Abstract

One of the most renowned and frequently used tools for data processing is Microsoft Excel. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how well instructors at SMA PGRI Cicurug perceive Microsoft Excel as a tool for processing student report card data. The survey employed a Likert Scale, with the research analysis adopting a quantitative descriptive approach. The methodology involved calculating data percentages using frequency distribution and intervals before providing a comprehensive explanation. The findings of the study indicate that participants view Microsoft Excel as an efficient tool for processing student report cards at SMA PGRI Cicurug. Training is essential to enhance teachers' proficiency with Microsoft Excel, as utilizing this program for processing student report cards can simplify their tasks in managing and processing report card data. Abstract

Abstrak: Analisis Butir Soal dengan Classical Test Theory untuk Mengukur Kemampuan Kognitif SiswaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan pada butir soal yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan kognitif siswa SMK Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis (MPLB) pada pembelajaran Praktik Perkantoran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menganalisis 50 butir instrumen tes berbentuk pilihan ganda. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan classical test theory yang terdiri dari uji validitas, reliabilitas, daya pembeda soal, tingkat kesukaran soal, dan efektivitas pengecoh di mana dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS dan Anbuso. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 31 soal yang dapat digunakan dalam mengkur kemampuan kognitif siswa dengan tingkat ketepatan dan keajekan yang baik – valid dan reliabel. Daya pembeda menunjukkan bahwa seluruh soal dapat digunakan dengan kategori daya pembeda baik dan cukup baik. Tingkat kesukaran soal menunjukkan bahwa 6,5% soal dinyatakan sukar, 51% soal dinyatakan mudah, dan 41,9% soal dinyatakan sedang. Terakhir, efektivitas pengecoh menunjukkan bahwa 16 butir soal perlu direvisi pengecohnya apabila digunakan dalam paket soal yang digunakan karena menunjukkan kurang efektifnya alternatif jawaban untuk mengecoh peserta ujian. Kata kunci: Analisis Butir Soal; Classical Test Theory; Memampuan Kognitif; SMK; anajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan BisnisAbstract:Analysis of test item with Classical Test Theory to Measure Students' Cognitive AbilityThis study aims to analyze the feasibility of the items used to measure the cognitive abilities of vocational students of Office Management and Business Services (OMBS) in Office Practice learning. This study is a descriptive study by analyzing 50 items of multiple choice test instruments. The data analysis of this study uses classical test theory which consists of testing the validity, reliability, discriminat power, difficulty level, and distractor effectiveness which are analyzed using SPSS and Anbuso. This study indicate that there are 31 questions that can be used in measuring students' cognitive abilities with a good level of accuracy and reliability – valid and reliable. Discriminat power of test item shows that all questions can be used with good and fairly good discriminant power categories. The difficulty level of the questions showed that 6.5% of the questions were declared difficult, 51% of the questions were declared easy, and 41.9% of the questions were declared moderate. Then, the distractor effectiveness shows that 16 items need to be revised if they are used in the question package used because they show the ineffectiveness of alternative answers to trick participants. Keyword: Analysis of Test Item; Classical Test Theory, Cognitive Ability, Vocational High School, Office Management and Business Services

Abstract

Kampung Emas Seyegan merupakan kawasan pemukiman yang terletak di Dusun Krapyak, Kapanewon Seyegan, Kabupaten Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Kampung Emas Seyegan memiliki banyak potensi ekonomi, salah satunya adanya UMKM lokal yang diharapkan dapat tumbuh dan berkembang. Beberapa kendala yang dihadapi oleh pengelola UMKM diantaranya belum memahami bagaimana perhitungan harga pokok produk (HPP), sebagian besar pemasaran dilakukan dengan cara konvensional, para pelaku UMKM masih belum memahami proses pemasaran secara digital. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM di Kampung Emas Seyegan dalam menghitung HPP dan memasarkan produk melalui platform digital. Metode kegiatan pengabdian yaitu terdiri dari survei, perumusan solusi dan pelaksanaan melalui ceramah, diskusi dan demonstrasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah 1) telah selesainya pemaparan materi oleh tim pengabdi kepada para peserta 2) sebagian besar atau 80% peserta telah berhasil melakukan praktik perhitungan HPP, pembuatan toko online di Shopee dan pembuatan google profil bisnis,  3) 100% peserta menunjukkan sikap puas terhadap kegiatan pengabdian apabila dilihat dari aspek materi, pembicara, fasilitas dan penyelenggaraan. Kendala pada kegiatan pengabdian ini karena sebagian besar belum mempunyai foto produk yang menarik untuk ditampilkan pada Shopee dan google profil bisnis. Dampak dari kegiatan ini adalah pengelola UMKM siap  bersaing dengan memanfaatkan platform e-commerce untuk pemasaran dan memiliki daya saing pada era ekonomi digital saat ini.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of digital learning media based on I Spring Suite 11 to assess: 10 t he feasibility of the digital learning media based on I Spring Suite 11; 2) the improvement of student interest in learning Economics at SMA Negeri 11 Malinau; and 3) the improvement of student learning outcomes in Economics at SMA Negeri 11 Malinau.The research method used is research and development (R&D) through the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model with quasi-experimental analysis. The subjects of the research were 10 students from grade X at SMA Negeri 11 Malinau. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires given to media experts, material experts, and teaching practitioners (Economics teachers) to validate the questionnaire instruments and student responses to the digital learning media using the same questionnaires and pretest-posttest learning outcome tests.The research findings are as follows: 1) The feasibility of the I Spring Suite 11-based digital learning media was evaluated by material experts with a score of 78%, categorized as "Feasible"; by media experts with a score of 80%, categorized as "Feasible"; and by teaching practitioners with a score of 85%, categorized as "Highly Feasible." The analysis of the scores showed that the material and media experts' evaluations fell within the "feasible" range (38 ≤ 2)There was a 50.86% increase in student interest in learning, with a pretest average score of 58 and a posttest average score of 91, which meets the product's effectiveness criteria. Based on the pretest-posttest analysis of student interest, the N-gain test resulted in a score of 0.5, which is categorized as "moderate" and falls into the "Good" category. The analysis of the ideal mean score (Mi) showed a value of 50 ≤ X, which means the I Spring Suite 11-based digital learning media is effective for use in the Economics subject. 3)There was a 46.8% improvement in student learning outcomes, with a pretest average score of 54 and a posttest average score of 85 after using the I Spring Suite 11-based digital learning media. Based on the pretest-posttest analysis, the N-gain score was 0.47, which is categorized as "moderate," indicating that the learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes in Economics.

Abstract

Advancements in information and communications technology (ICT) have accelerated significantly in the last decade, with key indicators such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, and cloud computing demonstrating a level of technological development far surpassing previous years. This progress has provided substantial benefits to society, enhancing the efficiency and accessibility of information across various sectors. However, these technological advances also present challenges, particularly concerning increasingly complex cybercrimes that are frequently encountered by Generation Z as active internet users. Community service activities were conducted at Vocational High School Insan Cendekia Yogyakarta on June 11-12, 2024, aiming to increase the students’ awareness of cybersecurity and digital literacy. The activities included lectures, demonstrations, and discussions on cybercrime and digital literacy, involving 35 participants. Results from pretests and posttests indicated a significant improvement in participants' knowledge, with an average score increase of 11.43 points or 16.8%. Participant satisfaction surveys also revealed that the activity was highly beneficial and met expectations. Overall, the activity successfully achieved its primary objective of enhancing students' awareness and knowledge about cybersecurity, evidenced by high levels of participation and satisfaction.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengaruh Keaktifan Berorganisasi dan Pengalaman PKL terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Melalui Motivasi Belajar sebagai Variable Intervening pada Mahasiswa FEB UNY Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keaktifan berorganisasi dan pengalaman PKL terhadap kesiapan kerja dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan sampel 256 mahasiwa FEB UNY Angkatan 2020 yang telah mengambil Paktik Industri (PI) dan Praktik Kependidikan (PK). Analisis dilakukan dengan regresi linier untuk hipotesis 1, 2, 3, dan 4, melalui program SPSS, hipotesis 5 dan 6 melalui program AMOS dan quantpsy.org. Hasil: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Keaktifan Berorganisasi terhadap Kesiapan; (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Praktik Kerja Lapangan terhadap Kesiapan; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Keaktifan Berorganisasi dan Praktik Kerja Lapangan terhadap Kesiapan; (4) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Motivasi Belajar terhadap Kesiapan; (5) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Keaktifan Berorganisasi terhadap Kesiapan Kerja melalui Motivasi Belajar sebagai variabel; (6) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Praktik Kerja Lapangan terhadap Kesiapan Kerja melalui Motivasi Belajar sebagai variabel intervening . Kontribusi hasil riset ini adalah menjadi salah satu dasar dalam melakukan perancangan kurikulum serta kegiatan kemahasiswaan untuk mendukung kesiapan lulusan kompeten.Kata kunci: Keaktifan Berorganisasi; Praktik Kerja Lapangan; Kesiapan Kerja; Motivasi Belajar; Mahasiswa FEB UNYAbstract: The Influence of Organizational Involvement and Internship Experience on Job Readiness through Learning Motivation as an Intervening Variable among FEB UNY StudentsThe research aims to analyze the influence of organizational involvement and internship experience on work readiness, with learning motivation as an intervening variable. A quantitative approach was employed, using a sample of 256 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, Yogyakarta State University (FEB UNY), Class of 2020, who have undertaken Industrial Practice (PI) and Educational Practice (PK). Analysis was conducted using linear regression for hypotheses 1, 2, 3, and 4 through SPSS, while hypotheses 5 and 6 were analyzed using AMOS and quantpsy.org. The results are as follows: (1) Organizational involvement has a positive and significant effect on work readiness; (2) Internship experience has a positive and significant effect on work readiness; (3) Organizational involvement and internship experience jointly have a positive and significant effect on work readiness; (4) Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on work readiness; (5) Organizational involvement has a positive and significant effect on work readiness through learning motivation as an intervening variable; (6) Internship experience has a positive and significant effect on work readiness through learning motivation as an intervening variable. The contribution of this research is to serve as a basis for curriculum design and student activities to support the development of competent graduate readiness. Abstract

This study examines the development of the global literature related to social media strategies in building brand awareness through bibliometric analysis of 122 Scopus articles (2009–2025). Using VOSviewer, this study maps publication trends, collaboration networks, geographic distribution, and thematic clusters by keyword. The results show a significant increase in publications since 2020, with the dominance of contributions from the United States, India, and the United Kingdom. Eight main clusters were identified, including purchase intent, influencer marketing, and e-WOM. This study makes a theoretical contribution to the mapping of the digital marketing literature and offers practical implications for MSME actors in utilizing social media to strengthen brand positions, as well as encouraging global research collaboration in the era of digital transformation.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the Electronic Record Information System for Education (ERISE) as a learning medium to accommodate practical learning of digital archive management at VHS OMBS. The research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the Richey & Klein model, consisting of three phases: design, development, and evaluation. The respondents in this study were 14 individuals, comprising seven teachers, five archival practitioners, and two media experts. Data were collected using questionnaires, focus group discussions (FGDs), and interviews, with instruments including a 5-point Likert-scale questionnaire, FGD guidelines, and interview protocols. Data were analyzed descriptively, with raw scores converted to a 5-point scale and the minimum media feasibility category set at a “B” rating. The results indicate that (1) the ERISE application has been developed as a web-based learning system for digital archive management practice by the needs analysis, design, and development stages; and (2) the feasibility test yielded an average score in the “Very Good” (“A”) category. This learning medium is expected to make a concrete contribution to enriching vocational practice, particularly by facilitating the entire archiving process starting from receipt, recording, distribution, classification, retention, and digital signatures.

Abstract

Exploring The Effectiveness of Digital Learning Platforms for Improving Financial Skills: The Case of YouTube. Objective: YouTube is a digital platform that can be used for formal and informal education. Very little research still reveals the use of YouTube as a learning resource in schools for financial management material. Therefore, this research aims to explore using YouTube as a digital learning resource for improving financial ability. Methods: This research uses qualitative and quantitative methods with descriptive statistics. The subjects in this research were teachers and students. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and interviews to gain a comprehensive understanding of user perceptions and learning outcomes. Findings: Research found that 84% of respondents agreed to use YouTube as a digital learning resource in learning Financial Management material, and 77% believe they can learn more by watching subject-related videos on YouTube than by reading books. In addition, students' responses strongly agreed with using YouTube as a digital learning resource for learning financial management. YouTube stores material in long-term memory, making it easier for students to review the material, so that student understanding increases. The visual and auditory elements of YouTube videos enhance engagement and retention. YouTube is also effective as a digital learning platform for improving financial skills. Teachers also acknowledged that YouTube helps make abstract financial concepts more concrete through visual explanations. Conclusion: So, YouTube has the potential to become an effective digital platform used for learning, particularly in improving students' financial skills. The accessibility, diversity of content, and user-friendly nature of YouTube make it a valuable supplement to traditional learning resources in the digital age. Future research is recommended to explore the long-term impacts of YouTube-based learning on students' financial behaviour. Keywords: digital learning platform, financial ability, youtube.
