Abstract

Human resource performance is a target achievement in an organization. As a form of evaluation, it is necessary to assess the achievements and planning of human resources. This is done to find out the problems in the HR field faced in an organization. In general, there are nine methods for assessing HR performance. However, not all organizations implement this method, because it is associated with costs and time. The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the performance assessment methods commonly used by various organizations. Qualitative research method with literature reviews from several journals. The research results show that the HR performance assessment methods carried out by various organizations predominantly use the ABC method.

Abstract

The author provides training and guidance aimed at improving student competence in terms of communication, creative thinking, collaboration and creativity at the 2023 national level Ki Hajar STEM activities. This research uses quantitative research methods with a quasi-experimental type. There are two stages in this research, the preparation stage, namely the preparation stage before the competition and the implementation stage, namely the stage of participating in the Kihajar STEM competition activities. The innovation they created, namely a cellphone device or automatic sprinkler based on solar cells, increased their abilities in terms of creativity and were able to work together in making this cellphone device which was used as a tool to compete in the Kihajar STEM competition. 4C competencies consist of critical thinking competencies, creativity competencies, communication competencies and collaborative competencies.

Abstract

The development of Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM) technology in optical networks driven by the need for very large transmission capacities has resulted in rapid changes in the provision of large bandwidth capacities in networks. This canal transport system in the wavelength domain provides high flexibility for network operators in meeting current and future needs.

Abstract

Indra Gunawan. Village government is the lowest hierarchy in the bureaucratic system in Indonesia, therefore the role of village government is very important in providing services to village communities, this is the responsibility of the village government in providing maximum service. The purpose of providing services is to fulfill the basic needs and rights of every citizen and population for an administrative service provided by the government for the public interest, one type of public service is public service in the field of population administration. However, all service activities need to be evaluated to assess and ensure that population administration services are running in accordance with the regulations and expectations of the community. In this study the authors took the title "Performance Evaluation of Population Administration Services in Pinang Mas Village, Sungai Pinang District, Ogan Ilir Regency". This type of research is a qualitative approach that emphasizes the process. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the performance of population administration services in Pinang Mas Village, Sungai Pinang District, Ogan Ilir Regency, as well as to find out what efforts have been made by the Pinang Mas Village Government to improve the performance of population administration services. The evaluation analysis of this study used the CIPP (Contact, Input, Process, Product) method from Daniel Stuflebean and the PDCA Cycle Method (Plan, Do, Check, Action) from Dr. W. Edwards Deming to analyze efforts to improve the performance of population administration services. The results of the study indicate that the performance of population administration services in Pinang Mas Village, Sungai Pinang District, Ogan Ilir Regency has not gone well because there are still many obstacles and obstacles encountered, for example supervision has not been carried out intensively, lack of budget, limited supporting facilities and infrastructure, not yet established standards. Operational Procedures (SOP) and low public interest in the need for population documents. While the efforts made in order to improve the performance of the Pinang Mas Village Government have not been carried out optimally, from the three main aspects of improving service performance namely, increasing the ability of Human Resources, SOP Development and Improving facilities and infrastructure, the efforts made only rely on increasing Human Resources Humans and even then are personal, have not touched the substance of the problem.

Abstract

Irwansyah. The city of Palembang is one of the cities in Indonesia that has environmental problems, namely the existence of densely populated settlements in riverbank areas. With these conditions, the Palembang City Government has made efforts to prevent river water pollution as a form of Healthy City development. This is realized by the construction of a Wastewater Treatment Plant in Karya Jaya Village, Kertapati District, Palembang City, part of which is located right on the riverside. The main concern in this study is the role of the Government of Karya Jaya Village, Kertapati District, Palembang City in empowering the community to utilize communal WWTP which includes human empowerment, business empowerment, environmental empowerment, institutional empowerment, obstacles and efforts made to overcome them.The results of the study show that the role of the Karya Jaya Village Government, Kertapati District, Palembang City in environmental management consisting of human empowerment, business empowerment, environmental empowerment and institutional empowerment has not been carried out optimally. This is because the empowerment effort is a cross-sectoral effort. The obstacles that arise in the implementation of the role of the Karya Jaya Village Government, Kertapati District, Palembang City in environmental planning consist of budget limitations, community mindset and binding rules, which have not been overcome by the efforts that have been made, namely maximizing community participation and awareness. Therefore, the Government of Karya Jaya Village, Kertapati District, Palembang City should take coordination steps with related parties to maximize its role in environmental planning in the area. Thus, the environmental arrangement efforts carried out become more optimal and comprehensive. The Karya Jaya Village Government, Kertapati District, Palembang City should take intensive coordination steps with LPMK, RW, RT administrators, religious leaders and local community leaders to overcome various obstacles that arise in environmental planning in this region.

Abstract

Tangerang Regency is an area with many industrial, commercial and residential sectors. So that many migrants are looking for work and this results in many ethnic groups entering one area. Thus, inter-ethnic marriages have become commonplace because they are a natural process that occurs in multi-ethnic societies, especially marriages between Javanese and Sundanese ethnic groups. Developing perceptions and stereotypes have become obstacles that have an impact on harmony in inter-ethnic marriages. Various obstacles arise because each ethnic group has a different background, culture and beliefs. The aim of this research is to analyze the process of intercultural communication in inter-ethnic marriages, namely Javanese and Sundanese. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach, with a constructivist paradigm with the subject being 3 Javanese and Sundanese husband and wife tennis couples. The results of the research show that in the Optimistic Phase, couples still feel happy with their partner's cultural differences. They still don't know their partner's culture and experience difficulties at the beginning of their marriage. In the Culture Shock Phase, couples begin to be shocked and confused by their partner's culture, so they experience cutlure shock. In the Recovery phase, they begin to introduce each other to their respective cultures. In the adjustment phase, couples are starting to get used to and adapt and understand their partner's culture.

Abstract. The increase in the number of Coffee Shops has created intense competition between them, especially along with the development of technology and the application of digital marketing. The importance of digital marketing, especially through social media, is the main focus in efforts to increase brand awareness of a product or service. In this context, digital marketing, especially through social media marketing, is described as an effective tool for achieving marketing goals by creating customer contacts, generating interest, and increasing purchase intentions. Analysis of brand awareness stages, from unconscious brands to top of mind, is an important part of understanding the process of forming a brand's image. Focus is also given to Instagram's role as an effective platform in enhancing brand identity, with an explanation of Instagram's popularity in promoting products and services. In this context, research focuses on the digital marketing communication strategy used by Dom Social Hub, a Coffee Shop in Tangerang City. The research aims to explore the advantages, disadvantages and obstacles that arise during the implementation of this strategy, with a focus on increasing brand awareness on social media platforms, especially Instagram. The object of this research explains the digital marketing strategy of the Dom Social Hub cafe in increasing brand awareness on Instagram social media. This research uses the constructivism paradigm. This research approach uses a qualitative descriptive approach.

Triartha Cipta Mandiri is a company that operates as a housing developer. PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri (which is shortened to PT. TCM) moves side by side with PT. Rico Cipta Mandiri is located at Ruko Tangerang City Business Park, D/8, Jl. Raya Jendral Sudirman, Banten. Director of PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is Mr. Hamsir Siregar, S.H., M.H. PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri has been established for 10 years with a Deed of Company Establishment from the Tangerang Regency Notary, Mr. Deni Nugraha, S.E., S.H., M.Kn. dated 25-09-2013 and has received approval from the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, as stated in his Decree dated 27-09-2013 Number: AHU-50281.AH.01.01 TAHUN 2013. So far, PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is expanding its wings in the field of selling subsidized houses. The name of the housing developed by PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is Granada Rajeg City which is located in Rajeg District, Tangerang Regency, Banten. Houses that sells by PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri is a subsidized house by the government with a price of Rp. 168,000,000,- and the houses’ building area of ​​30 M2 and a land area of ​​60 M2. Inside the house there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Houses marketing is carried out by deploying several marketing agents. Other than that, to carry out sales and purchases that have been agreed with consumers, PT. Triartha Cipta Mandiri entered into a credit agreement at Bank BTN Syariah. During 2023, house sales have reached 74 houses.

Riko Prayudi. This study aims to analyze the DPMPTSP Strategy Formulation in Planning Tourism Investments in Prabumulih City. The study used qualitative methods with data collection, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results show that from the aspect of vision and mission, it can be guaranteed that the Office of Investment and One Stop Integrated Services (DPMPTSP) of Prabumulih city has tried to realize the vision that has been set by carrying out several missions that have been determined. Identification of External Opportunities and Threats of an Organization From the Aspects of Identification and External Threats An organization can open that there are still many opportunities for Prabumulih City to develop but also many future threats if the Prabumulih City DPMPTSP does not improve and does not adapt to the times. From the aspect of Awareness of the Strengths of Internal Strengths and Weaknesses, it can be said that there is tourism potential and hotels that can support investment into Prabumulih city, while the weakness is in the minimal natural tourism potential and the problem of weak human resources. From the aspect of Long-Term Determination that the long-term goal of what DPMPTSP wants to achieve in planning tourism investment in Prabumulih City is to make Prabumulih city a developed city and then increase the economic growth of the Prabumulih City community. From the aspect of Searching for Alternative Strategies, it can be said that the strategic plan has been implemented properly through the vision, mission and goals that have been set so that it is easier to realize what is the hope of making Prabumih City Prima.

Abstract

Ritasari. This study aims to analyze the leadership style of the village head in increasing the work motivation of the village head in Tuan Kentang Village. The study used qualitative methods with data collection, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the leadership style of the village head of Tuan Kentang village had no signs that indicated an authoritarian leadership style, because in this case the employee was given the freedom to work even though he still had to comply with the main tasks and functions, on the other hand the Lurah was also a leader capable of employee morale. to work. The leadership style of Tuan Kentang Village also includes a delegative leadership style that is able to delegate work and is authorized in accordance with the main tasks and functions. The leadership style of Kelurahan Kentang, which is more participatory, makes employees feel happy to work better, one of which shows that Kelurahan Kentang uses a participatory leadership style, namely discussions, exchanging ideas and meetings held before the activity. Supporting factors in terms of coordination between superiors and staff and related institutions are very good and run as expected, this can be seen from meeting activities. In addition, the village head of Tuan Kentang as a leader is able to set an example and motivate employees to improve their performance for the better. The inhibiting factor for the Lurah's leadership style in motivating employees in Tuan Kentang Village is the lack of performance supporting facilities and infrastructure, namely the work room and service room that is not so, and less supported, such as computers and printers to support administrative services. In principle, the existence of complete facilities and infrastructure can increase employee work motivation for the better.
