Abstract

Museum Tani Jawa Indonesia yang terletak di Desa Wisata Kebonagung, Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta memiliki banyak koleksi bersejarah yang sarat dengan nilai-nilai kejuangan petani. Potensi yang dimiliki oleh museum ini beserta desa wisata Kebonagung masih belum optimal. Pemasarannya masih belum terintegrasi, jangkauan pangsa pasarnya masih terbatas, dan belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi secara optimal. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah: (1) untuk memudahkan wisatawan dalam mengakses informasi pada setiap benda koleksi di dalam museum melalui media yang aplikatif dan user friendly sesuai dengan perkembangan teknologi masa kini; (2) membantu Museum Tani Jawa Indonesia dan desa wisata Kebonagung mengembangkan jangkauan pangsa pasarnya melalui website bilingual, pengoptimalan content dalam website, kreatifitas paket wisata, dan perluasan kerjasama dengan online travel agent. Kegiatan ini dilengkapi dengan pelatihan pembuatan paket wisata yang menarik dan kreatif serta pelatihan pembuatan akun OTA (Online Travel Agent) beserta pengelolaannya, kemudian diakhiri dengan penyelenggaraan Forum Group Discussion (FGD) yang dihadiri oleh seluruh pengelola museum dan desa wisata. Tahapan dari kegiatan ini yaitu: kerjasama, persiapan, pelaksanaan pengabdian, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat memperluas pangsa pasar wisatawan, meningkatkan minat berkunjung wisatawan, memperbanyak jumlah kunjungan wisatawan, yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat lokal Kebonagung dan pemerintah daerah setempat.

Abstract

Electronic record management is one of the main competencies of OTKP SMK graduates. Therefore, teachers in SMK OTKP must have knowledge and skills in electronic record management and be able to use appropriate instructional media. This community service aims to 1) increase the knowledge of OTKP VHS teachers in electronic record management, and 2) improve the skills of OTKP VHS teachers in electronic record management material. Community service activities used a variety of methods, including lectures, demonstrations, discussions, and practice. The results of the community service activities that have been achieved are as follows: 1) The knowledge of OTKP VHS teachers in electronic record management was increased, and 2) The skills of OTKP VHS teachers in electronic record management material were improved. All participants in the training understood and practiced electronic record management well.

Abstract

Sebagian besar guru SMK mengalami keterbatasan waktu untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran secara mandiri sedangkan media pembelajaran merupakan salah satu bagian yang penting dalam pembelajaran jarak jauh dan hal tersebut mutlak harus dipenuhi. Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pengabdi yaitu memfasilitasi guru SMK khususnya Manajemen Perkantorna dan Layanan Bisnis di Jawa Tengah dalam mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis PowerPoint dengan suara. Bentuk kegiatan yang akan diadakan yaitu workshop secara daring. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pada pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut 1) rerata tingkat partisipasi peserta adalah 58 orang atau sebesar 193,3% dari target yang telah ditetapkan, 2) rerata jumlah peserta yang lulus post-test 51 orang atau 204% dari target yang telah ditetapkan, 3) rerata persentase peserta yang memberikan respon menarik terhadap materi adalah 98,47% 4) Jumlah media pembelajaran dengan kategori baik dann sangat baik sebanyak 22 orang atau 73%. 5) penilaian peserta terhadap kegiatan pengabdian, pembicara, panitia dan fasilitas berada pada kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

Arsip keluarga merupakan salah satu hal yang penting dalam aktivitas keluarga. Masyarakat Karimunjawa masih belum mampu mengelola arsip keluarga dengan baik sehingga masih terjadi arsip yang sulit ditemukan apabila diperlukan. Oleh karena itu tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan arsip keluarga yang baik dan benar supaya apabila diperlukan arsip keluarga dapat dengan cepat ditemukan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pada pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang pengelolaan arsip keluarga serta metode demonstrasi dan evaluasi untuk memberikan pemahaman bagaimana mengelola arsip keluarga dengan baik dan benar. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan selama 2 hari. Pelaksanaan kegiatan Berdasarkan data pada hasil PPM diapat diketahui bahwa 1) tingkat pemahaman terhadap materi yang diberikan melebihi target yang telah ditetapkan 2) semua peserta mampu menyusun arsip keluarga sesuai dengan materi yang telah diberikan. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan kegiatan PPM ini telah dilaksanakan dengan baik.

Abstract

The problem behind this research is that there are practical lectures in tertiary institutions which cannot be carried out in person due to the Covid-19 pandemic. As a result, practical learning is carried out online. This study aims to analyze student perceptions of practical learning media carried out online during the Covid-19 pandemic and the obstacles faced by students in participating in online practical learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Research data was collected using a survey via an online questionnaire using the Google form. The research respondents consisted of 314 students. Research data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques. The research findings show that students have a good perception of the use of practical learning media conducted online during the Covid-19 pandemic. The media most often used and liked by students is Zoom. The main obstacle felt by students during online learning is an unstable internet network, so students cannot take part in practical learning to the fullest. The novelty in this study is to find out students' perceptions of using online practicum media that have not been carried out by previous researchers. The implication of this research is that online learning media can be used as an alternative to practicum learning media during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Teaching Factory (TEFA) Learning Model is a means of improving students' skills to meet the qualifications required by the workplace. There is a discrepancy between the output performance criteria of vocational school graduates and the job qualifications required in the industry. The industrial world is rapidly advancing in technology and information, while schools are struggling to provide adequate laboratory and practical facilities. This study examined the students’ perspectives on TEFA learning in service production units in vocational schools to prepare them considering graduate work readiness (GWR). The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with the data collection techniques utilizing in-depth interviews and observations. The research participants were students at vocational schools joining the TEFA teaching and learning program. The collected data were then validated using source triangulation. The data analysis followed a qualitative method with an interactive model as realized in several stages: data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusions.  The findings showed that students' perspectives on TEFA learning inform added values in 3 domains: 1) knowledge, 2) skills, and 3) attitudes. Furthermore, TEFA learning provided students with the necessary competencies which align with the performance criteria required by the industry, boosted their self-confidence and learning motivation, and fostered a mental attitude of independence, responsibility, and self-efficacy in meeting industrial needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how moderation of financial literacy affects lifestyle on consumptive behavior in high school students in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This research was conducted with a quantitative technical approach through causal associative research. Collecting data using a questionnaire questionnaire distributed in 3 high schools in the city of Yogyakarta. The research subjects were high school students consisting of 115 respondents. The results of the study show that there are problems with students' shopping behavior that leads to a consumptive lifestyle and financial literacy variables as a moderator in this study. with simple linear regression data analysis method and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test. The results of the partial calculation show that the T-count has a number that is greater than the T-table with a T-count of 5.935 and a T-table of 1.981 with a tig sig of 0.000 <0.05 and a regression coefficient of 0.357, which means that lifestyle has a significant influence on consumptive behavior of class XI students of SMA Yogyakarta. The results of calculations using multiple linear regression analysis obtained that tcount is greater than ttable 5,640>1,960 with a sig value. 0.004 <0.05 so that it can be said that the financial literacy variable strengthens the lifestyle variable on the consumptive behavior of the eleventh grade students of SMA Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Publikasi karya ilmiah merupakan salah satu bagian dari kompetensi guru dalam bidang profesional. Sebagian besar guru SMK Negeri 1 Wonosari selama 5 tahun terakhir belum pernah mempublikasikan karya ilmiah. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi diantarannya belum mempunyai pengalaman, belum mempunyai ide, tidak mempunyai waktu. Untuk membantu guru menghasilkan karya ilmiah yang berkualitas maka penting dilakukan pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah. Metode dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah ceramah, demonstrasi dan diskusi. Kegiatan pengabdian telah berhasil dilakukan pada tanggal 12 Juli 2023 di SMK Negeri 1 Wonosari. Keberhasilan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu 1) tingkat kehadiran peserta melebihi target yang telah ditetapkan, 2) peningkatan pengetahuan peserta sebelum kegiatan pelatihan dan setelah kegiatan pelatihan, 3) Seluruh peserta pelatihan berpendapat bahwa kegiatan pengabdian yang telah diselenggarakan menarik bagi guru dan, 4) Sebagian besar pelatihan berpendapat bahwa kegiatan pengabdian yang telah diselenggarakan bermanfaat untuk profesi guru.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of e-module of electronic records management integrated with experiential learning strategies to improve student achievement in the domain of cognitive, psychomotor, and affective. This study is a research and development. Model research and development used is Web-Based Instructional Design (WBID) developed by Davidson-Shivers and Rasmussen. The steps of research and development carried out by analysis, evaluation planning, concurrent design, implementation, and a summative evaluation. The approach used in this study consisted of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Collecting data used the Delphi technique, observation, documentation studies and tests. Research data analysis used qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Testing the effectiveness of the product used a quasi-experimental research design pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group. The results showed that the e-module of electronic records management integrated with experiential learning strategies can improve student achievement in the domain of cognitive, psychomotor, and affective.

Abstract

This research is to find out whether there is a significant influence on online training management through Erise on the competencies of MPLB Vocational School teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study uses an experimental method with a quantitative approach. The experimental design used is pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest. Data collection in research using instrument tests, the sample of this study amounted to 26 people with purposive sample techniques. The results of this study are: (1) there is an increase in the results of the cognitive aspect training by 67.47%; (2) there is an increase in the mastery of the skills of participants in the management of letters through Erise; and (3) There are differences on line. Therefore, it can be concluded that online training in managing letters through Erise influences significantly on the competence of MPLB Vocational School teachers in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
