Abstract

Suatu batang pendek yang dibebani gaya tekan murni oleh gaya P yang bekerja sepanjang sumbu tengah akan memendek, sesuai dengan Hukum Hooke, sampai tegangan mencapai batas elastis bahan. Kalau  tekanan masih terus dinaikkan, bahan akan menonjol dan terdesak menjadi cakra yang datar dan retak. Jika batang tersebut panjang, kecil dan lurus, pembebanan tersebut akan menyebabkan batang tertekuk hingga batas tertentu lalu patah tiba-tiba. Beban dimana batang tersebut patah disebut beban kritis. Jika batang cukup panjang untuk patah akibat pembebanan tekuk, disebut kolom. Penelitian ini dilakukan degan menggunakan lima spesimen yang diberikan perlakuan berbeda,yaitu tanpa pemanasan,besi yang di las,besi yang dipanaskan mencapai suhu 6500C,yang kemudian di dinginkan dengan media udara,air,dan oli.Kemudian setelah benda kerja siap,maka dilakukan proses uji tekuk pada benda tersebut dengan ditekan pada bagian tengah batang besi dengan menggunakan dongkrak hidrolik. Tekanan yang digunakan  naik secara bertahap,yaitu 10 kg/cm2,15 kg/cm2,20 kg/cm2,25 kg/cm2 serta 30 kg/cm2,dan kemudian dicatat hasilnya. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan pengaruh dari perlakuan panas pada sifat besi tersebut sehingga dapat merubah kekuatan dan elastisitas dari besi tuang kelabu.Perubahan paling besar sehingga meningkatkan kekuatan dan kelenturan dari besi,adalah besi dengan pendinginan udara dengan nilai modulus elastisitas sebesar 365,368 dan besi paling kaku adalah besi peninginan air dengan modulus elastisitas paling tinggi sebesar 1070,007.   Kata Kunci : perlakuan panas, tekanan, diameter dan besi tuang kelabu

Abstract

Abstract The government has carried out overcoming the problem of unemployment by launching the entrepreneurial movement. However, strengthening the movement by incorporating it into the learning curriculum is less effective because the educational target is only focused on the cognitive domain in the form of elaborating the theory of entrepreneurship without being followed by concrete steps. The translation of theory into the real world needs to be done quite well. Entrepreneurship training will be able to describe knowledge in the theoretical realm more focused on the practical realm. Many potential creative ideas to run a business have not been explored optimally. Among the people of Kaling Village, guidance activities are directed towards positive religious activities. This type of coaching directs participants to fill their spare time between work and school to learn religious concepts and theories in several aspects. The growth of an entrepreneurial spirit is also able to provide benefits to the community. These benefits can be in the form of financial and non-financial benefits. The financial benefits of entrepreneurship can be in the form of economic independence obtained in running a business. While the non-financial benefits are in the form of mental growth that is tough and never gives up in dealing with life's problems. Entrepreneurship training for the community, especially the younger generation, to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and explore existing potential. By holding entrepreneurship training, it is hoped that it will be able to create new businesses and have a positive effect on the mental development of the younger generation's independence. Abstract

Perusahaan yang memperhatikan prospek kemajuan dari perusahaannya, tentunya akan memperhatikan kesejahteraan dari pegawainya. Salah satunya adalah memperhatikan kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan pegawai. Kepuasan kerja pegawai akan dirasakan jika perusahaan memberikan keadilan organisasional berupa keadilan distributive dan keadilan interaksional pada pegawai. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan distributive dan keadilan interaksional yang diberikan perusahaan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif berupa studi literature pada bidang menajemen sumber daya manusia dengan memperhatikan keadilan distributive dan keadilan interaksional yang diberikan perusahaan pada pegawai. Metode penulisan artikel ilmiah ini adalah dengan metode kualitatif dan studi literature atau Library Research. Hasil analisis dan review literature menjelasakan bahwa keadilan distributive berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada kepuasan kerja pegawai, begitu juga dengan keadilan interaksional yang diberikan perusahaan berdampak pada kepuasan kerja yang positif pada pegawai. Kepuasan kerja yang baik dari pegawai akan memberikan hasil yang optimal pada setiap pekerjaan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

— Kemajuan era teknologi hingga saat ini sangat pesatdi berbagai sektor atau bidang pekerjaan Perkembangantersebut ditandai dengan penggunaan computer sebagai alatuntuk pengolahan data dan database. Makna dari sebuahdatabase adalah kumpulan data yang tersimpan dalam sebuahmedia, dimana data-data tersebut dapat dimanipulasi sesuaidengan keinginan kita. SMK Kesehatan Daarul HidayahSukoharjo, salah satu sekolah swasta menengah kejuruankesehatan dimana sampai saat ini pengolahan penilaian siswamasih memakai Ms.Excel. Penelitian ini yang berfokus padasistem informasi penilaian dengan memakai metode analisissistemnya PIECES, perancangan sistem informasinya memakaiFlowchart dan Data Flow Diagram (DFD) serta metodepengembangan sistem memakai metode prototype. Hasilpenelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi yang menyediakanfasilias evaluasi hasil belajar siswa baik yang dipakai oleh walikelas maupun siswa sendiri. Sistem ini berdasarkan hasilpengujian alpha diperoleh hasil sistem informasi penilaian inimemiliki realitas yang tinggi dan hasil pengujian betadisimpulkan bahwa sistem ini sudah layak diterima dandigunakan.

Abstract

Indomaret is a retail company that has been established for a long time in Indonesia, one of the retail companies that pays attention to and takes care of consumers. Indomaret pays close attention to the use of social media, product displays and growing brand awareness among the general public. In this case, Indomaret uses a method that has been known as online marketing using Instagram social media, where Instagram has strong enough access to bring consumers to stop by the store to make a buying and selling transaction. Indomaret has also updated the planogram program which is useful to make it easier for consumers to pick up the products consumers want to buy. Indomaret also continues to post or share interesting content on Instagram that is useful for the future or spoils consumers for shopping at Indomaret. In this study the method used by researchers divided it into two, namely the first is the method of data collection including observation, interviews, literature study and documentation. The second is the distribution of questionnaires in which there are several consumers who order online. The conclusion regarding the development of a social media system for marketing products, product display is carried out in the display rack planogram update. Brand awareness is needed to be more famous among the people.

Abstract

Nowadays, the development of the retail business in Indonesia has been increasingly rapid. This is marked by the presence of traditional markets which over time have been replaced by the emergence of modern markets with various types, giving rise to various types of retail shopping centers with different shapes and sizes. This study aims to analyze the mediating role of positive emotions between discounts and bonus packages on impulse purchases at Laris Toserba Sukoharjo. The population in this study were all visitors or consumers of Laris Toserba Sukoharjo and the number of samples used in this study were 97 respondents. The variables used in this study are price discounts, bonus packages, impulse purchases and positive emotions. The data used in this study are primary data. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) and uses SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that, bonus packages have a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases, bonus packages have a positive and significant effect on positive emotions, positive emotions have a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases and mediation of positive emotions has a positive and significant effect on bonus packages on impulse purchases.

Abstract

This research aims to determine how the influence of organizational culture, emotional intelligence and motivation on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is mediated by employee performance. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. data collection techniques using a questionnaire using a 1-5 Likert scale. The sample used in this research was 100 respondents who were employees of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Surakarta. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Based on research results, organizational culture does not have a significant influence on the performance of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Surakarta employees, emotional intelligence and motivation have a significant influence on the performance of PT Angkasa Pura 1 Surakarta employees, organizational culture and emotional intelligence have a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, motivation does not have significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, employee performance has a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior not through mediated employee performance, emotional intelligence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through mediated employee performance.

Abstract

Human Resource Management (HRM) is a crucial aspect of organizational management that focuses on managing individuals as valuable assets to the company. One significant area of HRM is job satisfaction, which is a complex emotional reaction to one's job. High job satisfaction can enhance employee performance, as satisfied employees tend to be more enthusiastic and productive. Employee performance, which includes abilities, skills, and work outcomes, can be influenced by intellectual intelligence, organizational culture, and organizational communication. Intellectual intelligence (IQ) plays a role in employees' effectiveness at work and contributes to organizational success. Effective organizational communication strengthens an inclusive culture and supports collaboration, while organizational culture serves as an identity and impacts employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effects of intellectual intelligence, organizational culture, and organizational communication on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Surakarta City Population and Civil Registration Office. The research is expected to provide insights into how these factors influence employee performance and offer recommendations for enhancing satisfaction and performance within the government organization.

Abstract

Digital financial services in Indonesia, one of which is Flip which provides interbank transfer services for free and also free of charge. This study wants to know and measure the level of acceptance and understanding in using a Flip e-wallet service through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which is determined by the perception of ease of use through usage attitude as a mediation variable. The data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which uses PLS (Partial Least Square) Software. The characteristics of respondents used in data processing are Surakarta people with age criteria of 19-44 years and frequency of use of Flip <1 month in 2023.The results obtained from the data processing above explain that the perceived ease of use has no effect on the behavioral intention to use. Attitude towards using are able to mediate the influence between perceived ease of use and behavioral intention to use Flip e-wallet service.

Abstract

New businesses face their own challenges due to developments in the current business world. Business is currently experiencing a lot of progress due to the emergence of various companies in various fields, both industry and services. The research carried out by the author is a type of quantitative research. 285 Ravis customers were involved in this research. The purposive nonprobability method was used to find samples in this research. Data is provided directly to data collectors by data sources. Data obtained from questionnaires and interviews in this research were processed through the Likert data processing system. Ho is rejected and ha is accepted, according to the t test results, because the price variable is tcount 8.717 and ttable 1.66660. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination table, ho and ha are accepted.
