Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengelolaan dana zakat produktif untuk pemberdayaan mustahik pada LAZISNU Ponorogo. Dana zakat yang potensial dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat utamanya adalah dalam pengentasan kemiskinan. Sehingga distribusi dana zakat yang telah terkumpul tidak sembarangan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberdayaan yang dilakukan bisa untuk pemberian modal usaha, biaya pendidikan dan pelatihan terbukti telah mendongkrak layak hidup masyarakat dan membuka kesempatan dalam kesejahteraan social. Abstract: This study aims to examine the management of productive zakat funds for the empowerment of mustahik in LAZISNU Ponorogo. Potential zakat funds in community empowerment are primarily in poverty alleviation. So that the distribution of zakat funds that have been collected is not arbitrary. This research method is a qualitative descriptive study. The findings of this study are that empowerment can be done to provide venture capital, the cost of education and training has been proven to have boosted people's lives and open up opportunities in social welfare.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of e-commerce adoption based on the Model of Internet Commerce Adoption (MICA) and the implementation of e-commerce adoption based on Theory Planned Behavior (TPB). The research method used is qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the level of e-commerce adoption carried out by the Sukahijab Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) had fulfilled the third stage and reached the third stage of completing the features at each stage not completing everything. Referring to the Theory Planned Behavior (TPB) it turns out that not all of them are the same as what was stated by Azjen. There is one different factor, namely the Subjective Norm. Where in the Sukahijab UMKM itself, subjective norms have no effect, where the surrounding environment has no effect to provide encouragement in the implementation of the e-commerce. The most influential of the three factors is Attitude Toward the Behavior, then Perceived Behavioral Control, and the least influential is Subjective Norm

Abstract

The size ofthe working capital used in the business will certainly affectthe income earned by traders. Capitalfor traders is also one of the production factors that affect income levels. The main objective of this studywas to determine the effect of capital and working hours on the income of Pancasila market traders inTasikmalaya City.The method used in this study is a quantitative approach, taking samples using simple random samplingtechnique with a total of 65 respondents. While collecting data with a questionnaire (questionnaire). Dataanalysis used instrument tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesistesting consisting of multiple linear regression tests, t tests, f tests, and R square tests.The results of the study show that: 1) business capital has a positive and significant effect on the income ofPancasila market traders in Tasikmalaya City. 2) working hours do not significantly affect the income ofPancasila market traders in Tasikmalaya City. 3) Simultaneously capital and working hours have asignificant effect on the income of Pancasila market tradersin Tasikmalaya Cit

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the view of Islamic law regarding the practice of online entrustment services on social media, and what risks and opportunities are felt by online entrustment service business actors on social media. This research is included in the type of qualitative research. Data collection for this thesis is the result of observation, literature study, interviews and documentation. In data analysis techniques, this research uses several stages, namely data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and finally drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that, firstly, the practice of entrusting services on social media in the view of Islamic law is legal and permissible as long as it does not violate the rules and there are no arguments that forbid it. The contract from the practice of jastip itself is a wakalah bil ujrah contract, namely an agreement between both parties (representative and muwakkil), where a muwakkil gives authority to the representative to do something in exchange for giving ujrah (fee/wages) to the representative. Second, the risk of the practice of entrusting services, namely the potential for financial losses due to additional fees, import duties and taxes; product damage, and business competition. Meanwhile, opportunities for entrusted service practice include the use of information and communications technology (ICT); consumer expansion, and increasing relationships.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of motivation, consumer perceptions, lifestyle and beliefs on purchasing decisions on Shopee marketplace users in Tasikmalaya City. The sample of this research amounted to 100 respondents. This research uses cluster sampling technique. The data analysis used is quantitative with multiple linier regression method. The results showed that (1) Motivation had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace, (2) costumer perceptions had no positive and insignificant, effect on purchasing decisions in the shpee marketplace (3) lifestyle had no positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace (4) trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace (5) motivation, costumer perceptions, lifestyle and trust have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of ease of use and security risks on the interest in using the DANA digital wallet among students of the Islamic Economics Study Program, Tasikmalaya Islamic Institute. The background of this study is based on the increasing use of financial technology, especially digital wallets, which are considered practical and easy to use by the younger generation. The method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach, processed using SPSS version 29. The study population was 111 students, and the sample used was 53 respondents selected using the simple random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, then analyzed using multiple linear regression tests, t-tests, f-tests, and coefficients of determination (R²). The results of the study indicate that both ease of use and security risks have a positive and significant effect on the interest in using the DANA digital wallet, both partially and simultaneously. This finding emphasizes the importance of developing a user-friendly interface and a reliable security system. This study can be input for application developers such as DANA to improve service quality, as well as for educational institutions in providing digital literacy to students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of religious moderation by Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in Elementary Schools in Bengkulu City. Religious moderation is an approach that emphasizes the importance of a middle attitude, tolerance, and respect for differences in practicing religious teachings. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach at SDN 41 Bengkulu City. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with PAI teachers, classroom observations, and analysis of related documents. The results of the study indicate that PAI teachers at SDN 41 Bengkulu City have implemented various strategies to promote religious moderation, including through multicultural education, extracurricular activities, attitude and character development, family and community approaches, and creating an inclusive school environment. Teachers are also active in participating in professional training and discussions to improve their understanding of religious moderation. The implementation of religious moderation in this school has a positive impact on students' attitudes and behavior, creating a harmonious atmosphere and respecting differences. However, this study also found several challenges, such as limited resources and resistance from some parents. Therefore, further support is needed from the school, parents, and the community to ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of the religious moderation program.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 36 Medan has students with various backgrounds. Guidance and counseling is a support service provided by schools to students who have problems that can be resolved. The results of observations and interviews that have been conducted on counseling guidance teachers of SMP Negeri 36 Medan stated that they still find it difficult to deal with the problems faced by students. The method used in this study is the forward chaining method. The implementation of the forward chaining method in cyber counseling applications in overcoming problems that occur in students, aims to assist counseling guidance teachers and students in dealing with problems. The results of this study show that by using the forward chaining method in the cyber counseling application, the system can look for problems faced by counseling guidance teachers with students and the system can work according to the rules that have been set previously. Four counseling teachers conducted the system testing, which showed that 90% of the counseling teachers felt very helpful in knowing the problems of students through the cyber counseling application. In addition, testing also involved thirty students of SMP Negeri 36 Medan, where 95% of them were greatly helped by the cyber counseling application

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of locus of control on budgetary slack with technological skill as moderation. The population in this study were employees of PERUMDA Panglungan Jombang Regency. Sample withdrawal using purposive sampling technique. This research uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques The sample of this study was 120 respondents consisting of permanent employees and daily employees involved in the process. Based on the results obtained from this study, it shows that the locus of control variable has an effect on the budget gap. In the presence of technological skill as a moderating variable, locus of control has a positive and significant effect on budget constraints. The technological skills possessed by employees can reduce the budget constraints that occur due to an increase in locus of control of employees.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Sustainability report adalah dokumen non keuangan yang mencakup enam aspek performa. Dokumen ini mengungkapkan data tentang komitmen serta tindakan perusahaan dalam hal sosial dan lingkungan.   Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan mengevaluasi bagaimana perusahaan pertambangan mengungkapkan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (CSR)  dengan menerapkan Standar Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). Metode: Penelitian ini memanfaatkan Stakeholder Theory. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder. Hasil: hasil yang ditemukan adalah adanya kenaikan perolehan nilai ekonomi sebesar 56% pada tahun 2021 bagi Adaro Energy, Inc. (AEI), serta adanya program Jaminan Hari Tua (JHT) dan Jaminan Pensiun (JP) yang ditanggung oleh Grup Adaro untuk karyawan permanen maupun kontrak. Kesimpulan: Dari analisa disimpulkan bahwa indikator keselamatan dan kenyamanan bekerja yang merupakan indikator pengungkapan tertinggi.
