Abstract

E-learning telah menjadi alat yang penting dalam pendidikan tinggi, memungkinkan perguruan tinggi untuk menyediakan aksesibilitas dan fleksibilitas dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran. Salah satu platform e-learning yang populer adalah Moodle yang digunakan oleh banyak universitas di indonesia. Namun, penggunaan Moodle di universitas belum banyak diteliti secara mendalam, terutama dalam konteks pengaruh e-learning terhadap indeks prestasi akademik. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian e-learning Moodle di lingkungan Universitas Buddhi Dharma yang berlokasi di Tangerang dengan metode Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) menggunakan lima variabel Perceive Usefulness (PU), Perceive Ease of Use (PEOU), Attention Towards Using (ATU), Behaviour Intention to Use (BITU), dan Actual System Using (ASU) ditambah dengan dua variabel lain yaitu Level of Confidence (LC) dan Academic Performance (AP). Seluruh variabel dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan (PEOU), dan persepsi kebermanfaatan (PU) memiliki pengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap sikap (ATT) dan niat perilaku pengguna (BITU) serta aktual penggunaan sistem (ASU) dalam Moodle sebagai platform e-learning dengan nilai t-statistik yang melebihi nilai t-tabel dan p-value. Namun dalam hal ini penerimaan teknologi e-learning yang baik tidak mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan diri (LC) dan performa akademik pengguna (AP) secara aktual.   Abstract E-learning has become an essential tool in higher education, enabling universities to provide accessibility and flexibility in teaching and learning. One of the popular e-learning platforms is Moodle, which many universities in Indonesia use. However, the use of Moodle at universities has yet to be studied in depth, especially in the context of the influence of e-learning on the academic performance index. Therefore, this research aims to test Moodle e-learning in the Buddhi Dharma University environment located in Tangerang using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method using the five variables Perceive Usefulness (PU), Perceive Ease of Use (PEOU), Attention Towards Using (ATU), Behavioral Intention to Use (BITU), and Actual System Using (ASU) plus two other variables, namely Level of Confidence (LC) and Academic Performance (AP). All variables were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that perceived ease of use (PEOU) and perceived usefulness (PU) have a significant positive influence on attitudes (ATT) and user behavioral intentions (BITU) as well as actual system use (ASU) in Moodle as an e-learning platform with a value of t -statistics that exceed the t-table value and p-value. However, in this case, a good acceptance of e-learning technology does not affect the Confidence Level (LC) and user Academic Performance (AP).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lingkungan kerja (fisik dan sosial) sebagai prediktor turnover intention karyawan PT X Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik sampling jenuh dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 75 orang karyawan. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala lingkungan kerja (fisik dan sosial) dan skala turnover intention. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner google form, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS 24 menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis menunjukkan R2 = 21.8% : p < 0.05, hal ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh lingkungan kerja (fisik dan sosial) terhadap turnover intention. Semakin tinggi kualitas lingkungan kerja (fisik dan sosial) yang diterapkan maka semakin rendah tingkat turnover intention, begitupun sebaliknya. Pada intinya, lingkungan kerja yang mendukung baik secara fisik maupun sosial, dapat mengurangi turnover intention pada karyawan

Abstract

Amid the intense competition today, companies continue to strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness in order to adapt to the ever-evolving competitive dynamics. One effort undertaken is to establish leadership that can inspire and empower employees in facing work-related challenges. Transformational leadership style has become an important factor in fostering work engagement to achieve optimal performance. This study aims to examine the relationship between transformational leadership style and work engagement among employees at CV. L. The method used is quantitative with a correlational design. Data collection employed non-probability sampling with accidental sampling techniques, using a Google Form distributed to 500 employees in the production department at CV. L. The number of participants in this study was 83, determined using the Slovin formula. The research scales used were the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (α = 0.903) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (α = 0.976). The Spearman Rho correlation test yielded a coefficient of 0.588 with a significance level (p < 0.05), indicating a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and work engagement

Abstract

Global competition due to the development of information technology is a challenge for Small and Medium Industries (SMIs) to remain competitive. This study aims to determine the correlation between transformational leadership and psychological well-being among SME employees in Tingkir Subdistrict, Salatiga City. The research method used was quantitative with a correlational approach. Participants consisted of 95 employees selected through quota sampling technique. Data were collected using the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) scale and the Ryff Psychological Well-being scale, then analysed using the Spearman Rho correlation technique. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and psychological well-being, with a correlation value (r) of 0.858 and a significance of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The higher the application of transformational leadership, the higher the psychological well-being of employees. The implications of this study suggest that transformational leadership can improve employees' psychological well-being, which contributes to increased productivity and company performance. Persaingan global akibat perkembangan teknologi informasi menjadi tantangan bagi Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) untuk tetap kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan psychological well-being pada karyawan IKM di Kecamatan Tingkir, Kota Salatiga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Partisipan terdiri dari 95 karyawan yang dipilih melalui teknik quota sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan skala Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) dan skala Ryff Psychological Well-being, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik korelasi Spearman Rho. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan psychological well-being, dengan nilai korelasi (r) sebesar 0,858 dan signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05). Semakin tinggi penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional, semakin tinggi kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan. Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan, yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas dan kinerja perusahaan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT. Yafindo Marico Indonesia, Boyolali. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik random dan didapatkan jumlah sampel sebanyak 62 karyawan. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu skala gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dan skala organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner google form, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan bantuan program SPSS 24 menggunakan korelasi Spearman. Hasil analisis menunjukkan r = 0.521 dengan signifikan 0.000 (p < 0.01), hal ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Semakin tinggi tingkat gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif yang diterapkan maka semakin tinggi pula tingkat organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), begitupun sebaliknya. Pada intinya, gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif yang diterapkan pemimpin dalam lingkungan kerja berdampak positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) karyawan.

Abstract

Manajemen perusahaan menyoroti pentingnya adaptasi terhadap kemajuan teknologi informasi dan digital untuk menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat di industri. Dalam rangka mencapai kemajuan yang lebih signifikan, organizational commitment memiliki peran yang penting dalam meningkatkan employee loyalty. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara organizational commitment dan employee loyalty di perusahaan X. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan purposive sampling, melibatkan 66 karyawan sebagai partisipan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada hubungan yang positif signifikan antara organizational commitment dan employee loyalty dengan koefisien korelasi r = 0,796; p<0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa organizational commitment memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap employee loyalty.Kata Kunci: Organizatinal commitment, Employee loyalty

Abstract

Work readiness is an important aspect for vocational high school (SMK) students in facing the demands of the workforce, and one psychological factor that contributes to it is self-confidence, which helps students adapt, make decisions, and confront professional challenges. This study aimed to examine the relationship between self-confidence and work readiness among twelfth-grade students at SMKN X in Salatiga using a quantitative correlational approach. The study involved 100 students selected by cluster sampling. The research instruments included a work readiness scale based on aspects from Caballero et al. (2011) and a self-confidence scale based on the theory of Lauster (2012). Data were analyzed using Pearson’s correlation. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between self-confidence and work readiness (r = 0,670; p < 0,001), indicating that higher levels of self-confidence are associated with higher levels of work readiness. These findings underscore the importance of school programs focused on enhancing students’ self-confidence to support the work readiness of SMK graduates

Abstract

The growth of e-commerce in the digital era has encouraged the emergence of impulsive buying behavior, particularly among Generation Z who are highly familiar with technology. A preliminary study through questionnaires with 30 respondents and interviews with 10 respondents indicated that individuals aged 18-22 years showed higher impulsivity compared to those aged 13-17 and 23-28 years. This research aims to examine differences in impulsive buying behavior among Generation Z as e-commerce consumers based on the Big Five Personality dimensions (Extraversion, Agreeableness, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness to Experience). The study employed a quantitative approach with a comparative design. Sampling was conducted using quota sampling with 100 respondents aged 18-22 years residing in Salatiga, consisting of 77% female and 33% male participants. The instruments used were the Impulsive Buying Scale developed from Rook and Fisher’s theory and the Indonesian version of IPIP-BFM-50 (Akhtar & Azwar, 2018). Data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test. The findings revealed that only the Agreeableness dimension showed a significant difference in impulsive buying (p = 0.000 < 0.05), whereas Extraversion, Conscientiousness, Neuroticism, and Openness did not show significant differences (p > 0.05). These results indicate that individuals with low Agreeableness levels are more likely to engage in impulsive buying, while the other four personality dimensions did not produce meaningful differences

Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of work engagement in improving employees’ productivity and work quality. One of the factors assumed to be related to work engagement is the use of a democratic leadership style. The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between democratic leadership style and work engagement among employees of PT X. The research method used was quantitative with a correlational approach. The sample consisted of 141 employees selected using the total sampling technique. The instruments used were the Leadership Democratic Style Scale (LDSS) and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES). Data analysis was conducted using the Pearson correlation test with the assistance of Jamovi software. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between democratic leadership style and work engagement. Thus, it can be concluded that the higher the application of the democratic leadership style, the higher the employees’ work engagement. These findings highlight the importance of participatory leadership in enhancing work engagement and productivity in the seafood processing and export sector

Abstract

This research was motivated by the importance of work engagement as a factor that influences employee performance and productivity. One factor considered to play a role in enhancing work engagement is job crafting, namely employees’ proactive efforts to adjust their tasks, relationships, and perspectives toward work. The aim of this study was to examine whether job crafting can serve as a predictor of work engagement among employees at PT. Samindo Utama Kaltim. This research employed a quantitative method with a correlational design. The participants consisted of 150 permanent employees who had worked for at least one year, selected using purposive sampling. The research instruments were the job crafting scale and the work engagement scale, both completed online by the participants. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and simple linear regression. The results indicated that job crafting is a positive and significant predictor of work engagement, with a contribution of 12%. These findings suggest that employees who engage more actively in job crafting tend to experience higher levels of work engagement. The implication of this study highlights the importance for companies to encourage employees to engage in job crafting by providing work flexibility, opportunities for self-development, and organizational support in order to further enhance work engagement
