Abstract

Pendidikan akhlak menjadi sebuah urgensitas karena memiliki tantangan yang besar di era milenial seperti saat sekarang ini. Tujuan penelitian ini dirancang untuk memunculkan sebuah konsep baru dalam kurikulum pendidikan akhlak yang diintegrasikan dengan teknologi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah kajian literatur dengan pendekatan kualiatif deskriptif analitik. Adapun hasil dari kajian penulisan ini adalah tentang urgensitas akhlak dan  penguatan pendidikan akhlak pada era milenial yang saat ini dirasa perlu karena sudah mencapai taraf memprihatinkan. Hal ini dapat dilakukan dengan penerapan kurikulum yang mengintegrasikan teknologi untuk dapat diaplikasikan pada keberlangsungan sistem pendidikan. Konsep pengintegrasian ini tidak lepas dari penjabaran kurikulum yang juga disampaikan kepada orangtua. Jadi, baik pihak sekolah mapun orangtua dapat memantau dan mengawasi siswa-siswanya ketika berada di rumah maupun saat bersekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berupaya untuk memberikan informasi objektif mengenai eksistensi dari mental Bushido yang menjadi basis pembentukan karakter melayani birokrat Jepang. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi literatur, analisis data pada riset ini adalah, reduksi, display dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) mental Bushido merupakan basis dalam pembentukan karakter melayani birokrat Jepang, karena telah dihabituasikan sejak dulu, melalui pendidikan keluarga, mental tersebut memuat nilai, moral dan karakter, yang mengarah pada moralitas dan integritas birokrat Jepang, tentu berkaitan dengan pelayanan publik secara optimal juga sukarela, 2) kapasitas bangsa Jepang dalam mengoptimalkan eksistensi teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi pada praksis birokrasi, membuat birokrasi dan pelayanan publik Jepang menjadi modern, efektif dan efisien, sehingga menjadi model pelayanan publik berkelas dunia, tentu menegaskan majunya peradaban bangsa Jepang. Penting bagi bangsa Jepang untuk menjaga mutu pelayanan publiknya, agar bisa ditiru, diamati dan dimodifikasi oleh bangsa yang lain, karena berkaitan dengan pemenuhan hak-hak dasar warga negara, sebagai upaya nyata mewujudkan kesejahteraan umum.

Abstract

Spiritual intelligence is the soul of national education.  Forgetting this creates a gap between ideals and the reality of education.  Without mapping, educational understanding can be fragmented so that education is only seen partially.  The academic challenge is how to map the education, character, and context of the digital age as well as the threat of disintegration of the nation can be done. Using the method of literature review with descriptive analytics, this research reveals the essence of education as character formation. At the end of the study, the answer was presented with three things: character education is a vision of national education, continuing education as the times becomes the general mission of national education, and adaptive implementation supports the development of the nation's character.

Abstract

The problem of bad behavior of the younger generation in the form of juvenile delinquency is a major concern in character education in elementary schools. Using qualitative methods, this study aims to raise character education in the educational paradigm of Ki Hadjar Dewantara as a fundamental solution to the problem of juvenile delinquency. The results showed that both the inner interiority in Neng, Ning, Nung, and Nang, the person (will and heart) who is "antêp, mantêp, têtêp," the child's attitude that is "Ngandel, Kandêl, Kêndêl, Bandêl" (attitude area), and the educational method "Among" with spirit: "Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mbangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani" can be an effective choice in developing character education. The recommendation for future research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the "Among, Momong, Ngemong" method by focusing on the factors of influence of family environment, peers, and school culture. The concrete solution for primary school education is the preparation of a curriculum that is more focused on building student character by incorporating eastern values and moral education as well as training and developing teacher competencies in carrying out character education in the daily learning process. Masalah perilaku buruk generasi muda dalam bentuk kenakalan remaja menjadi perhatian utama dalam pendidikan karakter di sekolah dasar. Dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengangkat pendidikan karakter dalam paradigma pendidikan Ki Hadjar Dewantara sebagai solusi mendasar atas masalah kenakalan remaja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakter baik dalam interioritas batin dalam Neng, Ning, Nung, dan Nang, pribadi (kehendak dan hati) yang "antêp, mantêp, têtêp," sikap anak yang "Ngandel, Kandêl, Kêndêl, Bandêl" (area sikap), dan metode pendidikan “Among” dengan semangat: “Ing Ngarsa Sung Tulada, Ing Madya Mbangun Karsa, Tut Wuri Handayani” dapat menjadi pilihan efektif dalam mengembangkan pendidikan karakter. Rekomendasi untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas metode "Among, Momong, Ngemong" dengan memfokuskan pada faktor-faktor pengaruh lingkungan keluarga, teman sebaya, dan budaya sekolah. Solusi konkret untuk pendidikan sekolah dasar adalah penyusunan kurikulum yang lebih terfokus pada pembentukan karakter siswa dengan memasukkan nilai-nilai ketimuran dan pendidikan moral serta pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan pendidikan karakter dalam proses pembelajaran sehari-hari.

Abstract

Pendidikan berperan penting dalam membentuk karakter manusia, melalui pendidikan karakter dapat membentuk sumber daya yang tidak hanya cerdas tetapi juga berperilaku baik. Sebab karakter tercermin dalam perilaku setiap individu. Salah satu karakter yang ditanamkan dalam pendidikan khususnya di Indonesia adalah karakter religius. Semantara dalam konteks global isu lingkungan semakin mendesak dan membutuhkan perhatian khusus, oleh karena itu penting untuk menanamkan karakter peduli lingkungan. Lembaga pendidikan berbsis pesantren berpotensi besar untuk mengintegrasikan kedua karakter tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana proses pendidikan di sekolah berbasis pesantren membangun karakter religius dan kepedulian terhadap lingkungan pada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review. Teknik analisis data dalam systematic literature review yang digunakan yaitu meta sintesis dan meta analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa proses pembentukan karakter religious dan peduli lingkungan di sekolah berbasis pesantren dilakukan melalui metode (1) Penerapan kurikulum lingkungan hidup yang mengacu pada eco pesantren (2) Penerapan kurikulum lingkungan hidup yang diintegrasikan dengan nilai religious (3) penerapan visi-misi yang mengacu pada pembentukan karakter religious dan peduli lingkungan (4) Pembelajaran fiqih lingkungan (5) Metode keteladanan dan pembiasaan, dan (6) Praktik pengelolaan sampah yang sesuai.

Abstract

The phenomenon of filter bubbles on social media disrupts a comprehensive understanding of Pancasila and triggers opinion polarization that threatens national unity in Indonesia. This study aims to examine the development of research related to the filter bubble phenomenon by utilizing a meta-analysis literature study method. The data sources used are Google Scholar, with the application Publish or Perish to identify research trends. Further, novelty analysis of the research was conducted using the VOSviewer application. The search was conducted on international journal publications indexed by Google Scholar using the keywords "filter bubble, social media" from 2013 to 2023, and a total of 985 articles were found. Findings indicate that publications related to this topic have seen a relatively high increase from 2013 to 2023, suggesting a potential trend for increased research interest in the coming years. From the data obtained, results indicate that there are several interesting topics as research novelties, including filter bubbles on social media and their implications for the distortion of understanding Pancasila's character. The implications of the Filter Bubble phenomenon on the understanding of Pancasila's character create significant challenges in efforts to build strong national awareness and identity in Indonesia. Filter bubbles narrow access to information, potentially reducing a comprehensive understanding of Pancasila and triggering opinion polarization that threatens national unity. Further research is needed to examine the mechanisms of filter bubbles and mitigation strategies to strengthen understanding of Pancasila and build inclusive national solidarity. Additionally, this article is also important as a source of data for the development of research on the topic of filter bubbles.

Abstract

This research proposes developing an integrated project-based learning model with student character development in higher education. This approach aims to prepare students with both academic skills and strong character to face the complex demands of the real world. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research identifies a close relationship between project-based learning and student character development. The proposed learning model integrates elements of project-based learning with proven effective character development strategies. This model aims at empowering students to enhance collaboration, problem-solving, personal responsibility, self-reflection, ethics, leadership, and empathy. The novelty of this research is the importance of implementing project-based learning in learning that must be prepared by lecturers so that learning objectives are not only oriented towards student knowledge but also character building in each learning assignment. This model has to be implemented under the support of lecturers and educational institutions as well as continuous evaluation to assess its relevance and effectiveness. Through the development of this project-based learning model, educational institutions are ready for curriculum changes and students have good and positive characters to face global challenges.

Abstract

Background: Nonformal education plays a strategic role in character formation, particularly in shaping leadership qualities rooted in national values. This study explores the implementation of a constructivist approach in nonformal education settings to develop leadership character based on Pancasila principles.   Objectives: The research aims to analyze how constructivist-based learning strategies can be applied in nonformal education as an effective framework for cultivating Pancasila leadership values among learners.   Method: This study employed a qualitative design through literature review, observation, and interviews with learners and facilitators in nonformal education programs. Data were analyzed descriptively to evaluate the relevance, effectiveness, and contextual impact of constructivist practices.   Findings: The application of experiential learning, dialogic discussions, collaborative projects, and contextual case studies enhanced learners’ comprehension of Pancasila principles and fostered leadership values such as integrity, responsibility, and social empathy. Integration of digital media and adaptation to community contexts further strengthened the relevance of the learning process.   Conclusion: A constructivist approach in nonformal education is effective not only in reinforcing knowledge of Pancasila but also in nurturing leadership characters aligned with inclusivity, democracy, and social justice. This model has the potential to prepare future leaders who are responsive to societal challenges while upholding Indonesia’s core values.   Novelty: The study highlights a practical constructivist framework in nonformal education that explicitly integrates Pancasila leadership values with modern pedagogical strategies, offering a contextual model for leadership character education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study designs and develops the Citizenship Education model to strengthen students' character. We need to continuously create several learning models that reinforce students' positive character. They stay enthusiastic about finishing the lecture on time and do not let life's challenges erode their spirit. They used development research. We obtain the analysis results from several stages: first, we identify problems and carry out task analysis; second, we conclude learning objectives during the design phase; third, we create patterns and utilise digital media in development; fourth, we apply the designed learning pattern in implementation; and fifth, we observe whether the created learning pattern aligns with our initial beliefs during evaluation. The development of the ADDIE instructional model leads to the next stage, which adapts to create the Citizenship Education learning model known as MPC (Modification of Project Citizen). This model focuses on digital media and develops Citizenship Education to strengthen students' character. This study introduces a novel Citizenship Education learning model that utilises interactive digital media to effectively deliver material and systematically shape students' citizenship character in the context of the digital era.
