To be skillful in every sport performance, every child is urged to possess the fundamental motor skills. This study aims to explore the contribution and the use of striking and fielding games in elementary school in an attempt of improving students fundamental motor skills. The researcher utilized an experimental method with pretest and posttest group design. This study invited 34 students of 4th grader as the research sample which was selected by implementing total sampling technique. The treatment was given for 16 meetings. For the instruments, the researcher used the 2nd edition of Test Gross Motor Development (TGMD); which was divided into two kinds of test; those are locomotor and object skill test. Based on the data analysis by using paired sample test, it showed that the significant score of pretest and posttest 0.000 < 0.05. It means that there was a significant improvement of the students’ fundamental motor skills that are intervened by striking and fielding games. This study also indicated that through these games, the students experienced the advancement in their fundamental motor skills. By this advancement, the students are expected to be able to participate actively in their physical activities. In conclusion, this study revealed the significant improvement of the striking and fielding games on the students’ fundamental motor skills.

Changes in online learning, especially in physical education learning, make students feel pressured by the assignments given by the teacher. This study aims to reveal the level of academic stress of students at each level starting from elementary, junior high and high school students when doing online learning of physical education. Survey research was used to uncover this problem. The population consisted of 76 elementary students, 88 junior high school students and 81 high school students scattered in Cimahi City. Taking the sample using convenience sampling technique. The Stress Reaction Checklist (SRCL) instrument was used to measure students' academic stress levels. The calculation uses simple percentage descriptive analysis. The results show that the level of academic stress is different at each level of SD, SMP and SMA in facing online physical education learning. Middle school and high school students have the highest academic stress levels, while elementary students are at medium stress academic levels. There is a need for collaboration between teachers and parents to be able to familiarize students with online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, although learning with this will not last forever.

The last few decades have seen significant changes in trends related to athlete development, particularly in Talent Identification and Development (TID). The idea of talent continues to play an important role in most athlete development models, especially in Indonesia which aligns with the Great Design of National Sports (DBON). In this theoretical study, the authors highlight concerns with the notion of talent and how it is conceptualized in Indonesia's national sports system. First, the assumption that talent is a fixed capacity that can be identified early for children; second, the importance of ongoing research for the determination of TID; third, consideration of the multivariate TID approach. These concerns form the basis for more focused discussions on avenues and solutions for TID in Indonesia in the future.

The purpose of the study is to reveal the effect of physical education learning tools modification on student self esteem. Eksperimental with Pretest-Posttest Control Group Desain is used in this research.Eksperimental conducted in population of senior high school with a total 328 people. Group A consist of 42 people and group B consist of 38 people that taken cluster random sampling. This research conducted over 8 times the meeting. After overall data is tested using paired t-test test, the results show that thesignificance value of 0.039 <0.05 at group using physical education learning tools modification, means Ho rejected and 0794 <0.05 in the group not using physical education learning tools modification, means that Ho is accepted. So, the results is using physical education learning tools modification can improve student self esteem. The implication is expected to teacher to using physical education learning tools modification for Students increases self-esteem in physical education teaching learning.

This study aimed to reveal physical literacy perception differences among early childhood teachers at the kindergarten level of education. The survey research was conducted on 98 kindergarten teachers in West Java who were willing to be involved in this research selected through convenience sampling by filling out an online instrument. Perceived Physical Literacy Scale for Physical Education Teachers (PPLI) was used as the instrument to collect data. The research data were calculated using SPSS 20 employing the ANOVA test. The study's results revealed that physical literacy perception differences were apparent in early childhood education teachers in urban and rural areas, especially in different age and teaching experience groups. The relatively young teachers had diverse perceptions of physical literacy. In contrast, early childhood education teachers in rural schools had the same perception of physical literacy due to the lack of information about the novelty of physical literacy. The findings revealed that the physical literacy perception among early childhood education teachers in urban and rural areas had not been evenly distributed. Therefore, promoting the importance of physical literacy integrated into the learning process, especially in early childhood education, needs to be well socialized through government policies in urban and rural areas.

The early childhood stage is a phase that holds important basic development holistically, covering affective, psychomotor, and especially cognitive domains. This development will be able to be effectively reached with an appropriate learning process in kindergartens. This study aims to reveal a relevant approach to learning using motion and sound games in improving early childhood cognitive development. The method used in this study is Research and Development (RD) from Borg and Gall, involving 124 early childhoods and kindergarten teachers in the city of Cimahi, Indonesia, selected through convenience sampling. The instruments employed are questionnaires, observation notes, interviews, and desk evaluations (expert and practitioner judgment). The data are descriptively calculated through a t-test with p0.000 in order to reveal the learning model for improving children’s cognition through motion and sound. The results of this study show that the motion and sound–based models consist of design planning, learning process, and evaluation that are able to be implemented well and can be categorized as a model that is able to develop early childhood cognition, but it still needs to be innovated and continue to be creative again in more affordable learning steps for children. Studies with the related topics are expected to relate basic potentials and social skill optimization. It is also recommended that this study contributes to the development of learning in Indonesia

Physical literacy must be instilled in early childhood education, and teachers have a crucial role in this. The aim of this study is to reveal early childhood education teachers' physical literacy perceptions in terms of demographic information. The survey research was conducted with a population of 74 teachers in West Java with convenience sampling. The Perceived Physical literacy Instrument (PPLI) was used as an instrument to measure it. This instrument was distributed through a Google form and filled out voluntarily by the participants. The analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis. The results of this study reveal that teachers with a younger age, teaching experience of 11–20 years, coming from bachelor's degree graduates, and teaching in urban areas have a high perception of physical literacy compared to the demographic status of other teachers. There is a need for special education and training programs for early childhood education teachers in designing learning scenes that are adapted to the concept of physical literacy and are able to harmonize it according to the level of growth and development of children, so that teachers can be formed from an early age. The unrepresentative sample in this study is a limitation that can be used as a recommendation for further research to reveal the perceptions of early childhood education teachers on physical literacy in Indonesia.
