Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Dampak kompensasi dan lokus kendali terhadap perilaku tidak etis di Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Kolaka. Penelitin ini menunjukkan eksplanatori dengan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data untuk penelitian ini dilakukan melalui tinjauan literatur dan distribusi kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Koraka.Sedangkan sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 73 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sensus atau sampling jenuh yaitu mensurvei seluruh populasi. Alat penelitian diuji validitas dan reliabilitas menggunakan SPSS 25.0. Model Equation Structural (SEM) berbasis Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares (PLS), dan Smart PLS 4.0 digunakan untuk memeriksa model struktural dan pengukuran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap perilaku tidak etis, dengan p-value sebesar 0,389. Sebaliknya, variabel lokus kendali menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku tidak etis, dengan p-value sebesar 0,000

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of country of origin and brand reputation on the purchasing decisions of Wuling cars in Kolaka Regency. A quantitative method was employed to collect data from 120 respondents using a Likert scale questionnaire. Validity was assessed by comparing the calculated r with the table r, while reliability was measured using the Cronbach's Alpha method. The data were analyzed through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS). The results reveal that country of origin and brand reputation have a positive and significant influence on the purchasing decisions of Wuling cars in Kolaka Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine: (1) the effect of Safety Leadership on Safety Citizenship Behaviour among employees of PT. Vale IGP Pomalaa, (2) the influence of Safety Attitude on Safety Citizenship Behaviour in the same context, and (3) the impact of Safety Policies on Safety Citizenship Behaviour. A quantitative research approach was adopted, with data collected through observation, literature review, questionnaire distribution, and documentation. The population consisted of 1,063 employees of PT. Vale IGP Pomalaa. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie & Morgan formula, resulting in a sample of 278 respondents selected through a non-random sampling technique. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), with the analysis conducted via the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The results indicate that Safety Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Safety Citizenship Behaviour. Similarly, both Safety Attitude and Safety Policies were found to have positive and significant effects on Safety Citizenship Behaviour

Abstract

This study examines the impact of illegitimate tasks on job satisfaction and counterproductive work behavior among lecturers at Universitas Sembilanbelas November (USN) Kolaka. Utilizing an explanatory research design with a quantitative approach, data were gathered through questionnaires. The study involved 317 lecturers, With a total of 177 respondents, the sample was selected using Slovin’s formula and a stratified random sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) through SmartPLS 4.0. The findings reveal that illegitimate tasks have a significant negative impact on job satisfaction while exerting a significant positive influence on counterproductive work behavior

Abstract

This research seeks to identify the influence of knowledge sharing regarding innovative work behavior via work flexibility mediation. This research employs a quantitative method approach. The process of gathering data in this research uses observation, questionnaires and documentation. The study's population is all msmes in south buton regency. Meanwhile, this study's sample comprised 378 MSMEs. Testing of the research instrument used validation tests and reliability tests with spss 25.0. The data analysis technique employed in this study includes the measurement model test and structural model test. Based on the results of the study it is known that: (1) knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on work flexibility. (2) work flexibility has no effect on innovative work behavior. (3) knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. (4) knowledge sharing through work flexibility has no effect on innovative work behavior.
