Abstract

A significant increase in internet usage provides a great opportunity for online business activists. According to a survey in 2016 there are 132.7 million Indonesians are connected to the internet of a total population of 256.2 million people, with a percentage of 77% of the amounts that do online shopping. Increasing the number of internet users it also affects the online shop juragan7am, which is growing. This research is a qualitative research with phenomenology model. The selection of informants using non-random-sampling or nonprobability sampling method of 9 informants. Sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling technique. The result of this research is motivation of entrepreneur become motivation which is informant as a reseller. Price and marketing media has no influence on the dynamics of reseller that occurs in online shop juragan7am. Keywords: reseller, motivation, online shop, entrepreneur, phenomenology.

Abstract

This research is a confirmatory and explanatory research at three outlets of Conato bakery in Jember. The data used in this study is the primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The population in this study were all consumers of three outlets of Conato in Jember. The number of samples used 135 samples. The technique or method of sampling used is proposive random sampling. The analysis model used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that the brand image is the variable of the greatest influence on customer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction significantly affects the word of mouth of consumers from outlets of Conato in Jember. Product quality, price and brand image through customer satisfaction as intervening variable can increase the influence on word of mouth. These results can be concluded that consumer satisfaction is the most important variable role in consumer behavior research in making purchases at stores Conato in Jember. Abstract

This study aims to determine alternative marketing strategies and their implications for marketing Rameyza Tour & Travel Branch Bondowoso. Analytical method used is SWOT analysis. Internal factor analysis (IFAS) and external factors (EFAS) are used to determine the firm's position through the quadrant table. IE Metrics and SWOT Metrics are used to determine marketing strategic formulations that are appropriate to current corporate conditions. The results showed that Rameyza Tour & Travel Bondowoso Branch is in quadrant V, this means marketing strategy that must be done is horizontal innovation strategy that is in applying its strategy focused on the addition or improvement to the implementation of the function of each activity in the business unit of Tour & Travel service . In the description of SWOT metrics, there are several alternative marketing strategies such as: 1) Improving partnership with institutions and schools, 2) Increasing online promotion to expand market, 3) Promoting promotion especially service for private tour and attracting foreign tourists. 4) Maintaining continuous service quality, 5) Expanding the market by adding products sold, such as aircraft ticketing service, and railways as a productdiversified form. Abstract

This research is attended to analyze: (1) influence of physical support and contact personnel toward hospital image at Public Hospital in Tuban, (2) influence of physical support and contact personnel toward patient trust at Public Hospital in Tuban, (3) influence of hospital image toward patient trust at Public Hospital in Tuban. Type Research is explanatory research or confirmatory research because its target explain relation of kausal between variable examination of hypothesis. Research population is consumen / patient of Tuban Hospital. Consumer taken as sampel is patient using hospital service, minimum take care of to lodge during 3 day. Research conducted by during two week with amount of sampel 120 people. Research showed that physical support and contact personnel influence toward hospital image direcfly, positively and significantly. Physical support and contact personnel showed direct influence toward the patient trust at Public Hospital in Tuban. In addition, physical support and contact personnel showed indirect, positive and significant influence toward the patient trust of patient through hospital image.Keywords: Physical Support, Contact Personnel, Hospital Image, Patient Trust at Public Hospital in Tuban

Abstract

The study aimed to investigate the effects of market orientation, market characteristics, and creativities on the innovation and marketing performances of the cosmetics Firms in East Java Province. The study was a confirmatory carried out by testing several hypotheses in order to figure out the causal relationship of all the above variables. The data were collected from the entire population of 37 cosmetics firms, registered as the members of the Indonesian Association of Cosmetics Firms or Persatuan Perusahaan Kosmetik Indonesia (PERKOSMI), East Java Chapter. These companies were also registered in the Food and Drugs Control Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BP POM RI). The study employed complete enumeration or census method, hence, sample and sampling technique were not required. The validity of the research instrument was ensured by using construct validity, of which only items with positive correlation coefficient higher than 0.30 were included. Whereas, the reliability of the research instrument was determined by using Cronbach Alpha and items were considered reliable only when their values were higher than 0.60. The obtained data were, then, analyzed by using path analysis. The results showed that market orientation, market characteristics, and creativities had direct, positive and significant effects on the innovation of the cosmetics firms in East Java. Market orientation, market characteristics and innovation had direct, positive and significant effects on the marketing performances of the cosmetics firms. Surprisingly, creativities had no significant direct effects on the marketing performances of the cosmetics firms.Keywords: Market Orientation, Market Characteristics, Creativities, Innovation, Marketing Performances of Cosmetic Firms

Abstract

The studyaimedto examine the effect of brand image of dr Soebandi executive polyclinic, service quality and satisfaction to patient loyalty. There were six hypotheses were tested with path analysis using partial least squares instrument. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that first, second, third, and five hypotheses were received. Brand image influenced service quality and patient satisfaction. Analysis of direct and indirect effects indicated that the quality of service and patient satisfaction were intervening variables in the relationship with the brand image of an executive polyclinic to patient loyalty. Another hypothesis were rejected. Service quality andsatisfaction were an important mediator in the relationship between brand image and loyalty. These findings implied that the quality and satisfaction wereintervening variables to patient loyalty. Brand image played an important role in changing service quality and patient satisfaction. It would lead to better patient loyalty are higher as well. Key words: brand image, service quality, satisfaction, patient loyalty

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze 1); Customer Relationship Marketing influence on customewr satisfaction, 2); Influence After Sales Marketing Customer satisfaction; 3) Influence of Implicit Guarantee of customer satisfaction; 4) The influence of Unconditional Guarantee of customer satisfaction; 5) The influence of customer satisfaction Defection Management; 6) Zero Defects influence model of customer satisfaction; 7) Effect of Customer Relationship Marketing Customer Loyalty; 8) Influence of After Sales Marketing 9) Influence of Implicit Guarantee Customer Loyalty; 10) The influence of Unconditional Guarantee on Customer Loyalty; 11) Influence of Management Defection of Customer Loyalty; 12) Zero Defects influence Model of Customer Loyalty; 13) The influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. The population is all of our PT. BNI 46 Tbk., Jember Branch throughout the region, which at the end of December 2012 has been recorded about 71.942 customers. Intake of the total sample using the method of sampling nonprobability (proportional stratefied sampling). The design of this study are included in the explanatory research and methods of analysis used is structural equation methods.Analysis result indicate that Customer Relationship Marketing and Unconditional Guarantee model is a program that has significant and positive relationship of loyalty in an effort to defend its customers, further After Sales Marketing, Implicit Guarantee, Defection Management and the worst compared to the six CRP program is Zero Defect Model

Abstract

The objectives of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price and brand image on Post Express customer satisfaction and loyalty in Bondowoso and Situbondo Post Office, using analytical methods Sructural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the of Amos program version 5.0. The population in this research is all customer who sent document or parcel with the Post Express service. The respondent are chosen by purposive sampling. This study uses primary data by taking a sample of customers Post Ekspres at the Bondowoso and Situbondo Post Office,  as many as 133 samples. The results of this study are: (1) service quality has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction; (2)  price has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction; (3) brand image has positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction, (4) customer service has positive and significant impact on customer loyalty; (5)  price has positive and significant impact on customer loyalty; brand image  has positive but not significant impact on customer loyalty; (7) satisfaction has positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. Abstract

This study aimed to examine and analyze motivation, work environment and transformational leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction of KPwBI Jember employees. The data used in this study are primary data. The data processing method uses the Partial Least Square analysis method with the help of the PLS Smart analysis tool. The results showed that motivation had a significant effect on employee satisfaction work environment had no significant effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership style had no significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation had a significant effect on work performance, work environment had no significant effect on employee performance, and transformational leadership style did not significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Kehadiran KSPPS di Indonesia adalah salah satu perwujudan konsep keuangan yang sejalan dengan prinsip Islam sebagai agama mayoritas penduduk Indonesia sehingga memberikan banyak peluang bagi masyarakat dalam menjalankan bisnis atau usahanya. Masalah terbanyak yang muncul adalah tingkat literasi syariah dikalangan masyarakat Indonesia masih rendah. Tujuan utama pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan pemahaman literasi keuangan Islam kepada para pengelola Koperasi Simpan Pinjam dan Pembiayaan Syariah (KSPPS) agar mereka mampu mengembangkan usaha KSPPS sehingga dapat meningkatkan roda perekonomian negara sesuai syariat Islam. Metode atau tahapan dalam kegiatan ini mengikuti siklus PDCA dengan kegiatan utamanya adalah sosialisasi materi konsep keuangan syariah dengan menekankan pemahaman tentang produk yang dapat ditawarkan kepada anggota dan melakukan pendampingan pelaksanaan akad-akad keuangan syariah. Tim pengabdian masyarakat mencoba mengoreksi praktik yang masih belum sesuai dengan konsep keuangan syariah serta memberikan masukan dalam hal peningkatan layanan keuangan syariah sehingga anggota semakin merasa terbantu dan yakin dengan keberadaan KSPPS tersebut.
