Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Financial Literacy, Education Level, and Gender on the Performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the creative economy sector in North Lombok Regency. The population of this study used in this study is all MSME actors in the Creative Economy Sector in North Lombok Regency. The data collection method uses the survey sample method. The data collection technique uses an interview technique, which is where several questions are on the questionnaire. In addition, this study used a sample of 349 respondents with a sampling method, namely purposive sampling. This type of research is causal associative research with quantitative techniques. This research data processing uses smartPLS 3. The results of this study show that financial literacy (X1) has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y) in North Lombok Regency. The level of education (X2) has a significant positive effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y) in North Lombok Regency. Gender (X3) does not affect the performance of MSMEs (Y) in North Lombok Regency.

Abstract

The use of learning media is very necessary to help teachers in delivering material in class, moreover digital learning media is quite good to use because it adapts to the current era which is the era of digital use. This study aims to improve students' skills in the procedures for good and correct prayer. The research method used by the researcher is the RnD development method, with the Four-D Model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, observations, trials and evaluations (participants fill out questionnaires and assess animated videos that researchers make). The questionnaire was filled out by 24 people in class VII C. From the results of interviews with fiqh subject teachers, it was found that there were still many students, especially students in class VII C MTS Darul Amin, who did not know the correct and proper prayer movements, therefore the researcher is interested in developing digital learning media that can help fiqh subject teachers to deliver material about prayer in more detail, in addition to making it easier for students to access via video. So the results of the development made by the researcher are, students are more helped by the existence of learning videos about prayer procedures that can be accessed via gadgets, and participants understand more about prayer movements because the video has provided clear and detailed movements, with this, it can improve students' prayer procedure skills.

Abstract

Amrul Mukminin. This study aims to analyze the Effectiveness of the Advertising Tax Contribution in Increasing Local Revenue in Palembang City. This research uses qualitative methods with data observation techniques, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the advertisement tax management was an effort to increase PAD in Palembang City, to someone who was trying to be managed properly. However, there are indeed several problems where the supervision and participation of the community with illegal billboards is still happening and the implementation of regional regulations is not running properly, therefore the PAD from the advertisement tax has not been maximized. The supporting factor in this research is the availability of Palembang mayor regulation number 18 of 2011 concerning requirements, and fixed procedures for collecting advertisement tax and then Palembang City Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2004 concerning Development and Retribution for Advertising. In addition, to support the vision, mission and strategic plans of the Tax Management Agency. Two things support the effectiveness of the advertisement tax contribution. Internal and external factors inhibiting factors. Obstacles in internal factors, for example, the application of sanctions for billboards arrears who have just appeared without the knowledge of the officers, and the lack of socialization from the Regional Tax Management Agency so that the public does not know about the existence of regional regulations regarding advertisement tax. Whereas in external factors, for example, the community's low awareness of paying taxes or they tend to avoid and are dishonest in the report on the results of the installation of billboards and taxpayers who live outside the city of Palembang.

Ardiansyah. Evaluation of Regional Regulation Number 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Lima Belas Ilir Village, East Ilir I District. This study aims to: 1) Analyze and describe the Evaluation of Regional Regulation Number 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Lima Belas Ilir Village, East Ilir I District; 2) Analyze and describe the Supporting and Hindering Factors for the Evaluation of Regional Regulation No. 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Limabelas Ilir Village, East Ilir District I. The research design used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Descriptive research can be interpreted as a problem-solving procedure that is investigated by describing / describing the state of the subject/object of research (a person, institution, society and others) at the present time based on facts that appear or as they are (Nawawi in Klicit, 2008). The results of the study concluded that: 1) The implementation of Regional Regulation No. 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Limabelas Ilir Village, Ilir Timur I District has not been optimal so far. Problems related to peace and order still often occur, such as thuggery and violations by street vendors that disturb public order and order. Education has been carried out many times through socialization and approaches through local community leaders, but the number of violations has not been able to be suppressed and is still occurring. Related to this, the lack of a high level of public awareness in complying with the regulations is considered to be the main cause of frequent violations, plus the lack of optimal enforcement of violations committed, so that violators are not deterred and tend to be ordinary in committing violations; 2) Supporting Factors for the Evaluation of Regional Regulation No. 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order in Fifteen Ilir Village, East Ilir District I is the existence of clear rules or legal basis contained in Regional Regulation No. 44 of 2002 concerning Peace and Order itself, then the high commitment shown by the employees of the Fifteen Ilir Village Office. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that there are still many residents of Lima Belas Ilir Village who do not understand Regional Regulation Number 44 of 2002, the level of public awareness in complying with regulations is still lacking, lack of supervision from related parties, so that in the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 44 of 2002 has not been able to be applied properly, and the approach taken to the community is still not optimal.

Dedi Sugianto. Evaluation of the Serasi Program (Save the Prosperous Swamp of Farmers) in Upang Makmur Village, Makarti Jaya District, Banyuasin Regency. The objectives of this study are: 1) To describe and analyze the Evaluation of the Serasi Program (Save the Farmers Prosperous Swamp) in Upang Makmur Village, Makarti Jaya District, Banyuasin Regency; 2) To describe and analyze the supporting and inhibiting factors of the Serasi Program Evaluation (Save the Farmers Prosperous Swamp) in Upang Makmur Village, Makarti Jaya District, Banyuasin Regency. The results of the study stated that: 1) In the context, there are still many needs that have not been met in the implementation of the Serasi Program (Save the Prosperous Swamp of Farmers) in Upang Makmur Village, Makarti Jaya District, Banyuasin Regency. The condition of the embankment that is not too high, then the farmers are not compact in carrying out this program is a problem that must be solved immediately; From the input evaluation, it is known that the residents of Upang Makmur village as the implementer of the SERASI program have strong characteristics and a high commitment in making the SERASI program a success; Regarding the procedures in working, the residents of Upang Makmur village have followed all applicable rules; In the evaluation of the program, it can be concluded that the SERASI program in Upang Makmur Village has been implemented well, but not optimally, because there are still many things that must be improved in the future, so that the expected goals can really be maximally achieved. 2) The supporting factors in the Evaluation of the Serasi Program (Save the Prosperous Swamp of Farmers) in Upang Makmur Village, Makarti Jaya District, Banyuasin Regency are as adequate supporting infrastructure, the commitment and seriousness of the people of Upang Makmur Village in carrying out the program, the supervision carried out, and the clear program implementation procedures, the inhibiting factor is the condition of seawater that often enters agricultural land. The entry of seawater is also due to the condition of the embankment at several points that are not too high, so that seawater can enter agricultural land.

Abstract

Mulya Happenny. This study aims to get an in-depth picture of the effect on improving the performance and motivation of Bappeda employees of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) Regency. The place that became the object of research was the Bappeda of Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir Regency which was located on Merdeka Street, Handayani Mulya Village, Talang Ubi District. The background of the problem in this study is the decline in employee performance from 2019 to 2021. Since 2020 in PALI Regency there are many echelon 2 positions. The Head of Division at Bappeda also holds the position of Head of Service in another place. So the researchers tried to examine whether there is an effect on improving the performance and motivation of employees under these conditions. The method used is a quantitative analysis method using the SPSS v 25 application. Data collection uses a Likert questionnaire. The number of samples taken was 50 employees using the saturated sample method or using the total population. Data analysis used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, and multiple linear regression as well as t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (Adjusted R Square). The results of the study indicate that leadership has a varied effect on increasing employee motivation and performance. Leadership in the Infrastructure Sector on improving performance with the magnitude of the influence of 25.67%, 74.5% from the Head of the Ecososbud Sector, and 26.6% from the Head of the Program. The difference in the magnitude of the effect is also shown in the employee motivation variable, namely 27.6% from the Head of the Infrastructure Division, 25.6% from the Division Head, and 30% from the Program Head. The simultaneous influence shows that leadership will affect performance improvement by 90% and 33.4% effect on employee motivation. From the results of the study, it can be suggested to the leadership to improve the quality of good leadership and make improvements in terms of coordination and communication with subordinates.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology will obtain excellent effectiveness and efficiency from sources of electrical energy owned by a company or agency. With the progress of the industrial world today, the development of digital technology which ends in computer systems indirectly makes control technology involved as part of this progress. The availability of a power source is a very important aspect in the midst of technological developments. However, because the system is very complex, starting from the power plant to distribution to consumers, there is a high possibility of disturbances that can cause the flow of electrical energy to consumers to be cut off. There are certain places including factories, offices, banks, campuses, hospitals, airports and other places that could potentially endanger one's safety or drastically disrupt the course of the economic cycle. The flow of electrical energy must not be interrupted for a very long time because it can hamper the production process. and others, so that additional supply is needed to anticipate when the electricity is cut off from the National Power Plant source.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kode etik dan kompetensi baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap perilaku kerja guru di MTs Negeri 2 Kota Palu. Kode etik memiliki indikator meliputi norma hubungan guru dengan peserta didik, orang tua, rekan sejawat, masyarakat, profesi dan organisasi profesi serta pemerintah. Kompetensi memiliki indikator meliputi kompetensi pedagogik, kepribadian, sosial dan profesional. Perilaku kerja memiliki indikator meliputi keterampilan sosial, kualitas kerja, kebiasaan kerja dan pengendalian diri. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian ex post facto. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh peserta didik di MTs Negeri 2 Kota Palu kelas VII, VIII, dan IX yang berjumlah 708 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling, dan 10% dari masing-masing kelas sehingga sampel berjumlah 84 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Analisis data dilakukan dengan program SPSS versi 25 dengan model analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil uji regresi linear berganda, diperoleh persamaan regresi sebesar Y = 0,620 + 0,291 X1 + 0,692 X2. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai signifikansi variabel kode etik sebesar 0,004 < 0,05 dan nilai signifikansi variabel kompetensi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kode etik dan kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja guru di MTs Negeri 2 Kota Palu. Selain itu, hasil uji F diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kode etik dan kompetensi secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kerja guru di MTs Negeri 2 Kota Palu. Kooefisien determinasi diperoleh nilai R Square = 0,588, persentase pengaruh simultan kode etik dan kompetensi terhadap perilaku kerja sebesar 0,588 atau 58,8% dan sisanya sebesar 41,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kode etik dan kompetensi, maka semakin baik pula perilaku kerja guru.

Juanda Heri. This study aims to describe employee mutations in the Banyuasin Regency Government. This research was conducted for three months using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques are carried out by presenting data, reducing data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Evaluation of Employee Movements in the Government of Banyuasin Regency. From the context aspect, employee transfers carried out by BKD often violate existing rules or SOPs, namely without paying attention to the agreed provisions such as having 2-5 years, must be in accordance with competence and good career development, the transfer process is often intervened due to political factors. From the input side, there are many things that, indeed, employee transfers are not done out of necessity, but because there are personal and political factors, employee transfers are often done because they don't want to work in that place, can be far from home and the like, staffing appointments as well and this becomes a problem. one of the main problems in the mutation process. For the aspect of transferring and transferring employees, it is often not carried out with appropriate steps and processes, this is because the transfer of employees is not due to the needs of the institution, but because of the dislike and personal interest of the employee. While the product aspect is expected to be better than employee transfer, namely to improve employee performance and work productivity in a new place, but this is often ignored because the purpose of performance transfer does not always consider the aspect of improvement, but from the aspect of interest. The supporting factor and being the biggest force in the employee transfer process is the policy that regulates this, namely BKN Regulation Number 5 of 2019 concerning Procedures for Implementing Transfers, by following these rules, of course the transfer process will not experience problems. While the inhibiting factor in the problem of employee transfer is again caused by the interests of the institution and increasing work productivity, but is caused by political factors, and in the future if it continues to be influenced by political interests, every time a regime change there will be a change of employees this will make it easier.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji status talak yang dilakukan di luar Pengadilan Agama (PA), mengambil studi kasus di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Tempe, Kabupaten Wajo. Latar belakang penelitian ini muncul dari adanya fenomena di masyarakat di mana perceraian seringkali tidak melalui prosedur resmi di PA, melainkan hanya dengan ucapan talak dari suami. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam kondisi perceraian yang terjadi di Kecamatan Tempe, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan masyarakat memilih perceraian di luar PA, menganalisis dampak yang ditimbulkan dari praktik tersebut, dan yang terpenting, menentukan status hukum dari talak yang diucapkan di luar pengadilan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, di mana pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui serangkaian metode. Observasi dilakukan untuk mengamati langsung fenomena yang terjadi. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan dengan berbagai pihak, termasuk pelaku perceraian di luar PA, staf KUA Kecamatan Tempe, dan staf PA Sengkang, untuk mendapatkan informasi dari berbagai perspektif. Dokumentasi juga digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data-data pendukung. Fokus penelitian ini mencakup tiga aspek utama: pertama, kondisi perceraian secara umum di Kecamatan Tempe; kedua, alasan-alasan yang mendorong perceraian di luar PA beserta dampak-dampak yang ditimbulkannya; dan ketiga, status hukum dari talak yang diucapkan di luar pengadilan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa angka perceraian di Kecamatan Tempe mengalami fluktuasi selama periode 2018 hingga 2023. Beberapa alasan utama yang mendorong masyarakat untuk melakukan perceraian di luar PA antara lain masalah ekonomi yang membebani biaya pengurusan di pengadilan, kesulitan dalam mengurus administrasi yang diperlukan, kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat mengenai prosedur yang berlaku di PA, dan adanya praktik pernikahan siri yang tidak tercatat secara resmi. Dampak dari perceraian di luar PA dirasakan oleh berbagai pihak. Bagi suami, dampaknya adalah kesulitan untuk menikah lagi secara resmi karena status perceraiannya tidak diakui oleh negara. Bagi istri, statusnya menjadi tidak jelas dan rentan secara hukum. Sementara bagi anak-anak, perceraian di luar PA dapat berdampak negatif pada perkembangan psikologis dan perilaku mereka. Berdasarkan keterangan dari Kepala KUA Kecamatan Tempe dan merujuk pada Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI) serta fatwa tarjih Muhammadiyah, talak yang diucapkan di luar sidang PA dinyatakan tidak sah menurut hukum negara. Hukum positif di Indonesia mengatur bahwa perceraian yang sah harus dilakukan di depan sidang PA setelah upaya mediasi yang dilakukan oleh pengadilan dinyatakan gagal.Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa praktik perceraian di luar PA menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, baik dari aspek hukum maupun sosial. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya peningkatan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat mengenai pentingnya keluarga yang sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah, serta pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai prosedur perceraian yang sah menurut hukum yang berlaku.
