Abstract

This research aim to know how influence Organizational Culture variable and Work Environment by simultan and partial to the Employees job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai. In this research use total sampling technic, where all of populations to be a sample used. There are 51 people’s as a sample from the total people’s of populations. This research used primary datas, where are data knows by interview and quistioner. The used analyze in this research is descriptive analyze, and then also used quantitative analyze with the make by SPSS program version 18. From the result examination double linear regresion analyze, which have been simultan test (test F) indicated that Organizational Culture and Work Environment variable have been significant effect to the employees Job Satisfaction. Result of partial test (test T), indicating that Organizational Culture and Work Environment variable have been significant effect to the employees Job Satisfaction. From the double linear regresion make a result is work environment more dominant from Organizational Culture variable to the employees job satisfaction at SMK Negeri 1 Dumai.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of CSR disclosure and capital structure on firm value with financial performance as intervening variable. The population in this study is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The ecosystem variable in this research is capital structure and CSR Disclosure, while intervening variable is financial performance and dependent variable is firm value. This study has a population of 137 companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011- 2015. This research uses purposive sampling technique and sample which fulfill as many as 44 companies. The method of data processing using multiple regression analysis and regression of moderation. SPSS software version 21.00. The results showed that CSR disclosure variable has a direct influence on financial performance. CSR disclosures have a direct influence on corporate value. Capital structures have a direct influence on financial performance. Capital structure has a direct influence on company value. Corporate value has a direct influence on financial performance. CSR disclosure has a direct influence on the value of a company mediated by financial performance. Capital structure has a direct influence on firm value mediated by financial performance.Keywords: CSR disclosure, capital structure, corporate value, financial performance

Abstract

This research was done in School of EconomicsDharma Putraon the Imam Bonjol street No. 75, Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine how to influence attitudes and contextual factorvariables simultaneously and partially on the ability of Entrepreneurship School of Economics Student Dharma Putra Pekanbaru.. Thepopulation in this research werestudent School of Economics Dharma Putra, majoring in Accounting and Management, with a total sample of 74 students. The method of analysis used in this study was descriptive quantitative method of multiple regression using SPSS version 17.00. The results showssimultaneous regression test (F test) that the independent variables studied Attitude and ContextualFactorwere positive and significant impact on the dependent variable (Ability of Entrepreneurship). The magnitude of the effect that the (R²) by twovariables together 70.5% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. The results of the testing that has been done, the partial regression test (t test) showed that each of the independent variables studied wasattitude has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Ability of Entrepreneurship), whereas the contextual factorvariables have a significant effect on the dependent variable (Ability of Entrepreneurship).Keywords:Attitude, Contextual Factor, Ability ofEntrepreneurship

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work environment and motivation simultaneously on work enthusiasm of Production Department employees at PT Wira Karya Pramitra. The populations were 55 employees of PT Wira Karya Pramitra's production department and used a saturated sample. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Technique collecting the data was questionnaires and documentation. The analysis tool used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis with work enthusiasm as dependent variable and three independent variables are leadership, work environment and motivation. The results of this study stated that leadership, work environment and motivation have significant effect on the work enthusiasm.Keyword: Leadership, Work Environment, Motivation, Work Enthusiasm

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Leadership and Working Environment on the Performance of employees at the Department of Highways and Water Resources As well as the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kuantan District. This study used 98 samples. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis method is by means of a variable test, regression test, test path analysis or path analysis. From the results of the testing that has been done, Leadership and Work Environment directly affects employee performance in the Department of Highways and Water Resources As well as the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Singingi Kuantan District. Indirect relationship leadership variable to variable performance of employees at the Department of Highways and Water Resources As well as the Office of Human Settlements and Spatial Kuantan Singingi through work environment variable is greater than the result of a direct relationship of leadership variable to variable performance.Keywords: Leadership, Work Environment, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The rapid emergence of the cafe industry today has brought a new impact on consumers' lifestyles. One of the cafes in Pekanbaru City is Er coffee. This study aims to examine the effect of Customer Experience and Store Atmosphere on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty at Er coffee Pekanbaru. The analysis technique used is path analysis. The number of samples taken as many as 114 respondents using purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the Customer Experience variable and the Store Atmosphere variable had a significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable, the Customer Experience variable and the Store Atmosphere variable had a significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable, the Customer Satisfaction variable had a significant effect on the Customer Loyalty variable, as well as the Customer Experience variable and the variable Store Atmosphere has a significant effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction.Keywords : Customer Experience, Store Atmosphere, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to identify differences in customer satisfaction with arabica single origin coffee beans from Sumatra and Java at the University of Riau and to develop a positioning map for arabica single origin coffee beans from Sumatra and Java at the University of Riau. The sample in this study was drawn using a purposive sampling method, namely sampling according to certain criteria. The questionnaire was aimed at active students from the University of Riau who had consumed arabica single origin coffee beans from Sumatra and Java. The number of sample populations used is up to 50 respondents from Riau University students. The data obtained were analyzed using the Mann Whitney U-Test to compare satisfaction with the IBM SPSS Statistic 26 software and the Multidimensional Scaling Mapping method using radar charts with the Microsoft Excel 2019 software. The results showed that customers at the University of Riau had the same satisfaction with the consumption of arabica single origin coffee beans from both region Sumatra and Java, and customer perception positioning map shows almost the same position on the aroma, taste, sweetness, uniformity and overall indicators, and customer perception shows a slightly different position on the celan cup, body, acidity, aftertaste and balance, i.e. one element, indicators is a little more important than the others.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Positioning Map, Sumatra And Java Arabica Single Origin Coffee Beans, Mann Whitney-U Test, Radar Chart

Abstract

This Research aims to understand the influence of work environment and compensation against discipline of work and work productivity employees at indragiri hilir regional water company which is located on m boya street number 7 Tembilahan, Indragiri hilir. Population in this research is allemployees of which consisted of 108 employees and collecting samples using likert scale used to measurea score respondens answer in this research consists of five alternative answers containing another variation. Next use testing instrumental, test the practical and the realibilitas. The method of analysis that used in this research was descriptive analysis and analysis path by exclusively on the spss 23 for windows. This research result indicates work environment and compensation significant impact on discipline work, variable workplace , Compensation and discipline work significant impact on work productivity. The research also showed that the variable work environment and compensation significant impact on work productivity with discipline as intervening variable. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) for first structure is 0.575. It means that the influence of work environment variables and compensation on work discipline is 57.5%. While the rest 42.5% influenced by other variables that had not been included in this model. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) for second structure is 0.734. It means that the effect of work environment, compensation and work discipline on work productivity is 73.4%. While the rest 26.6% influenced by other variables that had not included in this model.Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Discipline, Work Productivity

Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the main issues that inhibit the development of IKM competitiveness in Pekanbaru City at the time of COVID-19 by identifying the development status of IKM in Pekanbaru City today and the persemade strategy in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and the development of IKM competitiveness in Pekanbaru city at the time of covid. According to the data provided by Pekanbaru City Industrial and Trade Bank, the population in this study are all IKMs operating in Pekanbaru City. The IKM that becomes the subject of this study is the IKM of manufacturing or IKM which manufactures products that are able to be competitive in the broad market and become a substitute for consumers in Pekanbaru City. The data analysis used in the IKM study is a descriptive analysis using the SWOT analysis method.The results showed the development of the IKM competitiveness in Pekanbaru city at the time of COVID-19 that was in the 2nd quadrant position. For that, the IKM development model is consistent with the forward, backward and horizontal integration strategy, that is, by strengthening business relationships with upstream and downstream industries, and increasing control over competitors through cooperation and company acquisitions. As for the market penetration strategy or by determining the market's ability to absorb the resulting product. Also, the product development strategy is to develop products with offer value (value proposition) combined with services to enhance the uniqueness of the product, which can help IKM improve marketing performance and market expansion. And keep the market satisfied by opening up new market shares resulting from market development strategies.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of product quality and price on purchase decisions for Zoya brand halal cosmetics in Pekanbaru, using halal labels as a moderating variable. The population in this study are consumers who have purchased and used Zoya cosmetics and are domiciled in the city of Pekanbaru. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with a total sample of 128 respondents. This study uses structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS) in analyzing the data. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Price has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. As a moderating variable, the halal label strengthens the positive relationship between product quality and purchase decisions. Furthermore, the halal label acts as a moderator, weakening the negative relationship between price and purchase decision
