Abstract

This study aims to determine the numeracy literacy level of 8th-grade students at SMP Negeri 9 Sumedang, considering the ongoing challenges in students' ability to interpret, analyze, and solve statistical problems. Many students struggle with numeracy literacy, affecting their ability to make data-driven decisions, which influences their academic achievement, financial literacy, and future employability. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method involving 31 eighth-grade students selected through purposive sampling. Data collection includes students’ numeracy literacy test results on statistical material, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis follows three stages: data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results indicate that students’ numeracy literacy remains low, with an average test score of 29.3, and only 16% meet the minimum competency level in statistical reasoning. Interviews with two representative students revealed significant difficulties in understanding statistical concepts, particularly in interpreting data from tables and graphs, identifying relevant information for problem-solving, and applying appropriate mathematical strategies. Additionally, students struggled with structuring solutions systematically and drawing meaningful conclusions from statistical data. The primary factors contributing to this low performance include (1) students’ reluctance to engage with lengthy word problems, (2) lack of understanding of prerequisite materials, and (3) difficulties in determining problem-solving strategies. These findings highlight the need for improved instructional strategies to enhance students' statistical reasoning and numeracy literacy. Future research should explore intervention programs that strengthen students’ ability to interpret and apply statistical data in real-world contexts. These findings can help educators design more effective teaching strategies and assist policymakers in developing numeracy-focused curricula that better prepare students for future challenges.

Abstract

The aim of this program is to increase students' creativity in utilizing used goods into valuable works while at the same time instilling environmental awareness at SMAN 2 Narmada by utilizing used goods. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This approach was chosen because the aim of the research was not to test certain hypotheses or speculation, but rather to obtain in-depth understanding and interpretation. The results of this program are high enthusiasm and the ability to work together in teams, producing innovative works that are not only creative but also functional. This program has also succeeded in raising environmental awareness among students and honing their practical skills in managing used goods.

Abstract

Every parent is obliged to care for and love their child. A child really needs guidance and direction from every parent starting from still in the womb until the child understands the meaning of life. Most of the child's life span is in the family sphere, therefore the parenting style of the child greatly determines the personality and behavior of the child. But there are still many parenting styles for their children that are too harsh, causing big problems for the child. This is based on parents' ignorance of parenting mistakes for child development. Therefore, the authors designed a 3D animation video for parenting mistakes that damage children's development using Unity 3D. This animated video aims to help parents find out the causes and effects of parenting mistakes for the growth and development of their children. Animated videos made using simple language to make it easier to understand by all groups of people.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenggunaan SIA membantu UMKM mendapatkan informasi tepat waktu, mendukung keputusan ekonomis, dan mendorong pertumbuhan usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Pendidikan Pemilik, Pelatihan Akuntansi, dan Umur Usaha Terhadap Penggunaan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dengan Ketidakpastian Lingkungan sebagai moderasi. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan populasi berasal dari UMKM Kecamatan Dukuh Pakis. Penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 85 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan Warp PLS. Hasil penelitian menjunjukan bahwa pendidikan pemilik, pelatihan akuntansi dan umur usaha berkontribusi terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi. Ketidakpastian lingkungan mampu meningkatkan kontribusi pendidikan pemilik, pelatihan akuntansi dan umur usaha terhadap penggunaan sistem informasi akuntansi UMKM Kecamatan Dukuh Pakis.ABSTRACTThe use of AIS helps MSMEs get timely information, support economic decisions, and encourage business growth. This study aims to test and analyze the effect of Owner Education, Accounting Training, and Business Age on the Use of Accounting Information Systems with Environmental Uncertainty as a moderation. This research is quantitative in nature with the population coming from MSMEs in Dukuh Pakis District. Sampling using purposive sampling technique and obtained 85 respondents. The analysis technique used descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with Warp PLS. The results of the study showed that owner education, accounting training and business age contributed to the use of accounting information systems. Environmental uncertainty can increase the contribution of owner education, accounting training and business age to the use of accounting information systems in MSMEs in Dukuh Pakis District.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of sustainability reports on financial resilience in food and beverage companies in capital market of ASEAN countries and analyze the role of Enterprise Risk Management in modifying effect of the relationship. The index used as a sustainability report guideline in this study is based on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) 2021. Meanwhile, the index used to measure Enterprise Risk Management is using COSO - ERM. The population of this study are food and beverage industry companies listed on the stock exchange of each ASEAN country in 2022-2023. Companies that become samples are selected using purposive sampling method with certain criteria. The type of data used is secondary data. The results showed that sustainability reports had no effect on Economic Value Added, and Enterprise Risk Management had no role in moderating effect of sustainability reports on Economic Value Added. Although ERM is designed to reduce risk and increase stability, this study suggests that ERM may not be sufficiently integrated with sustainability initiatives to influence financial resilience as measured by EVA. Sustainability initiatives reported in the SR are more oriented towards long-term impacts related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG). Due to this difference in focus, ERM is often not directly involved in managing or measuring the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives, leading to a lack of synergy between two approaches. The implications of this study can help companies to pay more attention to sustainability practices and strengthen risk management to improve financial resilience.

Abstract

The digital information era has brought a new dimension to the dissemination of knowledge, including religious information. Social media and online platforms have become the main channels for individuals to access and share religious content, but both also provide opportunities for the spread of fake news and misinformation, which have the potential to cause social unrest and distort understanding of religious teachings. This study aims to analyze the challenges of religious literacy in the context of the rise of digital information, especially related to the spread of fake news and misinformation related to religion among junior high school students in Central Bengkulu. Furthermore, this study examines the strategic role of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects in developing critical and responsible religious literacy skills among students in the information era. Through a literature review and content analysis approach, this study identifies important religious literacy competencies, such as the ability to verify sources of information, a comprehensive understanding of the context of religious teachings, and increased awareness of the potential for information manipulation. In addition, this study explores how the PAI curriculum and learning methods can be adapted to equip students with the skills to filter information, identify fake news and religious misinformation, and promote peaceful and constructive religious narratives in the digital space. The findings of this study indicate that most students are exposed to too much unverified information, are vulnerable to the spread of fake news and misinformation, have limited digital literacy and critical thinking skills, and may be influenced by filter bubbles. On the other hand, although Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has not achieved optimal results, it has been proven to play an important role in developing students' ability to filter fake news and misinformation.

Abstract

Augmented Reality to create a new environment by combining the interactivity of real and virtual environments in real time so that users feel that the environment created is real. The model used in this research refers to the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) type development model with 5 stages, namely Concept, Design, Material Collecting, Assembly, Testing and Distribution. The conventional learning process has been transformed into a digital form. One example is learning media, learning media is an effort designed in the learning process where material that is difficult to understand becomes easier to understand. To make it look more interesting, this learning media is made in the form of Augmented Reality. The results of this scientific work produce an application for learning about the structure of the earth's layers in the form of 3D Augmented Reality based on android, where when designing researchers use blender, unity 3D and vuforia applications.

Abstract

Android-based educational games are increasingly evolving as interactive learning tools. This research aims to design and develop an educational game that introduces various types of roses. The game is developed using Unity and the C# programming language, following the MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) method, which includes planning, data collection, implementation, and testing stages. The main features of this game include introducing different rose species along with their Latin names and characteristics, as well as interactive games such as quizzes and puzzles to enhance user engagement. Testing was conducted using the black-box method to ensure the game's functionality. Evaluations based on questionnaires indicate that this game is highly effective in improving users' knowledge of rose species. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of more engaging and educational technology-based learning media.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of motivation, consumer perceptions, lifestyle and beliefs on purchasing decisions on Shopee marketplace users in Tasikmalaya City. The sample of this research amounted to 100 respondents. This research uses cluster sampling technique. The data analysis used is quantitative with multiple linier regression method. The results showed that (1) Motivation had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace, (2) costumer perceptions had no positive and insignificant, effect on purchasing decisions in the shpee marketplace (3) lifestyle had no positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace (4) trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace (5) motivation, costumer perceptions, lifestyle and trust have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions in the shopee marketplace.

Abstract

Edukasi mengenai Stunting sering kali disampaikan melalui metode yang kurang menarik dan sulit dipahami oleh orang tua, serta rendahnya kesadaran dan pemahaman orang tua tentang pentingnya gizi seimbang bagi pertumbuhan anak menjadi kendala utama dalam penanganan Stunting. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang aplikasi game quiz berbasis android yang mengintegrasikan konsep game based learning untuk edukasi Stunting pada anak. Game quiz ini memberikan pemahaman kepada orang tua tentang penyebab, gejala dan cara pencegahan Stunting. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode multimedia development life cycle (MDLC), yaitu metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan multimedia. Konsep game based learning yang digunakan dalam pembuatan game ini menggabungkan aspek-aspek mendidik dengan elemen permainan untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang menarik dan interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian penerapan game based learning pada aplikasi game quiz pengenalan Stunting pada anak terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman orang tua tentang bahaya Stunting serta pencegahannya. Penilaian responden terhadap aplikasi game quiz ini mendapatkan respon positif dengan 9 orang orang menyatakan menarik dari total responden kuisioner 15 orang.
