Abstract

. This study aims to know and describe how to Optimize Dance Self-Development Activities at SMAN 1 Matur. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments in the form of stationery and cameras. The data in this study used primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of literature studies, observations, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are identifying data, clarifying data, describing data, analyzing data and inferring data. The results showed that efforts that can optimize self-development activities at SMAN 1 Matur are by increasing the schedule of activities, readiness of limbs, selection of material, using learning methods, correcting student movements in each meeting and evaluation. The optimization efforts carried out make dance self-development activities interesting so that students are encouraged and enthusiastic to take part in dance self-development activities. The efforts made are very suitable to be applied to dance self-development at SMAN 1 Matur because after researchers apply these efforts, students who take part in dance self-development activities get good performances and overall students are able to perform salsa dance well and beautifully.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the factors causing the low interest of students in learning dance at SMK Taruna Padang. The type of research used is qualitative research with descriptive methods. This research instrument is the researcher himself and is assisted by supporting instruments such as stationery and cameras. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The steps of analyzing data are collecting data, describing data, identifying data, analyzing data and inferring data. The results showed that student interest in SMK Taruna Padang can be seen from the factors causing students' low interest in learning dance. These factors are student factors, teacher factors and school factors. This means that from the student factor seen from 2 indicators, namely desire and attention, the results of observations from meetings 1 to 4 are that with teacher limitations in the use of learning media, less varied methods and angry teacher attitudes and low desire and attention in learning dance, especially in learning practice. The dislike of students in lessons can be seen that many students are noisy and in and out of class and do not like to follow dance lessons well.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe the influence of student dance learning outcomes taught using the Cooperative Script learning model with the learning outcomes of students taught using the Conventional model in cultural arts learning at SMPN 2 Padang. This type of research is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach. The population in this study was all students in grade IX SMP N 2 Padang, totaling 242 students with samples using purposive random sampling. The research instrument uses pre-test and post test. Data were collected through observation, documentation and cognitive tests. Data were analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test, hypothesis test and independent test. The results showed that there was a significant difference between student learning outcomes before and after applying the Cooperative Script model. The increase in learning outcomes in the group using the Cooperative Script model was the average learning outcome from pretest (69.47) to posttest (87.80). In the group using the conventional model, the average increase in learning outcomes from pretest (69.33) to posttest (77.23). It can be seen that the experimental class using the Cooperative Script Model has a better performance compared to the control class for SMPN 2 Padang students, this can be seen from the average value on the experimental posttest is greater than the average posttest control which means there is a significant influence in using the Cooperative Script Model.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of Interactive Multimedia learning media on class XI Cultural Arts (Dance) subjects at SMA N 15 Padang. This type of research is experimental research. The population in this study amounted to 250 students divided into 10 classes with a sample of 54 students divided into 2 classes. The instrument used is an objective test. Data is collected through observation, tests and documentation. The data processing steps are scoring, data processing and t-test. The results showed that the use of Interactive Multimedia learning media had a good influence on student learning outcomes compared to the use of conventional learning media in the form of printed books and blackboards. Judging from the results of the analysis of students' pretest and posttest scores in the experimental class and control class, the analysis was carried out with a statistical test in the form of an independent sample t test as a hypothesis test. The highest score in the experimental class was 100 and in the control class 87.5, while the lowest score in the experimental class was 58.3 and the control class was 25. So it is known that there is a significant difference between the scores of experimental class students and the control class. In this case, the scores of experimental class students who use Interactive Multimedia learning media are higher than the scores of control class students who use conventional learning media in the form of printed books and whiteboards

Abstract

This article aims to expose the revitalization of Siriah Gadang cultural values in Galombang dance performed in Guguak village, Pariangan, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. Siriah Gadang is almost extinct because it is very rarely used. It is a cultural object with the same function as Carano, which is currently used for Galombang dance performances. To achieve this goal, qualitative research was used through observation, documentation, in-depth interviews, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques. The data obtained were analyzed using the Miles and Haberman model. It was found that the cultural values in Siriah Gadang are customary values, ethical values, social values, religious values, and leadership values reflected in the philosophy of the Minangkabau people “adaik basandi syarak, syarak basandi Kitabullah.”

Abstract

Dance learning in elementary schools is starting to be neglected, there are even schools that don't teach dance, especially in the form of practice. This is because the teacher has difficulty choosing a dance learning model that is systematic and easy to use. The purpose of this study was to analyses the validity, practicality and effectiveness of the TAGUNTA learning model (Dance using Stories) in Elementary Schools. This research is a type of development research (Research and Development). Following the product development steps proposed by Borg & Gall. Research data collection techniques and instruments in the form of qualitative and quantitative data consisting of preliminary study data, validity test, practicality test and product effectiveness test. To see the feasibility of the model, validity tests were carried out by four experts, practicality tests by teachers and students and effectiveness tests through student learning outcomes tests. The results of this study indicate that the TAGUNTA Learning Model in Elementary Schools that the researchers developed has been tested to be able to overcome the problems of learning dance in elementary schools. The feasibility of the TAGUNTA learning model is evidenced by the results of the validity test with an overall average score in the very valid category, a practicality test with an overall average score in the practical category, and an effectiveness test with an overall average score in the category very effective. Thus, it can be concluded that the TAGUNTA Learning Model that the researchers developed is valid, practical, effective, and appropriate for use in teaching dance in elementary schools.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan sistem pembelajaran seni tari menggunakan Kurikulum Merdeka di SMP Negeri 33 Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Instrument penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri dan dibantu dengan alat tulis dan kamera. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Langkah-langkah menganalisis data adalah mengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan menyimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem pembelajaran seni tari di kelas IX 7 di SMPN 33 Padang berbasis kurikulum merdeka dilakukan dengan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan. Perencanaan pembelajaran seni tari di kelas IX 7 SMPN 33 Padang dalam Kurikulum Merdeka disusun menggunakan modul ajar fase D untuk mendukung pengembangan keterampilan abad ke-21. Perencanaan ini menekankan kebebasan eksplorasi siswa, materi esensial, serta penguatan karakter melalui Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Sistem pembelajaran dirancang fleksibel dengan pendekatan Student-Centered Learning, namun implementasinya belum berjalan optimal. Selain itu, penggunaan proyek dan kegiatan kokurikuler diharapkan memperkaya pengalaman belajar agar lebih kontekstual dan bermakna Pelaksanaan pembelajaran seni tari di kelas IX 7 SMPN 33 Padang dalam Kurikulum Merdeka belum berjalan sesuai harapan. Siswa seharusnya diberi kebebasan merangkai gerak tari kreasi, tetapi praktiknya masih didominasi instruksi guru. Model pembelajaran yang digunakan lebih berpusat pada guru (Teacher-Centered) daripada siswa (Student-Centered), menyebabkan siswa kurang aktif dalam eksplorasi dan kreativitas. Selain itu, nilai-nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila, seperti berpikir kritis dan kreatif, belum sepenuhnya terealisasi. Kegiatan proyek dan kokurikuler juga belum efektif, sehingga pengalaman belajar masih terbatas dan kurang kontekstual. Secara keseluruhan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran ini belum optimal dalam mencerminkan prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka.

Abstract

Education is something that is very important and needed by every individual which can have a positive influence on a person's growth and development. Education is usually provided through the learning process at school. Learning is a process of interaction between teachers and students in forming the students' own character which involves cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. The success of the learning process can be seen from the learning outcomes obtained by students. The problem of low student learning outcomes became the attention of researchers in carrying out this research. The STAD learning model is an alternative solution in this research in order to improve student learning outcomes. So, the aim of this research is to improve student learning outcomes in dance subjects through the STAD model in class VIII A of SMP Negeri 34 Kerinci. The research method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK). The data collection technique used is a written test to determine student learning outcomes. The results of this research indicate that the STAD learning model can improve student learning outcomes. This is shown by the average student learning outcomes which were initially only 45.7, increasing to 92.8 after implementing the STAD model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan Hasil Belajar Tari siswa dengan menggunakan model Cooperative Learning Tipe STAD di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 kerinci.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang dilakukan 2 siklus dengan tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dokumentasi, tes tertulis dan tes praktek. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model Cooperative Learning tipe STAD efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari tradisional, hasil ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata siswa baik pada aspek teori maupun praktik. Nilai rata-rata pada siklus I 74,72%. meningkat menjadi 84,77%. Model STAD mendorong keterlibatan aktif siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif, percaya diri, dan mampu bekerja sama secara efektif dalam kelompok. Terjadi peningkatan pada aktivitas siswa rata-rata pada siklus I 55% meningkat pada siklus II 81%, Model pembelajaran ini mendukung pengembangan keterampilan psikomotorik siswa.Siswa mampu memperagakan ragam gerak tari dengan teknik yang baik, sesuai hitungan, dan dilakukan secara lancar dari awal hingga akhir, terutama dalam menampilkan gerak tari tradisional tari Rangguk,Proses belajar menjadi lebih bermakna dan menyenangkan. Pembelajaran melalui kelompok heterogen memungkinkan siswa untuk saling membantu, bertukar ide, dan memahami materi secara lebih mendalam melalui diskusi dan latihan bersama.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan metode drill pada pembelajaran seni tari di kelas VIII.5 SMP Negeri 1 Nan Sabaris. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Instrumen penelitian menggunakan lembar observasi, post test dan tes keterampilan (praktik). Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode drill dalam pembelajaran seni tari sangat efektif. Peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan indikator secara keseluruhan aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I telah terjadi peningkatan pada setiap pertemuanya rata-rata persentase aktivitas belajar siswa pada pertemuan ke-1 yaitu 72,1%, dengan kriteria baik, dan pada pertemuan ke-2 rata-rata persentase aktivitas belajar siswa adalah 74,7%, dengan kriteria baik dan pertemuan ke-3 yaitu 80,8%. Setelah dilakukan pada siklus II aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat pada setiap pertemuannya rata-rata persentase aktivitas belajar siswa pada pertemuan ke-1 yaitu 85,1%, dengan sangat baik, pada pertemuan ke-2 semakin meningkat menjadi 93,8% kriteria sangat baik. Hasil kemampuan praktek siswa dengan rata-rata nilai 70,8% menjadi 96% dengan pencapaian sangat baik.
