Abstract

Unit Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (UP2M) Politeknik Negeri Jakarta telah menetapkan roadmap untuk mencapai sasaran penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat melalui pendekatan yang berbasis interdisiplin dalam menentukan jenis pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat berbasis Program Penerapan Teknologi Tepat Guna (PPTTG) merupakan program yang dikompetisikan dari Kemenristek/BRIN kepada perguruan tinggi tahun 2020. Kegiatan PPTTG 2020 yang diperoleh UP2M-PNJ ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Sukabumi Utara, Kecamatan Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat dengan melibatkan masyarakat dalam upaya peningkatan pemberdayaan ekonomi budidaya ikan lele yang dapat dioptimalkan sebagai pendapatan utama dan tambahan masyarakat. Masalah yang muncul adalah adanya kenaikan untuk harga pakan ikan lele, mudah diserang penyakit, masalah memasarkan ikan lele serta masih terbatasnya teknologi dan keterampilan dalam pembudidayaan ikan lele tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan PPTTG ini adalah pedampingan kepada masyarakat dalam mencegah terjangkitnya penyakit pada ikan lele, memasarkan hasil panen ikan lele kepada pembeli baik secara offline maupun online, dan memberikan keterampilan pengelolaan ikan lele menjadi siomay yang dapat dijual. Hasil dari PPTTG ini adalah adanya kolam budidaya ikan lele menggunakan bahan terpal, harga jual ikan lele yang baik sehingga harga beli pakan dapat terjangkau dan menambah pendapatan masyarakat, memiliki pengetahuan pola pemasaran ikan lele dan siomay lele baik offline maupun online, dan mampu mendeteksi gejala penyakit pada ikan lele.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh serta variabel yang dominan dari variabel independen yaitu variabel PDRB,  Penduduk, dan Inflasi, sedangkan variabel yang dipengaruhi merupakan variabel dependen yaitu variabel Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Malang, dan studi kasus pada waktu tahun 1998 – 2012.  Pengumpulan data yang berkaitan dengan PDRB, Penduduk, dan Inflasi  serta Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Malang di peroleh dari BPS, Bappeda di Kota Malang, adapun teknik yang digunakan untuk mengetahui variabel terikat di pengaruhi variabel bebas yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Uji F digunakan untuk mengetahui hasil hipotesis secara simultan antara variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat, Sedangkan uji t digunakan pengujian secara parsial Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulakan bahwa secara simultan variabel PDRB, penduduk, dan Inflasi  berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kota Malang, secara parsial PDRB, Penduduk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Karena PDRB menggambarkan sembilan sektor hasil perekonomian semakin meningkat perekonomian semakin meningkat perolehan pendapatan asli daerah didalam Kota Malang, sedangkan penduduk merupakan penggerak perekonomian dan Inflasi mempunyai nilai yang tidak signifikan atau hanya mempunyai pengaruh rendah terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) karena  Inflasi merupakan dampak pergerakan ekonomi secara positif ataupun negatif. Variabel yang dominan berpengaruh  terhadap peningkatan pendapatan asli daerah    yaitu variabel PDRB dan Penduduk karena memiliki nilai koefesien determinasi paling besar dari pada nilai variabel Inflasi. Peningkatan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) di pengaruhi adanya unsur PAD yaitu  pajak, retribusi,  hasil pengelolaan daerah yang dipisahkan, dan lain  –  lain pendapatan asli daerah yang sah. Kata kunci : PDRB, Penduduk, Inflasi, Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD).

Abstract

Monazite mineral as associated mineral of tin mining in Bangka Belitung Islands contains light rare earth elements like Cerium (Ce), Lanthanum (La), and Neodymium (Nd). The objective of this study is to obtain the concentrates of rare earth carbonate through the precipitation process with sodium carbonate (Na2CO3) and determine the effect of concentration and volume of Na2CO3 on the precipitation recovery of Ce, La, and Nd. The preparation of the feed solution was carried out by following the monazite processing route using the alkali method includes the stages of decomposition, dissolution, and precipitation of radioactive elements. The highest precipitation recovery for Ce, La, and Nd are 10.84%, 7.81%, and 2.68% respectively in the use of Na2CO3 with a concentration of 30% wt and a volume of 55 mL.

Abstract

This study aims to explore whether online learning and offline learning can work well, so that educational goals can be achieved. This research is a phenomenological qualitative research to find out how the application of online learning and offline learning in one of the SD Negeri Sepatnunggal 02 in Cilacap Regency, Central Java, Indonesia. The steps of this research include action planning, action implementation, observation stage, and reflection stage. From the results of the study, there were several obstacles in its implementation, but they could be solved well by the teacher in order to educate the students. Both online and offline learning systems are expected for teachers to be creative in educating students, so that learning success can be achieved properly or effectively. This study provides information that teachers actually prefer offline learning where they can interact with students, and also students prefer offline learning with face-to-face interactions.

Abstract

Perang dagang dan penerapan tarif impor tinggi oleh Amerika Serikat telah menimbulkan risiko signifikan pada manajemen rantai pasokan global, khususnya bagi negara-negara ASEAN yang bergantung pada pasar ekspor tersebut. Kompleksitas regulasi, persyaratan kepatuhan, serta potensi hambatan bea masuk menuntut solusi inovatif agar produk ASEAN tetap mampu bersaing dan diterima di pasar tujuan. Penelitian ini berhasil mengajukan model konsep prosedur ekspor dengan penerapan teknologi Industri 4.0, seperti cloud computing, big data, blockchain, IoT, dan AI agent untuk mendukung transparansi data, efisiensi prosedur dokumen, pemantauan kualitas logistik, serta verifikasi kepatuhan agar produk dari negara-negara ASEAN dapat lebih mudah diterima di pasar Amerika Serikat tanpa melanggar regulasi yang berlaku. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan karena hanya bersifat kajian literatur dan perumusan model konseptual tanpa uji coba lapangan, sehingga implementasi praktis dan evaluasi kinerja teknologi masih perlu dikaji lebih mendalam melalui studi lanjutan.

Abstract

The gallium nitride (GaN) films were grown on molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) layers via plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy (PA-MBE). The heterostructures of the GaN film were studied using reflection high-energy electron diffraction (RHEED) and HR-XRD. The heterostructures of GaN/MoS2/sapphire were revealed through cross-sectional transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The surface texture of the GaN films was analyzed using FE-SEM. Single-crystal heterostructure GaN films can be obtained on 2D MoS2/c-sapphire. The RHEED demonstrated spot patterns with high intensity showing the single crystal structure constructed in the GaN films. The GaN films on the surface exhibited a hexagonal structure. TEM images taken perpendicular to the surface revealed that, even after 60 minutes of epitaxial growth, the thickness of the GaN films remained consistent at approximately 4 nm. However, the 2D MoS2 layer was not observable in the images due to harm incurred during heteroepitaxial growth. Based on the surface structure, it was found that GaN films were successfully grown on the MoS2 layers using the PA-MBE system.

Abstract

The conversion of conventional motor vehicles to electric vehicles has become a popular choice in an effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution from transportation. Electric vehicle conversion involves replacing a gasoline or diesel engine with an electric motor and a reinstalled battery. In this paper, we cover the basics of electric vehicle conversion, conversion methods, and trial results of converted electric vehicles. We also discuss the benefits and challenges of converting to electric vehicles. Abstract

This study presents a comprehensive analysis of the epitaxial growth and surface characteristics of GaN films on 2D MoS2/c-sapphire substrates. Reflection High Energy Electron Diffraction (RHEED) patterns demonstrate the evolution of the substrate and GaN film surfaces during growth. The subsequent growth of GaN films results in the emergence of hexagonal spots, indicative of a single crystal structure. The brightness intensifies with longer growth times, confirming the improvement in GaN crystalline quality. Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) images provide further insights into the surface texture. The 2D MoS2/c-sapphire substrate exhibits a textured surface, while GaN films display similar features with bright colors corresponding to GaN clusters. The Root Mean Square (RMS) surface roughness values of GaN films have a higher roughness compared to the substrate. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) confirms the uniform coverage of GaN films, revealing smooth growth and organized hexagonal structures. These findings collectively demonstrate the successful epitaxial growth of GaN films on 2D MoS2/c-sapphire substrates, providing valuable insights into their surface morphology and crystalline structure.

Abstract

This research accelerates the production process with the aim of increasing productivity from Manufacturers engaged in the manufacture of automotive parts currently experiencing an increase in sales orders on the other hand facing problems in productivity due to cracked side dies in rim production to 1400 pcs. The cracking of the side die is due to thermal shock that occurs to accelerate the production process, as a result of which cracks occur in the side die. With the concept of conducting research in the field of direct production then analyzing the characteristics of mold materials, die characteristics, process characteristics, characteristics of finished products before and after changes by testing the results of the laboratory of measuring instruments and conducting trials of variations in machine setting parameters, variations in the production process and products produced. The experiment involved changing the standard temperature from 520 °C–545 °C to 532 °C–538 °C and reducing the immersion time from a minimum of 270–540 seconds to 332 seconds. It reduces the soaking time from 69 seconds to 46 seconds and the aging time from 190 seconds to 180 seconds, increasing the casting productivity from 194,870 Pcs/28 days to 213,311 Pcs/28 days from seven machines, thus meeting the customer's requirement of 200,000 Pcs/28 days without cracking side die. Durability testing on five product samples in accordance with TSD5605G standards confirms that the quality meets customer specifications. The results of this study prove that SKD6 matrial is much stronger than FCD550 against thermal shock.
