Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of perceived value and brand trust on customer loyalty through customer engagement as a mediator variable. The sample in this study used the Slovin formula, totaling 93 respondents who were IndiHome customers in Medan Sunggal District, Medan, Indonesia, and we used structural equation modeling (SEM). The study results show that perceived value, brand trust, and customer engagement directly affect customer loyalty, and indirectly, perceived value has a non-significant effect on customer loyalty through customer engagement. In contrast, brand trust indirectly has a significant impact on customer loyalty through customer engagement.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi global dan teknologi modern saat ini sangatlah pesat sehingga memberikan dampak kehidupan yang menjadi semakin lebih praktis dan ekonomis. Hal ini menyebabkan dalam dunia bisnis ikut berkembang dengan pesat, salah satunya yaitu industry cafe. Dari sekian banyak jenis café, coffee shop merupakan salah satu jenis café yang paling menonjol dan paling banyak jumlahnya. Kopi Kudu Medan adalah salah satu industri yang berkembang pesat dibidang coffe shop dan kuliner. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dalam kepuasan pelanggan salah satunya Store atmosphere, Store Location dan cita rasa. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS dengan menguji analisis regresi linier berganda sebanyak 50 sampel dan penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara offline. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Kepuasan Pelanggan (Y) dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh Store Atmosphere (X1) dan Store Location (X2). Berdasarkan hasil uji F, model regresi secara keseluruhan signifikan dengan nilai F sebesar 13,188 dan signifikansi 0,000 (<0,05), yang menunjukkan bahwa model regresi ini dapat menjelaskan variasi dalam kepuasan pelanggan. Namun, Cita Rasa (X3) tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of social media and content marketing strategies on increasing the number of patients at SPC Children's Clinic Medan Johor. The background of this research is the development of information technology that allows social media and content marketing to be an interactive tool to increase public engagement and trust in health services. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 100 respondents who were parents of patients. Analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to test the effect of social media and content marketing individually and simultaneously on increasing the number of patients. The results showed that social media and content marketing significantly influenced the increase in patient numbers. The social media-based digital marketing strategy, especially through Instagram and TikTok, succeeded in attracting audience attention through educational, informative, and interactive content, thus building trust and community engagement. The conclusion of this study confirms that optimizing social media and content marketing strategies can increase the effectiveness of health service promotion, strengthen relationships with the community, and significantly increase the number of patients.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian yang dimoderasi oleh Kepuasan Pelanggan pada UMKM di Kecamatan Medan Sunggal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Kecamatan Medan Sunggalyang pernah melakukan pembelian produk UMKM. Sampel ditentukan secara simple random sampling menggunakanr umus Slovin, sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis data dilakukan melalui PLS-SEM menggunakan program SmartPLS 4. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Citra Merek tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, tetapi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Kualitas Produk juga tidak berpengaruh langsung signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, namun berpengaruh signifikan terhadap KepuasanPelanggan. Kepuasan Pelanggan memiliki pengaruh yang sangat signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Selain itu,Citra Merek dan Kualitas Produk memengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian secara tidak langsung melalui Kepuasan Pelanggan sebagai mediator.

Abstract

Bandar Khalipah village is one of the villages located in Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency North Sumatra Province with an area of 883 hectares. Administratively Bandar Khalipah village consists of seventeen hamlets.Currently the role of the village apparatus in carrying out its function of protecting the community is quite good and acts as a motivator and the mediator in the community is quite good and plays an active role as amotivator and mediator in the community the cooperation of the village apparatus and its apparatus(hamlet head) is going well. It is known thay on average local residents are also the majority of their income from labor and farming. Those who have uncertain incomes and also have problems faced by the residents of Bandar khalipah village are household waste that is not managed properly, therefore by managing household waste both wet and dry to be used as products of economic value, namely eco enzymes and briquettes can help the economy of the village of Percut Sei Tuan sub-district as additional income and the surrounding environment becomes cleaner.

Abstract

Sei Mencirim village is a village consisting of various tribes who come from several areas in North Sumatra. Sei Mencirim Village consists of 24 hamlets.The Sei Mencirim Village Community Work consists of groups that do not work as much as11,72%, groups that take care of the household as much as 25 %,groups of students as much as 30, 38 %, groups of retirees as much as 0,24%, groups of farmers 1,46%. The total population of the Sei Village community is 8608 population consisting of 4052 male population and 4556 female population. At present the role of the state apparatus in protecting the community is quite dependent on their income from work and farming and for those whose income is uncertain therefore one of the easiest product manufacturing modalities to find is to utilize household waste. Household waste is one factor that needs to be addressed. From household waste management, it can be used as a product that has economic value. An alternative to waste management is to deal with the problem thourghly and sustainably by recycling waste into eco enzyme, which come from organic waste, namely leftover vegetables and fruits. Therefore, by looking at the group of housewives as much as 25 %, recycling waste management can support the economy of housewives in Sei Mencirim Village as additional income.The service team decided to hold socialization in the hope that the community, especially the housewives of Sei Mencirim Village, could change their mindset and advance their village in their own way and style. This community service activity for the people of Sei Mencirim Village provides understanding to the community to mange household waste into products that have economic value and support the economy for the people of Sei Mencirim Village, especially for housewives and has an impact on environmental cleanliness.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih dalam tentang  bagaiaman product quality, brand image dan purchase decision dapat mempengaruh repurchase intention, serta menganalisis peran mediasi purchase karena banyaknya merek lotion yang beredar dipasar tentunya konsumen dalam memilih produk yang sesuai dengan apa yang diharapkan dan dijanjiikan oleh produk tersebut. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 785 responden, dengan  jumlah sampel 89 responden. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision, brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision, produk quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, purchase decision berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, produk quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention melalui purchase decision dan brand image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap repurchase intention melalui purchase decision pada mahasiswa yang menggunakan body lotion Scarlett Whitening.

Abstract

This article applies bibliometric analysis to examine existing works and literature on Halal Cosmetics to explore the concept’s evolving journey since its emergence. This study applies bibliometric approaches such as citation, co-citation, and co-occurrence of author keywords based on a bibliometric analysis of 137 publications extracted from the Scopus database between 2004 and September 2021. This research examines and elaborates the kind and direction of research on Halal cosmetics undertaken over the last few decades. It also identifies the most influential writers, journals, institutions, and countries concerning Halal cosmetics. This study might provide academics and practitioners with detailed insights into the Halal cosmetics concepts, which can subsequently be used as a reference for strategic efforts. AbstrakArtikel ini menerapkan analisis bibliometrik untuk mengkaji karya dan literatur yang ada tentang kosmetik halāl untuk mengeksplorasi perjalanan konsep yang berkembang sejak kemunculannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan bibliometrik seperti sitasi, co-citation, dan co-occurrence 137 publikasi yang diambil dari database Scopus antara tahun 2004 dan September 2021. Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menguraikan jenis dan arah penelitian tentang kosmetik halāl yang dilakukan selama beberapa dekade terakhir serta mengidentifikasi penulis, jurnal, institusi, dan negara paling berpengaruh tentang kosmetik halāl. Analisis SWOT singkat termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Kajian ini memberikan wawasan yang mendetail kepada akademisi dan praktisi tentang konsep kosmetik halāl, yang selanjutnya dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk upaya-upaya strategis.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of employee green creativity on green performance through voluntary green behavior at Hotel Grand Aston Medan. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a survey method with 150 hotel employees conducted during 2023. The data were analyzed using path analysis to test the relationships between variables. The results indicate that employee green creativity has a significant direct effect on both voluntary green behavior and green performance. Furthermore, voluntary green behavior was found to be a significant mediator between employee green creativity and green performance. These findings highlight the importance of employee creativity in generating environmentally friendly solutions, which in turn contribute to enhancing the hotel’s green performance. This study provides strategic insights for the management of Hotel Grand Aston Medan to improve sustainable performance by empowering employee creativity and voluntary green behavior.

Abstract

Ubi kayu (Manihot esculenta) merupakan tanaman pangan penting yang dapat ditemui dengan mudah di seluruh Indonesia. Pada panen raya, ubi kayu tidak dapat dimanfaatkan dengan baik sehingga harga jualnya menjadi turun. Untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat disekitar daerah yang merupakan sumber penghasil ubi kayu maka perlu dibuat nilai tambah atas ubi kayu tersebut hingga dapat memberikan nilai ekonomi terutama bagi ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk membantu para ibu di Desa Sei Mencirim, Kecamatan Kutalimbaru, Kabupaten Deli Serdang untuk memberikan pelatihan tentang pengelolaan ubi kayu menjadi cake ubi keju dengan harga ekonomis dan dengan menggunakan peralatan yang seadanya. Kegiatan ini dirasakan sangat bermanfaat karena dapat dijadikan salah satu sumber pendapatan bagi para ibu yang ada di di Desa Sei Mencirim, Kecamatan Kutalimbaru, Kabupaten Deli Serdang.
