Abstract

UMKM menghadapi persaingan yang ketat, era digitalisasi menuntut pelaku usaha bergerak secepat perubahan. Data, teknologi Smartphone dan aplikasi adalah satu paket. Salah satu aplikasi yang dapat digunakan adalah imooji. Bagi UMKM aplikasi imooji membantu mencapai tujuan usaha. Pemasaran Sosial digunakan untuk menarik empati, yaitu dengan mengelola sampah. Roti Andika adalah UMKM di daerah Tohudan, menghasilkan roti berbahan baku, peralatan dan cara operasional konvensional. Keunggulannya harga murah. Pegawai Roti Andika anak-anak muda yang familiar dengan smartphone, tetapi penggunaan smartphone tidak optimal. Fungsi Aplikasi imooji untuk memasarkan produk, kali ini kontennya berisi kepedulani lingkungan yaitu cara mengelola sampah yang benar. Target pelatihan meningkatkan penjualan melalui konten mengelola sampah dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup serta informasi yang ingin disampaikan kepada siapapun, dimanapun dan kapanpun dengan konten menarik.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the effect of the product and the price of thepurchase decision with the level of service as a moderating variable (Survey onconsumer Luwes group Surakata). The population in this study is that consumersLuwes Group Surakarta. While the sample is taken as many as 50 people withpurposive random sampling method.The results of the research indicate thatregression test showed that the variable regression dominant influence on consumerdecision in buying products in Luwes Group is the price. T test results showed that:1. There was a significant effect of the product on the consumer's decision to buyLuwes Group Surakarta, so hypothesis 1 proved to be true. 2. There is a significantinfluence on the price of consumer buying decisions on consumer Luwes GroupSurakarta, so hypothesis 2 unsubstantiated. 3. There is no significant effect of thelevel of service to the consumer buying decision on Luwes Group Surakarta., Thethird hypothesis is not proven true. This absolute difference I in test results showthat: the level of service does not moderate influence on the decision to buy theproduct on Luwes group Surakarta. So the hypothesis 4 is not proven true. The testresults showed that the difference in absolute II: the level of service moderate theeffect of price on purchase decisions on Luwes group Surakarta, so the hypothesis 5proven true.Keywords: product, price, service level, the decision to buy.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress conflicts and organizational culture on employee performance. The first hypothesis examines whether conflicts have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The second hypothesis examines whether job stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The third hypothesis examines whether organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The population in this research is 475 employees at PT Duta Plast in Sukoharjo. This research is a census study using proportional random sampling technique. The sample used was 119 people by referring formula from arikunto because of the large population. Methods of data collection using questionnaires and documentation. Analyzer used in this research is multiple linear regression and absolute difference test. The results of the research instruments show that the overall variables of conflict, work stress, organizational culture and employee performance are valid and reliable. The results of the classical assumption test show that the free data multicollinearity, free autocorrelation, free heteroscedasticity and normal distributed data. The result of the research instrument test shows that work stress conflict, and organizational culture have a significant effect on the performance of PT Duta Plast in Sukoharjo.Keywords: Conflict, work stress, organizational culture, employee performance

Abstract

CV. Aneka Karya Glass is a company that produces residential furniture made from glass and brass, one of the best selling products is a candle holder. Raw material control is needed to reduce raw material problems that often occur in the company. Problems in CV. Aneka Karya Glass is about controlling raw material inventories that occur due to excessive ordering which raises the high cost of savings. Material Requirement Planning (MRP) is a method of controlling raw materials proposed for the company. The techniques used are lot sizing including lot for lot (LFL), economic order quantity (EOQ), and order quantity period (POQ). The total cost obtained from the calculation of the lot sizing lot for lot (LFL) technique is IDR 14,400,000, economic order quantity (EOQ) of IDR 18,150,200, and the order quantity period (POQ) of IDR 14,400,000. So based on the results obtained, the company should implement the MRP method with the LFL or POQ lot sizing technique because the two techniques get the minimum total cost of IDR 14,400,000 so that they can save costs by 50%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the efficiency of raw material inventory control system PT. Dan Liris as well as analyzing the application of material requirement planning method in optimizing inventory control raw materials in PT. Dan Liris. This research is a case study on PT. Dan Liris. The data type used is qualitative data and quantitative data. The data source in research using secondary data. Methods of data collection were used: interviews, observation and documentation. Technique of data analysis using the techniques of Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Based on the results of research: the raw material needs planning Policy implemented by the PT. Dan Liris yet structured, it is apparent from the raw material procurement system which uses a method of forecasting in accordance with sales targets. Application of the method of Material Requirements Planning can play a role in optimize raw material inventory control PT. Dan Liris, it is shown in the total cost of the inventory using the technique of Lot For Lot is Rp 40.2 million, total the cost of inventories using the techniques of Economic Order Quantity amounting to Rp 44,541,085 and the total cost of the inventory using the policy of the company amounting to Rp 119,548,146. From the comparison it can be noted that a very effective technique to achieve cost-efficiency the total inventory of raw materials is the technique of Lot For Lot.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the model and characteristics of the queue system and analyze service optimization throught queue analysis in the employment service process at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surakarta. The type of data used is quantitative data and qualitative data. Data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study were BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Surakarta customers who came and queued to get service. The sampling technique uses non probability sampling techniques by using paul leddy formula as manis as 100 customers. Data analysis technique use queuing model formula, software microsoft exel, sosftware SPSS 21, and software QM for windows. The results of the study show that the queuing model that is applied in the service process of document inspection and service stages uses the M/M/S model. Queue characteristic in the service process have a random arrival pattern and FIFO queue discipline so that customers who come first will be served first. The result of the analysis of the queuing system indicate that there is a nedd to add customer service to the first stage of service facilities namely the document checking stage because the results of the queuing system analysis result show a negative value while in the second stage of service proces namely the service stage shows that the services performed are optimal.

Abstract

In order to achieve a competitive advantage, companies should always attention and adjust to the changing corporate environment. Changes in corporate environments including internal environment (egg, changes in size, structure) and external environment (egg: change desires and expectations of consumers, changes in technology, companies, competitors). Adjustments to the environment can have an impact on a change in operating strategy. Basically to achieve competitive advantage through the establishment and implementation of operating strategies can be done through: leadership in product differentiation, cost leadership and leadership in response to the speed of the response. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on the marketing performance of MSMEs in Indonesia, as indicated by a decrease in sales. Therefore, various strategies must be carried out to boost the sales, including by implementing marketing innovations and increasing the ability to interact with customers. In addition to examining the effect of marketing innovation, consumer need adaptability, empowered interaction capability, and marketing intelligence on marketing performance, this study also aims to examine the effect of empowered interaction capability on marketing performance mediated by consumer need adaptability and marketing intelligence in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banjarsari District during the Covid-19 pandemic. The sample of this study consists of 51 MSMEs spread across Banjarsari District, Surakarta Regency, Central Java. The analytical method used is Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study show that empowered interaction capability has a significant positive effect on marketing performance. Meanwhile, marketing innovation, consumer need adaptability, and marketing intelligence have no effect on marketing performance. Likewise, consumer need adaptability and marketing intelligence do not mediate the effect of empowered interaction capability on marketing performance. The implication of this research for MSMEs is that MSMEs need to increase empowered interaction capability through increased collaboration and co-creation so that customers are willing to provide ideas or suggestions to the company, thereby increasing company performance.

Abstract

Risma Brownies & Cake Gemolong is a business operating in the food industry. The problem that the company is hoping for is whether control of raw material inventory at Risma Brownies & Cake Gemolong is efficient and whether the MRP method can make control of raw material inventory at Risma Brownies & Cake Gemolong efficient. The aim of this research is to analyze the efficiency of raw material inventory control at Risma Brownies & Cake Gemolong and to analyze the application of the MRP method to make raw material inventory control efficient at Risma Brownies & Cake Gemolong. The method used in this research is the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method, with data analysis techniques using Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Period Order Quantity (POQ) techniques. The data required is a general description of Risma Brownies & Cake, organizational structure, production process, raw material usage data, raw material inventory data, holding cost data, and ordering cost data. Data collection techniques using interviews. Based on the results of the research that has been carried out, the researcher concluded that the most efficient method applied at Risma Brownies & Cake is the Period Order Quantity (POQ) method. The LFL method produces inventory costs of IDR 468,000, the EOQ method produces inventory costs of IDR 3,663,000, while the POQ method can produce inventory costs of IDR 468,000

Abstract

The Bakpia Wirda Karanganyar Company is a business that operates in the food sector, especially bakpia products, in the production process it requires a lot of raw materials which must be maintained so that the production process can run smoothly. Inventory of raw materials is the main factor in a company to support the smooth production process, both in large and small companies. The key to the production process being able to run smoothly is by controlling optimal and sufficient raw material supplies. A company needs inventory, without inventory the company will run the risk of not being able to meet consumer needs. The aim of this research is to analyze the efficiency of controlling supplies of raw materials for wheat flour and green beans using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method, which consists of the Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), and Period Order Quantity (POQ) methods. ). The results of the research show that the total cost of raw material inventory according to the policy of the Bakpia Wirda Karanganyar business owner is IDR 1,735,000.35 greater than the calculation using the MRP method. The total cost of raw material inventory using the Lot For Lot (LFL) method is IDR 348,705.84, EOQ is IDR 309,203.31 and using the POQ method is IDR 348,705.84. From the results of calculating the total cost of raw material inventory, the MRP method can streamline raw material inventory costs, especially the EOQ method.
