Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap peningkatan disiplin kerja aparat desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik total sampling berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket. Teknik analisis data dengan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian bahwa Komitmen Aparatur (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja (Y) aparat desa di Kec. Tilango Kab. Gorontalo dengan total pengaruh sebesar 50,4% dan 49,6% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain diluar variabel Komitmen Aparatur (X) seperti faktor motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, pengawasan, dan kepemimpinan. Oleh karena itu, dapat ditegaskan bahwa semakin baik komitmen aparatur, maka akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan disiplin kerja aparat desa di Kec. Tilango Kab. Gorontalo

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran secara deskriptif mengenai Pelayanan Publik dan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Gorontalo. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan Publik di Kantor Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kabupaten Gorontalo masih belum baik, hal ini dapat dilihat melalui beberapa hal, seperti halnya upaya peningkatan profesionalisme aparatur yang masih kurang, melaksanakan pelayanan yang belum tepat waktu. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan ada dalam beberapa hal yang menyebabkan pelayanan yang masih kurang baik dari sisi profesionalisme aparatur dan ketepatan waktu dalam kerja. Kesemua hal ini perlu untuk diperbaiki dengan memperhatikan sisi kualifikasi aparatur dalam memberikan pelayanan. Baik dalam hal Reliability (Kehandalan), Responsivenees (Daya tanggap), dan Assurance (Jaminan). Faktor-faktor pendukung seperti Motivasi kerja dan Kerja sama. Abstract

This study measured the Comunnity Satisfaction Survey in improving public services at the Padengo Village Office, West Limboto Sub-district, Gorontalo regency, this study applied a mixed method, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The result of the measurement of the 9 Commmunity Satisfaction Survey indicatior included (a) Requirement with SKM (Communtiy Satisfaction Survey) score of 3,34 and in the good category, (c) Services Time with SKM score of 3,29 and in the good category, (d) Cost//tarif of 3,71 and in the good category, (e) Product specification for the type of service/service result, the SKM score was 3,23 and in the category, (f) Competency of the SKM implementer was 3,39 and in the good category, (g) Behavior of the SKM implementer was 3,21 and in he good category, (h) Complaint, and suggesting handling, with SKM implementer was 3,43 and in the good category, and (i) Facilities and Infrastructure with SKM score of 3,61 and in the good category.Based on the study, it can be concluded that that from the results of the Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) measurement of the implementation of the office, West Limboto Sub – district, Gorontalo Regency, The SKM score was 76,67. This score was included in the GOOD “B” category according to KEPMENPAN (Ministry of administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia) No. 14 of 2017. Howefer, there was still a need to improve indicators of service time and behavior of village officials to be more friendly and polite to the community to achieve moer excellent service.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of the principles of good governance in public services at the East Wongkaditi Village Head Office, Kota Utara District. In this study, researcher used descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach, namely research that aims to provide an overview of the application of the principles of good governance in public services in the East Wongkaditi Lurah Office, Kota Utara District. The determination of the informants was carried out using a purposive sampling technique, and the selected informants were village heads, youth leaders, 2 community leaders, and 4 people from the community. The results of the study indicate that the application of the principles of good governance in public services at the East Wongkaditi Lurah Office, North Kota District, has not been maximally implemented by village officials. This can be seen from the three indicators studied, namely accountability, transparency and community participation in the administration of public services in the East Wongkaditi Village, all of these three indicators have not been implemented properly by the apparatus.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, describe, and analyze the management of State Property at the Bappeda Litbang Office of Bone Bolango Regency. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the study that in the planning aspect, the preparation of the Regional Property Needs Plan (RKBMD) is carried out annually with procurement based on operational needs. In the implementation and utilisation aspects, some elements of BMN procurement and utilisation have run effectively. In the aspect of supervision, it has involved various internal, external, and community parties. However, there are still several obstacles in BMN management at the Bone Bolango Regency Bappeda Litbang Office, such as data that has not been integrated. Suggestions to optimise the management of State Property at the Bone Bolango Regency Bappeda Litbang Office require technology development to improve data integration through effective information systems, coordination, and transparency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the evaluation of the implementation of the teaching program on the campus of the MBKM program at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Gorontalo State University, is seen from the aspects of determining the focus of the evaluation, preparing the design/evaluation stages, collecting information, analyzing and interpreting information, making reports, managing the evaluation (managing evaluation), and evaluation for evaluation. This research method uses a descriptive approach with qualitative data analysis. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of field research, the evaluation of the implementation of the teaching program at the MBKM school program, Faculty of Social Sciences, Gorontalo State University, has been carried out in accordance with the guidelines applicable at the university level. In its implementation, the evaluation of the implementation of this program still encounters several problems, such as a lack of information needed to carry out the evaluation and a lack of management of program reports that serve as references for further program implementation. It can be concluded that the evaluation of the implementation of the teaching program at the MBKM school program at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Gorontalo State University still needs to adapt to existing provisions and standards. Abstract

This study aims to explore the role of the urban village government in improving the quality of public services for the community, focusing on the following indicators: regulatory function, policy formulation, service delivery, law enforcement, and the maintenance of public order and security. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis involves data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the urban village governments in Talumolo and Leato Utara have performed various functions, but each function still faces several challenges which are noticeable from the following details: (1) The regulatory function in both urban villages is effective in creating a safe environment, but consistency and relevance of regulations sometimes pose challenges. (2) Policy formulation involves the participation of the community and stakeholders of both urban villages, despite concerns about the lack of community attention during the policy formulation process. (3) The service delivery function in both urban villages shows significant efforts, but there are several complaints about the effectiveness and efficiency of services. (4) Similarly, Law enforcement in Talumolo, which includes socialization and patrols, also has gotten several dissatisfaction complaints regarding the consistency of decisive actions, while in Leato Utara, training to reduce crime has not been effectively impactful. (5) The maintenance of public order is conducted through education and administrative services, but there are still concerns about compliance and service efficiency. Overall, even though progress has been made, improvements in consistency, relevance, and efficiency are still needed to achieve better outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which service quality affects the satisfaction of recipients of administrative services at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in Bone Bolango Regency. The type of research conducted is field research, using a descriptive method with a referential approach. Instrument testing employed validity and reliability tests. Data analysis techniques used include normality tests, coefficient of determination (R) tests, t-tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the t-count value is 5.515, while the t-table value is 2.048. Thus, t-count > t-table (5.515 > 2.048) and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the service quality variable has a significant effect on the public satisfaction variable. The coefficient of determination (R³) resulted in a correlation of 5.21, meaning that service quality affects public satisfaction by 52.1%. The regression equation obtained is Y=35.693+0.446X, meaning that the constant value (a) is 35.693, which indicates that if the service quality value is 0, public satisfaction remains positive at 35.693. The regression coefficient (b) for service quality is positive at 0.446, indicating that for every 1.00 increase in service quality, public satisfaction increases by 0.446.

Abstract

Indonesia's Public services frequently encounter challenges, such as a lack of dedication and poor service quality. This study aimed to determine the influence of bureaucratic behavior on the quality of public services in the One-stop Administration Service Office of Gorontalo City. This quantitative research used a descriptive method and a referential approach applied to 34 samples. This study used validity and reliability tests to examine the instrument. The data analysis techniques used were normality test, determinant coefficient (R), t-test, and simple linear regression analysis with SPSS 26 software. Based on the analysis, the t-count test was 11.962, and the t-table was 2.036. This result indicated that He was rejected and H, was confirmed, or there was a significant influence between bureaucratic behavior and the quality of public services in the One-stop Administration Service Office of Gorontalo City. Further, the determinant coefficient (R2) test obtained 0.817, which meant bureaucratic behavior (independent variable or X) influenced 81.7% of the quality of public services (dependent variable or Y). The other 18.3% of the results were influenced by other variables: leadership, apparatus competence, awards, and the availability of work facilities.

Abstract

Limbah pertanian, khususnya tongkol jagung, merupakan sumber daya yang sering diabaikan dan berpotensi menjadi bahan baku energi terbarukan. Pemanfaatan limbah ini bisa menjadi solusi yang inovatif untuk mengatasi masalah energi yang semakin mendesak. Masyarakat Desa Tunggulo Selatan, Kecamatan Tilongkabila Kabupaten Bone Bolango, yang sebagian besar bergantung pada pertanian, sering kali tidak menyadari bahwa sisa-sisa hasil panen, seperti tongkol jagung, dapat dimanfaatkan untuk menghasilkan energi alternatif yang ramah lingkungan. Dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan energi dan kesadaran akan pentingnya keberlanjutan, penting untuk mengedukasi masyarakat tentang potensi luar biasa dari limbah pertanian ini. Melalui strategi pengabdian masyarakat, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerimaan masyarakat terhadap pemanfaatan limbah ini. Pendekatan ini melibatkan pendampingan dan pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan praktis tentang cara mengolah tongkol jagung menjadi briket. Hal ini sangat penting mengingat banyaknya potensi limbah yang terbuang sia-sia, padahal jika dimanfaatkan dengan baik, dapat memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengurangan limbah dan penghematan energi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi yang tepat dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat dan mendorong adopsi teknologi briket, sehingga berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan lingkungan dan ekonomi lokal. Selain itu, partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam proses ini juga dapat memperkuat rasa kepemilikan terhadap proyek dan meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan. Dengan demikian, penting untuk terus mendorong inisiatif yang mengedukasi dan memberdayakan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan limbah pertanian. Melihat hasil yang positif dari pengabdian ini, langkah selanjutnya adalah memperluas program pelatihan dan pengabdian masyarakat ke desa-desa lain di sekitar Kecamatan Tilongkabila. Hal ini tidak hanya akan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui penghematan energi, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pengurangan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan. Dengan kesadaran dan pengetahuan yang lebih baik, masyarakat dapat menjadi agen perubahan dalam penciptaan lingkungan yang lebih berkelanjutan dan ekonomi yang lebih tangguh.
