Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya hasil belajar peserta didik yang rendah, hal ini disebabkan oleh: 1) Adanya peserta didik yang tidak masuk tanpa keterangan karena sakit. 2) Adanya peserta didik dengan alasan yang bisa dipertanggung jawabkan dan lainya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendiskripsikan: 1) Pengaruh ketidak hadiran peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik indikator kognitif. 2) Pengaruh ketidak hadiran peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik indikator afektif 3) pengaruh ketidak hadiran peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik indikator psikomotor 4) Pengaruh ketidak hadiran peserta didik terhadap hasil perincian absensi peserta didik.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deksriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 114 peserta didik dan dipilih sampel 49 dengan menggunakan teknik proprosional random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket, sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan data interval dengan teknik persentase.Hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh ketidak hadiran peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas XI di SMA N 1 kinali Pasaman. 1) Pengaruh ketidak hadiran peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dilihat dari indikator kognitif berada pada kategori tinggi . 2) Pengaruh ketidak hadiran peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dilihat dari indikator afektif berada pada kategori tinggi . 3) Pengaruh ketidak hadiran peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dilihat dari indikator psikomotor berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. 4) Pengaruh ketidak hadiran peserta didik terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik dilihat dari perincian absensi berada pada kategori tinggi. Agar peserta didik lebih meningkatkan kehadiran dalam proses pembelajaran karena kehadiran yang tinggi dalam pembelajaran mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the lack of understanding by the Students’ parents about the character of early childhood. The purpose of this research was to describe the perception of parents about 1) The character of healthy early childhood, 2) The character of an unhealthy early childhood. This research is quantitative descriptive research, 45 young learners as the population in PAUD Hidayah Ampera. The sample of this research found 48 parents. This sampling uses a total sampling technique. The instrument was used in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed using the percentage technique. The results of this research revealed that: 1) Parents' perceptions of the character of healthy early childhood in Early childhood education programs  Hidayah Ampera were in a good category. 2) Parents' perceptions of the unhealthy character of early childhood in Early childhood education programs  Hidayah Ampera are in the fairly good category. The Results Based on this research, it is recommended that parents pay more attention to the formation of early childhood characters so that they can provide appropriate treatment in order to be healthy early childhood characters are formed and eliminate not good perceptions. Keywords: Perceptions, Early Childhood Character ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman orang tua peserta didik mengenai karakter anak usia dini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada orang tua untuk senantiasa memberikan perhatian yang lebih terhadap pembentukan karakter anak usia dini agar dapat memberikan penanganan yang tepat sehingga terbentuk karakter anak usia dini yang sehat,  serta menghilangkan persepsi yang kurang baik. Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Anak Usia Dini, Karakter

Abstract

Adolescents as individuals have readiness and planning to start a family which can be expressed in the form of scientific work. The problem that arises among some teenagers is the lack of ability of teenagers to express their ideas and thoughts about family readiness and planning in the form of scientific work. The aim of the activity is to improve teenagers' understanding and skills regarding the rules for writing scientific papers, especially mastery of material, article writing skills and skills in exploring references in writing scientific papers about family readiness and planning. The activity method is carried out through technical assistance through classical, individual and group approaches. The informants were teenagers under the guidance of the Youth Resilience Working Group of the West Sumatra Province BKKBN Representative Office. Data was collected through interviews and documentation, then processed qualitatively with a descriptive approach. Based on the evaluation results, it can be stated that this activity has been carried out well and smoothly. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in participating in the activity and the number of articles that have been provided with improvement consultation services. Through technical assistance activities, teenagers can master the material and have the skills to write scientific articles related to family readiness and planning, as well as have the skills to access references and journals with indicators of youth participation in exploring references from various articles and participation in studying the journals where the articles are published. Problems that occur internally and externally have also been addressed with a number of actions and input. Adopting technical assistance in writing scientific papers for activities with different substance is highly recommended unless there are significant differences in participant characteristics.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya peserta didik yang rendahnya nilai kejujuran dalam belajar. Adanya peserta didik yang kurang bertanggung jawab atas tugas yang diberikan oleh guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk :Mendeskripsikan kegiatan mentoring peserta didik kelas VIII di SMPIT Adzkia Padang, Mendeskripsikan karakter jujur peserta didik. Menguji seberapa besar kontribusi kegiatan mentoring terhadap pembentukan karakter jujur peserta didik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif analisis regresi linear sederhana. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik dikelas VIII berjumlah seratus dua puluh delapan orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan propotional random sampling yaitu sebanyak lima puluh enam orang. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui angket dan diolah menggunakan teknik persentase dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan  kegiatan mentoring peserta didik kelas VIII di SMPIT Adzkia Padang berada pada kategori cukup baik. karakter jujur peserta didik kelas VIII di SMPIT Adzkia Padang berada pada kategori tinggi. Besarnya kontribusi dalam pembentukan karakter jujur peserta didik sebesar tiga puluh delapan persen. Artinya enam puluh dua persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Untuk itu direkomendasikan kepada mentor untuk melakukan inovasi terhadap teknik atau metode dalam mengevaluasi program mentoring sehingga peserta didik mampu mengaplikasikan karakter jujur dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

 The Educational Profession course is crucial to teacher training, however transitioning to independent learning curricula is difficult. Teaching resources that fit the changing educational landscape are a big challenge. This study proposes incorporating cultural discourse into educational professional teaching resources to meet independent learning curricular requirements. To create these innovative instructional resources, a 4-D development model—define, design, develop, and disseminate—was painstakingly followed. The study focused on Padang's acclaimed PGRI University of West Sumatra's teachers and students. Observation, interviews, and testing collected data. Field tests showed the training materials were practical and effective. This study found: First, the teaching materials perfectly matched student needs. Second, the design phase produced useful learning aids to supplement the teaching content. Finally, the development phase produced a comprehensive integration of cultural discourse-based teaching materials for the Education Profession course, anchored by a Discourse Analysis Approach, displaying excellent validity. Field experiments showed promising results: The integrated learning approach's success and students' responses confirmed the teaching materials' usefulness. Students' better learning outcomes showed the instructional materials' usefulness, even though lecturers' comprehension and application varied. Cultural dialogue in educational professional teaching materials enhances learning and creates a more inclusive and engaging educational environment, according to the findings. The research recommends continual adaptation and improvement of teaching approaches to ensure lasting educational impact, as success depended on learning process and demographic aspects. In conclusion, this research is a pioneering endeavour to improve the Educational Profession course through cultural discourse, bridging the gap between traditional teaching methods and independent learning pedagogies. The study emphasizes the necessity of culturally responsive and effective learning ecosystems, setting a precedent for future curriculum design and educational practises.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of student learning discipline. The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) Student learning discipline. 2) Parenting style. 3) The relationship between parenting styles and students' learning discipline. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research, with a population of 313 students and a sample of 76 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire and analyzed using the percentage technique. The results of this study reveal that 1) The learning discipline of students is in the high category, 2) The parenting style of parents is in the high category, 3) There is a significant relationship between parenting and learning discipline with a correlation coefficient of 0.547 with a strong level of relationship. Based on the results of the study, it can be recommended for parents to further improve learning discipline, especially in asking children which major is better in the future so that they can provide proper treatment to their children.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepaala sekolah dan konsep diri guru terhadap motivasi kerja guru SD di gugus V Kota solok. Pupolasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pendidik di Gugus V Kota Solok yang yang terdiri dari delapan Sekolah Dasar. Dalam menentukan jumlah sampel dalam peneliti ini menggunakan rumus Slovin yaitu sebuah rumus atau formula untuk menghitung jumlah sampel minimal apabila sebuah populasi diketahui jumlahnya. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan kepala sekolah (X1), konsep diri guru (X2) sebagai variabel bebas, motivasi kerja guru (Y) sebagai variabel terikat. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan angket atau kuisioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 20.0. Hasil uji hipotesis dapat diambil kesimpulan: a) Konsep diri guru SD Gugus V Kota Solok sebagian atau seluruhnya dipengaruhi oleh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan sebagai berikut: thitung > ttabel atau 2,854 > 1,689 dan sig. Jika 0,007 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, b) secara parsial maupun terpisah konsep diri guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SD Gugus V Kota Sorok. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan sebagai berikut: thitung > ttabel atau 2,809 > 1,689 dan sig. Jika 0,008 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, c) secara simultan (gabungan), kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan konsep diri guru berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja guru di SD Gugus V Kota Solok. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan sebagai berikut: Fhitung > Ftabel atau 40,276 > 3,28 dan sig. Jika 0,000 < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima

Abstract

The high divorce rate in Padang City is the main concern in a community service program that aims to create a harmonious family through mentoring for members of the Lubuk Begalung branch of the Indonesian Muslimah Entrepreneurs Association (IPEMI). Mentoring involves emotional support, providing knowledge, and skills in identifying and overcoming family problems. This activity is carried out with a participatory and intensive approach, including training and workshops on family hope strategies based on Islamic teachings, which include faith values, prayer implementation, religious education, and family ethics. The implementation method includes needs analysis, work plan, implementation, and evaluation to ensure target achievement. The results of the activity showed an increase in the motivation and enthusiasm of community members in realizing a harmonious family based on Islamic teachings. It is hoped that similar activities can continue to be developed to achieve the goal of family welfare.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to validate a theoretically based blended assessment model with SDL and to show empirical validation of it. The study materials developed include a Model Book, a Students’ Book, and a Lecturer’s Book modeled on an authentic blended assessment framework for Basic Reading. A mixed-methods approach was used, and the validation process involved six expert validators. one-on-one evaluations were conducted with ten students and one lecturer who were purposively selected to be part of the study. The data were collected from validation sheets as well as semi-structured interviews. The results of statistical analysis performed on expert validation showed that the evaluation model has achieved high validity (i.e., content, construct, criteria, and face validity), producing a highly valid prototype of instruction. The findings indicate that there is no need for any further refinements,  and the model is thus ready for immediate implementation. Moreover, the intrinsic and impact validity of the authentic blended assessment model was corroborated with the support of empirical user validation (lecturer and students) feedback. This describes the inherent characteristics that include main usability elements like clarity, easy usage, logical mapping, and completeness of learning content. The impact aspect highlights the effectiveness and worthiness of using the products in real-world learning environments. The study addresses an important gap in reading assessment and presents a practical and effective solution for educators and institutions looking to leverage Basic Reading assessor skills within a Self-Directed Learning principles approach. The results can provide an important link to promote autonomous learning, develop evaluation methods, and, finally, enhance students’ independent learning ability and academic achievement.
