Abstract

This study aims to determine the consumer satisfaction index and strategies to improvethe service quality of Bank Riau Kepri Pekanbaru Syariah Branch. The population in thisstudy includes all customers of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Branch Pekanbaru with asample of 110 people with purposive sampling method. The analysis tool in this studyuses CSI (Customers Satisfaction Index) analysis and IPA (Importance PerformanceAnalysis) analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that theconsumer satisfaction index at Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pekanbaru Branch was 82.84 orwas in the "very satisfied" degradation. The IPA analysis pays attention to the strategyfor improving the service quality of Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pekanbaru Branch,prioritizing the following 3 indicators: Strategic location (IPA-Indicator 3); guarantee oferror-free transactions (IPA-Indicator 11); Companies can store data accurately (IPAIndicator 12). Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Bank Riau Kepri Syariah PekanbaruCustomer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Index (IPA)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of School Image and Quality Of EducationServices through Parents Behavior on the Choosing Decision the Imam Syafii 2Integrated Islamic Junior High School Pekanbaru City. The population in thisstudy includes the Parents who send their children to SMP IT Imam Syafii 2Pekanbaru City, where the total number of students is 219, so the researchrespondents in this case are the Parents totaling 219. Determination of the sampleis done using probability sampling method. In this study, the sample studied useda questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, for hypothesistesting in this study using the path analysis method (path analysis) and processedusing SPSS Statistics 18 software. The results of the study show that: 1) there is asignificant effect of School Image on Behavior, 2) there is a significant influenceon the Quality Of Education Services on Behavior, 3) there is a significantinfluence on School Image on Choosing Decisions, 4) there is a significantinfluence on the Quality Of Education Services on the Choosing Decisions, 5)there is a significant influence of Behavior on the Choosing Decisions, 6) there isa significant influence of School Image on the Choosing Decisions throughBehavior, and 7) there is a significant influence on the Quality of EducationalServices on the Choosing Decisions through Behavior.Keywords : School Image, Quality of Educational Services, Behavior, ChoosingDecision.

Abstract

A decision is a selection of two or more alternative choices. In other words, aconsumer must have a choice between making a purchase or not making apurchase. This study aims to see the effect of school promotion and educationservices through the behavior of student guardians on the decision to choose theAbdurrab Integrated Islamic Junior High School in Pekanbaru City. Thisresearch was conducted using primary data collected from respondents throughquestionnaires, while the respondents consisted of 152 parents of students atAbdurrab Integrated Islamic Middle School Pekanbaru City who met the criteria.Then a hypothesis test was carried out using path analysis with the help of SPSSVersion 25.0. In this study shows that; 1) there is a significant effect of SchoolPromotion on Guardian Student Behavior, 2) there is a significant effect onEducation Services on Guardian Student Behavior, 3) there is a significant effecton School Promotion on Choosing Decision, 4) there is a significant effect ofEducation Services on Choosing Decision, 5) there is a significant effect ofGuardian Student Behavior on Choosing Decision, 6) there is a significant effectof School Promotion on Choosing Decision through Student Guardian Behavior,7) there is a significant effect of Education Services on Choosing Decisionthrough Student Guardian Behavior Keywords : School Promotion, Educational Services, Guardian Behavior,Choosing Decision.

Abstract

The Study on Optimizing Original Local Government Revenue (PAD) from the Market Levy was determined the potential of Original Local Government Revenue (PAD) from the traditional market levies owned by the Pekanbaru City Government. In general, the purpose of this activity was to collect data, using a survey method for data collection of Stalls and Street Vendors that exist in the traditional markets of the Pekanbaru City Government. Optimizing the acquisition of PAD from traditional market retribution in the city of Pekanbaru is Rp. 566,643,000 per year if the estimated traditional market levies planned for 2019 have included cleaning levies on the market. If only the estimated revenue obtained from the levies on the use of market service facilities in the form stalls and street vendors only (not included in the 2019 DISPERINDAG cleanliness estimate) then there is Rp. 940,863,000 per year as a retribution that can be optimized. To increase market retribution revenue, some concrete steps are needed. Firsly, to increase collection efficiency, namely by reducing unnecessary costs where the percentage of collection fees is lowered or smaller than the percentage increase in revenue realization so that from year to year market levies show an increase in efficiency. Moreover, revise Perda No. 8 of 2017 concerning market service levies by providing explicit delegation to the OPD relating to the market to fully manage the market both for cleanliness and parking lots

Abstract

This research aims to examine The Influence of Celebrity Endorser towards Consumer Interest Usage of Threads App through Brand Image in Indonesia. The population in this research is Indonesia people that has hear about Thread Apps. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling technique and a sample of 118 sample was obtained. The data analysis method used is path analysis.   There are 4 hypothesis on this research. The results of this research show 3 hypothesis are accepted, such as celebrity endorser has affect on brand image, brand image has affect on consumer interest, and celebrity endorser has affect on consumer interest through brand image. However, the rejected hypothesis is celebrity endorser has affect directly on consumer interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the things that influence User Decisions and Consumer Satisfaction in Making Non-Cash Transactions QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) in Pekanbaru City. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire as an instrument and structured interviews were used as a complement in proving the research results. This study used 100 samples of QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) users in Pekanbaru City as respondents using the Non Probability Sampling Technique. With the minimum age of 17 years, using, having made non-cash transactions using QRIS, and domiciled in Pekanbaru City. The method used is Explanatory Research with data analysis tests, instrument tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and path analysis as data testing paths as well as by the statistical product and service solution software application (SPSS version 21). The results of this study indicate that (1) Knowledge influences User Decisions in Making Non-Cash Transactions QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) in Pekanbaru City; (2) Convenience has an effect but is weak on User Decisions in Making Non-Cash Transactions QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) in Pekanbaru City; (3) User Decisions affect Consumer Satisfaction in Using QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) Non-Cash Transactions in Pekanbaru City; (4) The direct effect of knowledge on user decisions is greater than the indirect effect of knowledge on user decisions and consumer satisfaction in conducting QRIS non-cash transactions in Pekanbaru City (5) the direct effect of convenience on decisions is greater than the indirect effect of convenience on customer satisfaction in Conduct QRIS Non-Cash Transactions in Pekanbaru City. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of Viral Marketing and endorsements on purchasing decisions with Brand Awareness as an moderatingvariable on Street Boba Pekanbaru. The approach used in this research is quantitative using the SEM-PLS model and SmartPls 4.0 software as tools for this research. Data ware obtained through distributing questionnaires to 385 respondents. The results of this research reveal that: (1) there is a positive and significant influence of Viral Marketing on purchasing decisions at Street Boba Pekanbaru, (2) there is a positive and significant influence of Endorser s on purchasing decisions at Street Boba Pekanbaru, (3) there is a positive and significant influence of Viral Marketing on Brand Awareness on Street Boba Pekanbaru, (4) there is a positive and significant influence of Endorser s on Brand Awareness on Street Boba Pekanbaru, (5) there is a positive and significant influence of Brand Awareness on purchasing decisions on Street Boba Pekanbaru. Abstract

Every human being lives by their own views and ideologies.Their demonstrate what they believe by their attitudes and lifestyle that they adopt. One of the more developed ideologies of society is Hedonism.For large communities, Hedonism is defined as extravagant, squandering, and just thinking about earthly happiness which leads to negative behavior. One form of negative behavior from hedonism is Compulsive Buying. Compulsive Buying is an act of persons in the purchasing of goods not on account of their need, but for gratification of their overindulgence, chronic and repeated desires with weak control as a form of negative feelings or to alleviate negative feelings, with adverse consequences. This study aims to identify the profound effects of factors which affecting compulsive buying behavior and hedonism of Sneakers Nike user on the Student of Faculty Economics & Business of Riau University. The primary data was collected with structured questionnaires and interviews as instruments in verifying research results. The research was using 116 students as responders with Non-Probability Sampling techniques. The method used was Explanatory Research with data analysis, classical assumptions, hypothetical test and Path Analysis as lines of data testing and aided by 23rd version of SPSS application in data processing. The result of this study indicate that the variable of Fashion Orientation and Self Esteem affect to Compulsive Buying and Hedonism, both directly and indirectly. And only the variable of Money Attitude has negative influence on Compulsive Buying and Hedonism, both directly and indirectly.Keywords : Fashion Orientation, Money Attitude, Self Esteem, Compulsive Buying Behavior, Hedonism.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about the effect of organizational commitment, motivation, and work discipline on the employee performance at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency. The population and the sample in this study were all permanent employees in 2018 of 78 people. The method of data analysis used was multiple linear regression through the SPSS 23 program. Regarding with the result of qualitative research, it indicates that organizational commitment at PT. Sari Lembah Subur is still not good enough. The low dedication and dedication of employees at work and employees are also considered as less loyal toward the company. Work motivation of employees is also still relatively low toward the company. This is due to the lack of stimulus, appreciation and career opportunities. While, the work discipline of employee has been classified as good manner, however, the company is necessary to place the employees in accordance with their abilities and educational background. Further, dealing with the result of quantitative test shows that organizational commitment, motivation and work discipline simultaneously and partially effect significantly on the performance of employees at PT. Sari Lembah Subur, Pelalawan Regency. Satisfying organizational commitment, high work motivation and good work discipline will lead to the optimal employee performance.Keywords: Organizational Commitment, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Product Quality (X1) and Price (X2) on Purchase Decision (Y1) and Customer Satisfaction (Y2) Honda Scoopy Motorcycles at Taluk Kuantan. The population of study was customers who have Honda Scoopy automatic motorcycles at Taluk Kuantan whose numbers are not known with certainly. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 144 people were selected to be sampled. Path Analysis with software SPSS version 24 was used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision; 2) Price had a negative and significant effect on Purchase Decision; 3) Purchase Decision had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 4) Product Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction throughwork Purchase Decision; 5) Price had a negative and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction throughwork Purchase Decision.Keyword: Product Quality, Price, Purchase Decision, Customer Satisfaction.
