Abstract

The locating chromatic number of a graph is a combination of partition dimension and vertex coloring, where every two adjacent vertices are in different color classes, and all vertices have a unique color code. The amalgamation of a ≥ 2 complete graphs (K_n, n≥ 3) denoted by aK_n is obtained by identifying one vertex from each complete graph. In this paper, we present a novel study, a topic that has not been extensively explored in previous research, on locating chromatic numbers for the amalgamation of complete graphs aK_n for 2 ≤ a ≤ 6 and n≥ 3.Keywords: locating chromatic number, partition dimension, vertex coloring, color code, amalgamation of  complete graph. AbstrakBilangan kromatik lokasi graf merupakan penggabungan dari  dimensi partisi  dan pewarnaan titik, yang mana setiap dua titik bertetangga berada dalam kelas warna yang berbeda dan semua titik mempunyai kode warna yang unik. Amalgamasi dari a ≥ 2 buah graf lengkap (K_n, n≥ 3) dinotasikan dengan aK_n  diperoleh dengan cara menyatukan satu titik dari setiap graf lengkap . Pada paper ini didiskusikan hasil yang belum ada sebelumnya, yaitu bilangan kromatik lokasi amalgamasi graf lengkap aK_n untuk 2 ≤ a ≤ 6 dan n≥ 3 .Kata Kunci: bilangan kromatik lokasi, dimensi partisi, pewarnaan titik, kode warna, amalgamasi graf lengkap. 2020MSC: 05C12, 05C15

Abstract

Locating chromatic number of a graph is a concept that is still interesting today because there is no theorem or algorithm that can determine the locating chromatic number of any graph. In this research, an algorithm was created to determine the locating chromatic number for corona operation of path and cycle with Python programming.

Abstract

There are many factors that influence the learning process of students with disabilities in higher education. This study aims to determine the factors that support the academic success of students with disabilities in inclusive universities. Researchers in this study used a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study was conducted using questionnaires and interviews. This study involved thirty-seven students with disabilities, consisting of students with visual disabilities, physical disabilities, mental disabilities, and Deaf students. They are students with disabilities who excel in academic and non-academic fields. Their success is achieved with hard work and help or support from others. The results of this study found that there are two factors that support the academic achievement of students with disabilities in inclusive universities, namely internal factors and external factors. Internal factors are factors that come from within students with disabilities, such as motivation, self-confidence, locus of control, mental strength, adaptability, intellectual ability, and communication skills. External factors are factors that come from outside students with disabilities, namely support from others, facilities and infrastructure, and learning tools.

Abstract

Fusarium oxysporum is one of the fungi that cause diseases in plants, which can result in losses for farmers. Efforts to control fungi using synthetic fungicides can lead to pathogen resistance, environmental pollution, and even poisoning in humans. Therefore, the search for new sources of natural fungicides is considered necessary because they are safer and pose minimal risk.This study aims to determine the activity of faloak stem extract (Sterculia quadrifida R.Br.) as a fungicidal biological agency in inhibiting the growth of Fusarium oxysporum. This research has been carried out at the Biology Laboratory, Muhammadiyah University of Kupang. This study is a laboratory experimental study with 4 treatments and 4 repeats, namely A as a control, B = 0.5 ml, C = 0.75 ml, and D = 1 ml. The parameter measured was the diameter of the colony of F.oxysporium during 5 days of incubation. Colony diameter data were analyzed with Anova and further tested with Duncan. The research results showed that the lowest average colony diameter was obtained from treatment D, measuring 1.01 cm, with very strong antifungal activity. Meanwhile, fungal colony growth in the control medium reached 8.5 cm, indicating no antifungal activity. Further analysis revealed that each treatment was significantly different. This indicates that faloak stem extract is capable of inhibiting the growth of F. oxysporum, and it can therefore be concluded that faloak stem extract has potential as a biological fungicidal agent against Fusarium oxysporum.

Abstract

Digital health menjadi salah satu strategi penting dalam meningkatkan akses dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya di negara kepulauan seperti Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran digital health dalam meningkatkan akses dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan berdasarkan tinjauan literatur. Metode penelitian menggunakan literature review terhadap artikel ilmiah dan dokumen relevan yang membahas telemedicine, aplikasi kesehatan digital, rekam medis elektronik, Big Data, dan transformasi digital di sektor kesehatan. Hasil tinjauan menunjukkan bahwa digital health, khususnya telemedicine, berkontribusi signifikan dalam memperluas akses pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat di wilayah rural dan kepulauan melalui kemudahan konsultasi jarak jauh, efisiensi waktu, dan pengurangan biaya. Selain itu, penerapan rekam medis elektronik dan pemanfaatan Big Data berperan dalam meningkatkan mutu pelayanan melalui integrasi data pasien, peningkatan akurasi diagnosis, serta pengembangan pengobatan berbasis data. Namun, implementasi digital health masih menghadapi tantangan berupa keterbatasan infrastruktur teknologi, kesenjangan literasi digital, serta isu regulasi dan perlindungan data kesehatan. Secara keseluruhan, digital health memiliki potensi besar sebagai instrumen strategis dalam transformasi sistem pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih merata dan berkelanjutan di Indonesia.
