence of preeclampsia can be reduced and maternal mortality can decrease.Keywords: Pregnant Women, Preeclampsia, Age.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the agribusiness system of the Horticultural Sub-Sector in Mukomuko Regency using the literature review method. This approach examines various aspects of agribusiness, including the supply of production facilities sub-system, cultivation sub-system, product processing sub-system, marketing sub-system, and supporting sub-systems that support the sustainability of the agribusiness system. Mukomuko Regency has good potential for the development of the Horticulture sub-sector by integrating all of these sub-systems in a harmonized and integrated manner.In this study the methodology used was a literature review. This approach involves collecting, reviewing, and analyzing secondary data obtained from various sources, including scientific articles, books, reports, and other publications relevant to the topic of Horticulture subsector agribusiness. The results of this study indicate that the production facilities subsystem, the farming production/cultivation subsystem and the marketing subsystem have been running well and are profitable. While the processing subsystem has not been running well because farmers have not been able to process horticultural products with more modern. Sub-system support has also been running well but not yet optimal

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penambahan level bumbu rendang yang berbeda pada pembuatan telur asin terhadap uji organoleptik. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai April 2017 bertempat di Laboratorium Jurusan Peternakan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan 80 butir telur itik yang disusun berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan dibahas secara deskriptif. Terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan setiap ulangan menggunakan 5 butir telur itik, perlakuan tersebut adalah : P0 : Adonan + 0 % bumbu rendang (kontrol), P1 : Adonan + 25 % bumbu rendang, P2 : Adonan + 50 % bumbu rendang dan P3 : Adonan + 75 % bumbu rendang. Variabel yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah uji organoleptik warna putih telur, warna kuning telur, aroma, rasa, tekstur dan kesukaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor warna putih telur perlakuan P0, P1, P2 dan P3 adalah sama dengan skor 1. Skor warna kuning telur P0 (2,39) lebih tinggi dibanding P1 (1,39), P2 (1,55) dan P3 (1,11). Skor aroma P0 (2,30) adalah paling rendah dibanding P1 (2,38), P2 (2,53) dan P3 (2,41). Skor rasa P0 (2,33) adalah paling rendah dibanding P1 (2,52), P2 (2,55) dan P3 (2,72). Skor tekstur P0 (2,58) lebih rendah dibanding P1 (2,61) dan P2 (2,61), tetapi lebih tinggi dibanding P3 (2,53). Skor kesukaan P0 (3,53) adalah paling rendah dibanding P1 (4,03), P2 (3,85) dan P3 (4,07).

Abstract

Capture fisheries in Mukomuko are the main source of livelihood for the local fishing community. Mukomuko waters are one of the areas in Bengkulu Province with a coastline of 98.22 km. The potential of fisheries and marine in Mukomuko is certainly a great opportunity for poverty alleviation in the area. By developing local advantages and involving the local fishing community, it is hoped that the coastal area of Mukomuko can develop sustainably. The mission of the Mukomuko regent to make the area a center for agro-industry and agricultural trade can also support better local economic growth. The research method used is to utilize secondary data from the Mukomuko district marine and fisheries office and analysis of previous research results. Research materials include fisheries production, ship fleets, fishing gear, fishermen's conditions, and catches.

Abstract

Meat refers to parts of an animal's body, such as liver, kidneys, brain, and other muscle tissues that are edible, and meat has a fairly complete nutritional content. Meatballs are a type of food popular in Indonesia, but are prone to spoilage due to the activity of microorganisms. The production of beef meatballs with the addition of moringa leaf powder (Moringa oleifera) can inhibit microbial growth and affect the quality of beef meatballs. This study aims to evaluate the effect of Moringa oleifera (Moringa leaf flour, MLF) addition on total microbes and organoleptic of beef meatballs, including color, texture, taste, and preference for color, aroma/smell, texture, and flavor. The research method used a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments: meatballs without the addition of MLF (T0) and meatballs with the addition of MLF 1% (T1), 2% (T2), and 3% (T3). The parameters observed included measurements, total microbes, and organoleptic characteristics, which included hedonic and sensory quality tests of beef meatballs. The results showed that the addition of moringa flour had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the results of hedonic and organoleptic quality tests but had no significant effect (P>0.05) on total microbes. The study results show that adding MLF at different levels does not effectively suppress the microbial growth of beef meatballs. Adding MLF with different levels in beef meatballs does not effectively suppress microbial growth. The addition of MLF in the hedonic and organoleptic quality tests significantly affected color, texture, smell, and taste, and was still acceptable to the panelists.

Abstract

Abstract: Pregnancy is a crucial phase in the human life cycle, especially because it is included in the golden period of the First 1,000 Days of Life (HPK), which starts from conception until the child is two years old. During pregnancy, the body's need for iron increases significantly, putting pregnant women at risk of anemia. The purpose of the study was to determine the correlation of cognitive aspects with adherence to taking Fe tablets in pregnant women. The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The research was conducted in the working area of Pasir Jaya Health Center. The research was conducted in September 2024. The population is all pregnant women who live in the Pasir Jaya Health Center working area, totaling 216 people. The sample amounted to 77 respondents.  The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. The results showed a relationship between (p value: 0.042) and perceptions (p value: 0.032) on compliance with Fe tablet consumption in pregnant women. Pregnant women are advised to follow the doctor's or midwife's recommendations regarding regular consumption of blood supplement tablets and not to skip doses.Keywords: Compliance, Knowledge, Perception.

Abstract

Islamic Education Development Prospects: Study of The Future and Its Challenges. Objective: This study aims to analyze the various multidimensional challenges in the development of Islamic Education and offer strategic solutions that are transformative, not merely adaptive. Method: This study used a qualitative approach with a systematic literature review method, by collecting and analyzing literature from reputable journals, scientific books, and relevant reports, both national and international. The literature was selected through strict inclusion and exclusion criteria, covering publications from 2015 to 2024 and relevance to the development of Islamic education. Findings: This study reveals seven main challenges that hinder the development of Islamic Education, namely inconsistency with future needs, negative public perception of graduates, low achievement of eight national education standards, technological disruption and the Society 5.0 era, low digital literacy of educators, a non-contextual curriculum paradigm, and weak character education. These seven challenges are systemically interrelated and demand integrated solutions. The curriculum relevance crisis demands competency-based and integrative reform, the technology gap demands the integration of AI and contextual digital learning, and negative public perception demands performance-based communication strategies and multi-stakeholder collaboration. The innovative solutions offered include the development of a curriculum based on 21st-century values and competencies, the integration of technology and personalized learning, character strengthening based on local wisdom, institutional rebranding through multi-stakeholder collaboration, and partnerships between Islamic educational institutions and the industrial and community sectors. Conclusion: This study confirms that the future development of Islamic education must be rooted in a critical awareness of global dynamics, accompanied by progressive and contextual strategies. These findings provide a conceptual framework that can serve as a foundation for Islamic education reform that not only maintains Islamic identity but also strengthens the readiness of the Muslim generation to respond to future challenges in a visionary and competitive manner. Keywords: islamic education, challenges, solutions, future.

Abstract

This study examines the pedagogical and professional competencies of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in the digital learning era. Although artificial intelligence (AI) can support the learning process, many teachers have not utilized it optimally due to limited digital literacy and a lack of training. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of AI use on the competencies of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers. The method used was quantitative with a descriptive correlational approach, involving 50 Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in Yogyakarta selected by purposive sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test, Pearson correlation, and simple linear regression using SPSS. The results showed that the use of AI significantly affected the competencies of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers, with a p-value of 0.014 and r-value of 0.347, and a contribution of 12%. This finding highlights the importance of training and policies supporting AI integration in education. Continuous support in training and proactive education policies are essential to maximize the use of AI.
