Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology used to display a 3-dimensional animatedobject with marker as a medium for displaying 3-dimensional animation in real time. AugmentedReality Hydrant for Fire Extinguishers Based on Android is an application used for learningmedia in the introduction of fire extinguishers with the aim of making it easier for the public orfirefighters to find out their form and function through this application. The Fire ExtinguisherHydrant Augmented Reality application is made in several stages, namely identifying problems,determining goals and objectives, analyzing needs, designing systems, designing designs,making systems and testing systems. This Android-based Augmented Reality Hydrant candisplay several Hydrant objects or Fire Extinguishers and display information about theseobjects.

Abstract

Past history is a legacy of its predecessor which should be maintained and preserved by the next younger generation. One of them is the famous masterpiece of Indonesia that is Wayang purwa. It is also called shadow puppets because it is made of calf leather. Wayang purwa itself usually uses the story of Mahabharata and Ramayana. One solution that can be used is implementing Wayang purwa in the form of mobile based learning media applications. Learning media applications are built to run on Android-based smart phones by using Unity software that features 2D with user interface, drag and drop and scripting C # programming lan-guages. The application of wayang purwa learning media provides knowledge about the wayang or the puppet shadow’s appearance and characters in the form of puzzle games as well as quizzes. Based on the results of usability testing by using questionnaires to 30 respondents, it was obtained the results on visual graphics aspect test that 57% of the respondents gave good response while in the aspect of entertainment and learning showed that 90% gave good response. In addition, based on the testing by using the black box method the overall functional-ity of the application has been running well. The learning media application is expected to in-crease the interest of the younger generation to learn wayang purwa.

Abstract

Rancang bangun sistem pengaman berbasis Arduino Uno merupakan sebuah prototype sistem peringatan utama berfungsi untuk pengamanan ruangan tempat penyimpanan benda sakral (pratima). Sistem pengaman dilengkapi dengan alarm sebagai peringatan, sensor PIR(Passive Infrared) sebagai pendeteksi gerakan dan mikrokontroler Arduino Uno sebagai sistem kontrol. Metode dalam perancangan sistem pengaman dibagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu pertama, perancangan perangkat keras (hardware) terdiri dari perancangan perangkat dengan rangkaian fisik dan elektronika. Kedua, perancang-an perangkat lunak (software) tampil-an monitor mengguna-kan program Arduino 1.0.1. Pembuat-an sistem pengaman tempat pe-nyimpanan benda sakral ter-dapat beberapa per-masalahan yaitu bagaimana merancang dan membangun sistem pengaman tempat penyimpanan benda sakral berbasis Arduino Uno yang dapat memberikan peringatan dengan cepat, dan dilengkapi dengan keypad sebagai sistem pengamannya, sehingga dapat merancang sebuah simulasi sistem pengaman ini. Hasil dari -perancangan sistem ini yaitu sistem pengaman yang dapat menerima energi gerak dengan sensor PIR (Passive Infrared) dan dilengkapi dengan sistem peringatan berupa alarm.

Abstract

This paper is projecting website system built on top of PHP Framework Laravel 5.2 and MySQL DBMS which contains 6 modules of scientific conference management needs, Master Conference, User Management, Submission, Website Management, Schedule, and Post Conference. From the development and testing system with Black Box method concluded that the system is running well and feasible to be applied to the management of the conference in Electrical Engineering Program Faculty of Engineering Udayana University.

Abstract

The high level of ownership of private vehicles will require large parking lots in certain zones. Not all places are able to provide sufficient parking space, so that the road body around it is used for parking lots. This will cause traffic problems. Utilization of technology can be one solution to overcome these problems. The purpose of this research is to design and build an Android-based parking violation reporting system so that the community can take part in reporting violations in the form of photos that are directly sent to the DLLAJ server (Road Transport Traffic Service) and make it easier for officers in their handling. System modeling plans include the Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram and database structure. The process of this application is to send a parking violation photo to the server, then extract the photo to get the metadata (latitude and longitude) that shows the location of the violation. Based on the results of testing the application with the Black Box Testing method, the overall functionality of the application has been declared successful. In addition, based on the results of the System Usability Scale (SUS) test, a score of 79.5 means that the value is above the average and the application can be accepted by the user.

Abstract

Gamelan Gender adalah instrumen gamelan di Bali yang digunakan sebagai pengiring upacara keagamaan dan lazim disebut sebagai Gender Wayang. Pada saat ini berbagai kreasi baru dalam memainkan Gamelan Gender dapat dijadikan warisan budaya Bali sehingga dibutuhkan suatu usaha pelestarian Gamelan Gender agar terhindar dari kepunahan. Besarnya jumlah pengguna smartphone di Indonesia dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media untuk melestarikan Gamelan Gender yang dilakukan dengan cara membuat aplikasi yang mampu mengenalkan sekaligus menjadi sarana untuk belajar memainkan alat musik Gamelan Gender. Aplikasi ini akan dibuat pada smartphone yang menggunakan sistem operasi Android dengan cara menggabungkan komponen gambar dan rekaman bunyi Gamelan melalui pengkodean pada software engine Corona SDK. Sistem multitouch mendukung aplikasi ini agar dapat dimainkan menggunakan teknik Gamelan Gender yang menggunakan dua tangan sekaligus untuk memainkan nada. Aplikasi ini nantinya dapat diinstal dan dijalankan pada perangkat smartphone Android dengan menggunakan minimal sistem operasi Android 2.2 (Froyo).

Abstract

This research aims to design an applications of goods inventory system that uses barcode scanner on Android device. The desktop applications is based on Basic language and on for Android applications is developed using Java language. MySql database is store on online server, so that can be accessed by applications in Android mobile. The process of data exchange between Android and database is done by using web service to make distribution data easier.The result of making the application that is able to check the information status of goods stock availability via Android smartphone just by scanning the barcode listed on the goods. Indirectly this application can also increase the waiter’s service to the consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to assist in the search for lontar images with Information Retrieval System built using the Vector Space Model method. The search system testing resulted in a lontar search system that received recall values: 75.4% and precision: 100% based on the graph of the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) analysis. Testing with System Usability Scale (SUS) tested at the Bali Provincial Culture Office got the highest score on statement point 1, 5 and 7 which reached 42.

Abstract

To gift a chance to students, lab learning is a learning process that supervised practical application with practical tools of a previously studied theory. Lack of lab clerk and time, causing lack of understanding of using tools when practical process. This study aims to assist the introduction phase of practicum tools, with Augmented reality technology, built on unity3D, Vuforia and blender with marker in the form of Augmented reality Book (AR book). From test refound that marker detection at best performance when marker is build at A4 paper size with color information and maximum of 3 closed marker area. Testing with System Usability Scale tested by Electrical Engineering Study Program students got best score at statement point 1,7 and 9

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuat aplikasi manajemen perkantoran berbasis elektronis yang disebut dengan Electronic Office Management System (EOMS). Pada penelitian ini dibangun aplikasi EOMS untuk manajemen data karir dosen berbasis web. Sistem informasi yang dibangun akan mengolah data dosen yang berkaitan dengan aktivitas dalam bidang pengajaran, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat sehingga proses monitoring kinerja dosen lebih mudah dilakukan. Berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 46 tahun 2011 tentang Penilaian Prestasi Kerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil menggunakan metode penilaian SKP (Sasaran Kerja Pegawai) untuk penilaian kinerja dosen. Aplikasi EOMS untuk manajemen data karir dosen digunakan untuk membantu dosen mendapatkan informasi nilai prestasi kerja secara efektif dan efisien. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan mengambil sampel data di Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Udayana (JTE-Unud) dengan menggunakan metode black box. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan secara fungsional sistem yang dibuat sudah dapat berjalan sesuai dengan keluaran yang diharapkan.
