Abstract

Seconomy has become an integral part of the Indonesian economic system, especially after the implementation of policies that support the sustainability of this sector. In an effort to accelerate the growth of the sharia economy, Bank Indonesia (BI) plays an important role with various strategic policies implemented to strengthen this sector. The strategies implemented by BI not only include monetary policy, but also financial inclusion, development of the sharia capital market, and strengthening of sharia financial institutions. This study aims to explore more deeply the efforts of Bank Indonesia in encouraging the development of the sharia economy and its impact on overall economic growth. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach with analysis of literature studies and relevant secondary data. Based on the analysis conducted, the strategies implemented by Bank Indonesia have proven effective in increasing the contribution of the sharia economy sector to Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Bank Indonesia, through comprehensive policies, provides significant impetus for the growth of the sharia economy, both in terms of macroeconomic policies and the real sector.

Abstract

Kondisi perekonomian yang terus berubah membuat Bank Mega Syariah menjalankan strategi kinerja keuangan agar dapat mempertahankan profitabilitasnya. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat profitabilitas suatu bank. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor kinerja keuangan, Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Finance (NPF), dan Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) terhadap profitabilitas Bank Mega Syariah yang diukur dengan Return on Assets (ROA) selama periode 2019-2023. Untuk menguji hipotesis, data diuji dengan menggunakan statistik SPSS sebagai bagian dari metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan data tersebut, CAR, NPF, dan FDR secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, karena CAR, NPF, dan FDR saling melengkapi dalam mencerminkan kesehatan permodalan, manajemen risiko, dan efisiensi pembiayaan. Namun, secara parsial FDR memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap profitabilitas dibandingkan CAR dan NPF yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Hasil ini terjadi karena pengelolaan pembiayaan yang dilakukan oleh Bank Mega Syariah cukup baik sehingga meskipun sempat mengalami penurunan jumlah pembiayaan yang diberikan selama pandemi Covid-19, Bank Mega Syariah mampu kembali meningkatkan FDR dan tetap meningkatkan CAR yang bersumber dari peningkatan aset melalui Investasi Sukuk (Obligasi Syariah). Sehingga hal ini juga berdampak pada tingkat pembiayaan bermasalah yang menurun.

Abstract

Excessive classroom noise poses a serious challenge to effective learning, particularly in physics education, where conceptual clarity and experimental observation are essential. Addressing this issue, this study aims to design and evaluate the STEMDUNOISE prototype an Internet of Things (IoT)-based device that monitors and classifies real-time classroom noise levels to support better learning environments. The research employed a Research and Development (RD) method based on the Borg and Gall model, encompassing needs analysis, system design, prototyping, and preliminary trials. The system integrates an ESP32 microcontroller, MAX9814 sound sensor, ESP32-CAM for automatic video capture, and visual alerts through OLED and LED displays. Testing was conducted in both laboratory and classroom settings to ensure the accuracy of performance and user acceptability. Results show that STEMDUNOISE effectively categorizes noise into three levels: low (45–55 dB), medium (55–65 dB), and high (65–90 dB), providing immediate feedback through colored LEDs and real-time data via the Blynk platform. Its novelty lies in the combination of real-time sound analysis and automated video documentation in a compact and reusable tool. Conclusions indicate that the system enhances noise awareness, supports classroom management, and improves student engagement and focus during physics instruction. The findings contribute significantly to physics education by fostering distraction-free environments, promoting self-regulated learning, and offering data-driven solutions for educational policy and instructional improvement.

Abstract

PT Tunas Ridean TBK is a vehicle provider company throughout Indonesia, as well as part of a subsidiary of PT Tunas Ridean TBK which is engaged in the sale and service of Toyota vehicles. This research uses the HIRARC method. Making HIRARC is divided into 3 stages, namely identifying hazards, risk assessment and risk management. There are 8 work activities at PT Tunas Toyota Serang, of the 8 work activities have 31 potential work accidents that can occur. Of the 31 potential work accidents, 16 potential work accidents with low risk, 13 potential work accidents with medium or moderate risk, and 2 potential work accidents with high potential. Risk control in preventing work accidents can be done by using personal protective equipment, substitution, administrative control and engineering control.

Abstract

Kuliah Kerja Sosial (KKS) merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pembedayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pendekatan pendidikan dan pendampingan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Bojong Murni, Kecamatan Ciawi, Kabupaten Bogor, dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui observasi partisipatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa melalui program KKS, masyarakat mendapatkan edukasi terkait pengembangan usaha mikro, manajemen keuangan syariah, serta pemanfaatan media sosial untuk memperluas jaringan pemasaran produk lokal. Program ini juga berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengelola budidaya edamame, jamur tiram, serta ikan nila yang menjadi produk unggulan desa. Selain itu, mahasiswa KKS memberikan edukasi terkait strategi pemasaran digital dan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih efektif, sehingga membantu masyarakat meningkatkan pendapatan secara mandiri. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan program ini meliputi dukungan pemerintah desa, antusiasme masyarakat, serta kolaborasi yang baik antara mahasiswa dan pelaku UMKM. Namun, masih terdapat kendala seperti rendahnya literasi digital yang perlu ditingkatkan melalui pendidikan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, KKS berperan penting dalam meningkatkan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat melalui pendekatan edukasi yang berkelanjutan dan berbasis kebutuhan lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the health level of Bank Syariah Indonesia uses the RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital) method for the 2021-2024 period. This research is quantitative with descriptive type. The results show that the overall condition of the bank is in a very good condition and has the ability to deal with the negative impact of changes in business conditions and other external factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the sensitivity of a gas sensor based on a Cu substrate coated with SnO2 through an electroplating process, involving variations in electrolyte solution temperature and thermal oxidation. The deposition parameters were set as follows: electrolyte solution prepared by dissolving SnCl2 in distilled water, applied voltage of 4.5 V, electrode distance of 3 cm, and electroplating duration of 3 minutes. Sensor sensitivity tests were carried out by observing the food decomposition process, placing both the food sample and sensor in a testing chamber. Data acquisition of temperature, humidity, CO2 concentration, and sensor resistance was conducted using transducers and Logger Pro software. Based on the results, the sensor sample with an electrolyte temperature of 60°C (sample B) exhibited better performance than the sensor sample with an electrolyte temperature of 30°C (sample A). Sample B demonstrated greater responsiveness to temperature changes, with a coefficient of determination R2 = 0.66943. It also showed better detection of CO2 concentration changes with R2 = 0.98225. This improvement is attributed to a more effective electroplating process, as indicated by the mass change and thickness of the SnO2 layer. The sensitivity of sample B, defined by the equation S([CO2]) = 9.42E-5 - 1.17E-9[CO2], was superior to that of sample A, which followed the equation S([CO2]) = -2.34E-4 + 4.25E-9[CO2], as shown in the plotted graphs. Sample B exhibited a negative linear curve with a gentle slope, indicating a stable gas sensor behaviour.

Abstract

This product is motivated by the growth of the productive age in Indonesia which encourages the development of a dynamic and innovative lifestyle. Work pressure experienced by people of productive age has made the life cycle of this age segment more varied on weekends or on holidays. This phenomenon then led to the activity of motorbike riding (solo riding) from the city where you live to explore tourism destinations in inland areas. so that it can become an information center that can make it easier for people to visit a destination and something that is needed by every city, region that manages tourism activities. The development of technology, especially information, has made the tourism business grow. There are various terms used as an information center, one of which is Eguidebook. Besides having a function as a center for information about tourism to tourists who come, it can also be used as a tourism promotion tool. In the area of ​​South West Java, there is still a lack of interest in tourists to visit this is due to a lack of information about routes, tourist attractions, accommodation, and other supporting facilities. The making of this project aims to create an electronic design document for solo riding activities to the South West Java Region which prioritizes the principles of sustainable tourism, the design is carried out by searching for information in the South West Java Region types of tourist information needs, visual compilation, prototyping, user evaluation and finalizing the design. It is hoped that this project can be useful for those interested in solo riding and people who like to do automotive tourism
