Abstract

Abstrak: Tanbih Tarekat Qodiriyah Naqsyabandiyah (TQN) Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya bukan hanya wasiat guru untuk muridnya, tetapi juga menjadi pedoman dalam berperilaku beragama, berbangsa, bernegara, dan pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis nilai pedagogik dalam Tanbih TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur yakni kegiatan yang berkenaan dengan metode pengumpulan data pustaka, membaca dan mencatat, serta mengelolah bahan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi yakni mencari atau menggali data dari literatur terkait apa yang dimaksudkan dalam rumusan masalah, selanjutnya data di analisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer yang digunakan adalah naskah Tanbih, sedangkan, data skunder berupa buku dan jurnal yang sesuai dengan kajian. Hasil  penelitian menunjukan bahwa Tanbih TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya mengandung empat belas nilai pedagogik yaitu rukun, hati-hati, taat, istiqomah, introsfeksi, sopan santun, kolaborasi atau gotong royong, saling menghargai, keteladanan, simpati dan empati, toleransi, waspada, tujuan hidup, dan sungguh-sungguh. Nilai pedagogik tersebut harus menjadi pedoman bagi pendidik dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam proses pendidikan di lingkungan Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya. Abstrac: Tanbih TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya is not only a teacher's testament to his students, but also a guideline for religious, national, state and educational behavior. This study aims to describe and analyze the pedagogical values in Tanbih Tarekat Qodiriyah Naqsyabandiyah (TQN) Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya. The method used is literature study, namely activities related to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes, and managing research materials. The data collection technique used is documentation study, which involves searching for or extracting data from literature related to the research question. The data is then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The primary data used is the Tanbih manuscript, while the secondary data consists of books and journals relevant to the study.The results of the study show that Tanbih TQN Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya contains fourteen pedagogical values, namely harmony, caution, obedience, istiqomah, introspection, courtesy, collaboration or mutual cooperation, mutual respect, example, sympathy and empathy, tolerance, alertness, purpose in life, and mean it. These pedagogical values must be a guide for educators and can be implemented in the educational process within the Suryalaya Islamic Boarding School environment.

Abstract

Initially the mass media acted as the sole interpreter of truth, but now it is divided into many versions of truth. The treatise of truth presented is distorted by the truths of media construction on the internet network. Truth is no longer valuable and becomes relative. This condition made people confused, believing the truth from the media soon disappeared because it was annulled by other media. However, the public cannot be separated from their dependence on information and always seek and apply themselves to the media. Based on this description, the research is directed to uncover the phenomenon of truth in the post-truth era by using qualitative methods that emphasize mainstream media strategies in spreading, shaping, and confirming public beliefs. The results of the study show that the strategy of upholding the truth is part of daily activities by penetrating online networks carried out by all subsidiaries by spreading the truth based on the ethical principles contained in the Journalistic Code of Ethics and the Basic Press Law, as well as value principles that refer to facts, objectivity. , as well as verification, as a guide to the value of information by educating the public about the types of verified information, conducting campaigns regarding media credibility, to efforts to support the movement to fight hoax.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Contextual Teaching and Learning learning on the learning activeness of students in Aqidah Morals in MTs Puteran, Puteran Village, Pagerageung District, Tasikmalaya. The method used in this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach. To collect the data needed techniques such as questionnaires, interview guidelines and observation guidelines. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that Contextual Teaching and Learning in MTs Puteran was classified as sufficient (a score of 32,88 was obtained, above the classification of 31,74 to 36,11 with sufficient criteria). While the learning activeness of students in MTs Puteran is relatively low (obtained a value of 29,5, is on the interpretation scale between 25,75 to 30,5 with low criteria). And the effect of Contextual Teaching and Learning learning on the learning activeness of students in MTs Puteran has a positive and significant effect with sufficient categories, it is proven that rs = 0,57 is at an interval of 0,41 to 0,60 and tcount 3,26 ≥ ttable 1,72. Contextual Teaching and Learning determines the learning activeness of students by 32,49% while the remaining 67,51% is thought to be determined by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to explore learning innovation skills in vocational teacher candidates in the Mechanical Engineering Vocational Education Program (PVTM) at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. A qualitative approach with a case study method was used in this research. Data were collected through observations and in-depth interviews, utilizing interview guides and assessment rubrics to ensure the objectivity of the analysis. The research sample was drawn from 30% of students previously categorized as having low skills based on earlier studies, with the condition that they had completed the School Field Introduction course (PLP). The results showed that this classification was not entirely accurate. Some students categorized as “low” actually demonstrated strong competencies in innovative skills such as creative thinking, collaboration, communication, and problem-solving. The findings suggest that PVTM students have potential that can be developed into adaptive vocational teachers who are capable of facing the challenges of 21st-century learning. Strengthening teaching strategies and holistic evaluations is crucial to optimizing their abilities.

Abstract

The development of information technology has driven the rapid growth of e-commerce transactions in Indonesia, thus demanding adequate legal certainty in legal relations between parties. This study analyzes the application of contract law in e-commerce transactions with a focus on the legal certainty provided by laws and regulations, specifically the Civil Code (KUHPerdata), the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU-ITE), and their derivative regulations. The research method used is a normative juridical approach through an analysis of positive legal norms governing electronic agreements, the validity of contracts, and the responsibilities of the parties in digital transactions. The results of the analysis indicate that in principle, contracts arising from electronic agreements have the same legal force as conventional agreements as long as they meet the requirements for valid agreements as stipulated in the Civil Code. However, obstacles remain in practice, such as weak consumer and business understanding of electronic evidence mechanisms, suboptimal law enforcement against digital defaults, and limited supervision of marketplace platforms. This study concludes that legal certainty in e-commerce transactions can be achieved if regulations regarding electronic contracts are continuously strengthened, accompanied by increased digital legal literacy and more effective government oversight. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of a legal framework that is more adaptive to the dynamics of the digital economy in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penyaluran bantuan sosial yang tepat sasaran merupakan kunci dalam mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat, terutama di tengah keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan prioritas penerima bantuan sosial dengan menggunakan metode Combined Compromise Solution (CoCoSo), sebuah metode pengambilan keputusan multi-kriteria yang mampu menghasilkan solusi kompromi optimal dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai kriteria secara seimbang. Metode CoCoSo digunakan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengkombinasikan nilai dari setiap alternatif penerima bantuan berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, sehingga menghasilkan peringkat prioritas yang objektif dan efisien. Penerapan metode ini diharapkan dapat membantu dalam proses seleksi penerima bantuan sosial yang lebih transparan dan tepat sasaran, terutama dalam kondisi di mana terdapat konflik atau perbedaan kepentingan antar kriteria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode CoCoSo efektif dalam memberikan rekomendasi prioritas penerima bantuan sosial dengan solusi yang seimbang dan dapat diandalkan.

Abstract

Character education is a strategic agenda in Indonesia’s national education system; however, its implementation in elementary schools still faces various challenges. Previous studies have mostly highlighted implementation aspects, while teachers’ misconceptions about character education have not been systematically examined. This study aims to identify the types of misconceptions elementary school teachers hold regarding character education, the factors causing them, and strategies for improvement. The research design employed an explanatory sequential mixed methods approach involving 150 elementary school teachers in Tasikmalaya Regency. Research instruments consisted of a 25-item Likert questionnaire with Cronbach’s Alpha reliability test, complemented by semi-structured interviews. Findings show that 57% of teachers fall into the medium misconception category, 30% high, and 13% low. The main misconceptions are perceiving character education as identical to enforcing discipline, memorizing moral values, and being the sole responsibility of families. The dominant causal factors are the lack of formal training and the dominance of hidden curriculum. These findings emphasize the importance of sustainable teacher capacity-building programs, integrating character values into lesson plans, and school supervision. The limitation of this study lies in its regional scope and focus on teachers’ perspectives, suggesting that future studies should involve students and parents.

Abstract

In an increasingly competitive digital era, PT Soka Cipta Niaga is required to optimize its marketing strategy through marketplace platforms such as Shopee. One of the main challenges in carrying out a marketing strategy on Shopee is the selection of the right keywords, because it can affect product visibility and the effectiveness of advertising costs. This study aims to help the process by applying the MOORA (Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis) method in the decision support system. The MOORA method was chosen because it is able to evaluate various alternatives by objectively considering the criteria that are beneficial (benefit) and unprofitable (cost). The development of the system is carried out through structured stages using the waterfall approach, with the stages of needs analysis, design, implementation in the form of a dashboard looker studio, to the testing process using black box testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The result of this research is in the form of an interactive dashboard that not only displays keyword performance, but also provides the best keyword recommendations with three advanced groupings, namely prioritize and improve by 20%, maintain, and re-evaluate/reduce, based on the results of the MOORA method ranking. This system has been proven to provide more objective and consistent results compared to manual evaluations. Thus, this system can help PT Soka Cipta Niaga's digital marketing division in making decisions related to the selection of the best keywords more optimally.

Abstract

Evolusi teknologi digital memberikan efek yang baik sekaligus tantangan, terutama untuk remaja yang mudah terpengaruh oleh praktik taruhan online dan pinjaman online ilegal. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk menggugah kesadaran dan pemahaman siswa SMK Assalaam tentang risiko judi online dan pinjaman online  yang tidak sah, serta mempromosikan perilaku cerdas dalam penggunaan internet. Metode pelaksanaan terdiri dari sosialisasi, pembahasan interaktif, penyajian studi kasus, dan distribusi materi edukasi. Peserta terdiri dari 100 siswa yang menjalani pre-test dan post-test untuk mengevaluasi peningkatan pengetahuan. Hasil evaluasi mengindikasikan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang risiko finansial, hukum, dan psikologis terkait judi online dan karakteristik pinjaman online yang ilegal. Selain itu, peserta juga semakin kritis dalam merespons iklan dan penawaran pinjaman daring. Peran guru dan orang tua dalam mendukung remaja di era digital juga menjadi perhatian dalam kegiatan ini. Sebagai kesimpulan, sosialisasi ini efektif meningkatkan literasi digital siswa SMK Assalaam yang bertempat di Jl. Situ Tarate, Kelurahan Cangkuang Kulon, Kecamatan Dayeuhkolot, Kabupaten Bandung dengan tujuan untuk menghindari praktik berbahaya di dunia maya. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi contoh pendidikan digital untuk remaja di sekolah-sekolah lain.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a valid RADEC-based learning model for strengthening religious character values and improving critical thinking skills of elementary school students. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach, limited to the stages of preliminary study, model design, expert validation, and revision. The RADEC learning model was developed by reconstructing its syntax Read, Answer, Discuss, Explain, and Create—through the explicit integration of religious character values and critical thinking indicators at each stage of the learning process. Data were collected using expert validation sheets completed by learning model experts and subject matter experts. The validation aspects included the suitability of learning objectives, clarity of RADEC syntax, integration of religious character values, integration of critical thinking skills, and overall feasibility of the model. Data were analyzed using descriptive quantitative techniques based on average scores. The results of expert validation showed average scores ranging from 4.4 to 4.6, which fall into the very valid category for all assessed aspects. These findings indicate that the developed RADEC-based learning model meets validity criteria and is conceptually feasible for use in elementary education. Therefore, the model can be used as a validated learning model prototype that may be further tested for practicality and effectiveness in future research to support character education and critical thinking development in line with the Pancasila Student Profile
