Abstract

Information system audit is a testing process to infrastructure technology information for know whether the system is in use and running Can ensure security assets owned.​ Sales information system audits can determine the success of a company. The aim is to find out the audit of the coffee division sales information system at PT. Immanta Buds Gasindo Cilegon-Banten uses the Cobit 5 Framework. Research methods This uses quantitative methods with method combined interviews​ based on COBIT questions, observations done For strengthen results study. This research resulted in the audit process of the coffee division sales information system at PT. Immanta Buds Gasindo Cilegon-Banten already walk well with DSS achieve​ with an average value of 4.05 and a percentage of 81.65%, it can be categorized as Rating L (Large Achieved) where score range >50% to 85 % in part great process has been succeed achieved.

Abstract

Kazain Broiler is a Fresh Cut Chicken Supplier offering chicken pieces at affordable and cheap prices. This chicken shop, which is located in Serang City, has a complete list and list of chicken pieces. The development of digitalization is increasingly rapid and fulfills all aspects of human life throughout the world. Not only that, updates on the development of information technology are increasingly providing easy services to every user. Online shop or online business today is not something foreign to the court community in any corner of the world, especially the Indonesian people, whether they use the internet in their daily life or not. Computers are very popularly used as a tool for various activities, for example in business administration activities for trading businesses. UD. Kazain Broiler is the best poultry supplier in Serang City which offers high quality chicken meat at affordable prices. By having various types of fresh chicken that will keep the food healthy, nutritious and delicious. The quality chicken offered by UD.Kazain Broiler goes through various processes to make it hygienic and healthy for consumers. UD. Kazain Broiler is the best poultry supplier in Serang City which offers high quality chicken meat at affordable prices. By having various types of fresh chicken that will keep the food healthy, nutritious and delicious. Kazain Broiler also sells and supplies chicken meat to various food industries and big events such as celebrations, weddings, celebrations, and big day events. UD.Kazain Broiler in carrying out its main sales currently still uses conventional techniques, it still requires stationery, paper and calculators to manage buying and selling data. The owner wants every sale proceeds to have a recapitulation system and relevant financial reports. Since the implementation of the first PSBB and PPKM on April 28, 2020, the relatively quiet market conditions have caused stockpiles of chicken meat to accumulate and not be distributed. As a result, consumers cannot buy the desired meat if the stall selling the desired meat partners runs out and has to seek or wait for information from other partners. For this reason, an integrated information system is needed because it is considered to save more time and costs. So that consumers don't have to go around looking for meat stocks that are still there that consumers need. Based on the results of observations and interviews that have been carried out at UD. Kazain Broiler in Serang City, the researchers feel the need to build a system as well as a tool that is integrated with the inventory information system so that each partner can exchange information and overcome the problems above. In this design, the website prototype was chosen because it has easy access for anyone to do without the need to download it first

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dalam era globalisasi ini mendorong pentingnya penggunaan komputer dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam bidang Pendidikan. SDN 2 SARUNI sebagai lembaga pendidikan menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola nilai. Proses input nilai raport yang masih manual menggunakan buku catatan menyebabkan berbagai masalah, seperti kesulitan mencari informasi nilai raport, kesalahan pengelolaan data, dan risiko kehilangan data.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat perancangan website Raport online. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Kemudian penelitian dimulai dari analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, dan pengembangan sistem. Untuk perancangannya menggunakan metode berorentasi objek sedangkan untuk pengembangannya menggunakan metode Prototyping. Framework dalam peranacangan ini menggunakan framework laravel, Database dibuat menggunakan MySQL. Aplikasi raport berbasis web SDN 2 SARUNI membantu guru dalam pengolahan nilai dan pengarsipan data siswa dan rancangan sistem yang baru dapat menghasilkan data yang cepat dan akurat sehingga dapat mengurangi kesalahan kesalahan yang mungkin terjadi dalam meng-input data

Abstract

In the design of this library application, the programming language used is the web-based programming language, PHP, utilizing the Code Igniter Framework. The database employed in the design of this library application is MySQL. The aim of this research is to develop and design a Library Application and determine the system's feasibility by users at SMP Attaufiqiyyah. The method utilized in this research is the PIECES method (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, and Service). The results of this research illustrate that with a computerized library application, the staff no longer need to manually write book and member data, as well as borrowing transactions. They no longer have to search for book data on shelves and book stacks, simplifying the book search process for students. The conclusion is that with an online library system, the staff no longer need to manually record borrowing and returning data. With this library system, the staff no longer need to doublecheck book data. This system facilitates staff in conducting transactions from borrowing to returning books and handling fines

Abstract

PT. KIP adalah perusahaan baru yang berkembang di industri makanan dan minuman (food and beverage), meskipun berlokasi strategis dekat dengan ibu kota dan wilayah industri, namun perusahaan ini mengalami kesulitan dalam merekrut tenaga kerja berkualifikasi. Salah satu kendalanya adalah keterbatasan sumber daya perusahaan dalam membangun sistem informasi yang sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini. Selain itu, sistem yang digunakan saat ini mengalami masalah karena kurangnya pendekatan metodologi yang konsisten selama tahap proses screening, akibat dari permasalahan tersebut, kandidat yang terpilih tidak selalu memenuhi kriteria perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan rekomendasi kepada perusahaan untuk menerapkan sistem atau prosedur seleksi yang lebih efektif, terutama pada tahap screening, dengan menggunakan metode simple additive weighting yang merupakan metode umum dalam membangun sistem pendukung keputusan guna mengoptimalkan proses rekruitmen. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif, berdasarkan permasalahan, kebutuhan, serta sumber daya, sehingga alternatif solusi yang diberikan tidak menambah beban atau biaya dalam mengimplementasikannya. Hasil sistem usulan pembaharuan rancangan prosedur di PT. KIP berhasil diimplementasikan dengan menambahkan link google form sebagai bagian dari proses penerimaan karyawan sehingga membuat proses screening lebih efektif dan efisien dibandingkan dengan sistem prosedur sebelumnya yang menerima lamaran kerja langsung atau via email. Pengolahan data dari proses screening dengan pendekatan metode SAW cukup efektif dalam menyajikan data kandidat yang memiliki kualifikasi tertinggi berdasarkan kriteria yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Manajemen perusahaan dapat melihat dan memanggil calon kandidat untuk proses rekruitmen berikutnya berdasarkan urutan tertinggi, atau dapat melakukan penyaringan kembali dengan memprioritaskan bobot tertinggi dari kriteria benefit dan bobot terendah dari kriteria cost

Abstract

This research is based on the need to select the best appropriate employees so that they can maximize employee performance potential. Meanwhile, the process of determining the best employees currently at the "IBUNDA" Maternity Hospital in Serang City is still less than optimal. Based on these problems, a solution was created for a decision support system application to help management assess the overall determination of employees at the "IBUNDA" Nursing Hospital in Serang City easily and quickly. The MOORA (Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis) method is a decision making method applied to solve problems with complex mathematical calculations. The results of this research are first, in analyzing determining the best employees at the "IBUNDA" public hospital in Serang City, namely by carrying out calculations based on existing criteria so that you can carry out calculations using the MOORA method and get the best results. Second, implementing a decision support system application using the Moora method for selecting the best employees, so that the calculation process can be carried out using this method, and third, in implementing a decision support system application using the MOORA method, implementing the algorithm of this method into the system that will be built to determine employees the best at the "IBUNDA" General Hospital in Serang City.

Abstract

Investments in information technology often require relatively large capital allocations, but a wise strategy can optimize the use of these funds, such as through developing desktop-based sales applications according to more specific needs and scope. The grocery stall 'CV Warung Berkah' will apply this strategy to manage inventory in sales transactions. The method in designing this sales system uses the waterfall method approach, while finding out the percentage of benefits of the system built with the investment costs incurred using the return-on-investment method approach. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion in the research conducted, the sales system application for micro-scale basic food stalls is feasible to be implemented or developed with an investment feasibility test value or what is usually called ROI of 62.0%. This application system, all sales transactions are recorded accurately as material for the shop owner's analysis in deciding to purchase and inventory goods.

Abstract

This research focuses on the audit of the cashier information system at PT. Foods Beverages Indonesia (Serang Banten Branch), known as the Chatime brand. The background of this research is the importance of an effective and efficient cashier system in the digital era, especially for a leading beverage company like Chatime. The main objective of the research is to analyze how Chatime's current cashier information system works and evaluate the results using the COBIT 5 framework. The research method used is an information system audit using the COBIT 5 (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies) framework. This framework was chosen because it provides a collection of principles, practices, and frameworks that help companies achieve business goals through effective management of information technology. The results show several areas that require improvement, including the need for a clear classification scheme for managing service requests, strategic planning to address employee shortages, periodic evaluation of asset performance, and implementation of Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis. The research conclusion emphasizes the importance of improvements in the management of Chatime's cashier information system, including better documentation, strategic human resource planning, regular performance evaluation, and implementation of comprehensive cost analysis. The recommendations resulting from this audit are expected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the cashier information system at Chatime Serang Banten Branch

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan website pemesanan lapangan Mini Soccer di MS Arena Cilegon guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pemesanan. Website ini dirancang agar pelanggan dapat memesan lapangan secara online, mengakses informasi ketersediaan lapangan secara real-time, serta mengatasi keterbatasan waktu dan metode pemesanan konvensional. Penelitian menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang meliputi komunikasi dengan pengguna, perancangan sistem, pengembangan unit program, dan pengujian. Proses ini bertujuan memastikan sistem dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna secara optimal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website pemesanan lapangan Mini Soccer online berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi proses pemesanan di MS Arena Cilegon. Pelanggan tidak lagi harus datang langsung ke lokasi untuk memesan lapangan. Sistem ini memungkinkan pemesanan secara online dengan akses informasi ketersediaan lapangan yang akurat dan real-time. Kesimpulannya, pengembangan website pemesanan lapangan Mini Soccer di MS Arena Cilegon memberikan solusi efektif dalam mengatasi kendala pemesanan manual. Sistem ini berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi layanan pemesanan lapangan, meskipun masih terdapat beberapa aspek yang perlu ditingkatkan

Abstract

Penjualan produk secara konvensional di Toko Kue Kering Miya Jaya Serang menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti pencatatan data transaksi yang kurang efisien dan rawan kesalahan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi penjualan berbasis web menggunakan framework CodeIgniter 3. Framework ini dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mempercepat pengembangan aplikasi serta menyediakan struktur yang terorganisir. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu mengelola data produk, mencatat transaksi penjualan, serta menghasilkan laporan secara otomatis dan akurat. Pengguna juga dapat mengakses informasi stok produk secara real-time, sehingga dapat mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan. Pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black Box menunjukkan bahwa semua fungsi berjalan sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang telah ditentukan. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional serta meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan transaksi di Toko Kue Kering Miya Jaya Serang. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan aplikasi penjualan berbasis web yang efektif dan efisien di lingkungan usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM).
