Abstract

Abstrack : This study aims to determine the Influence of Education Costs and Learning Facilities Against Student Results Class X and XI IIS On Economic Subjects SMA Negeri 2 XIII Koto Kampar. The population in this study are students of class X and XI SMA Negeri 2 XIII Koto Kampar as much as 52. The study took the entire population as a sample or called census research. Data collection is done through documentation and questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the cost of personal education has no effect while the home study facilities affect the learning outcomes. This can be shown from the constant value (a) of 58.808 and the regression coefficient value X1 (b1X1) of 1.548E-7 and the regression coefficient X2 (b2X2) of 0,593 with regression equation 58,808 + 1,548E-7 X1 + 0,593 X2. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained value of 0.185. This means that the contribution of the cost of education and learning facilities on learning outcomes is 18.5%Keywords : Education Cost, Learning Facilities, Student achievement

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the influence of peer environment on learning motivation in the subjects of social studies students of Class VII SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru. The population in this study are students of class VII SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru that is as many as 211 students and sample of 68 students. Data collection using questionnaire technique. The data analysis used is simple linear regression. The results showed that the peer environment had an effect on the students' learning motivation in the IPS Subject in Class VII of SMP Negeri 40 Pekanbaru, the influence was 0.668. Judging from the calculation of R2 (R Square Change) obtained a value of 0.281, meaning that the contribution of peer environment to student learning motivation of 28.1%.Keyword : Peer Environment, Leraning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the effect of student' creativity and parents' attention to learning achievement. The research subjects were class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci with a total sample of 70 students. The research method uses purposive sampling. Data collection is done through technique questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression supported by SPSS version 17.0 and calculations using manual formulas.The results of the study based on multiple linear regression showed that students' creativity and parents' attention had an effect on learning achievement on Economic subjects in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, that can be seen from: (1) constanta value of 5,219, regression coefficient value of 0.241, and regresion coefficient of 0.351 with regression equation 5.219 + 0.241KS + 0.351PO, (2) calculation of R2 obtained value of 0.549. This means that the percentage contribution of student' creativity and parental attention to learning achievement is 54.9%. Based on these percentages in create for students it is recommended to further enhance students' creativity and to receive more their parents' attention, in order to improve more learning achievement.Key Words: Student' Creativity, Parents' Attention, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in economic subjects class X IPS SMA country 1 Kelayang. The population in this study were students of class X SMA country 1 Kelayang which amounted to 46 people, the sample was obtained by using saturated sampling method as much as 46 respondents. Data collection is done through documentationLearning Outcome and questionnaire Learning Facilities, Learning Motivation. Data analysis method used ismultiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research is (1) the learning facilities have a significant effect on the learning outcomes result which is obtained tcount( 2,800 >ttabel 2,017) and significant value (0,008)<0,05; (2) Learning motivation have a significant impact on student learning outcomes where obtained tcount ( 3,714 ) > ttabel (2,017) and significant value (0,001)< 0,05 ; (3) In silmutan there is a positive or significant influence between learning facilities and learning motivation with learning results, fcount (11,621)> ftabel (3,214) and significant value (0,000) < 0.05. The result of multiple regression research found that the learning facilities and learning motivation have a significant effect on the learning outcomes of 35,1% of the learning outcomes and the rest of 64,9% influenced by other factors outside this study. Multiple regression equation obtained in this research is Y =51,868 + 0,334 X1 + 0, 276 X2.. This means that if the learning facilities (X1) and learning motivation (X2) does not exist then the amount of learning outcomes (Y) of 51,868 and any increase in learning facilities will increase student learning outcomes by 0,334 and any increase in learning motivation it will improve student learning outcomes of 0,275.Keywords: Learning Facilities, Learning Motivation and Learning Outcome

Abstract

Abstack: This study aims to determine the effect of cost advantage and differentiation strategy in order to increase sales volumes in the optical business in the city pekanbaru.Populasi in this study is a business venture or optical totaling 59 optics in Pekanbaru 2015, respondents in this study is the owner or employee optics. Samples were obtained using the formula slovin total of 37 optical, samples were taken by using random sampling techniques. Data were collected using a questionnaire or a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test with significance level of 0.05%. It is based on the analysis results, in which the calculation results show F count> F table (12.260> 3.276), followed by t-test to determine whether each independent variable (Strategies cost advantage and differentiation) effect on the dependent variable (Volume Sales). The results of this study partially shows cost advantage and a significant positive effect on sales volume this is evidenced by tcount> t table (2.646> 1.691) .Next differentiation strategy is positive and significant impact on sales volume this is evidenced by the value of t> t table ( 4.066> 1.691). The predictive ability of these two variables on sales volume in this study amounted to 41.9%, while the remaining 58.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Keywords: strategies excellence, differentiation and volume sales

Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to understand the effect of family income, and education on learning acvhievement IPS seventh grade students of SMPN 4 Dayun District Siak. This research is a quantitative research, with amount of population is 72 students. This research is a census so that no sample and take the whole population as respondents. The method that used to gathering data is quisioner and documentation. Analysis data method uses descriptive analysis, multiple linier regression and classical assumption test. The result of the research shows there is influence simultaneously of family income and family education to the learning achievement with significance value of 0,000. Partially, family income has influence to the learning achievement with significance value of 0,000 and family education has influence to the learning achievement with significance of 0,000. With good family income and good family education, so that will increase learning ahievement.Keywords : Family Income, Family Education, Learning Achievement.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Savings and Loans Economic Business Program (UEK-SP) in Improving Community Economic Welfare in Minas Jaya Village, Minas Subdistrict, Siak Regency, and to find out what factors are supporting and inhibiting the implementation of the Urban Economy-Save Business Program Borrowing (UEK-SP) in improving the economic welfare of the community in Minas Jaya Sub-District, Minas District, Siak Regency. Informants in this study were the Chairperson of UEK-SP Minas Serumpun, the Cashier Staff of UEK-SP Minas Serumpun, and the Community (Utilizers) who were directly involved in the implementation of the UEK-SP program or active members of UEK-SP. There are 2 types of data used in this study, namely primary data and secondary data, primary data taken through key informants and informants. The selection of key informants used a purposive sampling technique, in this case the key informant was the chairman of the UEK-SP Minas Serumpun and several staff and cashiers of UEK-SP Minas Serumpun. Whereas the selection of informants used the assisted sampling technique, and those who became informants were people who were directly involved in implementing the UEK-SP program or active members of UEK-SP. Secondary data is obtained through a second source or indirectly through reports, books, or processed data. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the Savings and Loan Village Economic Business Program (UEK-SP) of Minas Serumpun Kelurahan Jaya Jaya could be categorized as implemented smoothly but was less effective, this was seen from the indicators used to see the effectiveness of the UEK-SP program namely input, output, process and outcame.Keywords: Effectiveness, distribution of UEK-SP funds, Saving and Borrowing Village Economic Programs (UEK-SP), Empowerment

Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to determine the impact of the reward and punishment on the performance of employees of Rumah Makan Puti Buana Pekanbaru. The population in this study was the entire employee of Rumah Makan Puti Buana Pekanbaru as much as 130 employees. Sample 57 taken using random sampling technique. Data is collected using a questionnaire, then analyzed by multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence of reward and punishment to the performance of employees of Rumah Makan Puti Buana Pekanbaru with a donation of 0.579 or 57.9%. With the equation Y =-1,324 + 0.502 + 1.127 X This research advice can be used as a reference to improve the performance of employees through the application of reward and punishment to the performance of employees of the food stalls Puti Buana.Key Words: Reward, Punishment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstack: This research was conducted with the aim to find out the analysis of the use of bidikmisi scholarships and its effect on student learning outcomes majoring in PIPS FKIP Riau University. The populations on this research were 40 students and the samples to be studied were 40 people. Data analysis used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the largest use of scholarships is in the indicator of food and beverage costs and The smallest use of scholarship is in the indicator of transportation costs. Overall the use of bidikmisi scholarships had a significant effect on learning outcomes. But seen the indicator (type of use) there was indicators that have no significant effect it was the cost indicator of clothing and the indicator of transportation costs. Abstract

Abstract : the purpose of the research was to identity the influenc of service quality to the costumer satisfaction by company of compare two motorcyle service stations. The two stations are: Capella Honda 88 and AHASS Pangeran Motor with sixty sampel of thirty in Capella Honda 88 and thirty in AHASS Pangeran Motor make use of isidental sampling method. Data was collected through questionnaire to costumer consisted of 30 costumers for Capella Honda 88 and 30 costumers for AHASS Pangeran Motor. Data was analyzed by using multiple Linear Reggresion Analysis dan Independent Samples Test processed trough SPSS 20.0 program. The result of this reseach refer to that in Capella Honda 88 service quality influence on the costumer satisfaction and at AHASS Pangeran Motor service quality not influence on the costumer satifaction. The result Independent Samples Test srvice quality in Capella Honda 88 and AHASS Pangeran Motor not difference service quality gived to costumer satifaction.Keyword: Service Quality, Costumer Satifaction
