Abstract

PT Belibis Muda Perkasa Palembang is a pharmaceutical distribution company that still employs manual methods in its sales processes. Sales representatives visit customers, such as pharmacies, hospitals, and drugstores, to offer products. Orders are placed through the sales team and manually recorded by the admin using physical invoices and Microsoft Excel. This process results in inefficiencies, susceptibility to recording errors, and challenges in real-time stock monitoring. This study aims to design a web-based sales information system to address these issues. Data collection methods include interviews, observations, and literature studies. The system is designed using the Laravel framework, MySQL database, and Agile development model. The proposed system is expected to allow customers to place orders independently at any time without waiting for sales visits. Additionally, it is designed to support automated sales reporting, improve recording accuracy, and enable real-time stock monitoring. By implementing this system, the company is anticipated to enhance operational efficiency and provide better accessibility for customers.

Abstract

This study analyzes the dominant dimensions of service quality affecting user satisfaction with the financial platform application in Palembang using the E-SERVQUAL method. Conducted quantitatively, the research involved 114 active financial platform users selected through purposive and snowball sampling. Data were collected via an online questionnaire measuring seven E-SERVQUAL dimensions: Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability, Privacy, Responsiveness, Compensation, and Contact. Analysis using SmartPLS 4.1.0.9 revealed Efficiency as the most dominant dimension (coefficient 0.266, p=0.000), followed by Privacy (0.236, p=0.001) and Contact (0.211, p=0.002), significantly influencing user satisfaction. In contrast, System Availability and Responsiveness showed no significant impact (p>0.05). These findings indicate that users prioritize transaction speed, ease of navigation, and data security over system uptime or customer service responsiveness. Most respondents were aged 18-25 (66.4%), with high school education (60.3%) and a monthly income below IDR 3 million (48.3%). The study recommends that the financial platform optimize application efficiency, enhance data protection, and improve customer service accessibility to boost user satisfaction. These insights provide a foundation for fintech platforms to refine digital services, particularly in tier-2 cities like Palembang.

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based village administrative service information system for the Ulak Kemang Baru Village Office. The system is designed as a solution to various issues faced in manual administrative services, such as slow document processing, inefficiencies in document management, and limited time and accessibility for the community. Through the web-based system, the community can submit administrative requests online, while village officials can manage data in a more structured and efficient manner. The software development method used is the Prototype method, which enables iterative system development involving user feedback. The system design process utilizes Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system modeling, while system implementation is carried out using PHP and MySQL. The system testing was performed using the blackbox method, which focuses on testing system functionality without considering internal implementation details. The results indicate that the information system can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of village administrative services. The system successfully provides key features such as user registration, document submission, verification by village officials, and report generation. Based on the testing results, all major system features function as expected according to user requirements. With this system, it is expected that administrative services at the Ulak Kemang Baru Village Office will become faster, more transparent, and easily accessible to the community, supporting the digitalization of public services at the village level.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate student satisfaction with the use of the Digitalent application using the End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) methods, with analysis conducted through the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. The study involved 100 respondents who had used the Digitalent application. The analysis revealed an expectation score of 4.33 and a perceived performance score of 4.26, resulting in an average satisfaction gap (GAP) of –0.08. The variable with the highest gap was accuracy (–0.16), while the smallest gap was found in timeliness (–0.01). The IPA quadrant mapping highlighted several indicators that require improvement, as well as those that should be maintained. Overall, the Digitalent application is considered effective and beneficial for users, although some aspects still need enhancement to reduce the satisfaction gap and improve the overall user experience. This study concludes that Digitalent effectively supports the achievement of digital training goals, particularly for students.

Abstract

Navigating complex educational websites poses challenges for users looking for specific information. This research discusses the problem of efficient information search on closed-domain educational platforms, focusing on the Universitas Indonesia website. Leveraging Natural Language Processing (NLP), we explore the effectiveness of transfer learning models in Closed Domain Question Answering (QA). The performance of three BERT-based models, including IndoBERT, RoBERTa, and XLM-RoBERTa, are compared in transfer and non-transfer learning scenarios. Our result reveals that transfer learning significantly improves QA model performance. The models using transfer learning scenario showed up to 4.91\% improvement in the F-1 score against those using non-transfer learning scenario. XLM-RoBERTa base outperforms all other models, achieving the F-1 score of 61.72\%. This study provides valuable insights into Indonesian-language NLP tasks, emphasizing the efficacy of transfer learning in improving closed-domain QA on educational websites. This research advances our understanding of effective information retrieval strategies, with implications for improving user experience and efficiency in accessing information from educational websites.

Abstract

The Learning Material Development Training Utilizing Augmented Reality Technology at SMA Negeri 1 Banyuasin I aimed to enhance teachers' digital skills in creating interactive, AR-based teaching materials. Involving 33 teachers, the training was carried out through three phases: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The preparation phase included a needs assessment and interviews to understand the technological limitations at the school and teachers' familiarity with AR. Based on this assessment, training materials were developed covering AR fundamentals and the use of the Assemblr Edu application. During the implementation phase, participants attended theory sessions on AR concepts and practical sessions using Assemblr Edu to develop teaching materials for their respective subjects. Evaluation was conducted via pre-tests, post-tests, and a satisfaction survey. Results showed that 85% of participants successfully produced suitable AR-based teaching materials, while 93% gave a satisfaction rating of 4 or higher. This program effectively improved teachers' skills in AR technology use, laying a foundation for more interactive and modern learning experiences at the school.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how bedsar the effect caused on Quality Control and the Production Process on the quality of the products produced partially. Product Quality is the ability of a product to carry out its function, including durability, reliability, and other valuable attributes. In other words, production is said to be successful if it can produce quality products as expected. This study used a questionnaire method as an instrument. The respondents were 54 employees at CV. Sumedang Tofu Factory. And the sampling process is using saturated sampling technique using a quantitative approach that is associative in nature using primary data. With multiple linear regression analysis methods and data analysis techniques using SPSS Version 20. These results indicate that Quality Control has a positive and significant effect on product quality and the production process has no significant effect on product quality.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are one of the essential 21st-century competencies that students must possess, as outlined by the Indonesian Ministry of Education's competency standards for graduation. The Minister of Education and Culture Decree No. 56 of 2022, which mandates the implementation of the independent curriculum, has prompted schools to change their existing curricula. This necessitates research to provide an overview of students' critical thinking skills as developed by schools. This study aims to describe the critical thinking skills of public high school students in Makassar City in the subject of Physics. The research is a quantitative descriptive survey, with the main variable being critical thinking skills, which are measured through three indicators: analysis, interpretation, and inference. The research instrument used was a six-item essay test. The population for this study consisted of all public high school students in Makassar City studying Newton's laws of motion, specifically students from SMAN 2 Makassar, SMAN 4 Makassar, SMAN 5 Makassar, SMAN 8 Makassar, and SMAN 16 Makassar. Using purposive sampling, the sample included all students from one class at each of the five schools in the population. The results indicate that 75.50% of the students' critical thinking skills in solving physics problems fall into the low category. The specific skills in analysis, interpretation, and inference are also categorized as low. Additionally, female students demonstrated a higher ratio of critical thinking skills compared to male students. In conclusion, the critical thinking skills of high school students in Makassar City remain at a low level.

Abstract

CV. Idea Cipta Engineering merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang menawarkan jasa kontraktor bangunan, terutama di bidang arsitektur, sipil, interior, dan mekanikal elektrikal. Dalam pelaksanaannya, perusahaan menemui kendala dalam mengelola proyek desainnya, seperti kesalahan pencacatan, kurangnya efisiensi operasional, serta mimimnya transparansi terhadap klien. Hal-hal tesebut dapat terjadi lantaran pengelolaannya masih dilakukan secara manual. Sebagai solusi atas permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini menyarankan pengembangan sistem informasi berbasis website yang mampu mengefisiensi kinerja, mempermudah manajemen data proyek, membangun data analitik, serta membangun komunikasi yang baik antara klien dan perusahaan. pembangunan sistem melibatkan metode agile yang meliputi beberapa tahap, yakni pengumpulan data, desain, pengembangan, pengujian, serta peluncuran. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Selain itu, pengembangan sistem juga didukung dengan diagram UML untuk menjelaskan alur kerja dan hubungan antar komponen. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sistem ini mampu menekan tingkat kesalahan pencatatan, mengefektifkan pengelolaan proyek, serta menyediakan transparansi kepada klien. Dengan integrasi basis data yang solid dan antarmuka pengguna yang mudah dipahami, sistem ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat posisi kompetitif perusahaan serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada klien.

Abstract

In the digital era, government services, particularly business licensing, are expected to be efficient, reliable, and user- friendly to meet public demands. The South Sumatra Provincial Industry Department has adopted a web-based Business Licensing Information System to facilitate the licensing process. However, the system’s effectiveness in delivering quality service and ensuring process efficiency remains underexplored. This study aims to evaluate the service quality of the system, focusing on factors such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and usability. Using decision tree analysis, the study identifies the key variables impacting user satisfaction and process efficiency. The research objectives include assessing the overall quality of the service, analysing factors influencing efficiency, and providing recommendations for system improvement. Data will be gathered from business users who have utilized the system within the past year. The study scope encompasses service quality dimensions, process efficiency indicators, and user satisfaction metrics. Decision tree analysis will be employed to analyse these variables, highlighting the most influential factors on system performance. This research is expected to provide insights for enhancing the system’s reliability and usability, offering data-driven recommendations for decision-makers at the Industry Department. By improving the system, users can experience a more streamlined and satisfying licensing process, ultimately increasing their likelihood to recommend and reuse the service. The findings will also contribute to public information systems literature, serving as a valuable reference for similar service evaluations and optimizations in other government sectors
