Abstract

This article will describe the Assistance with Business Legality and Marketing Aspects towards Upgrading MSMEs in Genteng District, Surabaya. The aim of this mentoring activity is to help and facilitate MSMEs, especially aspects of business legality and product marketing. The method used is participatory and descriptive with literature study. The results of this mentoring activity show the importance of the mentor's role in facilitating MSME actors in aspects of business legality and product marketing.

Abstract

Salary is one of the important aspects in the sustainability of an industry so that workers get a fair return for their hard work. In addition, THR and BPJS are supporting aspects where the government, which acts as a regulator, provides non-wage guarantees for workers so that they can feel prosperous. Companies are obliged to implement the provisions that have been regulated by the government to create a conducive and mutually beneficial work environment. This can also show that the company provides employee service programs that can form a sense of enthusiasm, a sense of security, and a sense of being valued, so that there is a desire for mutual respect between the two parties. Therefore, this article will discuss the implementation of claims for salaries, THR, and BPJS in companies. The article employs a participatory method by systematically collecting and analyzing data.

Abstract

The implementation of an information system can be said to be successful if it can improve employee performance, which in turn can improve company performance. Industrial and Financial System (IFS) application at PT. XYZ helps manage existing resources, share information between departments and integrate several business operations. This article will describe the benefits of using the IFS application on employee performance. The method used is a participatory and descriptive method with literature studies and literature studies. The results of implementing the Industrial and Financial System (IFS) application information system can improve employee performance and optimize company resource management.

Abstract

This paper examines the implementation of digital marketing strategies to enhance room occupancy at Midtown Hotels Indonesia Surabaya. Digital marketing, utilizing online platforms such as websites, social media, email, and search engines, has become an essential element in contemporary marketing approaches. This study focuses on how Midtown Hotels Indonesia Surabaya employs various digital marketing techniques to increase room occupancy rates. Data was gathered through surveys, interviews, and analysis of digital marketing campaigns implemented by the hotel. The research employs a participatory approach, involving active engagement with the hotel's marketing team to gather insights and develop strategies. The results indicate a positive impact of digital marketing strategies on room occupancy, demonstrating that effective use of these strategies can lead to significant improvements in occupancy rates. The study concludes that Midtown Hotels Indonesia Surabaya can achieve better room occupancy and overall financial performance by strategically leveraging digital marketing tools.

Abstract

This study discusses the improvement of human capital administration efficiency through employee needs management at PLN Nusantara Power Services Sidoarjo. The purpose of this internship is to provide valuable practical experience, as well as help participants develop relevant skills for future careers. The research methods used include questionnaires, employee surveys, interviews, and analysis and analysis of performance reports to understand the skills needed and potential gaps in the current workforce. The results show that the implementation of a human resources information system (HRIS) and the improvement of the recruitment and selection process have proven effective in reducing administrative burdens and increasing data accuracy. The use of HRIS has facilitated the management of employee data, payroll, and absence management, leading to higher operational efficiency. The study concludes that steps taken in employee development, performance management, and compensation and benefits policies also play an important role in improving human capital efficiency. Continuous training programs and systematic performance appraisals support employee professional growth and increase job satisfaction.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the effectiveness of event sponsorship implemented by PT Telkomsel Branch Surabaya to increase brand awareness and product sales. The method used is participatory with a qualitative approach, where all related parties are directly involved in the effectiveness of event sponsorship activities to increase brand awareness and product sales at PT Telkomsel Branch Surabaya. The results show that event sponsorship carried out by PT Telkomsel Branch Surabaya has proven effective in increasing brand awareness and product sales, because through this event sponsorship activity, PT Telkomsel Branch Surabaya can promote products directly to the right audience. This event sponsorship can also attract attention and create a positive experience to increase brand awareness and purchase of Telkomsel products.

Abstract

This article will discuss the role of students in carrying out assistance in population administration services through optimizing the implementation of the KALIMASADA Program in the Surabaya City Population and Civil Registration Service, especially in the Nginden Jangkungan Subdistrict area, Surabaya. This program aims to increase public literacy regarding the importance of population administration, provide direct assistance to the community and optimize Population Administration services in Nginden Jangkungan Village. The method used in the population administration services assistance program is a participatory approach with descriptive methods. A participatory approach is an approach that formulates regional or village development needs that prioritize the community. Students carry out field trip surveys directly to the community. The results of this mentoring program show that the role of students in assisting with population administration services really helps the community in fulfilling population administration documents. This assistance activity can help the community understand the importance of population administration documents and fulfill population administration documents.

Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas pelayanan di PT. Dwi Samudera Line, khususnya di Cabang Palu, dan bagaimana kualitas pelayanan tersebut berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa. Metode yang digunakan adalah partisipatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan mencakup faktor-faktor seperti kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sistem administrasi yang efisien, penggunaan teknologi yang memadai, serta hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan yang cepat, responsif, dan transparan akan memberikan dampak positif terhadap kepuasan pengguna jasa.Faktor-faktor penunjang seperti infrastruktur yang mendukung operasional dan kemampuan perusahaan dalam merespons perubahan juga memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kualitas pelayanan. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi perusahaan untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan guna mempertahankan kepuasan pengguna jasa dan mendukung keberlanjutan operasional di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Abstract Corporate governance is still at the top of the agenda for Indonesia and Asian corporations. The issue of corporate governance arises since economic crisis in Indonesia and Asian countries. Country factors can play a key role in setting the framework for corporate governance practices at the individual company level. Given that corporate governance matters regardless of the particular system — the legal and economic framework conditions — investors have shown growing interest in a global benchmark of good behavior There persists the belief that good corporate governance can help create shareholders value and ensuring that enterprises only responsibility to society is to maximize profits without breaking the law, hence the role of corporate governance is to provide appropriate corporate control. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara simultan dan parsial Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Asset Growth Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan sektor Consumer Goods yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Consumer Goods yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2019 dan Teknik Penarikan Sample yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel Net Profit Margin, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Asset Growth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan sektor Consumer Goods. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel Net Profit Margin menunjukkan pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan sektor Consumer Goods, Debt to Equity Ratio menunjukkan pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan sektor Consumer Goods, dan variabel Asset Growth pengaruhnya tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan sektor Consumer Goods. Keywords: Net Profit Margin; Debt on Equity Ratio; Asset Growth; Harga Saham
