Abstract

Cerita rakyat diwariskan secara turun-temurun dan sangat digemari oleh warga masyarakat karena dapat dijadikan sebagai suri teladan dan pelipur lara, serta bersifat jenaka. Cerita rakyat biasanya mengandung ajaran budi pekerti atau pendidikan moral dan hiburan bagi masyarakat pendukungnya. Saat ini banyak cerita rakyat Bali yang menghilang diakibatkan oleh jarangnya para orang tua menceritakan hal tersebut kepada anak-anak. Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi saat ini dapat digunakan untuk menyampaikan cerita rakyat yang sudah mulai dilupakan. Teknologi yang digunakan berupa game mobile. Pembuatan game mobile menggunakan bahasa C# dengan aplikasi MonoDevelop dan animasinya menggunakan Adobe Photoshop, kemudian digabung menggunakan Unity 4.6.1. Berdasarkan usability testing, aplikasi game mobile ini memiliki tampilan antarmuka yang menarik.

Abstract

This study aims to build a sales force system that can automate the marketing process in a company. Automation is necessary because manual calculations impact, in general on the company's sales performance, and in particular on sales performance. The solution offered on this issue is the development of a web-based sales force management application using PHP and HTML programming languages. While the Android-based applications built using Java and XML programming language. As a case study of workflow of sales force automation implementation, this study uses PT. Satryakarya Adiyudha which is a paint supplier and still working manually. The results obtained, an Android application to assist sales in conducting transactions, attendance, manage customer data, and calculate bonuses. While web applications are used by operators and managers in managing employee data, managing goods data, viewing sales visits, and confirming orders and printing order invoices. Based on Black-box testing, the result is functional applications can run well, whereas the Testing result using System Usability Scale (SUS) is 77.25 with Grade Scale C and Acceptability Ranges Acceptable.

Abstract

Every year, the number of vehicles is increasing due to the development of the population, economy and improvement in living standard. Although there are parking lots, there are still many drivers who park their vehiclesin places where they can disrupt the smooth flow of traffic. The application of a parking reporting system uses the Google Maps API to mark areas and get coordinates for reporting illegal parking. The process of marking the parking ban area uses the polygon method with the number of roads as test data as many as 14 street names, 25 parking ban areas and 100 coordinate points (latitude, longitude). Every report on illegal parking has images and coordinates of location reporting that will automatically be validated by the system. The validation process by the system uses the JavaScript API Geometry library to get the results of whether a reported vehicle is in the parking ban area. Of the 12 coordinate points randomly placed with 6 positions insidethe parking ban area and 6 outside the parking ban area, the system is ableto validate the data correctly.

Abstract

Salah satu faktor dalam persaingan bisnis saat ini adalah kualitas layanan yang diberikan kepada pelanggan. Setiap perusahaan harus memperhatikan kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Beberapa faktor menentukan apakah suatu layanan dianggap berkualitas baik atau tidak yaitu dari internal dan eksternal. Cara untuk mengukur kualitas layanan tersebut misalnya dengan metode Service Quality dan Importance Performance Analysis. Artikel ini membahas penggunaan metode Service Quality serta metode Importance Performance Analysis yang diterapkan di lembaga pemerintah dan swasta. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode servqual dan IPA telah dapat menemukan layanan mana yang menjadi prioritas untuk ditingkatkan di lembaga atau swasta. Hasil dari analisis juga dapat dilihat bahwa bahwa layanan pada lembaga swasta lebih baik dalam memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggannya dengan nilai 63% dibandingkan pada lembaga pemerintah hanya dapat memberikan nilai 51%.

Abstract

Selama ini, Jurusan Teknik Elektro Universitas Udayana telah memanfaatkan tiga media sebagai pertukaraninformasi, yaitu: halaman website, papan pengumuman, dan TV Jurusan. Namun, penyebaran informasi kemahasiswa terkadang datang dari mulut ke mulut sehingga informasi yang disampaikan menjadi kurang berkualitas.Penelitian ini akan merancang aplikasi layanan informasi kampus berbasis mobile dengan menggunakan fitur SMSdan aplikasi Android. Informasi yang diterima akan saling terintegrasi dan ditampilkan pada TV jurusan. Hasil akhirdari penelitian membuktikan bahwa web service JSON merupakan solusi dalam pengintegrasian informasi.Perangkat mobile yang dilengkapi dengan notifikasi membuat informasi tersebut dapat dikirim dan diterima kapanpun dan di mana pun. Informasi yang diterima juga lebih berkualitas apabila dilihat dari sisi ketersediaan,keakuratan sumber, dan ketepatan waktu.

Abstract

PDAM in carrying out operational activities is greatly influenced by the receivables or arrears of customer water bills. Some factors that influence customer patterns in delinquent water bills are customer class and consumption of water usage, which affects the water bill paid by the customer. This study will apply the K-Medoids clustering method to find out customers who are delinquent in the PDAM by optimizing the selection of cluster centers using the Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) algorithm. In this study the combination of ACO and K-Medoids methods is called ACOMedoids. The results with the ACOMedoids method can produce a high level of accuracy from the comparison of clustering data with actual bill data. This can be seen from the results of accuracy which is always better than the K-Medoids method, which is the highest achieves 97.65% accuracy for ACOMedoids while K-Medoids is 88.29%. Accuracy results show that the ACO algorithm can produce optimal cluster center points in the clustering process of the K-Medoids method.

Abstract

Feature extraction is an important process in character recognition system. The purpose of this process is to obtain special feature from a character image. This paper is focuses on how to obtain special feature from a handwritten Balinese character image using zoning. This algorithm dividing Balinese character image into multiple regions, then a special feature on each region resulting the data extracted feature. The test result in this paper generates a variousĀ  semantic and direction feature data. This is because this paper using handwritten Balinese character. Furthermore, the features that produced in this paper can be used on Balinese character image recognition process

Abstract

One of the facilities provided by cellular phones is to send data in the form of short messages via Short Message Service (SMS). Most people use SMS services more often than phone services because they are cheap and easy to use. Open networks, easy access, standard platform and open source development bring security threats such as viruses, phishing, spam on SMS. Security information in SMS can be done by encrypting messages to be sent. The AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) algorithm is a standard for data encryption, suitable for scenarios where memory and processing capabilities are very limited as in mobile devices. Encryption for text data types can also use the Blowfish algorithm, where the Blowfish algorithm can perform encryption and decryption with better performance compared to other symmetric algorithms if packet data size changes. Research designing systems that can be utilized by users who want to send a confidential information to someone via SMS without fear of information from the message will be known by others. The method used by the system in encrypt and decrypt the message is AES method and Blowfish Cipher which implementation using java programming language on Android.

Abstract

Balinesse lontar digitalization generates image file which acquired through a scanner or camera. Lontar image has noise because the results of the acquisition of the original lontar contained brown color that exist on the leaves. Therefore this paper focuses on improving the quality of the image to remove noise contained in the image by thresholding process. The method used in this paper is a Local Adaptive Thresholding. The test results in this paper generates the best image with the window (W)=70 and the threshold value (C)=0.05 which proved to remove noise at most of the few testing that has been done in this paper

Abstract

Analisis sentimen atau opinion mining dapat digunakan untuk mengekstrak opini dari baris baris teks menjadi suatu informasi. Salah satu metode yang digunakan adalah Hidden Markov Model (HMM). HMM digunakan untuk memberikan kelas kata secara gramatikal pada suatu kalimat. Setelah kelas kata dapat ditentukan selanjutnya menentukan aturan dengan menggunakan rule based. Dengan menggunakan rule based suatu kalimat dapat ditentukan termasuk opini atau bukan. Penerapan metode Support Vector Machine digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan opini ke dalam opini positif dan negatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data pada penangan keluhan dan pada opini online pada Unit Pelayanan Teknis Jaminan Kesehatan Bali Mandara Provinsi Bali. Hasil proses opinion mining akan diuji menggunakan metode precission, recall dan akurasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan presentase nilai precission, recall dan akurasi memiliki rata rata presentase sebesar 89 persen. Ini menunjukkan metode pos tagging dan SVM mampu mengklasifikasikan kalimat kedalam opini dan menentukan kalimat ke dalam opini positif dan negatifDOI: 10.24843/MITE.1601.13
