Abstract

Warisan dalam Islam merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam syariat yang telah diatur secara detail dalam Al-Quran dan Hadis. Namun, implementasi hukum waris Islam di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai problematika kompleks yang melibatkan aspek sosial, budaya, dan hukum positif. Artikel ini menganalisis dinamika hukum waris Islam di Indonesia, mengidentifikasi berbagai problematika yang muncul, dan menawarkan solusi komprehensif untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis literatur dan studi kasus untuk memahami fenomena warisan dalam konteks masyarakat Muslim Indonesia.

Abstract

Indonesian crafts and Singapore have great potential to strengthen cooperation between the two countries' economies. Indonesian handicrafts have an extensive cultural heritage and craftsmanship, offering a range of unique and high-quality products. As a dynamic global trading hub, Singapore offers a vast and diverse market for these handicrafts. Factors affecting the crafts trade between Indonesia and Singapore, trade policies, consumer preferences, effective marketing strategies, and more. Trader data and market trend analysis allow opportunities and challenges to be considered when developing trade in both countries. Close cooperation with the government, economic stakeholders, and other stakeholders is key to expanding Indonesian crafts in Singapore. Singapore's success in the competitive market also requires the development of innovative marketing strategies, improved product quality, and a high level of application.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted various industrial sectors, including the automotive industry in Indonesia. PT Astra Honda Motor (AHM), as the market leader in motorcycles in Indonesia, faces major challenges in maintaining operational stability and business sustainability. This study aims to analyze business strategies using the SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, Threats) analysis method during the pandemic. Data was obtained through literature studies, company annual reports, and other secondary sources. The results of the analysis show that AHM's main strengths lie in its strong brand image, extensive distribution network, and technological support from Honda Japan. However, a glaring weakness is the dependence on the supply of imported components which was disrupted during the pandemic. Opportunities arise from the increasing demand for private vehicles and electric motorcycles, while the biggest threat comes from the decline in consumer purchasing power and restrictions on economic activity. The recommended strategy is to maximize strengths to seize post-pandemic market opportunities and minimize internal weaknesses to reduce the impact of external threats.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development strategy of Gen Z Fruit Salad business in Bekasi through the SWOT approach. This MSME is present as a solution to the low consumption of fruit by the Indonesian people by offering healthy, practical products that are in line with current lifestyle trends. The research method used is quantitative descriptive with non-participant observation techniques. The results of the analysis show that Gen Z Fruit Salad has strengths in the form of product innovation, use of local raw materials, and attractive branding. However, internal weaknesses such as limited production and distribution are still the main obstacles. Opportunities from increasing awareness of healthy lifestyles and government support for MSMEs provide good prospects, even though they must face threats such as fluctuations in fruit prices and tight market competition. Based on the SWOT quadrant diagram, this business is in Quadrant III, which indicates the need for a survival strategy. Strategic recommendations include increasing production capacity, expanding distribution, utilizing digital media, and product innovation to reach a wider market. The results of this study are expected to be a reference in the development of similar MSMEs in the healthy culinary sector.

Abstract

This study analyzes the opportunities and challenges of textile trade based on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) between Indonesia and Chinese Taipei, while also examining the export facilitation policies implemented in both countries. The findings reveal that digital export platforms, fiscal incentives, export training, and financial support are key factors in enhancing MSME textile export performance. Indonesia excels in production capacity and domestic market potential, whereas Chinese Taipei is more efficient and policy- driven. However, challenges remain, such as complex export regulations, limited capital access, and international quality standards. Therefore, strategic collaboration and policy reform are essential to improving the global competitiveness of MSME textile products.

Abstract

The international trade of traditional handicraft products continues to grow alongside the increasing global interest in culturally rich and sustainable goods. This study analyzes the opportunities and challenges of trading Indonesian traditional handicrafts in the Australian market and highlights the importance of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) protection in preserving the authenticity and economic value of these products. The findings reveal that although the Australian market presents significant potential, issues such as design counterfeiting, cultural exploitation, and limited legal protection remain critical obstacles. Therefore, strategies such as community-based collective protection, legal education for artisans, and cross-country collaboration are essential to strengthen traditional cultural protection systems within the global trade framework.

Abstract

The international trade of high-value fishery products plays a vital role in the economic relationship between Indonesia and Japan, particularly within the framework of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC). Commodities such as tuna, crab, and shrimp are among Indonesia’s top export products to Japan, with demand increasing due to the healthy food trend. However, challenges arise from stringent food safety standards, tariff and non-tariff barriers, and risks of product quality mismatch. Through policy analysis and trade trend evaluation, this study examines the opportunities and threats in the trade of high-value fishery products and highlights the importance of harmonizing food safety regulations to enhance Indonesia’s competitiveness in the Japanese market.

Abstract

Indonesia memiliki potensi besar sebagai eksportir ayam beku di kawasan Asia Tenggara, didukung oleh peningkatan produksi domestik yang mencapai lebih dari 3,8 juta ton pada tahun 2024. Pasar Jepang, dengan nilai impor ayam beku mencapai $1,4 miliar dan pertumbuhan tahunan sebesar 6,4%, memberikan peluang signifikan bagi Indonesia sebagai alternatif pasokan selain Brasil dan Thailand. Keunggulan geografis, diversifikasi produk, serta sertifikasi halal menjadi nilai tambah yang dapat memperkuat posisi Indonesia di pasar Jepang. Meskipun dihadapkan pada tantangan standar kesehatan dan infrastruktur logistik, peluang ekonomi ini dapat dimaksimalkan melalui peningkatan standar produksi, kerja sama bilateral, dan penguatan rantai dingin. Dengan strategi yang tepat, ekspor ayam beku Indonesia ke Jepang tidak hanya akan mendorong pertumbuhan sektor peternakan, tetapi juga memperkuat posisi Indonesia dalam perdagangan global produk pangan hewani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki ekspor produk perkebunan Indonesia ke Tiongkok. Fokus analisis adalah hasil perkebunan komoditas perkebunan seperti kelapa, kelapa sawit, dan kakao. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia cukup unggul dalam berbagai produk kelapa, seperti kelapa parut, kelapa dalam kulit, kelapa segar, dan kopra, dengan indeks ISP sebesar 1,00. Namun, Indonesia menghadapi masalah seperti perubahan harga, perubahan iklim, dan peraturan perdagangan. Meskipun demikian, karena ekspor kelapa yang lebih besar dan variasi produk olahan kelapa yang lebih besar, Indonesia masih kalah dari Filipina.
