Abstract

Islamic boarding schools (Pondok Pesantren) play a central role in creating a language-rich environment that supports language acquisition, particularly Arabic as the primary language of instruction in religious studies. This study aims to explore in depth the role of musyrif (student mentors) in developing a language environment within the pesantren and its impact on the students’ language skills. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The findings indicate that musyrif serve as role models in language use, introduce proper language practices, and supervise daily language interactions. The language environment created by the musyrif has been shown to significantly improve students’ language proficiency in both Arabic and Indonesian. Despite challenges such as varying student backgrounds and maintaining consistency in language policy, this study recommends enhancing musyrif training, introducing more flexible language learning approaches, and utilizing technology to support the language acquisition process in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Vocabulary is a fundamental element in language learning. With a good command of vocabulary, a person can compose perfect sentences to interact between individuals. Vocabulary in the world of elementary school education is a lesson that must be obtained by students, especially in Islamic-based school institutions. Facts at school show the low mastery of Arabic vocabulary caused by several problems, including the use of conventional teaching methods, media, and strategies so that learning is not considered fresh and feels dull, pronouncing Arabic among elementary school students is also a problem. Therefore, the author applies a fun media in teaching Arabic vocabulary, namely through the snakes and ladders game with a pre-experimental one group design research method to determine whether or not there is an effect after applying the game media in one class without a control class. This game uses a numbered board with pictures of snakes and ladders and is equipped with dice to determine the forward or backward movements that players must make to reach the finish line through various challenges in the question cards. Based on the results of the study, the Arabic vocabulary value of students in class III E SDIT Raudhatul Jannah has increased after applying snakes and ladders game media. The increase is evidence of the effect of the application of snakes and ladders game on the percentage of value completeness. Before using the snakes and ladders game was 62% with an average of 73. As for after using the snakes and ladders game, the percentage of students' score completeness increased to 94% with an average of 95.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out about the leadership model and how  implementation of this spiritual leadership model is in Islamic educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study by examining various sources of literature, both from scientific journals, books, and other literature sources related to spiritual leadership. Based on various sources of literature, the author finds that leadership is very important in an organisation because leadership is a process of influencing others to do their work in accordance with the expected goals. And spiritual leadership is very effective in bringing an organisation to have a conducive climate in the development of an organisation, because spiritual leadership is not only about the intelligence of a leader or the skills of a leader in managing other people and institutions but also upholds the values of honesty, kindness, wisdom, compassion and so on in order to form morals and morals. the application of spiritual leadership in Islamic educational institutions requires the synergy of various aspects: ranging from the quality of leaders, organizational culture, competence and commitment of human resources, to the support of religious facilities and programs. it is hoped that with the results of this study the leaders can apply the spiritual leadership model, especially in Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam adalah kunci untuk membentuk karakter anak yang berakhlak mulia. Salah satu metode yang efektif untuk mencapai tujuan ini adalah melalui pembelajaran dan bimbingan mengaji Al-Qur’an. Di TPA Cilongkrang yang berlokasi di Desa Pondok Kahuru, pembelajaran ini tidak hanya bertujuan untuk mengajarkan membaca Al-Qur’an, tetapi juga untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai Islam seperti kejujuran, disiplin, toleransi, dan tanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana metode pembelajaran dan bimbingan mengaji yang diterapkan di TPA Cilongkrang dapat meningkatkan pemahaman anak tentang ajaran Islam dan membentuk karakter Islami. Pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dengan data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap guru mengaji, siswa, dan orang tua. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan praktis bagi lembaga pendidikan dan keluarga, khususnya di Desa Pondok Kahuru, untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif bagi pembentukan karakter Islami anak-anak.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis integrasi antara hukum Islam dan hukum positif dalam penanganan kasus bullying di Pondok Pesantren Al-Hidayah Ciomas, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi; hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun nilai-nilai hukum Islam seperti larangan terhadap kezaliman dan kewajiban menjaga hak sesama telah diterapkan secara normatif, implementasinya belum sepenuhnya terstruktur dalam mekanisme formal sebagaimana diatur dalam hukum positif, khususnya Undang-Undang Perlindungan Anak dan Permendikbud Nomor 82 Tahun 2015, sehingga diperlukan integrasi yang lebih sistematis antara keduanya untuk menciptakan regulasi internal pesantren yang mampu mencegah dan menangani bullying secara adil, efektif, dan sesuai dengan nilai- nilai keislaman serta ketentuan hukum nasional.

Abstract

Educational management is very important as a modern culture that prepares quality human resources. The formation of madrasa committees in each madrasah unit provides the impetus for better management, even though the madrasa committee is still not functioning optimally. The madrasa committee management factor is the government's focus on maintaining the quality of education as stipulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Religion Number 16 of 2020. The madrasa committee becomes independent, professional, and modern to maintain and improve the quality of education. This study aimed to analyze the role of madrasa committee management on the quality of education. The research uses quantitative methods, and the object of research is State Madrasah in Banten Province. The magnitude of the role of madrasah committee management on the quality of education is 82.4%, indicating that madrasah management can maintain the quality of education specified. In contrast, madrasah policy planning and budgeting are dominant in madrasah committee management. The implication is that the madrasah's efforts to support the maximum implementation of the duties and functions of the madrasah committee and training efforts for the madrasah committee.

Abstract

أهمية سياسة التقييس المطبقة على طلاب السنة النهائية للحصول على الاعتراف الرسمي بمهارات اللغة العربية أثناء التعليم في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية. لم يستخدم توحيد اللغة العربية في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية المعايير المقبولة والمعترف بها دوليا. تحلل هذه الدراسة استراتيجية سياسة مدرسة زمزم محمدية سيلونجوك الإسلامية الداخلية لوضع معيار دولي للغة العربية في شكل اختبار TOAFL لطلاب السنة النهائية. يستخدم أسلوب البحث المنهج النوعي مع منهج نظري مرتكز بينما يستخدم التحليل التفكير التصميمي وتقنيات تحليل البيانات مع التثليث. وأظهرت النتائج أن سياسة توحيد اللغة العربية المبنية على TOAFL تشير إلى المناهج والموارد والبنية التحتية والتعاون الذي تم في تحسين مهارات الطلاب وتميزهم في المستوى النهائي. إن الآثار المترتبة على البحث في تطبيق توحيد اللغة العربية القائم على TOAFL في المدارس الداخلية الإسلامية ستؤدي إلى زيادة تفوق الطلاب على المستويين الوطني والدولي.

Abstract

Education follows the changes of an era, if not adjusted, education will fail to educate the nation's generation. Therefore, in education, innovation is needed which can provide updates that can add knowledge and insight to students and also update about other sciences so as not to be left behind. Also with innovation in the field or educational institutions, it is hoped that it will be able to achieve a better and more directed quality of education. The purpose of this research is to find out how the problems and innovations of the Educational Institutions. The method used in writing this article is the library research method or literature review study. Based on the results of the research, it is concluded that there are several problems of Islamic religious education institutions that all need to be overcome if Islamic religious education is to be improved in the future. Therefore, learning reform needs to be implemented.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the management or management of advice and infrastructure in madrasah or school educational institutions. The research method used is the research method used in this writing literature study which focuses on searching for sources through books, journals, and available literature. The results of this writing are (1) planning of facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions including design or purchase planning, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, and equipment distribution planning; (2) organization of facilities and infrastructure including (a) grouping of facilities and infrastructure (b) room arrangement; (3) implementation includes the procurement and utilization of facilities and infrastructure contained in educational institutions so that the use of infrastructure to support activities or teaching-learning processes can run effectively and efficiently; (4) evaluation of facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions is carried out continuously and re-planned, namely by looking at how effective and efficient the facilities and infrastructure in educational institutions are so that in the future, better improvements can be made because the facilities become a factor in the continuity of learning activities.

Abstract

This research describes the interaction between the most advanced language technology, ChatGPT-3, and the translation profession from a student's perspective. In an era of technology that increasingly influences various aspects of life, one of which is translation, this research aims to explore students' views and experiences regarding the use of language technology such as ChatGPT-3 in the context of translator work. Through a qualitative approach, this research gathered insights into how students interested in the translation profession view the changes brought by technology. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews with students from various academic backgrounds who had an interest in Arabic translation. The results of this research provide an in-depth understanding of students' perceptions of the role of technology in the translation profession, the challenges they identify, and the opportunities they see. This research provides a new perspective on the evolving dynamics between technology and the translation profession, particularly from the perspective of the younger generation who will shape the future of translation.
