<![CDATA[Students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program are strongly encouraged to become candidates for manuscript editors. In addition to the 4Cs skills, students must also have the proficiency of Indonesian language skills which can be obtained from the Language Error Analysis course. In this paper, three things are described, namely 1) 4Cs skills that must be mastered by students as a provision in pursuing the profession as a script editor other than as a teacher or educator, 2) the duties and roles of script editors in the era of digitalization, and 3) learning strategies for the Language Error Analysis course within the MBKM framework. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative to dig up information related to the researched problem. Based on research that in addition to mastering good language skills, manuscript editors must also master skills that are in accordance with 21st century competencies, namely 4C to support their performance in the digitalization era. In this digitalization era, the role of the script editor is very important to maintain the dignity of the Indonesian language so that it is not influenced by foreign languages. These 21st century skills can be obtained from the lecture process and by applying internship programs at book publishers within the framework of Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM).]]>

<![CDATA[Problems with the elementary students ranging symptoms less love my homeland and a sense of national spirit because at least value-laden storybooks patriotism and national spirit. The research objective is developing story book children with patriotism and national spirit. The research is research and development (R&D).The development test consists of testing experts, limited-trials, and scale test. Characteristics of the data are analyzed by analysis needs. Data analyzed with descriptions percentage, ANOVA and N-gain. The hypothesis testing used one sample t-test. The calculation of the results of one sample t-test showed the price t count> t table so that Ha is accepted. The results showed the characteristics of the story book children is appreciated, communicative, motivation, understanding, beauty, and balance. Characteristics of effectiveness of teaching reading in the study material obtained completeness 97.5% ≥ 70%, increasing to 0.55 with N-gain medium category. Observations as a character on stage entrenched affective domain (MK), mean learning outcomes experimental class is larger than the mean control class learning outcomes, and the results of the ANOVA calculations there are significant. Acceptability of a children's book laden with patriotism and national spirit for teachers get the score of 91.25% and 91.94% of students score in very acceptable.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstract. Teacher's digital literacy portrait on the application of the AKM kelas and Asesmenpedia it was very important to know because it could be effects of teacher’asessing quality for students learning in the technology era. The research was conducted to Indonesian language teacher. This research used descriptive and predictive cross-sectional design. The population and sample of this research are Indonesian language teachers in West Bandung Indonesia. Data was taken for 1 month starting on March 14, 22 to April 18, 2022. The data collection technique used questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability then the questionnaire distributed through google form. Data processing techniques used excel and SPSS 24 then interpreted by using the Guuttman scale. The results that 1) portrait of Indonesian language teacher's digital literacy on AKM kelas and Asesmenpedia is strong enough with a value of 0.61. 2) the level of understanding of the Indonesian language teacher on the AKM Class Application and Asesmenpedia with a value of 0.61 it was strong enough criteria. 3) there is a perfect relationship between the digital literacy ability of the Indonesian language teacher with AKM kelas and Asesmenpedia. The result of Correlation Person value showed that points 0.923.]]>

<![CDATA[Enrichment books are one type of book that supports teaching materials in schools. There have been many models of enrichment books compiled in Indonesia for various topics and learning needs. However, there is no research that systematically reviews the existence and development of enrichment books in Indonesia. A systematic review is needed to find a map of the distribution of enrichment books, especially on thematic, concept, and modeling aspects. This study examine the development of enrichment books in Indonesia in the treasury of scientific publications in Indonesia. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Scientific publications are important indicators for the development of enrichment books that have received wide scientific appreciation. The more and more diverse scope of the study can be an indicator of developments in Indonesia. Because large scientific publications indicate that enrichment books in Indonesia are sufficient and very worthy to be researched, studied and published scientifically. The study was limited to finding categories based on Indonesian and non-Indonesian subjects; based on targets for primary, secondary and tertiary education; by types of fiction and nonfiction, as well as other categories. The results of this study provide an important contribution to scientific development in the field of SLR studies and research on the development of enrichment books in Indonesia. In addition, the study can also be used by the government to take book policies, as well as teachers and lecturers to develop enrichment books with similar topics but different models and different topics.]]>

<![CDATA[Abstrak. Literary works have total meaning if it is realized that the literary work contains the author's world view that represents himself as well as his collective subject. The purpose of this research is to find the world view in the novels SBDBS, LTLA, and NDTR. This literary research uses a sociological approach to literature, especially genetic structuralism. In accordance with literary research with the theory of genetic structuralism, the research methodology used is the Goldmann dialectical method. The results of the study show tha t the SPDBS novel has a narrative structure built on a plot with the theme of unitary nationalism, LTLA raises the story of the inner conflict of members of the rebel army, and NDTR about patriotism. The world view found in the SPDBS novel is nationalism to fight against rebel groups and create a peaceful life, while LTLA has the view that the inner struggles of rebel characters are considered so that all can feel justice, and NDTR has a patriotic world view through the heroic character of Hasan Saleh who can fight for provincial autonomy. Aceh. This world view is related to the collective subject of the author as the creator. The influential social structure is economic class and education level.]]>

<![CDATA[Critical reading is a very necessary competency in the millennial era. Readers are required to think and reason critically to selectively accept the information obtained. Therefore, as a reader, you must be able to filter information that is in accordance with the characteristics of the Indonesian people based on Pancasila. This is in accordance with the demands of future learning to make Pancasila students. Critical reading strands humanist literacy, one way that can be done to form a profile of Pancasila students. Humanist literacy is an activity that aims to communicate and collaborate on human attitudes. The purpose of this study is to find the characteristics of critical reading learning materials that link humanist literacy as a future learning direction. The data of this research are in the form of questionnaires and interview results from 16 lecturers spread across four major universities in Riau. The method of data collection was done through observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The data analysis technique was carried out reflectively with the help of TagCrowd and AntConc. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the characteristics of the desired critical reading learning material include, (1) the material is oriented towards humanist literacy activities, (2) uses the Malay Teaching Text, (3) is oriented to the attitude and behavior approach (psychodidactic), (4) presents the critical reading content of the Tunjuk Ajar Melayu text links humanist literacy, (5) has material that is in accordance with the characteristics of Malay culture.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesian language learning for foreign speakers (BIPA) has various objectives, one of them is BIPA learning for business communication purposes. For this reason, it is needed the special teaching materials for BIPA learners for business communication purposes. This research is to find out how the characteristics of BIPA teaching materials for business communication purposes. The method of the research is using qualitative method. The subject of the research is BIPA learners for business communication purposes which have 10 learners from various countries and different work backgrounds. The data of the research is in the form of questionnaire results of BIPA teaching materials needs for business communication purposes filled by BIPA learners for business communication purposes. The conclusion of the research results that the characteristics of BIPA teaching materials for business communication purposes as follows, (1) Characteristics of BIPA teaching materials for business communication purposes must be oriented to the needs of BIPA learners for business communication purposes, (2) contain business / work content, oriented to the ability of learners, (3) contain material as a whole which is arranged in an organized manner, (4) contain audio visuals, and (3) an easily accessible application.]]>

<![CDATA[Educational institutions need to be critical in making strategic plans for human resource development. If not, there is a possibility that the educational institution will experience a decline in quality which can result in the closure of the educational institution. This study aims to find reliable strategies in human resource development using EFE, IFE, IE, and SWOT matrices. The method used is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques of interviews, observations, document studies, and FGDs. The results of the study can be concluded that Indonesian Baptist Theological Seminary is in quadrant I position which means that the institution is in a growing and developing situation, the institution has high strengths and opportunities to support development policies, while the internal position is on average, which means that it is still not responding to opportunities and threats. Then the strategies obtained through the SWOT matrix are: 1) SO strategy: need to recruit students from GGBI members; institutions need to actively send information to social media regarding SST Baptist Indonesia news as a massive promotion; establish cooperation to increase the capacity of staff and employees through further education and training. 2) WO strategy: report the needs of facilities and infrastructure to the foundation for follow-up; conduct training for staff in utilizing existing information systems; train staff and employees to collaborate with other STTs and other institutions.3) ST strategy: mobilize teaching staff to play a role in outreach to teenagers; create a business unit to increase the added value of the institution for the welfare of employees. 4) WT strategies: Evaluate staff performance and conduct follow-up; hold a meeting with GGBI (Association of Baptist Churches of Indonesia) to discuss staff issues and find solutions.]]>

<![CDATA[Currently, the development of learning that prioritizes technology, especially in online learning whose learning process is limited to delivering one-way material and assigning assignments. The learning process of writing Javanese literature has a big challenge because the delivery of material must have interaction in it so that teachers must be more creative and innovative to find the application of appropriate learning media. This study presents a systematic review of mobile assisted language learning (MALL) research in the field of Javanese literature learning at the high school level that can facilitate the development of creative reading and writing. This article also examines and reports on educational technology issues that may limit the development of reading and writing in a MALL-based Javanese language learning environment. The result of this study is a research on the use of MALL in aspects of learning to read and write creatively Javanese at the high school level. This article concludes that the use of interactive multimedia in language learning can be an effective strategy to improve student learning outcomes. The researchers also recommend further research to explore the use of interactive multimedia in different language learning contexts.]]>

<![CDATA[Critical literacy in learning to write information crucial awareness growth for students to find important information based on the terms contained in the text. Facts on the ground show that learning to report information on fiction and nonfiction books has not yet reached a critical level. Therefore, on this occasion, the research aims to determine the need for digital teaching materials for writing information on fiction and nonfiction books based on critical literacy. This study used 30 students as a sample. The method used in this research is the descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of research conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Kesugihan, get the fact that during this need for digital teaching materials, writing information on fiction and nonfiction books based on critical literacy is a solution to the lack of digital teaching materials for reporting information on fiction and nonfiction books at Kesugihan 1 Middle School. This research has implications for improving the potential shortage of teaching materials by realizing the importance of technology for education, especially writing material for critical fiction and nonfiction books.]]>
