Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing on purchase intentions through online consumer reviews. The population in this study were users of herbalist products. The number of samples used in this research was 100 respondents. The variables used in this research are influencer marketing, purchase intention and online consumer reviews. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data processing technique in this research uses SmartPLS 4.1. The results of this research show that influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on online consumer reviews, influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, online consumer reviews have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchase intention through consumer reviews on line.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the mediating role of consumer trust in the influence of electronic word of mouth and promotions on purchasing decisions with brand image as an intervening variable for Emina products in Solo Raya. The population in this study were Emina product users in Solo Raya and the total sample in the Ink research was 96 respondents. The variables used in this research are electronic word of mouth, promotions, purchasing decisions and brand image. The data used in this research is primary data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structual Equation Modeling-apartial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and uses the SmartPLS 4.0 program. The results of this research show that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on brand image, electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, promotion has a positive and significant effect on brand image, promotions have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, brand image is able to mediate the influence of electronic word of mouth on purchasing decisions, brand image is not able to mediate the influence of promotions on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training, career development and level of welfare on employee performance employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics Sukoharjo Regency. The method used in sampling is a saturated sample with a total of all respondents were 40 employees. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly. The analysis technique used was SPSS 25. The results showed that: (1) Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sukoharjo Regency with the results of the t count hypothesis of 3.216 and a significant value of 0.003 <0.05 (2) Career Development has a positive effect and significant to employee performance at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sukoharjo Regency with the results obtained t count of 2.355 and a significant value of 0.024 <0.05, (4) Training and Career Development on employee performance employees at the Central Bureau of Statistics of Sukoharjo Regency with the results obtained f count of 439.010 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0,05.

Abstract

In the increasingly developing digital era, online buying and selling transactions have become the main choice for many consumers in Indonesia). Ease of access, a variety of product choices, and flexibility in payment and delivery are the main factors that make e-commerce platforms an attractive option for consumers. Shopee, one of the most popular e-commerce platforms in Indonesia, has succeeded in attracting consumer attention through good user experience, easy cash on delivery services, and adaptation to consumer lifestyles. Even though Shopee is relatively new compared to other platforms, this application is still the main choice for Indonesian consumers to shop online. In 2023, Sea Group, Shopee's parent company, recorded its first net profit of US$162.7 million since its IPO in 2017. Forrest Li, CEO of Sea Group, stated that this achievement was driven by market leadership in the e-commerce business, development of the digital financial services business, and stabilization of the performance of the digital entertainment business.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, an organization is dynamic in responding to change in order to survive and achieve organizational goals. There are internal and external factors that influence organizational change, so an organization must respond well and appropriately to every change that arises. This research uses quantitative methods. A population is a group of individuals with different characteristics that are of interest in a study. The population in this study was 194 people. A sample is a portion of the population taken through certain methods that also has certain characteristics. The Slovin formula was used to eliminate several percent of the population that had to be sampled so that 66 respondents were obtained. The results of the coefficient of determination test for the dependent variable can be influenced by variables of 0.663 or 66,3%, while the remaining 33,7% is influenced by other variables. In the F test, the Fcount score is 129,071 > 3.14 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be explained that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that training has a positive and significant effect on performance and the model is said to be feasible. The results of the t test show that training has a t-count value of 11,361 t table of 1.66980 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that training has a significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Culture and Leadership Style on Organizational Behavior in Employees of Grand Laguna Hotel and Villa Karanganyar.The approach used in this study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis technique with the population of all employees of Grand Laguna Hotel and Villa Karanganyar The sample of this study is 50 respondents who work at Grand Laguna Hotel and Villa Karanganyar.Technique Data collection in this study used a questionnaire and was processed using IBM SPSS Statistic 25. The conclusion of the results of this study is that there is an influence of the three independent variables on the dependent variables studied in this study. Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Culture, and Leadership Style have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The market for the need for electronic goods such as air conditioners is much sought after by the public, which is marked by the large number of dealers or electronics stores that sell air conditioners. This has the impact of causing competition between business actors to attract consumers to buy. In this study the method used by researchers used data collection methods through observation, interviews, and documentation directly in the field, with qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and SWOT analysis using SWOT matrix analysis tools. The purpose of this research is to find out the promotion strategy that is run by Redjo AC store and the right promotion strategy to use it. The right promotion strategy to be carried out by the Redjo AC Sukoharjo store is a direct marketing promotion strategy because it will make consumers feel served by their air conditioning needs, what consumers want will be what they want and will make consumers loyal and will recommend to others

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan dalam sektor otomotif adalah semakin banyaknya pertumbuhan kendaraan sebagai sarana transportasi namun tidak di dukung oleh jumlah pasokan bahan bakar minyak yang ada di bumi ini yang cenderung akan habis, salah satu energi alternatif  adalah bahan bakar gas. Berbagai varian bahan bakar diantaranya adalah  Liquefied petroleum gas. Untuk itu diperlukan penelitian tentang perbandingan unjuk kerja motor bahan bakar premium dan liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode eksperimen. Obyek penelitian adalah kendaran motor 4 tak (kijang 3k). penelitian dilakukan dengan mengukur jumlah putaran output (rpm) dan konsumsi masing-masing dari bahan bakar gas dan LPG pada putaran 1500 rpm, 2000 rpm, 2500 rpm, 3000 rpm, dengan pembebanan masing-masing 3kg dalam waktu 120 detik. Data hasil penelitian selanjutnya akan diolah untuk mendapatkan unjuk kerja mesin meliputi daya mesin, konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik efektif, effisiensi termal efektif dan effisiensi indikasi. Hasil pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa bahan bakar LPG memiliki hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan bahan bakar premium. Bahan bakar premium menghasilkan daya mesin yang lebih besar, namun ditinjau dari segi efisiensi thermal efektif dan efisiensi thermal indikasi bahan bakar bakar LPG lebih tinggi dan konsumsi bahan bakar lebih rendah.   Kata kunci : motor, premium, liquefied petrolium gas, effisiensi

Abstract

Pada internal combustion engine dipengaruhi oleh proses pembakaran, sedangkan proses pembakaran dipengaruhi oleh berbagai variabel. Dari berbagai variabel tersebut salah satunya adalah celah busi. Celah busi ini akan mempengaruhi kualitas loncatan bunga api. Dengan demikian perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh spark plug clearence terhadap daya dan efisiensi pada motor matic. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode experimental. Kendaraan yang digunakan adalah mesin Yamaha Mio matic 113.7 cc silinder tunggal. Menggunakan 3 variasi celah busi yaitu 0.6 mm, 0,8 mm, 1 mm. Sedangkan putaran juga divariasikan mulai dari 3000 rpm, 4000 rpm, 5000 rpm, 6000 rpm dan  7000 rpm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa daya roda yang tertinggi dihasilkan engine dengan jarak elektroda busi 0,60 mm menghasilkan 4,85 HP di putaran 7000 rpm. Daya bahan bakar tertinggi terjadi pada putaran 7000 rpm dengan jarak elektroda busi 0,60 mm, dengan nilai sebesar 7,84 HP. Effisiensi terbesar pada celah busi 0,60 mm yaitu 61,82 % di putaran 7000 rpm.   Kata kunci : Celah busi, putaran, daya dan efisiensi.
