Abstract

The mastery of digital technology has become an essential skill for teachers in addressing the demands of 21st-century learning. However, many educators still face limitations in effectively utilizing technology in the learning process. This Community Service Program (PkM) was conducted to enhance teacher competencies through digital-based learning training at PGRI Kabupaten Ciamis. The method consisted of need analysis, module development, hands-on training sessions, and intensive mentoring. The results showed significant improvements in teachers' abilities to utilize digital platforms for planning, implementing, and evaluating learning activities. This program had a positive impact by improving teachers’ digital literacy and enabling the integration of technology into classroom practices. The initiative is expected to foster innovative, adaptive, and relevant learning in the digital era.

Abstract

The many verses in the Qur'an encourage finding the right way how to understand it thematically. The purpose of the research is to develop a chatbot application that can be used to explore and elaborate the content of verses in the Qur’an that hint at science. The support vector machine (SVM) algorithm classifies question and answers datasets in chatbot applications. The number of data sets used is 76, with test data as much as 10%. The test results show that the SVM algorithm is quite good in classifying, with an accuracy value of 87.5%. While the user test results obtained an average MOS of 8.4, which means the chatbot application developed is very effective in understanding the Qur'an, which implies science. This research is expected to provide an overview of the explanation of the Qur'an about science and technology.

Abstract

Abstract— Speech recognition technology is used in learning to read letters in the Qur'an. This study aims to implement the CNN algorithm in recognizing the results of introducing the pronunciation of the hijaiyah letters. The pronunciation sound is extracted using the Mel-frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC) model and then classified using a deep learning model with the CNN algorithm. This system was developed using the CRISP-DM model. Based on the results of testing 616 voice data of 28 hijaiyah letters, the best value was obtained for accuracy of 62.45%, precision of 75%, recall of 50% and f1-score of 58%.

Abstract

Curriculum reforms are continually implemented in Indonesia to improve the quality of national education and foster student-centered learning. One breakthrough is the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum with a deep learning approach, which emphasizes meaningful, mindful, and joyful learning, thereby encouraging students to actively understand, apply, and reflect on their knowledge in ways that are relevant to their lives. This study aims to determine the understanding of school administrators and teachers regarding the concept of the Merdeka Curriculum based on deep learning and its implementation at SDN 1 Cintarasa. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to understand in depth the process of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum with a deep learning approach in the real context of school learning. Data collection was conducted using several techniques, namely observation, semi-structured interviews, and document analysis. These three techniques were used to strengthen the data through triangulation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media digital interaktif berbasis model ADDIE guna meningkatkan kemampuan membaca siswa kelas atas sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengikuti lima tahapan dalam model ADDIE, yaitu Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas V SD, guru mata pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, serta ahli materi dan ahli media sebagai validator. Instrumen pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara, angket, observasi, dan tes kemampuan membaca. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media digital interaktif yang dikembangkan dinilai sangat layak oleh para ahli dengan kategori “sangat baik”. Implementasi media menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan membaca siswa, ditunjukkan oleh perbandingan hasil pretest dan posttest. Dengan demikian, media digital interaktif berbasis ADDIE ini efektif digunakan sebagai alat bantu pembelajaran membaca bagi siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

General Background: The rapid advancement of information technology has reshaped information management and communication practices within educational institutions, including primary schools. Specific Background: At SDIT Persis 99 Rancabango, school information for parents has been disseminated through fragmented and conventional channels, resulting in unstructured data and limited traceability. Knowledge Gap: Previous studies predominantly positioned school websites as promotional or one-way communication tools, leaving limited empirical evidence on their role as centralized information systems tailored to sustained parental access. Aims: This study aimed to develop a school information system based on a website using Google Sites to provide structured, integrated, and continuously accessible information for parents. Results: Using the ADDIE development model, the website was validated by media and content experts with feasibility scores exceeding 90%, received highly positive parental responses, and demonstrated a statistically significant increase in parental information access based on pretest–posttest analysis. Novelty: This study positions Google Sites as a practical platform for developing a centralized school information system specifically oriented toward parental information needs in primary education contexts. Implications: The findings provide empirical and practical contributions for elementary schools with limited resources in adopting centralized, user-friendly digital information services to support transparent and structured school–parent communication. Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to investigate the practice of immersive learning in the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools, highlighting the learning process, assessment, and documentation as key aspects that still leave gaps in curriculum implementation. This study seeks to provide a deeper understanding of the dynamics of implementing immersive learning as a pedagogical practice in the context of elementary education. Design/Methodology/Approach – This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a field study design. Data were collected through triangulation of methods, including observation of the learning process, semi-structured interviews, and analysis of learning documents, including teaching modules, assessment instruments, and student project results. Data were analyzed using an analytical model encompassing data reduction, data presentation, and the drawing and verification of conclusions. Findings – The results indicate that the practice of immersive learning in the Merdeka Curriculum has been implemented effectively across aspects of the learning process and student learning outcomes, characterized by active student engagement, the use of tasks oriented towards higher-order thinking skills, collaboration, and the role of teachers as learning facilitators. However, this study also identified challenges with the consistency of portfolio documentation and the governance of learning projects, particularly in the upper grades, with implications for the ongoing monitoring of student learning progress. Originality/Value – This study offers an empirical perspective on deep learning as a pedagogical practice in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools. The findings broaden understanding of the importance of integrating learning processes, authentic assessments, and portfolio documentation in supporting meaningful and sustainable learning, and provide practical implications for schools and teachers in strengthening the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak kerangka pembelajaran adaptif terintegrasi Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI; ChatGPT) terhadap peningkatan Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) dan literasi statistis calon guru matematika. Kerangka tersebut menerapkan interaksi dialogis berbasis mahasiswa, structured prompting, dan scaffolding dosen untuk mempersonalisasi eksplorasi statistika. Dengan desain kuasi-eksperimen mixed methods, penelitian melibatkan 72 mahasiswa (37 kelompok eksperimen dan 35 kontrol). Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan uji t berpasangan dan ANCOVA, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis secara tematik. Hasil menunjukkan kedua kelompok meningkat secara signifikan, namun kelompok eksperimen memiliki skor akhir tersesuaikan yang lebih tinggi. Temuan kualitatif menegaskan peningkatan pemahaman konseptual, kemampuan desain pembelajaran berbasis teknologi, serta refleksi kritis terhadap etika penggunaan AI. Studi ini mendukung integrasi literasi AI dalam kurikulum pendidikan guru. This study examines the impact of a Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI; ChatGPT)–integrated adaptive learning framework on improving Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) and statistical literacy among prospective mathematics teachers. The framework employed student-driven dialogic interaction, structured prompting, and lecturer-guided scaffolding to personalize statistical exploration. Using a mixed-methods quasi-experimental design, 72 students participated (37 experimental, 35 control). Quantitative data from tests and questionnaires were analyzed using paired t-tests and ANCOVA, while interviews and observations underwent thematic analysis. Results showed significant gains in both groups, but the experimental group achieved higher adjusted posttest scores, indicating superior effectiveness of GenAI-integrated learning. Qualitative findings highlighted improved conceptual understanding, instructional design skills, and critical reflection on ethical AI use. The study supports embedding AI literacy and pedagogically grounded prompting within teacher-education curricula and institutional policy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka berbasis deep learning serta kontribusinya terhadap penguatan literasi digital siswa, yaitu kemampuan mengakses, mengevaluasi, dan memanfaatkan informasi digital secara kritis dan bertanggungjawab di jenjang Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus di SMAN 20 Garut. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan pemanfaatan teknologi digital mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa, kemampuan berpikir kritis, serta literasi digital. Literasi digital tercermin dari kemampuan siswa dalam mengakses, mengolah, dan menyajikan informasi menggunakan media digital secara bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa integrasi deep learning dalam Kurikulum Merdeka relevan dengan kebutuhan pembelajaran abad ke-21.

Abstract

The religious moderation program aims to streamline religious life in diverse Indonesian society to create a religious society and nation that lives in peace, tolerance, and harmony. Internalization of religious moderation must be implemented in the madrasah environment to provide a strong understanding to students so that they can understand and apply the values ​​of religious moderation in everyday life. Therefore, this study aims to develop Augmented Reality (AR)-based religious moderation learning media for madrasa students. The research method used is a modified System development life cycle (SDLC) model. The data collection technique in this study is a test. Pretest-posttest tests the product's effectiveness on learning outcomes, and observations and interviews are conducted to strengthen field data. At the same time, the participants in this study were elementary madrasah (MI) students in West Bandung Regency and Garut Regency, with 160 participants from seven schools. The selection of locations is based on the researcher's affordability and access. The results of this study indicate that the use of augmented reality (AR)-based religious moderation learning media has effectively improved student learning outcomes in religious moderation learning significantly.  The results of the difference test show an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000, indicating that Ho is rejected, and Ha is accepted. This means there is a significant difference in student learning outcomes before and after the treatment using Augmented Reality (AR) learning media, with an average pre-test score of 64.94 and an average post-test score of 93.50. Therefore, this study concludes that Augmented Reality learning media can improve student learning outcomes.
