Abstract

Teacher performance is very important in improving the quality of children's education. Teacher performance can be improved by understanding the factors that influence performance. The purpose of this study was to describe the factors that influence the performance of teachers at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data collection method was carried out through interview techniques. Data analysis techniques were carried out through the following stages: data compression, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the factors that generally influence teacher performance at SMA Partiwi 1 Padang are: teacher competence, dedication, discipline, work environment, welfare, professional development, and interpersonal relationships. These factors are divided into two main categories, namely internal factors, such as competence, dedication, and discipline, which play an important role in motivating teachers from within, and external factors, such as a conducive work environment and welfare, which support teacher motivation and productivity from outside.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to provide empirical insight into the moderating role of CSR on the influence of earnings management and institutional ownership on firm value, and to evaluate whether CSR weakens or strengthens the impact of both factors. Research Method: This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data from annual reports and sustainability reports of companies in the consumer non-cyclical and basic materials industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2021-2022 period with 263 data. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression tests using the purposive sampling method. Findings: The results of the study indicate that earnings management has a significant negative effect on firm value, while institutional ownership does not have a considerable effect. CSR strategy is proven to moderate the relationship between earnings management and firm value positively but does not moderate the relationship between institutional ownership and firm value. Implication: This study provides insight for companies and investors about the importance of CSR management to increase firm value. In addition, regulators can consider these results to formulate better corporate governance policies.

Abstract

GOR TM Badminton adalah tempat yang menyediakan lapangan serta menjual peralatan olahraga badminton dan menawarkan jasa pelatihan badminton. GOR TM Badminton dipilih sebagai mitra dalam pelaksanaan studi ini. Saat ini, GOR TM Badminton menggunakan Microsoft Excel, namun sistem tersebut belum memadai untuk mencatat transaksi bisnis secara menyeluruh dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang akurat. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini, sebuah sistem informasi akuntansi dirancang menggunakan Microsoft Access untuk membantu pencatatan transaksi dan menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang tepat. Laporan keuangan yang dihasilkan meliputi laporan neraca saldo, laporan laba rugi, laporan perubahan ekuitas, laporan posisi keuangan, laporan pembelian, laporan penjualan, dan laporan persediaan. Sistem informasi akuntansi ini juga membantu pemilik bisnis dalam menilai status keuangan secara akurat dan membuat keputusan yang tepat.

Abstract

Pillowcase is a place that is used to protect the pillow from dust and dirt. The macrame technique is a knotted knot craft consisting of several ropes or threads to make a work. There are very few macrame pillowcase products on the market, this causes the product to be less popular. Because judging from the manufacturing process looks complicated and takes a long time. So this is the background of the Design of Decorative Pillowcases for Sofas with the Makrame Technique. This design aims to make macrame pillowcase products easy to produce. The creation method used is SP Gustami's theory which consists of 3 stages, namely exploration, design and embodiment. The result of the creation of this work is a sofa cushion cover made using the macrame technique. This sofa cushion cover is intended as a decoration on a sofa or room.Keywords: Pillowcase, Sofa, Macrame

Abstract

In recent decades, the movement of Islamisation in Malaysia and Indonesia have significantly developed. Islam in both Malaysia and Indonesia is known by its moderate character, more syncretised and politically diverse. These characteristics may have led the mass popular culture that globally spread, significantly influenced the rapid movement of Islamic popular culture in both countries. This paper analysed the rise of Islam in Malaysian and Indonesian society and politics, with a focus on Islamic popular culture. It then compared the characteristics of Malaysian Islam and Indonesian Islam movement and examine the rise of nasyid as one of Islamic popular culture products in Southeast Asia. The trends indicated that the success of popular culture adaptation such as nasyid boy-band music in Malaysia and Indonesia vary in terms of the issues that they represent. It may influenced by the economic, political and cultural agenda which involve in it.Keywords: popular culture, islamisation, islamic music, nasyid

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tarif, layanan, dan keamanan terhadap keputusan pemilihan dermaga regular ataupun eksekutif ketika menyeberang di Pelabuhan Merak dengan kategori penumpang jasa pejalan kaki dankendaraan pribadi sebagai variabel moderasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dimana Objek penelitian ini adalah PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) selaku pengelola transportasi laut di Pelabuhan Merak. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik convenience sampling, dimana jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 133 orangpengguna jasa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tarif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pemilihan dermaga, namun begitu factor layanan dan keamanan justru tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pemilihan dermaga. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa faktor kategori penumpang jasa memoderasi pengaruhtarif terhadap keputusan pemilihan dermaga, sedangkan untuk factor layanan dan juga keamanan justru tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan.

Abstract

Pregnant women can be at risk for anemia, especially anemia due to iron deficiency. Anemia occurs due to low hemoglobin content in the body during pregnancy or less red blood cells in the blood than usual, with hemoglobin levels below 11 g%. The impact that can be caused by anemia in pregnant women is bleeding during childbirth, low birth weight babies (LBW), decreased IQ, babies are easily infected and easily suffer from malnutrition.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of production, international prices and exchange rates on the volume of coffee exports in Indonesia in 2002-2022. This research is a quantitative research. The data source is obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. Testing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that coffee production, the international price of coffee and the rupiah exchange rate could explain the 2002-2022 coffee export volume of 31.3%. The partial test results show that coffee production and the rupiah exchange rate have no effect on the volume of coffee exports. And the international price of coffee has a positive effect on the volume of coffee exports. Meanwhile, the results of simultaneous tests show that coffee production, international coffee prices and the rupiah exchange rate together have no effect on the volume of coffee exports from 2002-2022.

Abstract

Penelitian eksperimen ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media komik dengan model discovery learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII di salah satu SMP Negeri di Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 sebanyak 266 siswa yang terdistribusi ke dalam 9 kelas. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari satu kelas kontrol dan satu kelas eksperimen, yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pretest-posttest control group design dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes berbentuk uraian. Uji yang digunakan adalah uji nonparametrik berupa Mann-Whitney U karena asumsi normalitas tidak terpenuhi. Hasil analisis uji Mann-Whitney Uyaitu 24,33. Hasil uji analisis data menunjukkan bahwa median data peningkatan skor kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yang mengikuti model discovery learning dengan media komik lebih dari siswa yang mengikuti model discovery learning tanpa media komik.

Abstract

Background: The growing urgency of environmental issues and economic imperatives has made sustainability a critical component of corporate strategy, particularly in developing countries like Indonesia. This study examines how green CEOs, green innovations, and green investments affect the sustainability performance of Indonesian companies listed in the Sri Kehati Index. Methods: Data from 2019 to 2023 were analyzed using regression analysis in STATA. The study also examined the moderating effect of absorbed and unabsorbed slack resources. Findings: The results show that a green CEO has no proven positive impact on sustainability performance, while green innovation has a negative impact. In contrast, green investment significantly improves sustainability performance. The results also show that slack resources do not significantly strengthen the relationship between green innovation and sustainability performance. Conclusion: This study emphasizes the importance of leadership committed to sustainability and strategic investment in improving firms' environmental performance. It also suggests that slack resources may be less effective in supporting the implementation of green innovation. Novelty/Originality of this article: This study highlights the impact of green investment on sustainability performance and its investigation of the moderating role of slack resources. By focusing on Indonesia, the study contributes novel insights to the existing literature on sustainability in emerging markets.
