Abstract

ABSTRACT: High school students interest and learning outcomes in physical and health education subject of taruna bumi khatulistiwa high school. This study aims to determine the interest and learning outcomes in physical and health education subject on class XI students. This study uses percentage descriptive with survey techniques. Population is all students in class XI Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa high school, this study use sample which is amounted to 45 students and method removal sampel use random sampling. The variables this study are interest and learning out comes. The results research interests and class XI student learning outcomes are good ideals, talents, social, cultural, and background/ancestry whose answer are SS (27%), S (47,2%), TS (21,7%), and STS (4,1%). It can be concluded that the students have high interest to follow the lesson amounted to 62,3% and learning outcomes 29 student are classified as good and 16 students classified as very good. Keywords: interest, learning outcomes. ABSTRAK: Minat dan Hasil belajar penjasorkes siswa SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat dan hasil belajar penjasorkes XI SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif persentase dengan teknik survei. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa, penelitian ini mengambil sebagian populasi dengan sampel penelitian berjumlah 45 siswa dan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah minat dan hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian minat dan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI. Keseluruhan pada dimensi cita-cita, bakat, sosial budaya, dan latar belakang/keturunan adalah yang menjawab Sangat Setuju (27%), Setuju (47,2%), Tidak Setuju (21,7%), dan Sangat Tidak Setuju (4,1%). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa siswa kelas XI SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa mempunyai minat tinggi untuk mengikuti pelajaran penjasorkes sebesar 62,3% serta hasil belajar siswa 29 siswa tergolong baik dan 16 siswa tergolong sangat baik. Kata kunci : Minat, Hasil belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study: To determine the difference in theconventional method and the method of playing against penjas study participation.This research is a form of experimental research is a study to determine thedifferences in the methods of learning. This study will compare the two methodswith a conventional play. The population in this study were students in the mildmental retardation adaptive SLB Asih Dharma Pontianak. Sampling techniqueusing total sampling technique. Variables in the study consisted of theindependent variables and the dependent variable. Means of data collection usingobservation / observation. Furthermore, to analyze the data using manualcalculation. These results indicate that in teaching physical education usingconventional methods only 60% of time spent out of 100%, and its studentenrollment by 23% while playing using only 75% of time spent of 100%, and theparticipation of 55 students %. The conclusion of this study was the difference inthe conventional method and the method of playing against student participationin adaptive learning penjas mild mental retardation in SLB compassion DharmaPontianak.Keywords: conventional methods, methods of play, participatory learning, penjasAbstrak: Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian ini: Untuk mengetahui adanyaperbedaan metode konvensional dan metode bermain terhadap partisipasi belajarpenjas. Bentuk penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang merupakanpenelitian untuk mengetahui adanya perbedaan terhadap metode pembelajaran.Penelitian ini akan membandingkan dua metode yaitu konvensional denganbermain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa adaptif tunagrahita ringan diSLB Dharma Asih Pontianak. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan tekniktotal sampling. Variabel dalam penelitian terdiri dari variabel bebas dan variabelterikat. Alat pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi/pengamatan. Selanjutnyauntuk menganalisis data menggunakan perhitungan secara manual. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani denganmenggunakan metode konvensional hanya 60% waktu yang digunakan dari 100%,dan partisipasi siswa nya sebesar 23% sedangkan dengan menggunakan metodebermain hanya 75% waktu yang digunakan dari 100%, dan partisipasi siswanyasebesar 55%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah adanya perbedaan metodekonvensional dan metode bermain terhadap partisipasi belajar penjas pada siswaadaptif tunagrahita ringan di SLB Dharma asih Pontianak.Kata kunci : metode konvensional, metode bermain, partisipasi belajar, penjas.

Abstract

ABSTRACT: The research problem is how the students' interest in learning physical education at the First Middle School State 3 Samalantan.Research purposes to determine students' interest in learning physical education at the First Middle School State 3 Samalantan. The study population was all students in Middle School First School 3 Samalantan the following physical education teaching 162 students, sampling using random sampling techniques to obtain samples 77. Form of quantitative descriptive research using survey techniques. Research variable interest students in learning physical education. Research instrument using a questionnaire. Results of testing 20 question questionnaire is valid, reliability figure 0.973. Research shows students' interest in learning physical education in Middle School First School 3 Samalantan: 1) The success of self-42.78%; 2) Accept the learning of physical education with fun 47.73%; 3) The desire to do something 46.49%; 4) always present in the following study physical education 48.05%; 5) Improving physical fitness of 53.25%; 6) Methods of teaching physical education play in the 42.21%; 7) Facility 42.21%; 8) Curiosity 38, 10%. Conclusions: Interest in learning physical education students in Middle School First School 3 Samalantan done well, averaging 40.31% very good category. Keywords: Interest in teaching physical education ABSTRAK:Permasalahan penelitian adalah bagaimanakah minat siswa dalam pembelajaran penjas di SMPN 3 Samalantan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui minat siswa dalam pembelajaran penjas di SMPN 3 Samalantan. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa SMPN 3 Samalantan yang mengikuti pembelajaran penjas 162 siswa, pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel 77. Bentuk penelitian Deskriptif Kuantitatif menggunakan teknik survei. Variabel penelitian minat siswa dalam Pembelajaran Penjas. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket. Hasil uji coba angket 20 soal dinyatakan valit angka reabilitasnya 0,973 Penelitian menunjukan minat siswa dalam pembelajaran penjas di SMPN 3 Samalantan: 1) keberhasilan diri 42,78%; 2) menerima pembelajaran penjas dengan senang 47,73%; 3) keinginan mengerjakan sesuatu 46,49%; 4) selalu hadir dalam mengikuti pembelajaran penjas 48,05%; 5) meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani 53,25%; 6) metode bermain dalam pembelajaran penjas 42,21%; 7) fasilitas 42,21%; dan rasa ingin tahu 38,10%. kesimpulan: Minat siswa dalam pembelajaran penjas di SMPN 3 Samalantan terlaksana dengan baik, rata-rata 40,31% kategori sangat baik. Abstract

Basic movement is an ability that physical education teachers must serve carefully. Providing opportunities to practice movement skills is the main key. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of learning the traditional game of kasti on the basic abilities of lower grade elementary school students. The study was conducted with a True-experimental randomized pre-test post-test design. Participants consisted of 25 low-grade elementary school students. The treatment was carried out for 16 meetings. Basic movement ability is carried out by conducting tests and measurements of the ability to throw a target, throw a catch, hit a ball, and a 50m run test. Data were analyzed using the T-test. The results of the analysis show a significant level of 0.494. This means that learning the traditional game of kasti has no significant effect on basic skills. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is that it is necessary to modify the learning process so that the objectives can be achieved.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the open smash technique in volleyball students. This study aims to obtain information about the series of motion of the open smash technique and to analyze the open smash technique. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative survey method. The sample in this study consisted of 7 volleyball coaching students who had the following criteria: (1) Tanjungpura University PKO men's volleyball core team, (2) had participated in competitions according to PBVSI rules. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistics. The results showed that the average volleyball coaching student took the prefix stage where the distance from the net was 3.47 m, with a 3-step approach, swing angle 87°, repulsion angle 149°, elbow angle 80°, back angle 162°, jump height 53 cm, the distance between ball and hand about 35 cm, and landing using 2 feet.

Abstract

Dehydration is a case that will happen when exercising. The allowed dehydration level for a single exercise for health is still uncertain. Based on a review of research, dehydration up to 2% can lower mood but has not decreased aerobic performance. Information on the allowed level of dehydration to maintain exercise and performance still needs to be done. The research method used was an experimental pre-test post-test method. This study compared 2.2% and 2.8% dehydration levels on 400 meters running performance. The population of this study was all Sports Coaching Education students class of 2017 and 2018. The sample grouping was administered randomly into two groups. The first group was the 2.2% dehydration group consisted of 16 students. The second group was the 2.8% dehydration group consisted of 25 students. The dehydration process was conducted passively by doing sunbathing while using a raincoat. Bodyweight was measured before dehydration up to several times to reach the desired level of dehydration. The measurement of the 400-meter run was carried out before weight measurement and after dehydration. The data were analyzed by Mann-Whitney U test. The results of the data analysis concluded that there was no difference in the 400-meter run performance at the two levels of dehydration. Dehydration between 2.2% level and 2.8% level equally lowered the 400-meter running performance. This study suggests that the athlete's hydration level when exercising should be kept below 2.2% to achieve optimal performance. During training, athletes should be provided with drinks to maintain hydration levels.

Abstract

The research motivated by the problem of lack of correction in the volleyball smash technique. This study aims to identify the errors of the Pontianak meteor club volleyball player smash technique. Thi research was a descriptive percentage. The method used was a survey with an observation sheets, field observations, and documentation. The sample in this study consisted of 11 athletes who have the criteria: (1) athlete were present at the time of data collection, (2) athlete who has a specialist as a speaker. The data analysis technique used a descriptive analysis which an stated in the form of a percentage. The results showed that there was an error volleyball smash technique in: (1) the initial stage was 25.39%, (2) the repulsion / jump stage was 25.37%, (3) the hitting stage was 25.42% and, (4) when landing is 23.82%. So it can be concluded that the landing stage has the largest percentage of errors.

Abstract

The support for recording achievements in sports achievements, two of which are the ability to enter oxygen (O2) into the lungs and further the ability to take up this oxygen so that it can be utilized in the process of providing energy. The second function of O2 is to transport carbon dioxide (CO2) through respiration. These two processes are carried out simultaneously at least between the respiratory cycle and its close relationship with hemoglobin. Hemoglobin is part of the blood which has a function to bind O2 and CO2 at the end in the process of respiration. The purpose of this study was to determine evidence of a relationship between HB and VO2max. This research is a descriptive correlational study. Samples are sports athletes who are preparing for Pre PAPUA. The number of samples was 83 athletes in the game group consisting of sand volleyball (6), badminton (17), Petanque (12), table tennis (13), and Futsal (35). Measurement of VO2max was done by using the Bleep test and HB with the Hb test. Based on Kendall's tau non-parametric analysis, it is found that HB and VO2max are sufficiently correlated, so it is not certain that the higher the HB the higher the VO2max, although in the process of supplying energy these two variables are mutually supportive and relate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan fisik atlet tinju amatir Kalimantan Barat yang dipersiapkan untuk menghadapi ajang prakualifikasi Pon 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data mengunakan tes dan pengukuran terhadap komponen biomotor dominan. Adapun subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh atlet tinju amatir Kalimatan Barat yang dipersiapkan untuk menghadapi praPon tinju amatir dengan jumlah sebanyak 10 atlet. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini munggunakan statistik deskriptik kuantitatif dan uji beda (uji T). Hasil penelitian menunjukan komponen biomotor dominan antara sebelum dan setelah melakukan (TC) training center tidak ada perbedaan yang significant atau dengan kata lain tidak ada perubahan yang artinya tidak terjadi peningkatan kemampuan komponen biomotor dominan. Kesimpulannya tidak terjadi peningkatan kemampuan fisik atlet tinju amatir Kalimantan Barat selama mengikuti persiapan prakualifikasi Pon 2019

Abstract

Untuk mengetahui tipe tubuh seorang karate-ka, tes dan pengukuran antropometri sangat diperlukan. Pelatih tidak hanya mengandalkan fell dan melihat bentuk tubuh saja tidak cukup, karena tidak valid. Jika pembinaan yang dilakukan akan mengarah pada prestasi faktor-faktor lain juga harus diperhatikan, salah satunya tipe tubuh. Sehingga perlunya dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui tipe tubuh setiap karate-ka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan hasil penelitian yang berbentuk presentase. Hasil analisis yang diperoleh yaitu, dengan melakukan tes dan pengukuran antropometri pada karate-ka, dengan jumlah 108 karate-ka mengukur tinggi badan, berat badan, ketebalan lemak pada triceps, subscapular, suprailliac, femur width, humerus width dan biceps girth. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara presentase untuk mengetahui berapa persen karate-ka yang memiliki tipe tubuh endomorph, mesomorph dan ectomorph. Hasil penelitian diketahui: 27% karate-ka cenderumg memilikmi tipe tubuh mesomorph-endomorph dan 18% karate-ka dengan tipe tubuh endomorphic mesomorph.
