Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong transformasi layanan kefarmasian menuju sistem yang lebih praktis dan mudah diakses melalui perangkat mobile. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang User Interface dan User Experience (UI/UX) aplikasi pemesanan obat online di Apotik Tiosbel Medan berbasis mobile guna meningkatkan kemudahan akses informasi obat serta efisiensi proses pemesanan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Design Thinking yang meliputi tahapan empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner kepada pengguna untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, permasalahan, serta pengalaman dalam proses pembelian obat. Hasil perancangan diwujudkan dalam bentuk prototipe aplikasi menggunakan Figma. Evaluasi usability dilakukan dengan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) yang melibatkan pengguna Apotik Tiosbel Medan sebagai responden. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata SUS sebesar 79,5 yang termasuk dalam kategori Good dan tingkat penerimaan Acceptable. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa rancangan UI/UX yang dihasilkan mampu memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang baik dan mendukung proses pemesanan obat secara lebih efektif, meskipun masih diperlukan pengembangan lanjutan untuk meningkatkan kemudahan penggunaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pengembangan aplikasi pemesanan obat berbasis mobile serta mendukung digitalisasi layanan kefarmasian.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) mendorong inovasi dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam penyediaan media pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan interaktif. Salah satu permasalahan di SMK Telkom 1 Medan adalah penggunaan media pembelajaran konvensional seperti modul cetak dan PowerPoint yang kurang menarik perhatian siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Adobe Flash yang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman, keterlibatan, dan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan model ADDIE, yang meliputi tahap Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, serta validasi ahli dan uji coba terbatas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Adobe Flash yang dikembangkan valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa. Modul ini terdiri dari berbagai fitur seperti materi pembelajaran, video, kuis interaktif, dan bantuan navigasi yang dirancang menarik dan mudah digunakan. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan media pembelajaran berbasis Adobe Flash mampu meningkatkan kualitas proses pembelajaran dan keterlibatan siswa di kelas. Meskipun terdapat keterbatasan seperti ketergantungan pada Adobe Flash dan uji coba terbatas, hasil penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif di lingkungan sekolah menengah kejuruan.

Abstract

Abstract: The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technology presents both challenges and opportunities for the general public, particularly in the creative economy sector. This community service activity aims to improve the digital literacy and creative competency of the community at LKP Az Zikra through training on creating digital lookbooks using AI-based platforms. The method employed involves direct training with a "learning by doing" approach, encompassing introduction to generative AI, prompt engineering techniques, and practical creation of digital fashion catalogs. The activity focuses on transferring skills in utilizing tools such as AI image generators to produce professional visual assets without high costs. The results indicate a significant increase in participants' ability to operate AI technology for product visualization purposes. Participants successfully produced digital lookbooks that meet industry standards in terms of aesthetics and resolution. This capability proves that AI technology democratization can be effectively achieved through structured non-formal education, providing economic value added for community business promotion Keywords: artificial intelligence; digital lookbook; community empowerment; creative economy; vocational training     Abstrak: Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence/AI) menghadirkan tantangan sekaligus peluang bagi masyarakat umum, khususnya dalam sektor ekonomi kreatif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan kompetensi kreatif masyarakat di LKP Az Zikra melalui pelatihan pembuatan digital lookbook berbasis platform AI. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan langsung dengan pendekatan learning by doing yang mencakup pengenalan generative AI, teknik prompt engineering, dan praktik pembuatan katalog mode digital. Fokus utama kegiatan adalah transfer keterampilan penggunaan perangkat lunak penghasil gambar otomatis untuk menghasilkan aset visual profesional tanpa biaya tinggi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kemampuan peserta dalam mengoperasikan teknologi AI untuk keperluan visualisasi produk. Peserta berhasil menghasilkan luaran berupa digital lookbook yang memenuhi standar estetika industri dan resolusi gambar. Kemampuan ini membuktikan bahwa demokratisasi teknologi AI dapat dilakukan efektif melalui pendidikan non-formal yang terstruktur serta memberikan nilai tambah ekonomi bagi promosi usaha masyarakat.   Kata kunci: kecerdasan buatan; digital lookbook; pemberdayaan masyarakat; ekonomi kreatif; pelatihan vokasi

Abstract

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed learning processes by providing fast access to information, personalized learning support, and assistance in completing academic tasks. However, the improper and excessive use of AI may lead to overdependence, reduced critical thinking skills, and ethical issues in academic practices. This community service activity aims to enhance the literacy and awareness of students and educators regarding the responsible use of AI to support learning quality. The implementation methods include socialization sessions, training workshops, interactive discussions, and hands-on assistance in utilizing AI as an ethical and proportional learning support tool. The program materials cover fundamental AI concepts, opportunities and risks of AI usage in education, academic integrity, and strategies for using AI to improve learning outcomes without diminishing learner autonomy. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants’ understanding of the appropriate functions and limitations of AI in the learning process, as well as the development of more critical and responsible attitudes toward the use of AI. This activity is expected to contribute to the creation of a healthy, ethical, and sustainable digital learning ecosystem in the era of technology-driven educational transformation.

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for public sector companies to improve efficiency and service quality. Perumda Tirtanadi of North Sumatra Province has implemented a meter reading system as part of its digital transformation initiative to improve the accuracy of water consumption data. The success of this system is strongly influenced by the effectiveness of Information Technology (IT) governance and its alignment with the company's business strategy. This research aims to evaluate IT governance of the meter reading system using the COBIT 2019 framework and the Fuzzy C-Means method. The evaluation was conducted through design factor analysis, assessment of process capability levels, capability gap analysis, and clustering of user satisfaction levels. The results indicate that the relevant objectives include EDM01, EDM03, APO12, APO13, DSS05, and MEA03, with capability levels at level 2 and level 3. The capability gap analysis reveals gaps of two to three levels, particularly in strategic domains. The Fuzzy C-Means clustering results show that most users belong to the “satisfied” cluster, indicating that the system adequately supports operational needs despite existing capability gaps. This study provides recommendations and a governance improvement roadmap to support digital transformation and business strategy alignment

Abstract

The use of information technology in education continues to evolve, including in the analysis of vocational school department selection. This study aims to apply Business Intelligence (BI) to analyze admission opportunities in the most popular departments at SMK Negeri 1 Tanjung Pura. The data used is secondary data from SMK applicants between 2020 and 2024, processed using Tableau software for data visualization. The results indicate that the Motorcycle Engineering and Business department is the most favored choice, while the Accounting department has the fewest applicants. BI implementation enables more accurate and informative data presentation, aiding schools in student admission strategies and providing clearer information for prospective students in choosing a department.

Abstract

Because the palm oil harvest cycle affects the seasonal pattern of crude palm oil (CPO) sales, operational planning strategically requires the ability to estimate sales volume. This study uses historical data from January 2020 to December 2025 to forecast monthly CPO sales volume using the multiplicative variation of the Holt-Winters Exponential Smoothing method. 80% of the data is used for training, and the remaining 20% is used for testing. Optimal parameters α=0.3742, β=0.0320, and γ=0.0000 are obtained through modeling. With an MAE value of 2,530.35 tons, an RMSE of 3,036.75 tons, and a MAPE of 12.24%, the model evaluation is classified as good. With a total forecast of 253,127.32 tons, the 12-month forecast results show the maximum peak in September 2026 at 26,743.34 tons and the lowest value in January 2026 at 15,091.27 tons.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to classify the success factors of job training participants at LPK Ziona Gunungsitoli by comparing Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Decision Tree C4.5. The dataset used in this study was obtained from participant records for 2022-2025 and contains tracer study outcomes, gender, education level, training type, program type, and year of graduation. Personal identifiers such as names, national identity numbers, addresses, and telephone numbers were excluded during preprocessing. The tracer study variable was transformed into a binary target: participants who were working or continuing study were categorized as successful, while participants who were still looking for work were categorized as not yet successful. From 376 raw records, 372 valid records were processed. The data were encoded using one-hot encoding and evaluated using an 80:20 stratified train-test split. The results show that Decision Tree C4.5 achieved an accuracy of 81.33%, precision of 94.83%, recall of 83.33%, and F1-score of 88.71%. Meanwhile, SVM achieved an accuracy of 77.33%, precision of 94.55%, recall of 78.79%, and F1-score of 85.95%. The most influential attributes in the Decision Tree model were year, training type, gender, education, and program type. These results indicate that Decision Tree C4.5 is more suitable for this dataset because it provides both higher performance and interpretable rules for institutional decision support.

Abstract

This study aims to utilize Big Data and Machine Learning technology to assist the strategic decision-making process for MSMEs at the Deli Serdang Regency Cooperatives and SMEs Office. The methods applied include ARIMA and SARIMA to forecast sales trends, K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) for consumer behavior classification and segmentation, and Rough Set for feature selection. The data used includes sales transaction data and consumer behavior for the period 2020–2023. The study shows that the Rough Set method can reduce data dimensionality by 50% without reducing model accuracy. The KNN model shows excellent performance with a high evaluation value (accuracy reaching 0.99), and can group consumers into loyal, potential, and non-loyal categories. On the other hand, the ARIMA and SARIMA models show unsatisfactory performance with high error rates, making them less appropriate for fluctuating data. Overall, the combination of Data Mining and Machine Learning has proven efficient in generating strategic information that can support MSMEs in formulating data-driven business strategies.

Abstract

Akselerasi digital pada industri kesehatan memerlukan fondasi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang tidak hanya kompeten secara klinis, tetapi juga cerdas secara teknologi. Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas tata kelola Teknologi Informasi (TI) dengan mengadopsi kerangka kerja COBIT 2019 guna mempersiapkan "SDM Cerdas" di RSU Full Bethesda. Uniknya, rumah sakit ini menjadi subjek penelitian karena masih menjalankan operasional secara konvensional tanpa dukungan sistem informasi terintegrasi, sehingga penyiapan aspek manusia menjadi krusial sebelum digitalisasi dilakukan. Fokus evaluasi ditekankan pada domain Align, Plan, and Organize khususnya proses APO07 (Managed Human Resources).Melalui metode kuantitatif deskriptif dan melibatkan 35 responden kunci, penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa tingkat kapabilitas tata kelola SDM di RSU Full Bethesda saat ini berada pada Level 1 (Initial) dengan skor rata-rata 1,85. Angka ini mencerminkan bahwa praktik pengelolaan kompetensi digital masih bersifat sporadis dan belum terlembaga secara formal. Analisis kesenjangan menunjukkan adanya jarak sebesar 1,15 dari target Level 3 (Defined) yang diharapkan manajemen. Titik kritis hambatan ditemukan pada parameter penilaian kinerja yang belum mengintegrasikan aspek literasi digital, yang pada akhirnya memengaruhi kesiapan staf dalam menghadapi perubahan sistem.Hasil penelitian menegaskan bahwa kerangka kerja COBIT 2019 sangat aplikatif sebagai alat deteksi dini kesiapan organisasi dalam fase pra-digitalisasi. Peneliti merumuskan langkah taktis berupa pembaruan standar rekrutmen, pemberdayaan agen perubahan di setiap unit, serta penyusunan peta jalan pelatihan yang berkelanjutan. Strategi ini diharapkan mampu mereduksi resistensi budaya kerja dan memastikan bahwa investasi teknologi di masa mendatang di RSU Full Bethesda didukung oleh kapabilitas SDM yang mumpuni.
