Abstract

Optimizing the location of public health facilities is crucial to ensure public accessibility. Palembang City uses public health facilities for COVID-19 vaccine distribution and administration. This study identified the best location for COVID-19 vaccine distribution in Palembang City by implementing the Set Covering Problem (SCP) model and solving it with the Greedy Heuristic Algorithm. The SCP model consists of the Set Covering Location Problem (SCLP) model and the p-Centre Location Problem (p-CLP) and considers the separating distance between vaccine distribution sites located in each sub-district of Palembang City. The p-CLP model was formulated, and the Greedy Heuristic Algorithm was executed to determine the optimal distribution location for COVID-19 vaccines. The SCLP model successfully identified 27 optimal COVID-19 vaccine locations in Palembang City. These locations were subsequently used to formulate the p-CLP model. The p-CLP model's solution and the application of the Greedy Heuristic Algorithm yielded 27 optimal vaccine sites, which include Ariodillah Health Centre, Naga Swidak Health Centre, Sako Health Centre, Bukitsangkal Health Centre, Sei Lincah Health Centre, Kenten Health Centre, Kalidoni Health Centre, Pakjo Health Centre, Sei Baung Health Centre, Merdeka Health Centre, OPI Health Centre, Sosial Health Centre, Talang Betutu Health Centre, Myria Hospital, Sukarami Health Centre, Keramasan Health Centre, Karya Jaya Health Centre, 7 Ulu Health Centre, Sabokingking Health Centre, Charitas Hospital, Dr. Mohammad Hasan Hospital, Siti Khadijah Hospital, Bunda Hospital, Bunda Noni Hospital, Pelabuhan Kelas ll Palembang Health Office, Tiara Fatrin Hospital, and Alang-Alang Lebar Health Centre.

Abstract

Marginalized children at the Seroja Surakarta Women's and Marginalized Children's Empowerment Institution (PPAP) are motivated by various factors, including poverty, difficulty in getting work, no longer having parents or poor people, not having a place to live, and low education. Seeing these problems, what marginalized children need is how they can gain prosperity in life now and in the future, especially in the economic aspect. Therefore, the Slamet Riyadi University PKM Team is carrying out Digital Product Entrepreneurship training activities which are expected to help improve the skills and economy of marginalized children at the PPAP Seroja Surakarta Institute. In implementing the training, marginalized children will be taught how to make digital products, and business management, and marketing these digital products. The implementation methods for this activity include, in the first stage, providing material regarding digital product entrepreneurship, and making digital products, printed invitations. The second stage is creating digital products such as digital invitations, pamphlets, commercial posters and banners. The third stage is creating digital products, product promotional videos, business management training, and marketing of digital products that have been created. Abstract

This study was conducted to evaluate the potential of bottom ash as a fine aggregate substitute in K-175 concrete and determine the optimum percentage that produces the best compressive strength. Mining of sand as fine aggregate for concrete has caused environmental damage, so an alternative material that is more environmentally friendly is needed. Bottom ash, a solid waste from coal combustion in PLTU, has physical and chemical characteristics that support its use in concrete mixtures. This study used variations of bottom ash substitution of 5%, 12.5%, and 17.5% of the total weight of fine aggregate. Compressive strength tests were conducted at 7, 14, and 28 days of concrete age. The results showed that 5% bottom ash substitution produced the most optimal concrete compressive strength, equivalent to normal concrete at an estimated age of 28 days at 186.86 kg/cm². Meanwhile, 12.5% and 17.5% substitution showed a significant decrease in compressive strength compared to normal concrete. The physical characteristics of bottom ash, such as higher content weight and coarse texture, contribute positively to mechanical bonding in concrete. However, the high silt content of bottom ash requires further treatment to improve its quality. This research is in line with previous studies supporting the utilization of industrial waste in concrete construction, but provides a new focus on K-175 grade concrete for lightweight construction applications. In conclusion, bottom ash can be used as an alternative fine aggregate in concrete, with an optimal substitution of 5%. The utilization of bottom ash not only supports environmental sustainability, but also offers an innovative solution for industrial waste management in construction. Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah salah satu penunjang perekonomian yang dimiliki di berbagai negara dan termasuk Indonesia. UMKM juga bisa di bilang sebagai tulang punggung perekonomian pada suatu negara. UMKM merupakan badan usaha yang diciptakan oleh masyarakat untuk pendapatan pribadi dan menjadi sumber pertumbuhan kesempatan kerja. Dengan menciptakan UMKM pada suatu daerah dapat meningkatkan nilai pertumbuhan perekonomian negara serta dapat mengurangi nilai kemiskinan dalam suatu negara. Adapun tahap-tahap yang dilakukan dalam melaksanakan pengabdian ini, antara lain : Observasi, Penyuluhan Tentang Pentingnya NIB, Pelaksanaan Kegiatan. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa dan pendampingan pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) bagi pelaku UMKM di Desa Air Joman. Sosialisasi dan pendampingan pembuatan Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) ini bertujuan untuk mendukung upaya tertib administrasi terhadap peraturan pemerintah. Para UMKM juga mendapatkan bantuan untuk membuatkan akun dan mendaftarkan usaha mereka melalui Online Single Submission (OSS). Maka dengan memiliki NIB para pelaku UMKM dapat menambah kepercayaan dari pelanggan karena dianggap sebagai usaha yang legal serta sebagai langkah dasar dalam mengurus perizinan-perizinan lainnya terkait kegiatan usahanya, seperti sertifikasi halal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 53 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil regresi menghasilkan persamaan Y = 4,792 + 0,944X1 + 0,641X2. Uji-F menghasilkan nilai Fhitung (19,692) > Ftabel (3,18), artinya secara serempak kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Hasil uji-t, secara parsial kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karena thitung (4,629) > ttabel (2,0075), kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karena thitung (2,508) > ttabel (2,0075). Hasil uji-R2, koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,441, artinya kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh sebesar 44,1%, sedangkan 55,9% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan parsial kepribadian, komitmen kerja, dan kompetensi terhadap efektivitas kerja. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil regresi menghasilkan persamaan Y = 7,426 + 0,322X1 + 0,457X2 + 0,452X3. Uji-F menghasilkan nilai Fhitung (27,990) > Ftabel (2,91), artinya kepribadian, komitmen kerja, dan kompetensi berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Hasil uji-t, secara parsial kepribadian berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja karena thitung (3,844) > ttabel (2,036), kepribadian berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja karena thitung ((6,278) > ttabel (2,036) > ttabel (2,036), kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap efektivitas kerja karena thitung (4,888) > ttabel (2,036). Hasil uji-R2, koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,704, artinya variabel bebas yang terdiri dari kepribadian, komitmen kerja, dan kompetensi mampu menjelaskan efektivitas kerja 70,4%, sedangkan sisanya 29,6% dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh elemen-elemen bauran pemasaran digital (e-marketing mix) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen milenial pada produk fashion muslimah di platform marketplace Indonesia dengan minat produk sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling non-probabilitas, melibatkan 330 responden yang pernah berbelanja di Shopee dan TikTok Shop. Analisis data menggunakan model persamaan struktural (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa elemen produk, harga, promosi, proses, dan bukti fisik memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian baik secara langsung maupun melalui minat konsumen. Sebaliknya, lokasi dan peran manusia tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan strategi peningkatan promosi kreatif dan relevan, penguatan visual produk, serta optimalisasi proses digital untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the branding strategy of the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) “Kerupuk Abadi” through the development of creative packaging and the implementation of digital-based promotion to increase sales. Branding plays a crucial role in building consumer trust and product image, especially amid growing market competition. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach on the “Kerupuk Abadi” MSME located in Petatal Village, Batu Bara Regency. Data were collected through observation, interviews with business owners, and documentation of promotional activities and packaging design.The results show that the use of creative packaging made from aluminum pouch materials with attractive visual design and a strong brand identity significantly enhances product appeal to consumers. In addition, digital-based promotion through social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp Business has proven effective in expanding market reach, increasing customer engagement, and strengthening consumer loyalty. This strategy contributed to a 30% increase in sales within three months after the branding program was implemented.In conclusion, the combination of creative packaging and digital promotion strategies serves as an effective approach for MSME actors to strengthen brand positioning in the market and improve the competitiveness of local products.. Keywords: branding, MSME, creative packaging, digital promotion, sales improvement, Kerupuk Abadi. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi branding produk Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) “Kerupuk Abadi” melalui pengembangan kemasan kreatif dan penerapan promosi berbasis digital dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan. Branding merupakan faktor penting dalam membangun citra dan kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk, terutama di tengah persaingan pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada UMKM Kerupuk Abadi di Desa Petatal, Kabupaten Batu Bara. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara dengan pelaku usaha, serta dokumentasi kegiatan promosi dan desain kemasan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kemasan kreatif berbahan pouch alumunium dengan desain visual menarik dan identitas merek yang kuat mampu meningkatkan daya tarik produk di mata konsumen. Selain itu, promosi berbasis digital melalui media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan WhatsApp Business terbukti efektif dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan interaksi dengan pelanggan, dan memperkuat loyalitas konsumen. Strategi ini berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan penjualan sebesar 30% dalam tiga bulan terakhir setelah penerapan program branding.Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kombinasi antara kemasan kreatif dan strategi promosi digital merupakan langkah strategis yang dapat diterapkan oleh pelaku UMKM untuk memperkuat posisi merek di pasar dan meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal. Keywords: Branding,UMKM,Kemasan Kreatif,Promosi Digital,PeningkatanPenjualan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of E-WOM, Influencers, and Online Customer Reviews on Purchasing Decisions. The population in this study was Shopee platform users in the Kisaran City area, the number of which cannot be known for certain. This study used the Wibisono formula. The data used were primary data, and this study was conducted online using an electronic questionnaire, namely Google form. The data analysis tool used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show the Influence of E-WOM, Influencers, and Online Customer Reviews on Purchasing Decisions. Simultaneously, E-WOM (X1), Influencer (X2), and Online Customer Review (X3) influence Purchasing Decision (Y), Fcount > Ftable (44.226 > 2.70) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that the research results H1 were accepted and H0 was rejected. While partially E-WOM (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), with a calculated t value > ttable, namely 3.693 > 1.98580 with a sig t value for the E-WOM variable (X1) 0.000 smaller than α 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05, Influencer (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), with a calculated t value > t-table, namely 3.693 > 1.98580 with a sig t value for the Influencer variable (X2) 0.000 smaller than α 0.05, namely 0.000 < 0.05 and Influencer (X2) has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions (Y), with a calculated t value > ttable, namely 2.067 > 1.98580 with a sig t value for the Influencer variable (X2) 0.042 is smaller than α 0.05, which is 0.042 <0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, H2 is accepted and the R Square coefficient is 0.577 or 57.7%. This shows that the Purchase Decision (Y) can be explained by the E-WOM variable (X1), influencer (X2), and Online Customer Review (X3), amounting to 457.7%, and the remaining 42.3% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen tes yang valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa SMA pada materi SPLTV dalam konteks personal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Instrumen tes dikembangkan dan divalidasi oleh ahli dan diujicobakan pada 34 siswa kelas X MAN 1 Kota Cilegon. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa seluruh butir soal memiliki validitas tinggi (0,79 – 0,93), nilai reliabilitas , tingkat kesukaran sedang (0,33 – 0,60), serta daya pembeda yang bervariasi dari cukup hingga baik. Kata kunci: Instrumen tes, Berpikir kritis matematis, SPLTV Abstract  This study aims to develop a valid and reliable instrumen test to measure high school students' critical thinking skills on the topic of Three-Variable Linear Equation Systems (SPLTV) in a personal context. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The instrumen test was developed and validated by experts and tested on 34 tenth-grade students at MAN 1 Kota Cilegon. The trial results showed that all test items had high validity (0.79 – 0.93), a reliability score (α = 0.85), moderate difficulty level (0.33 – 0.60), and discriminating power ranging from fair to good.  Keywords: Instrumen test, Critical Thinking, SPLTV
