Abstract

Google Chat was used in the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics to support academic and non-academic collaboration, with advantages such as real-time, structured communication that is easily accessible by lecturers, students, and administrative staff. This study aimed to analyze the sentiment of Google Chat conversations using the support vector machine (SVM) model to categorize sentiment into positive, negative, and neutral. The data preprocessing process included tokenization, stemming, stop words removal, and text cleaning, using Python with NLTK, Scikit-learn, and Pandas libraries. The study adopted a quantitative approach to analyze sentiment patterns from Google Chat conversations about the quality of services at the Faculty of Engineering and Informatics, as well as experiments to develop and test machine learning models. The preliminary study showed a dataset of 3,735 cleaned data, with invalid or empty elements removed. The data was then categorized into three sentiments: positive, negative, and neutral, based on sentiment analysis of communication text related to services in the academic environment. The next research will focus on selecting the appropriate classification model to provide accurate assessments of the faculty’s service quality.

Abstract

This research develops a web-based real estate management system to enhance property management efficiency at Raya Houses, Jakarta. The system includes listing management, filter-based property search, AI-generated property articles, popular property analysis based on visits, and automated sales contract generation. A hybrid development approach combines Waterfall for linear structure and Kanban for iterative flexibility. Data were gathered through online observation and agent interviews, followed by functional testing of key features. Testing results show all features function as specified, improving agent operational efficiency and data accuracy. Implemented using Laravel, MySQL, and Docker, this system provides an innovative solution for automating real estate business processes, leveraging AI and document generation features underexplored in prior work.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan aplikasi berbasis Android yang memanfaatkan teknologi klasifikasi objek untuk melestarikan dan mempromosikan kuliner tradisional Indonesia. Dengan menggunakan metode deep learning dan pengolahan citra, aplikasi ini dirancang untuk mengidentifikasi berbagai jenis kuliner khas Indonesia melalui gambar. Pengembangan aplikasi ini melibatkan pengumpulan dataset gambar kuliner dari Kaggle dan Roboflow Universe. Setelah dataset dikumpulkan, tahap selanjutnya adalah preprocessing data, dan pelatihan model klasifikasi. Aplikasi ini juga dilengkapi dengan fitur informasi detail mengenai kuliner, termasuk sejarah, asal-usul, dan cara pembuatan, yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan minat generasi muda terhadap kuliner Nusantara. Hasil pengujian aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa teknologi klasifikasi objek dapat secara efektif digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kuliner khas Indonesia dan mendukung pelestarian kuliner tradisional Indonesia.

Abstract

 Perkembangan jaringan komputer dan internet yang begitu pesat pada sekarang khususnya internet sebagai media informasi tentunya harus memiliki kualitas koneksi yang baik. Begitu juga yang terdapat pada PT.Gojek Indonesia yang telah memakai dua ISP (internet service provider). Saat banyak permintaan dari pemakai maka perangkat jaringan akan terbebani karena harus melakukan banyak proses pelayanan terhadap permintaan dari pengguna. Solusinya adalah dengan membagi beban trafik yang datang ke perangkat jaringan, jadi tidak berpusat ke salah satu ISP agar trafik dapat berjalan optimal, memaksimalkan throughput, memperkecil waktu tanggap dan menghindari overload pada salah satu jalur koneksi, teknologi itulah yang disebut Load balancing. Untuk diterapkan teknik Load balancing yang bisa mendistribusi beban kepada sebuah service yang ada pada server dengan memanfaatkan metode distribusi dua line koneksi yang disebut dengan metode NTH. Nantinya mikrotik diharapkan mampu mengoptimalkan bandwidth pada tiap client yang akan koneksi ke internet. Akan diterapkan juga Teknik failover pada jaringan ini, yaitu jika salah satu koneksi gateway sedang terputus maka gateway yang lainnya otomatis akan menopang semua traffic jaringan. Akan dibuat juga menejemen bandwith disemua client, agar pendistribusian bandwith merata. AbstractThe development of computer networks and internet so rapidly at the present time, particularly on the Internet as information media of course must have good connection quality. So also found on the PT.Gojek Indonesian who has used two ISP. When many requests from users, the network devices will be burdened because they have to do a lot of service processes for requests from users. The solution is to divide the traffic load that comes to network devices, so that it is not centered on one ISP so that traffic can run optimally, maximize throughput, minimize response time and avoid overloading one of the connection lines, that technology is called Load balancing. Load balancing techniques are applied to distribute the load against a service that is on the server by utilizing the two connection path distribution method called the Nth method. Later, the proxy hopes to be able to optimize the bandwidth for each client that will connect to the internet. Will also be implemented failover technique on this network, that is if one of the gateway connections is being interrupted then the other gateway will automatically support all network traffic. Will also create bandwidth management for all clients, so that bandwidth distribution is evenly distributed.

Abstract

Prayer is the second pillar of Islam, emphasized after the two sentences of syahadat. It's regarded as perfect worship. Obligatory for both Mukimin and Musafir, its virtue in the mosque equals 20 degrees of reward compared to elsewhere. However, amidst increasing traffic jams, travelers often face difficulty finding the nearest mosque for Maghrib prayer. This problem can be addressed by finding the shortest path from the starting point to the destination. To tackle this issue, a research was conducted to design an application providing directions to the nearest mosque in the Larangan area of Tangerang city. The system utilizes the haversine formula and Java programming language for implementation. Java builds the application, MySQL database stores data, and Google Maps API determines the route.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi manajemen bandwidth untuk meningkatkan kinerja jaringan di SMK AL-FUDHOLA Bekasi menggunakan perangkat MikroTik RB 951Ui-2HnD dan algoritma Simple Queue. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengatasi masalah ketidakmerataan kapasitas bandwidth dan kemacetan jaringan yang mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode penelitian meliputi pengumpulan data, analisis kebutuhan jaringan, rancangan dan implementasi sistem, serta pengujian kinerja. Pengaturan alamat IP pada perangkat dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi setiap antarmuka, sementara konfigurasi NAT (Network Address Translation) digunakan untuk mengganti alamat IP pada paket data yang keluar dari komputer. Selanjutnya, penerapan algoritma Simple Queue digunakan untuk mengelola alokasi bandwidth di berbagai ruangan seperti LAB Komputer, Ruang Guru, dan Ruang Tata Usaha. Pengujian dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas implementasi dengan mengukur pembagian bandwidth, kinerja jaringan, pengelolaan trafik, pengalaman pengguna, dan efisiensi penggunaan bandwidth. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi berhasil meningkatkan kinerja jaringan, mengurangi tumpang tindih, serta memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik. Kesimpulannya, implementasi manajemen bandwidth dengan MikroTik RB 951Ui-2HnD dan algoritma Simple Queue telah berhasil meningkatkan kinerja jaringan di SMK AL-FUDHOLA. Rekomendasi meliputi pemantauan terus-menerus, edukasi pengguna, pemilihan perangkat yang canggih, dan penelitian lanjutan untuk memastikan kualitas jaringan yang optimal di masa depan.Kata kunci: Manajemen bandwidth, MikroTik RB951Ui-2HnD, algoritma Simple Queue, SMK AL-FUDHOLA BekasiAbstract: This study discusses the implementation of bandwidth management to enhance network performance at SMK AL-FUDHOLA Bekasi using MikroTik RB 951Ui-2HnD device and Simple Queue algorithm. The research aims to address the issues of uneven bandwidth distribution and network congestion affecting the educational quality at the school. The research methodology encompasses data collection, network requirement analysis, system design, and implementation, as well as performance testing. IP address configuration on the devices is conducted to identify each interface, while Network Address Translation (NAT) configuration is employed to alter IP addresses in outgoing data packets. Furthermore, the application of the Simple Queue algorithm is utilized to manage bandwidth allocation across different spaces such as Computer Labs, Teacher Rooms, and Administrative Offices.The testing phase evaluates the implementation's effectiveness by measuring bandwidth allocation, network performance, traffic management, user experience, and bandwidth utilization efficiency. The test results reveal successful enhancement of network performance, reduction of overlapping usage, and provision of an improved user experience. In conclusion, the bandwidth management implementation utilizing MikroTik RB 951Ui-2HnD and Simple Queue algorithm has effectively improved network performance at SMK AL-FUDHOLA. Recommendations include continuous monitoring, user education, selection of advanced devices, and further research to ensure optimal network quality in the future.Keywords: Bandwidth management, MikroTik RB 951Ui-2HnD, Simple Queue algorithm, SMK AL-FUDHOLA Bekasi.

Abstract

As the complexity and user volume of web applications continue to grow, performance testing has become increasingly crucial to ensure seamless operation and reliability. This necessitates effective testing and bottleneck identification strategies. This research focuses on designing a schematic mechanism for identifying potential performance bottlenecks under extreme conditions through a series of server performance tests involving direct observation of server application and database activities at varying CPU frequencies. Performance testing employs a load testing model to assess server behavior and response when handling simulated sequences of activities from virtual visitors simultaneously filling out online employment forms in a relatively short period with a large number of users. The primary tools utilized are Apache JMeter as a load generator equipped with the JMeter Stepping Thread plugin. Elasticsearch serves as the repository database for sensor data collected by Beats agents deployed on both application and database servers, either directly or through Logstash. Kibana, a graphical tool, interprets data retrieved via Kibana Query Language (KQL) from Elasticsearch into visual dashboard representations, which are further analyzed to identify potential and actual performance bottlenecks.

Abstract

Coconut pulp is a by-product of coconut milk processing. Coconut pulp is known to have a high iron content so that its potential to be food iron sources. Serundeng is a complementary food used in the community. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of coconut substitution by coconut pulp on the organoleptic properties and acceptabilities as well as the increasing in iron (Fe) levels. This study was experimental with 5 treatments, P1 (0 gr of coconut pulp), P2 (25 gr of coconut pulp), P3 (50 gr of coconut pulp), P4 (75 gr of coconut pulp), P5 (100 gr of coconut pulp). This study used the ANOVA test and continued with DMRT when there was a significant influence. The results of the hedonic quality test showed that there was an influence of coconut pulp substitution on aspects of color, compactness, taste and aroma. On hedonic tests it is known that there was no significant influence. The iron content of coconut pulp (P5) is 2.75 mg / 100g. There was an increase in iron content by 27% when compared to pure coconut group.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Integrated Customer Ticket Portal to enhance the service quality of the Internet Service Provider (ISP) at PT. Padi Internet. The background of this research is the need for an effective solution to manage customer complaints and improve service responsiveness. The research employs the waterfall methodology, which includes the stages of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data collection techniques used include interviews with the customer service team, observation of operational processes, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the development of the customer ticket portal can reduce response time to complaints, increase customer satisfaction, and provide useful analytical data for continuous service improvement. The implementation of this portal also results in a well-integrated system, facilitating ticket monitoring and management by the internal team. The practical implications of these findings are increased operational efficiency at PT. Padi Internet in handling customer complaints and further development of additional features that support better interaction with customers.

Abstract

Printer asset and toner management in enterprises is often inefficient due to fragmented, manual procedures, which reduce data accuracy and slow operational decisions. Addressing this gap, this study designs and evaluates a web-based printer asset and toner management information system that integrates asset records, toner stock and request monitoring, and incident logging within a single platform with role-based access control. The system also provides dashboard summaries and reporting features to support near real-time monitoring and asset audits. Development followed an Agile methodology to enable rapid iterations driven by user feedback. Evaluation employed black-box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to verify functional correctness and workflow fit. Results indicate that the system operates as required and improves traceability and operational efficiency compared with the prior manual approach. The study contributes a replicable design and evaluation framework for integrated printer–toner asset management systems in organizations with similar operational characteristics.
