Abstract

The development of information technology has driven significant transformations in human resource (HR) management, including in the aspects of compensation and job description adjustments. Digitalization in HR management not only simplifies administrative processes but also has the potential to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty through transparency, speed, and ease of access to information. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital compensation and job description adaptation on employee loyalty at AK-Tekstil Solo, a labor-intensive company in the textile industry. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to a number of employees as respondents, then analyzed using multiple regression analysis techniques to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable. Digital compensation in this study was measured by aspects of transparency, payment speed, and ease of access, while job description adaptation was assessed by role clarity, task flexibility, and communication between management and employees. The results show that digital compensation designed with a transparent, accurate, and easily accessible system contributes positively to job satisfaction, which in turn increases employee loyalty to the company. Similarly, job description adaptation carried out in a structured manner and accompanied by clear communication has been proven to strengthen employee commitment and attachment to the organization. These findings provide strategic implications for company management, particularly in labor-intensive industries, to develop digital-based compensation systems that are not only efficient but also foster trust and fairness. Furthermore, management needs to ensure job descriptions are adaptive to changes in the work environment so that employees continue to feel valued and relevant to the company's goals. Implementing this strategy is expected to create a stable, productive, and sustainable work environment.

Abstract

This study is driven by the importance of adopting digital-based marketing strategies in the agribusiness sector, particularly in rural areas such as Pacitan Regency. Y, as a local egg farming enterprise, seeks to enhance its marketing effectiveness through the implementation of   Digital Marketing and digital customer relationship management (CRM). The objective of this study is to examine the influence of these two strategies on egg product marketing. This research employed a quantitative correlational approach, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The sample consisted of 97 respondents who are consumers of Y. The results show that both   Digital Marketing and digital CRM simultaneously have a significant effect on improving product marketing.   Digital Marketing plays a role in expanding reach and product appeal by utilizing online platforms and targeted advertising, which helps increase product visibility to a broader audience. Meanwhile, digital CRM is effective in building long-term relationships and customer loyalty by providing personalized services, improving customer engagement, and maintaining communication. These findings imply that the integration of both strategies is highly relevant for micro-enterprises to improve competitiveness in the digital era, as they allow businesses to reach a wider market while fostering strong customer connections. This study also contributes to the development of literature on digital agribusiness marketing and serves as a practical reference for business promotion strategies, especially for small-scale enterprises looking to leverage digital tools for growth.

Abstract

Online transportation is slowly becoming the prima donna in the world of transportation. Especially in the city of Surakarta, Gojek online transportation is ingrained as an online transportation service that performs very well, by providing services using online transportation applying costs that can be said to be cheap, prioritizing customer convenience, cashback and discounts for users. So, from that assessment, new customers will be able to judge by themselves so that it has an impact on feeling safe and calm when choosing online transportation. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of work environment variables and work motivation variables on driver performance. This research method uses quantitative. The results of this study, work environment variables partially have a positive and significant effect on performance variables and work motivation partially have a positive and significant influence on performance variables. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find the effect of product completeness on consumer buying interest, the effect of service on consumer buying interest and the effect of store location on consumer buying interest at Bukupena Kartasura. The method used is a quantitative research method with simple linear regression analysis using a Likert scale in the SPSS version 26 software application. The results of the study conclude that the product completeness variable simultaneously influences consumer buying interest, service variables have a positive effect on consumer buying interest and store location. has a positive effect on consumer buying interest at Bukupena Kartasura Store so that these three variables most influence consumer repurchase intention for products sold at Bukupena Kartasura Store

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector, such as chicken noodle stalls, are increasingly developing with the use of digital technology. This study analyzes the business feasibility and digital market competition at Mie Ayam Pak Sabit in Wonogiri. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection through interviews, observations, and financial report analysis. The results of the study indicate that this business is feasible to run based on market, digital marketing, and financial aspects. Marketing strategies through social media and effective financial management provide great opportunities for business expansion. Optimization of digital marketing channels and product diversification are recommended to increase competitiveness in a competitive market.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the Indonesian economy. However, in facing the digital era, MSMEs are required to continue to innovate in order to be able to compete in an increasingly competitive market. This study aims to analyze product innovation strategies that can be applied by MSMEs to increase their competitiveness in the digital era. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with literature studies from various journals and relevant reports. The results of the study indicate that digital-based product innovation, utilization of information technology, and adaptation to market needs are key factors in strengthening the position of MSMEs. Strategic recommendations include digitalization training, improving product quality, and collaboration with digital platforms.

Abstract

The government has carried out overcoming the problem of unemployment by launching the entrepreneurial movement. However, strengthening the movement by incorporating it into the learning curriculum is less effective because the educational target is only focused on the cognitive domain in the form of elaborating the theory of entrepreneurship without being followed by concrete steps. The translation of theory into the real world needs to be done quite well. Entrepreneurship training will be able to describe knowledge in the theoretical realm more focused on the practical realm. Many potential creative ideas to run a business have not been explored optimally. Among the people of Kaling Village, guidance activities are directed towards positive religious activities. This type of coaching directs participants to fill their spare time between work and school to learn religious concepts and theories in several aspects. The growth of an entrepreneurial spirit is also able to provide benefits to the community. These benefits can be in the form of financial and non-financial benefits. The financial benefits of entrepreneurship can be in the form of economic independence obtained in running a business. While the non-financial benefits are in the form of mental growth that is tough and never gives up in dealing with life's problems. Entrepreneurship training for the community, especially the younger generation, to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and explore existing potential. By holding entrepreneurship training, it is hoped that it will be able to create new businesses and have a positive effect on the mental development of the younger generation's independence. This training is aimed at the younger generation being assisted by the Karang Taruna Kaling Village.

Abstract

Investasi sedang menjadi tren yang menonjol di masyarakat, oleh karena itu Kasus penipuan atau investasi ilegal melalui internet belakangan ini semakin marak terjadi, mahasiswa dapat menjadi salah satu korban apabila tidak memiliki pengetahuan investasi yang memadai, literasi keuangan yang cukup, serta pengelolaan keuangan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh literasi keuangan dan pengetahuan investasi tentang minat investasi mahasiswa di pasar modal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa literasi keuangan dan pengetahuan investasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat investasi implikasi penelitian ini untuk rekomendasi kebijakan pihak terkait, edukasi keuangan dan pengembangan produk keuangan.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, manufacturing companies operating in the furniture industry promise business opportunities and challenges for companies. With the era of globalization, product markets will expand and on the other hand, this situation will give rise to increasingly fierce competition in industry. In order for this goal to be achieved, every company must strive to produce quality products that customers want and provide affordable prices. Thus, every company must be able to understand the company's survival as an organization to try to meet customer needs and desires. This research aims to determine the influence of product quality, price and digital marketing on consumer buying interest at the ud babe narwan boyolali wood furniture company. the population in this study were buyers of wooden furniture products from UD. Babe Narwan Boyolali. The sample taken was 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique through a questionnaire distributed via Google Forms and filled in by consumers. Testing the hypothesis through the (partial) t test obtained the result that the product quality variable had a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest as evidenced by a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The price variable has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest as evidenced by a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05. The digital marketing variable has a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest as evidenced by a significance value of 0.003 <0.05. The results of the F Test (Simultaneous) in this research obtained a calculated F value of 34.446.

Abstract

MSMEs are the business entities that contribute the most to employment in Indonesia. During the 1997 crisis, MSMEs were able to survive and become models in the case of economic crises. However, during the Covid-19 Pandemic, MSMEs are allegedly the most affected. The Indonesian government uses MSMEs to revive economic conditions that have been slumped during the Covid-19 Pandemic. In the midst of the boom, MSMEs in Indonesia, especially the invasion of imported products, need to find solutions in maintaining the sustainable performance of MSMEs. Innovation is needed by paying attention to open innovation and knowledge sharing so that MSMEs can rise again. This research is located in Surakarta, Indonesia with a saturated sample format of 50 Batik MSMEs. Data was obtained from Surakarta Batik MSMEs in the period of October to November 2024. Perseption measuarement in sustainable innovation peroformance, open innovation and knowledge sharing variable. The analysis tool uses path analysis equipped with t-test, F-test, determination coefficient, correlation test and Sobel test. The sobel test is used to determine the role of variable intervening. Before the analysis, the data is tested using data quality testing (validity and reliability). The findings shown that open innovation significant positive on knowledge sharing. Open innovation and knowledge sharing have a significant positive effect on sustainability innovation performance. Direct effect, more effective in improving the sustainable innovation performance. Another finding shows that although open innovation is directly more effective in influencing the sustainable innovation performance. Sobel test, show that knowledge sharing is more emphasized as an intervention although the influence is effective if it is carried out by choosing direct effect. The results of this study contribute to sustainable innovation performance in MSMEs Batik.
